I had purchased BMWs in the past but was new to the Main Line area. I went to Devon BMW to purchase an X3. I knew exactly what I wanted. I met with Dale Levin, told him what I wanted and he had me test driving the car within 10 minutes. We a nice chat in the car. Dale was not a typical sales guy, trying to smooth talk me. Instead he was down to earth and eager to make sure that he was being informative about what I was buying. He made the purchase process as smooth as possible. As a woman, I felt very comfortable buying a car from Dale. He treated me with respect and made the buying experience easy and quick. He didn't play any games, and I would buy or lease another BMW from him in a heartbeat. Dale still keeps in touch, making sure that I am enjoying my new car. Of course, I am - it's a BMW. Dale was awesome, and I highly recommend him.

I had purchased from Mike mulipte times years ago and he is still the same stand up guy I had done business with in years past. I became a customer of Devon BMW within an hour of stepping on the lot. The upfront and straight forward approach was greatly appreciated, especially since I had come to Devon BMW directly following a poor experience with Otto's BMW earlier in the day. I would strongly recommend anyone including family and friends to give Devon BMW a chance to earn your business or at the very least price shop them against any quotes you may have. My husband located a newer model of my current car at this dealership. Volvo is no longer making the C70 and I can't imagine driving anything else. I've had a Volvo for close to 25 years and my celestial blue C70 has definitely been my favorite. Since they quit making them in 2013, my husband decided I'd better replace my '09 with a newer model. We have four daughters, 3 of which drive Volvos (the youngest is 11 and doesn't drive yet lol!) All total we have owned 11 Volvos and this purchase makes it 12! Before driving almost 9 hours we wanted to make sure that we knew what we were getting and that the car would still be there when we arrived. Danny was super helpful and stayed in touch with us throughout our trip. It was a great buying experience and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.
Incredibly Professional Service from Beginning to End
We have been dealing with BMW of Devon for over a decade now. Kerry Simmons has worked with us for our last two vehicles, and Kerry and his team could not be more accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout the process. There is a genuine attempt to build the relationship on a personal level, understand the needs of our family, and not pressure me/us into any decisions. Over a three week period, Kerry made himself available at all times of the day, any day of the week for any questions or concerns. It's a relationship our family plans to continue for years to come.

2011 BMW X3
Found a used SUV online. They took a care of it by replaced all brake rotors & pads, new tires, fixed up & even replaced whole glove box with door that door had bend. I compared my bank & BMW financial. I choose BMW as good rate plus get a car in few hours same day! Very simple! Love it! Drove home with big smiles!

Gentlemen salesman do exist
I met a gentleman who drives a BMW and asked him a few questions about his car. He was very knowledgeable about BMW from his conversation. So much that I suggested he should be a salesman. Come to find out he IS a salesman for Devon BMW. We laughed and he invited me to visit any time. He said all the salesmen were great. While I have yet to visit as I'm not due for another car until 2018 I will definitely look for John Walden. He gave me great advice and didn't seem like he would be pushy or overbearing like some salesman are at dealerships. He is a true gentleman worthy of my business....

