I'd like that I met a good seller as Michael! When I began to choose BMW for my wife, in the first time we came to BMW Greenwich and we met Michael who showed us car, it was beautiful car,but we diceded to think and went to other dealers. When we came back to Michael after two weeks this car was sold, but Michael could find a beautiful again car for my wife. For me, It was a good experience with other dealers after which I can say that Michael is the best seller! Thank you BMW Greenwich!

Purchased a used car for my son months ago. The car was missing a key for which the dealership gave us an IOU for . As of yet, we have still not received the key. I have called several times and have never had my call returned. Not what I expect from a BMW dealership.

I have been looking to purchase a BMW F10 for a while and I saw a 535i for sale at this dealership. I looked to buy a car that is certified and in really good condition. I went to see the car first and honestly it was very good experience. Alex Soyref was the sales person who helped me during this purchase and he made it very easy for me. He explained everything in detail the car had couple of marks when I first went to see it and as he promised he made the car look new at the day of pick up. I would highly recommend this dealership and Alex to all people who are BMW enthusiasts like myself.

Purchased a used BMW 3 series wagon from Tom Forte. He is old school and I even put a deposit on a car that I had not seen. When I finally saw and drove the car it was immaculate as he claimed. I think the online link to view used cars needs some improvement as my first trip there was complicated by the car being in a different lot that they could not access! Cannot recommend Tom Forte enough and would definitely go back!

I always feel very well taken care of at this dealership when I bring my car for service. They always go far and beyond what I expect and always rescue me when my car needs something. I would highly recommend them. There were a couple of mistakes that they made over the years but issues were promptly resolved when I brought them up. A+ from me.

My experience with BMW of Greenwich was riddled with carelessness from start to finish. Misdiagnosing issues, damaging the body of my car, returning my car with a tail light out and dashboard error light, leaving grease stains on the leather seats, loaning me a car with $1,200 in unpaid parking tickets, and mismanaging expectations all the while. All toll, my car was returned to me 3 times and each time I had to take it back in to fix problems the service center had created.I've had BMW's in our family for as long as I can remember, and have had many experiences good and bad with service centers. My experience at BMW of Greenwich was hands down the worst by a wide margin, and does not represent a small fraction of what BMW owners have come to expect from the brand.If you are looking for peace of mind when you drop off your car, this is not the place you'll find it. Consider BMW of Watertown, North Haven, Bridgeport or even Manhattan. For me, driving a little extra distance for the peace of mind is worth it. Sadly, I've learned this the hard way.

I've been pretty tough on my last couple of BMW Mamaroneck/BMW Greenwich service reviews but my faith has been restored in them. my car was throwing a bunch of battery related errors on Sunday so I made a drop off service appointment for the next day which was Presidents' Day. Super easy to make the appointment. Showed up and Johnathon took the car. Johnathon called a couple of hours later to report the battery needed to be replaced and the car would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. Between the frigid recent temperatures and potholes in the area, the service bay was very busy but they still managed to turn the car around within the same day which has rarely been the case in my experience. +1 to Johnathon. Great communication and great service!

I had been Lexus customer for the last 19 years. I loved Lexus and their services.In December 2015, I leased BMW out of sheer curiosity and see how it drives. But I was a little skeptical about the service after having been so comfortable with Lexus service.My rearview mirror had a problem and I took it to BMW Service Center in Port Chester, NY still wondering about their services. Well, Jonathan Bonilla changed my perception about BMW completely. He greeted me with courtesy, enthusiam and professionalism. The part was not available, for which I needed to come back the next day. When I went back the next day without an appointment, he attended to my need immediately. He asked me whether I could wait for two and a half hours for the repair. I told him that I have work to do and I requested to be driven home. He ever so politely excused himself and went away to find out the work situation. He came back in 10 minutes and asked me whether I could wait for one hour. I agreed willingly.He came back in less than a half hour with big smile and informed me that my car war ready. Whoopi! I was very happy and so thankful to Jonathan who made sure that I did not have to wait for long. He is the epitome of the best service consultant. Jonathan is the go-to-guy. I am sticking to BMW as long as Jonathan is my service consultant.Thank you again Jonathan!