On October 22nd in the late afternoon I drove my car into the service bay. I was met by several people who were friendly and kind. I had blown out a tire on my way to funeral at the daylesford abbey a few hours before. I explained the problem and the fact that I live 3 hours away. I waited a short time when someone came out to say that they did not have a tire to match my other 3 but they could put on a tire they had which would allow me to get home safely and then i could purchase another to match. They also noticed that a warning light for a head light was on. When they returned the car to me the tire was on and light replaced!! They would not accept payment and wished me well. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the kindness shown to me that day. I was upset about the funeral and the car and they were just amazing. I was in such a state that I didn't get a chance to get the names of the folks that helped me. It was close to 4pm on the 22nd so you should be able to figure out who it was. I am forever in debt and cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was to me. Please pass this along to all concerned and know that the gentleman who spoke with me (in a blue button down shirt) is a special employee and I hope is treated as such. The service here is fine. I will never understand, though, why absolutely any interaction needs to run through the service rep. For many communications this is understandable. However, When I called to request a shuttle to the dealer to pick up my vehicle first thing in the morning, the receptionist informed me that I must speak with my representative in order to request a shuttle ride. At this point, I'm late for work and all service reps are clearly busy because they had just opened (I sat on the phone with it ringing for 4 straight minutes trying to reach a service rep before I hung up and re-dialed for the front desk). Front desk placed me on hold to try and reach a service rep. Several minutes later, after reaching the same conclusion I had earlier, she returned to tell me my service rep was with a customer, and would I please wait to speak with him. I explained that I was late for work, and simply needed a shuttle to pick up my vehicle. The receptionist stumbled a bit, and requested I be placed on hold to wait for a service rep. I reiterated my time constraint, and exclaimed that if I couldn't get a shuttle quickly then I would have to take a taxi/Uber to the dealership to get my car. "Oh, well yes just do that," I was told by the receptionist. Look, if I'm going to drop several thousand dollars in service costs to your dealer, you better be able to offer me a ride to come give you the money. If I return to this dealer for service in the future, it will only be because of its proximity to my home and office relative to other dealers. How about you integrate some sort of system whereby I don't have to go through my service rep for permission to request a ride to come give you money and retrieve my car from you? This isn't a knock on my service rep or the receptionist, though any receptionist worth their weight could recognize the situation and simply offer to request a shuttle for me. This is clearly an example of management getting comfortable having a near monopoly on the service business on the Main Line and not instituting business processes that will make customer lives easier. The service reps, receptionists, car washers, and valet/shuttle drivers here have all been very nice people, and my experiences with them have been fine. There is something wrong with management, though, when a receptionist feels she doesn't have the little leeway to help a customer to get a shuttle. You need to create a more efficient customer experience for your service customers.
Professional and Customer Focused
Dan is an excellent salesperson, who spent significant time with us during our multiple visits to the dealership to buy a CPO BMW. He was very knowledgeable, knew all the features of the BMW, and demonstrated how everything worked, especially the iDrive system. The buying process was without pressure, transparent, and courteous. Dan provided top-notch customer service and made sure we were happy with our purchase.
Easily the best
I'm going to echo a lot of what was said here already about the guy, but Dan McCloy was great from start to finish of this whole process. I was searching and visiting dealers looking for this vehicle for a few weeks prior to calling BMW of Devon, so i've had experiences with a dozen sales people in a short time, and Dan was EASILY the best. Starting out from my first inquiry about the car (Volvo XC90) Dan went out of his way and took some detailed interior pictures of the car and texted them right over to me. He could have given me the standard line of "Come on down and take a look for yourself", which I heard a few times before. Communication was also the top notch, when he says he's gonna call, he does. If theres an issue, he's on it without you even asking. He even retuned my calls on his day off....who does that!? I'll tell you who, Dan the man does! I could go into details and write a 3 page long essay about all the positives i've had but its unnecessary, far and away the smoothest and best car buying experience i've had start to finish.
Worth the drive!
I drove here to purchase a pre-owed 528i and left a happy man. While I arrived after hours, Brad T. was an amazing sales rep who got me into my dream car. I had to make a second trip to close the deal, but it worked out well. The finance team found me a more competitive loan, and put more money back into my pocket. Brad also provided an exceptional tutorial and tour of the car prior to me driving home. There was peace of mind knowing that I was purchasing this vehicle from a reputable dealership.
A Good Experience
From the very beginning of my foray into buying a used car (Nissan Juke) for my daughter, I realized I'd found a gem in Dan McCloy. He was responsive to my initial phone queries and prepared for our visit. Dan was kind and patient as he took us out for a extended test drive and on our return to the dealership, he spent more time without pressuring us into a decision. Dan is truthful and personable and brings his wide knowledge into the world of car sales. After purchasing the car Dan continued to be excellent at returning phone calls as we awaited the new plates. Additionally when it turned out that the car needed to have work on the brakes, Dan and BMW of Devon made sure I was reimbursed for the labor costs.
The Extra Mile
Dan has excellent communication skills. He was fast to do what he said. He went the extra mile for me and took extra pictures of the car for me. He responded to every text message fast. I test drove a vehicle and bought it in less than an hour. The car was cleaned and full of gas. Lisa was a great communicator as well, very friendly and very thorough. This was by far the best car dealership experience that I have ever had!
We recently went to this dealer, now Sloane BMW, mostly just to browse the less expensive vehicles, yet our sales advisor, Dan McCloy, treated us with the utmost of respect and attention. He spent nearly the entire afternoon with us, allowing us to test drive any car we wished, and helped us understand our financial options together with Lisa Puggi. Great Car Buying Experience
I really enjoyed working with Dan McCloy. I already knew the model I wanted (435i Gran Coupe) and through some internet research and with the assistance of Drew Wendle (BMW Devon Internet Manager) realized that BMW of Devon had just what I wanted in stock. I was assisted by Dan who has such an easygoing and no pressure demeanor that he really made it quite an enjoyable experience (I typically hate the new car buying process!). I had several technical questions that he was able to easily explain to my satisfaction. Since purchasing the vehicle, he has followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I dont need anything else, have any other questions, let me know my tags are in, and that Im thoroughly enjoying my new ride. Great Experience with Christine N. when buying my new car
I was doing my research and came across Christine when I was in the market for a new car. She guided me every step of the way, I winded up getting a great deal on the car. Christine was very knowledgeable, great customer service, didn't feel the pressure that I had to buy. Most sales people make you feel pressured into buying a car, she wanted to make sure it was right for me. Would hope everyone goes and asks for Christine when in the market for a new BMW or even a quality used car. She is one of the few client advisors that keep customers coming back for repeat business.