I know BMWs are pretty complicated with a ton of electro-mechanical systems but they may be getting too complicated to service. In November 2014, the trunk lid release system failed. They promptly ordered the part but when they repaired the release in December, they didn't repair the soft close. Took 4 weeks to get another appointment so everything was taken care of by the end of January 2015.In May 2015, they did a great job repairing a blown left rear air spring and inspected the rear brakes which had been constantly reported by the CBS system as being in need of service over the past year. The tech reprogrammed the car to correct the rapid CBS mileage countdown for the rear brake pads but when I picked the car up, the reprogramming did something to power steering wheel adjustment so before I left the service center, they took the car back in and gave me a loaner (thank you!!). I immediately went home and scheduled another service appointment just in case something else went wrong with the steering wheel. Well, sure enough, they fixed the power steering wheel adjustment but now the convenience steering wheel tilt up wasn't working so it's back in the shop.I will say the service advisors, specifically Radha de la Cruz, do an excellent job of communicating and providing a loaner when I really needed it. The customer service is excellent but the quality of the service work is suspect. I'm very thankful for having bought a Platinum warranty.

My experience in this dealership was fine. Pleasant process to buy the car and trade in my current car. However a pricing adjustment on both cars was arranged to get approved through bank, I was not informed about this adjustment so I went back. As being a young buyer i am poorly informed and very new to this. I review the contract going home and saw this adjustment. Went to the dealer. Mark the financial manager who handled my transaction did not handle the situation promptly and respectfully. I could not understand why this adjustment was made and he was not clear. He disrespected me because i was upset as towards why this was the way it was and was not giving me a clear response towards why. Instead of letting someone else say why that was on the contract he said i was "acting like a baby." I am never going back here to buy my next car. You don't upset the costumer when they are misinformed and you do not disrespect them. If I was an older male I wouldn't receive that same insult.

I recently leased my 2nd BMW from Alex Soyref at BMW Greenwich. Let me begin by saying he was a perfect gentlemen and a pleasure to work with. On both occasions I was offered a deal right from the start that no other dealer even came close to. He listened carefully to my needs and patiently dealt with my uncertainty on which options and how to proceed. Not once did I feel any pressure from him. Typical me, just a day or two before pick up, I changed my mind on options. I felt uncomfortable to tell him that once again I had changed my mind. His response after hearing from me was "no worries, I will take care of it. " And he did!!!! And with the luxury package the deal was just as good. Thanks to Alex reaching out to me with the BMW six month pull ahead program, I am now driving another BMW convertible. Except this one is a 2015 428xi convertible. It doesn't get better than that!!! And the payments were affordable. Thanks Alex as I am loving my car and all of you at BMW are always a pleasure to see. See u in a few years! :) I'M HAPPY!!!!

My experience with BMW Greenwich was SECOND-TO-NONE!! This is my second time leasing a BMW convertible and I will never ever go elsewhere. My sales representative Alex Soyref was an absolute pleasure to work with on both occasions. With my first lease purchase, of course, like every other consumer, I shopped around bouncing from one dealer to another only to find when I walked into BMW Greenwich I was presented with a deal on a 2013 328I convertible I could not refuse! Lucky Me!!! Recently, Alex reached out to me with a six month pull ahead program and suffice is to say, once again, a deal like no other!!! Thanks to Alex Soyref and finance manager Mark LaStrange, I am now sporting around in my new 2015 BMW 428xi convertible. :) After such an amazing experience both times at BMW Greenwich, it certainly seems they have earned my complete TRUST and CONFIDENCE!!! I drove over 75 miles today for an appointment at this dealership to see a cpo X5. Chelsea Guzman called me twice to confirm that I would be there as arranged. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was advised that the vehicle I had arranged to see wasn't there. After waiting for more than thirty minutes I decided to spend my money elsewhere. This dealerships lack of attention to detail, customer service, and nonchalant attitude was off putting to me. As a current BMW owner I expected more from this dealership. When I ultimate told my "client advisor" "Al" that I was leaving he simply said "okay". I also noticed that they use the term "they" a lot at this dealership when placing blame for their incompetence. So I would strongly recommend taking your business to a dealership where "they" care.