Outstanding sales and finance service
Dan McCloy is an outstanding Client Advisor / sales person. When I first visited BMW of Devon, I was looking at several car brands. After one visit with Dan, I knew that a BMW was the best vehicle for my needs. Subsequently, I visited other BMW dealerships for comparison. I returned to Dan because of his honesty and his knowledge about BMWs. In addition to being a Client Advisor, Dan is also a BMW Genius. He wants the client to purchase the best vehicle for his/her needs. I appreciated his patient explanations of BMW qualities, from exterior to engines, especially because I know little about cars, except that I have driven hundreds of thousands of miles and need a car that drives well, withstands all conditions, and has an excellent performance record and extended maintenance programs. Because of Dan, my family purchased a new X3 and, several months later, a used X3. (We had owned Volvos for 30 years.) LIsa Puggi in Finance is also outstanding. Her explanations and knowledge are impressive.

I recently purchased a 2008 Acura RL from BMW of Devon. The dealership itself is visually appealing with a host of models on the showroom floor. Upon arrival (which was a Saturday . . . the busiest time to shop at ANY dealership) I was not greeted however a very attentive hostess asked if I was being helped and promptly had someone assist me with a test drive. Andrew, my sales associate, was extremely personable and helpful. As a person that do not like wasting my time, I cut to the chase and started the purchase process. Without going through all the details of my purchase, I'll summarize by saying EVERYONE (from the used sales associate, manager and finance manager) did an excellent job ensuring my purchase experience was a great one. The reason I felt compelled to write this review is because although I did not purchase a BMW EVERYONE at the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a 2017 7 series, and that speaks volumes about the dealership. I DO plan on leasing/purchasing a BMW soon . . . and I can say without a doubt that I know where I'm going.
Selling Certified Pre Owned without getting checked
Extremely disappointed after purchasing certified pre owned 535i from Devon BMW. They claim that certified pre owned goes through series of service and detailing before it goes for sale. Not even a week i started driving the car, the AC stopped working. Also, I had to bring back the car for a stain in the dashboard and a dirty seat belt. My biggest disappointment is the AC. Seems like the dealership just want to get rid of the car without being properly checked. I will definitely not going there for next purchase and will not recommend others to purchase any pre owned cars from there.