called about a used car and was told its out in the lot...come on down...when i got there the salesman said hes going to get keys but says its in service in portchester...take a ride over and look he says...go to portchester and service does not have car...called back and the secretary has no idea about anything and asks me to leave a message...lol...really...dealership is the most confused and inconsiderate bunch i have ever dealt with...i own a small business and purchase vehicles often and never dealt with something like this...waste your time at your own risk

My husband and I were not in a place to purchase a new vehicle, but needed a reliable car that I could use daily and he could use for his long work commute during these harsh New England winters. We looked into used vehicles at reputable dealerships knowing that we would have to pay more for the vehicle than from a private party or small used car lot, but hoped that we'd leave with a more reliable car that had been through thorough inspections. Fearing costly repairs in the near future, we made it very clear to our salesman that we were very concerned about the condition of used cars and asked that they please do a thorough inspection. John, our salesman assured us that the vehicle had been carefully inspected and that all necessary repairs were made. We drove the car off the lot on a Saturday morning, went straight home and did not drive the vehicle at all on Sunday. I start the car on Monday morning for the first time since leaving the lot and of course, the "Service Engine" light comes on. I panicked and called the dealership as soon as they opened. John said he would speak with the Used Cars Sales Manager, Lauren about making arrangements to get the car back into their service department for inspection. He calls back and suggests that I first have my mechanic friend, who had accompanied me to purchase, look at it. Perhaps the system just needs a reset. I obliged and called back the next day to tell them the issue had to do with the catalytic converter, which was worrisome because that is not be a cheap fix. This is the beginning of when I was given the runaround. John stated that it was out of his hands and directed me to Lauren, the manager. The very next day, I called her direct line several times and left several messages, but didnt hear back. Finally, after several hours, I decided to call the main line and asked them to transfer me to her and of course, she answered. She stated that since it was a used vehicle, they had no obligation to look at the car or make any further repairs after the car leaves the lot and she did not want to offer an inspection because she would have to charge me for it. Really? She wants to charge me to look at a car she just sold? And not to mention, the work would be done by her service employees who are already getting paid to be there. She proceeded to ask me if the car was starting and if I was aware of any issues that would lead me to believe the car was unsafe to drive. Only then, would she consider taking a look. BMW is a multi-billion dollar company and therefore, we do hold you up to a higher standard. I could understand if this happened with A Better Way Autos Dealership or a private seller, but I'm sorry, BMW is a highly reputable company that should pride itself on great customer service and make sure that they are selling cars that do not have problems the minute they leave the lot. The car was in their shop up until the minute we picked it up and in hindsight, perhaps that was a red flag. Were they were aware of the issue and simply tried to manipulate the computer system to cover it up for the sale? I hope this is not the case, but I think my suspicions are warranted considering how they handled my diagnostic and repair request. I understand that I purchased a fairly inexpensive used vehicle in comparison to their brand new BMWs, but does that mean I should not get the same customer service as someone who purchases a $200K vehicle? And I realize that BMW is not obligated to look at or repair my used vehicle per sales guidelines, but does that mean they shouldn't in good conscience offer to help, considering the car just left their lot? After 20 aggravating min on the phone with Lauren she let out some sighs and finally offered to look at my car at no charge, but ONLY IF I would commit to understanding that I would be responsible for any additional fees incurred if repairs were made. I was at a lost of words and had pretty much run out of energy at this point from anxiety and trying to persuade her that it would be the right thing to do. I did not take her up on her offer for the diagnostic and what probably would have been overpriced repairs. Since then, we've come across other issues and have had to deal with. In our case, it was pointless to put our trust in a big name company like BMW. The experience has truly been a worst case scenario come true. We probably would have been better off purchasing a car from a private seller for half the price. We were set on returning in a year to purchase 2 new BMWs. However, we will not be returning or referring any friends or family to BMW of Greenwich and highly suggest that potential buyers stay away from at least this location. Making money is an important part of a business, but making money the honorable way is something that BMW should really consider teaching their employees. I know I would not be able to sleep at night if I did my job this way.

I was looking for a good value on a used car and came across a listing for a 2012 Mazda3 hatchback w 7500 mi. listed. When I called I was shocked at the paperwork fee. I was able to make an offer on the internet and was surprised to have it accepted at my terms. Everything went as planned no surprises and would do business with them again if needed.


Waste of Time - Had Me Test-Drive a Dangerous Vehicle

I was interested in a pre-owned Acura at BMW of Greenwich. Before making the ride down I discussed the condition of the vehicle with Chris Smith, who responded to my email contact. He confirmed the vehicle was in good condition and ready for sale. This turned out to be a bold faced lie.After waiting about 10 minutes for Chris he brought me over to a gravel lot where they keep their pre-owned vehicles. The first red flag was that the Scion next to it with a window sticker of $10,000 had a large strip of the quarter panel was rusting from underneath and lifting away from the car at least an inch. Physically the Acura had a misaligned front fender, was missing a headrest and several interior trim panels. It also had disgusting cigarette film all over the interior. After going back and reviewing the pictures I saw online it is clear they are good at one thing; strategic photogrpahy.I then drove the car. The brakes had very little pressure and seemed to get worse the longer the pedal was depressed. There was also a vibration and grinding sound that could be felt while braking. I did not feel safe driving this vehicle. Shame on them! I was pretty sure I would walk away from this car, but I asked Chris to have the vehicle looked at by the service department and to let me know what the fix would be. I never heard back. We purchased a fairly priced CPO Acura from Greenwich Acura next door instead.I inquired about a CPO 3 Series on behalf of another friend just a week later. This time I worked with Monica Chan. Monica refused to answer any questions about the condition of the vehicle. I explained to my previous experience and that I needed some reassurance before I came to drive the car. Monica continued to deflect my questions while ending every email with an attempt to schedule a dealer visit. This dealer just doesn't care about their customers time or safety.

When it comes to Greenwich, It is like this:SATURDAY: I called in the morning, spend 10 minutes on hold without any service advisor or receptionist answering.MONDAY morning: called again. No service advisor is available, receptionist asked for my phone number and said she will ask a service advisor to call me back. No one ever did.MONDAY evening: called again. I'm in the market for a CPO 7 Series (currently driving a CPO 5 series). Called the dealership to look at a car they had advertised on their website (CPO 2011 750Li x drive). The dealership is about 80 miles away so I wanted to make sure they had it. We talked a little about the CPO warranty, but no details. Made an appointment to come in and see it. When I got there the guy I talked to on the phone was too busy (even though all the time I was there all I saw him doing was walking around the dealership) so another guy looked after us. It took him a long time but we finally went out on a test drive. As we were driving I was noticing a few minor things wrong with the car (side view mirror wouldn't adjust properly, button for power seats was fidgety, etc). Salesperson assured me not to worry as that would all be fixed as part of the certification process. We get back to the dealership and start talking numbers (I'm ready to purchase). I had asked that my car be valued for a trade-in. He comes back offering me $3500 less than KBB and NADA on my car because, as he puts it, there's an accident report on my car (not sure what it was, but the car was sold to me as CPO by a BMW dealership after the "accident", so it must have been a very minor fender bender) and "nobody uses KBB/NADA, everyone knows they're way overpriced". Interestingly, another BMW dealership offered me KBB/NADA (ie $3500 more than Greenwich) on my car LATER THAT AFTERNOON. Anyway, I'm still willing to talk, so we go back and forth on price (with him checking with his manager each time).As we're now only a few thousand apart I ask him to verify when the mfr's warranty will run out and CPO warranty kick in. He then says "oh, that's not a CPO car." (!!). I tell him that not only did he confirm it was on the test drive but that it's advertised as such on the website (in quite a few places) and after again checking with his manager he comes back saying "it's a typo". I go talk to the manager (he wasn't coming to me, I had to ask to see him, and wait a few minutes while he finished typing some things on his computer) who says he apologizes for "the typo on the website" and will get it fixed "right away" (as of typing this review the next day, it's still up there as CPO). I point out that's not a typo, that's false advertising. Undeterred, he offers to show me a car that's $7000 more, but not do anything special on the price for the inconvenience and chicanery. So we end up walking out..On the way back we call up our guy David Baylis from BMW of Bridgeport (should have gone to him in the first place, have bought two BMWs from him....he is without a doubt the best car salesman I have ever dealt with...always gets back to me, super knowledgeable on the cars, and really understands good customer service, but when you're in the CPO world you have to deal with what's on the lot) who offers to stick around after closing to show us the cars he has on the lot. Bottom line, if I do go through with it, I will be buying from BMW of Bridgeport (car is a little pricier, but at least it actually is a CPO, and I won't have to deal with BMW of Greenwich).Very disappointing experience at BMW of Greenwich. Sadly, we tried purchasing a used BMW convertible there a few months ago and while the experience that time was nowhere near as bad as this one, we ended up buying it from BMW of Bridgeport.

I was put in contact with Tom Forte at Greenwich BMW by a good friend - I had previoulsy leased my 2010 3 series through Mt. Kisco BMW but was not satisfied with the quote I was given for leasing a new 2013. From the first point of contact through driving my car off the lot, Tom was fantastic. He provided me with a great price on my new car and went to great lengths to find me the exact car that I wanted in terms of options, color etc. Although I was told by another dealer that the color combination I wanted (Mineral Grey/Saddle) did not exist, Tom found the exact car I wanted in VA. After choosing to try BMW of Greenwich to purchase a pre-owned car, I would definitely NOT recommend dealing with this VERY unpleasant sales manager. We met with Alex, who was wonderful to work with, however, after discussing pricing, he then passed us along to Lauren, the pre-owned manager. When meeting with her, our experience went totally sour. Not only was she rude to us as customers, but the way she spoke to employees working there was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I were shocked that she would even be considered a "manager". Other than her unprofessional manner, the inventory she had recommended Alex showing us was disgusting. The cars were dirty, smelly, and we could not believe that a "sales manager" had the audacity to recommend cars that had water damage and cups/water bottles left from the previous owners. With the disappointing experience we had at such a high standard location, we would absolutely not recommend buying pre-owned vehicles at this BMW dealership, but most importantly, NOT dealing with Lauren.

The price was outstanding for the year and mileage. I was able to put a deposit on it and reserve it. They gave me a very fair price on my trade-in.I was treated with respect. I've recently brought a preowned E39 (from Ebay) and I preferred to bring the car to the dealer in Greenwich since on the Carfax report the car was serviced there several times and I wanted to learn more about the vehicle's history. I have to confess that initially I was a little bit reluctant to deal with the dealer, since most of the time there is someone who knows a "very good mechanic" and very cheap. Soon all my anxiety disappeared.I was so lucky I met the service advisor Norbert Kerekes; he immediately understood what I needed, printed out the car service history and reassured me that the car had been a great deal; the car has recently had the brakes changed , the shocks and the tires. Since the only thing I was supposed to do was an oil change, I agreed to have it changed right there. After 20 minutes (in which I enjoyed a coffee and I browsed the brochures with the new BMW models), Norbert came back with the keys and the bill and asked me if I had any other question... I was shocked, the bill was a little bit more than 50 dollars... he smiled and wished me a good ride; he did charge me only for the Oil being a first time costumer, he gave me his cell phone number and encouraged me to ask for a piece of advice anytime...This was an approach different from what I knew from New York (a new yorker knows exactly what I mean); I left the service thoughtful and convinced that this could happen only one time...After 2 months, disaster: on the rear left passenger side, I found a huge puddle on the floor after 1 week of intensely raining. I was devastated, this could have been a very expensive job: diagnosis, parts, service... of course, I tried my luck with my neighbor who had a small and dirty shop, I wouldn't have stepped there not even for an oil change, but in this case I was desperate: water in the car is not good, there are electrical circuits, the damage could be anytime a lot bigger. My neighbor explained to me how difficult could be to figure out where the water leak was from, then that he needed special tools... so, he did not even want to try... so I called Norbert who asked me If I could come right away to the dealer to have a look.Even before greeting me, he told me that he will make me happy; there is an old and very well known problem at this particular model with the mastic (the rubber seal) used to seal the gasket inside the door. I was terrified, so a 3-dollar part could produce such a damage... The water trickled in the door between the window and the rubber edge at the top of the door frame and instead of draining thru the holes at the bottom of the door, it infiltrated thru the unsealed gasket in the interior part of the door, dripping into the car between the door panel and the door frame. He kindly asked me to seal all the doors, since most likely this problem will reoccur had I not changed the old cracked rubber seal on all 4 doors. I replied that I could not afford to do such an extensive job, after all I had purchased a preowned car due to economic reasons, otherwise I would have purchased a new one... he smiled telling me that he understood perfectly well and told me to come in the evening to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, Norbert had already finished his shift and I did not meet him; but he prepared all the paperwork and when I saw the bill, I did understand what he meant when he told me "I'll make you happy": a little bit more than 100 usd, taxes included; thank you again, Norbert, thank you again BMW Greenwich.Several days ago, again a puddle, this time from another door; useless to say, I called him immediately; they did an awesome job, they gave me back the car cleaned and dried, they took out the carpet to dry it good; I do not have enough words to thank him and BMW Greenwhich. But I know for sure that this is the shop I would recommend to any BMW owner and where soon I will come back to have my car tuned up.

When Robert Radison checked the level he also noticed that there was some grime around the oil filter housing and could be the result of a slight oil leak. I would like to rate a "10" for all of the criteria listed above. We purchased two BMW's from Greenwich and our experience was outstanding both times. I am writing this review because I referred a friend to the Greenwich dealership and he just purchased a 535 x drive. He absolutely loves the car (He previously had a Mercedes). Since I was with him the day he met with Tom Forget and Alex Soyres and purchased the car that day, I got to experience their commitment to excellent customer service once again. My friend has kept me apprised of all the positive aspects of the car, and he can't thank us enough for referring him to Greenwich. My husband will be leasing another 5 series early next year and I just recently purchased a 3 series which is awesome. We have owned several BMWs over the last 12 years and have gone to other dealerships, but after finding Greenwich, we would not purchase/lease our BMWs anywhere else.I strongly recommned that if you are considering buying or leasing a BMW, you must go to Greenwich. Plus, their service center in Portchester is the best. PPM

First of all, my sale's person, Tom Forget was great! I been looking at my new car for few months, and did my homework before I walked in. As a consumer, you always have a doubts and skepticism of car sales person and hard to trust them. Also, once the sale is done, they do not follow through with customer service. However this case was different. I felt as he worked even harder after we made a deal. For example, he always returned both of my calls and emails. Also, knew exactly what the status of my car was in production procedure and gave me very close eta on the car delivery. Norbert Kerekes is very knowledgable about BMWs and has been extremely helpful as a client advisor. He has always stayed in touch about the service and called promptly when our car was ready. He is courteous and professional and I have confidence that he'll see that all work is done thoroughly and completely . When the inevitable problems have arisen during servicing, Norbert has explained the issues in a timely manner and has handled them to a satisfactory conclusion - this is a true indication of his concern for the customer and his capability. I have recommended several friends with BMWs to him.

What a great dealer. My service writer (Bernadette Capra) was awesome. She was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. Very friendly the way it should be. She made me feel very comfortable to be there. The technician (Frank Fata) was also very helpful. He took the time to show me some features on my car that I didn't even know I had. He also did a great job fixing it right. I recommend this dealer to all my friends. They are also easy to make an appointment with. Convenient hours to drop/pick-up the car. Clean, low-mileage loaners are always available while they meticulously work on your car. My most recent visit required a standard oil change and fixing a slight problem with my radio. My service adviser, Fabian, truly went the extra mile to try and understand the problem before I left in case they could not duplicate the error. When in fact they could duplicate the error, Fabian worked quickly with the staff to have the problem remedied. He provided great follow-up communications, and the car was like new when I received it. A courtesy car wash is always nice, and I can feel good in knowing that the next time my car needs service, I have a dependable dealership and top notch service adviser to go back to.

My 2006 530xit had a break down in South-Western Virginia, BMW Roadside assistance was called as I was covered. Tow truck brought my family and my car to BMW of Charlottesville and then arranged for a rental car back to New York for us. Once the car was ready to be 'reunited' with me, BMW Roadside completely dropped the ball. BMW Roadside said that they would not speak with me directly and only with the dealership currently in pocession of the car. BMW of Charlottesville had never 'reunited' a car with its owner before, and told me that BMW Roadside said I lived too far away to be reunited, and said there was nothing they could do either. I offered to pay the difference, but no one would quote me a price to transfer my car. I then called BMW of NA who were completely useless and told me that BMW Roadside Assistance was a third party program and therefore they are not responsible and have no authority. I told them that is complete BS, as most of the parts in their cars are made by third parties (excluding the inline 6) and yet they still call it a BMW. My simple ask was to suggest to me a solution to be reunited with my car. I offered to meet the car at a BMW dealer halfway (less than 250 miles, to which I was told that the car cannot be transferred to another dealer and that it had to be received by me personally. When pressed they had no suggestions aside from "perhaps you can choose a McDonald's on a highway within 250 miles of Charlottesville Virginia to wait for the car." Are they out of their minds? In final desperation I called my local BMW dealer (BMW of Greenwich) and asked to speak with my service advisor Norbert Kerekes. I told Norbert about the runaround I was getting, and asked if he had any suggestions. Rather than simply rattling off a couple of ideas, Norbert took this opportunity to own the situation, and said "Let me talk to my manager and see if we can't help get your car back to you." This was yesterday at 4pm. This morning I had a message from Norbert that my car was in BMW of Greenwich's pocession and that a mechanic was looking over the car one more time before releasing it to me. I was amazed and overwhelmed with joy and relief that with one call to Norbert and the entire service team at BMW of Greenwich, that our issue was mittigated. I can honestly say that Norbert's actions have moved us so, we will be buying my wife's next car in the next 3 months from BMW of Greenwich.

I had previously purchased a BMW from this dealership and had a good experience. So naturally I went back to this same dealership to buy another BMW. Again, my overall experience was extremely pleasant. I think this had to do a lot with my salesperson, Mr. Frank Omidi. He was patient with me as I wasn't sure exactly which SUV to buy. He allowed me to test drive both models so that I would be comfortable in making the right purchase. The price of the car was fair as I had done my research in comparing prices with other dealerships. After the purchase, Frank gave me some all weather mats for the car which was a nice gift. The car was fully loaded, and I had trouble understanding some of the more "technical" gadgets. He was more than happy to spend some time explaining and showing how all these things work. In addition, I received a phone call or two to make sure all was in working order. I'm extremely happy with my salesperson and this dealership in Greenwich. I highly recommend Frank to anyone who is interested in a BMW purchase.

Terrible sales and service namely, Thomas Forget and the supposed manager Peter Provost. I've come to expect very little from there service. Port chester service center is also subpar. This dealership is the best. They were so friendly and helpful. Trevor taught me everything I needed to know about my new 535i. He was ever so thorough and made my buying experience a true pleasure. He even recommended a great local deli to me, chicken joes. Great nuggets! This is my first BMW and I just love it. It handles the roads like a dream. I shopped around at 3 other BMW dealerships in the area and they not only had the best deal but were the friendliest. Having recently moved from Miami to Westchester County, NY, I was ambivalent in servicing my '09 335i at BMW of Manhattan. Although the latter is relatively close to my office, the opinions posted online creeped me out. My new neighbor who drives an X5 recommended Greenwich BMW's Service dept in Port Chester, just a few minutes north. Scheduled the 15,000 miles service appointment online and they had an available spot for the following morning. My first impression was the tidiness of the service area, how affable my Service Advisor Michael treated everyone, and the overall professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff. Braman BMW in Miami should learn a thing or two from these guys! Michael called in the afternoon and informed the car was ready. The shuttle (an X5) was waiting at Metro North's Rye station were the extremely polite driver helped me out with bags. Upon arriving at the center, Michael expeditiously explained the service performed, parts replaced and gave a quote on winter tires options. These Miamian has NEVER driven in snow! I am honestly impressed with the high level of service, courtesy and honesty provided by the staff, particularly Michael, at Greenwich BMW. And although I adore my sales rep in Miami, I might be replacing my 3 here too.

I had an unfortunate accident with my previous car and needed a car desperately. The car was eventually totalled which put me in an rushed situation. During a visit to my cousin, I met Lee who presented several options and eventually we found the perfect match. I appreciated Lee's patience and composure through the entire process. Most salesmen would be frustrated after I changed my mind a few times, but Lee was pleasantly calm. He did not treat me like someone from out of town and blow me off. I had a wonderful experience with BMW of Greenwich all arcoss the board. Starting for the smiles and warm welcome when I first walked in to drop my car off, until the time I came to pick it up. I had a gentlemen named Norburt work on my car and he was fantastic. He met me at 7:15 in the morning ready to go on road test to help me show him what I thought was wrong with the car, as I am not a car expert and I don't know the proper terms. This was a huge help and made me feel very comfortable that everything was going to be taken care of. Sure enough, it was! All in all, these guys are very friendly, professional, experienced and service oriented. With that kind of a combination you can't go wrong. I will definitly go far out of my way to make sure my car is at BMW of Greenwich when nessessary. I should hope that will be the case for all you readers out their as I have heard many "horror stories" that make me glad I found my hub at BMW of Greenwich.

After hearing so much about the 'Ultimate Driving Machine' and being in need of a new vehicle, I decided to check out BMW. My requirements are simple for a vehicle, reliability, performance & some creature comforts (bells & whistles). Several friends suggested I look at a BMW and assured me that I wouldn't be sorry.I visited a number of dealers from northern NJ to North Haven, CT. The service & attention to customer(my) requirements did not match the service at Greenwich. Just to test the waters I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2007 530xi in June and every concern has been addressed w/out question. This buying experience was a good one.I love the car. It's loaded and it's fun to drive. Just to give you a sense of what I mean, the car is more like a glove than a car. It's transportation yes, AND at the same time it's form fitting with the Sports Package seats and other features. For me, this was the perfect entry into the world of BMW. It will be the only car I drive. Additionally the service at Pace is exceptional. My experience is that appointment are easy to book, your vehicle is taken in right away and the facilities for waiting are most comfortable. Dave in the service area is helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. It may sound crazy, but it may be the only service experience that you might look forward to having.

I visited BMW of Greenwich after shopping other brands and other BMW dealerships. In this economy, dealerships seem like vultures when you go into the showroom, clearly they're desperate to sell cars. When I went into BMW of Greenwich, everyone was friendly, I couldn't believe it because this is Greenwich and not what I was expecting. My sales person was very knowledgeable. They gave me a great deal on a 528xi, way better than the other stores were willing to do, I couldn't pass it up.