I wouldn't be characterized as someone who is loyal to a particular brand. But as long as Dale Levin, Rich Hudak and Tony Lukanski are at BMW of Devon that is where I will continue to buy my future cars. I love getting a new car but I get a queasy feeling having to go through the process. This was my second BMW purchase because of Dale (he makes it effortless) Tony Lukanski who is the sales manager. After purchasing my car there was a mistake in the financial department and Tony quickly returned my call and made it right!The other reason why I am enjoying my car is because of Richard Hudak. Richard is the service manager. Anyone who lives on the mainline will remember all the pothole issues we had during a very bad winter. Other than maintenance appointments, I rarely have a need to get my car serviced. You know you are in good hands when things go wrong. When things are perfect everything is great (that's easy) it's when things go wrong that is really what matters. How will a car dealership handle problems? Love my Z4
Dale was a pleasure to work with. I ordered a new Z4 and he kept me apprised of the build progress all the way to delivery. When it was at the dealership, Dale made sure I could pick it up ASAP. Dale is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend you request him. Regarding pricing, I went to Otto's and asked for their best price, then went to Devon and asked for the same (without sharing the Otto's price). The prices were close with Devon BMW being somewhat better. I have leased X5 from Devon and find their service excellent.

Fantastic customer service.
Dale was quick to accommodate me and my mother to our needs. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on BMW's. We traded in two vehicles and financed the rest. He explained the entire procedure thoroughly answering any questions we had. I was surprised at the flexibility in the financing options. He narrowed us down to three cars based on what we had discussed. He was very upfront and honest. No beating around the bush which is uncommon for a car salesman. He wasn't trying to sell me. He was trying to help me find a car that fit my needs. It was a very enjoyable time and i walked away with a beautiful 335Xi.
This dealership will belittle you as a buyer
Went in to inquire on a used SUV and the sales associate was so keen on asking me how soon I wanted to purchase a vehicle, before he even got the keys to open it. My answer of "within the next month" must have not been sufficient enough as when he came back with the keys he did not even allow me to test drive the vehicle as to his statement "it will put miles on the vehicle and that the vehicle will be sold before that time frame." Absolute absurdity that a 2 mile test drive would diminish the value. I walked right out and he then proceeded to chase me down and say that he would get the tags to take the vehicle on a test drive. I left the dealership, told them to never contact me regarding any vehicle ever. This dealership does not deserve any respect as they clearly do not even offer that to potential customers.
Enjoyable car buying experience
I recently bought a BMW 328 from Dale Levin. He was extremely helpful and made what could have been a rather intimidating experience actually a lot of fun! I just love the car!Ian was also very helpful in teaching me the technology inside the car!All in all a great experience!

This is my second car from BMW of Devon. Under the new management the team has raised the level of customer experience. Dan's approach was very friendly and helped make me make the best decisions and he followed up after the sale till I was all comfortable. I bought a BMW X3 from Brad. He was very professional and efficient in handling my case. I talked to him several times and then got a good price (better than those offers my friends got). One thing I want to mention is that: if you attend BMW Drive for Team USA, you can save $1000. I really enjoy the buying experience with Brad and BMW of Devon.
Waste of time
I contacted the dealership for a quote on a specific car. I promptly received an e-mail quote stating that the car was available. I then called Friday afternoon to make sure that that car was still available. They said it was. So I made a 60 mile trip to the dealership Saturday morning only to be told that the car I was interested in was already sold and paid for. I found out later that they had left message on my work phone Friday night telling me that the car had already been sold.Beware of this place and don't waste your time driving there unless you speak to a manager and double check that the car is really available.
Very comfortable experience
All of my premonitions about dealing with a car salesman/dealership were thrown out the window at when I was at BMW of Devon. Sales team was not pushy, very considerate, and explained my new vehicle thoroughly. Great experience.
Simply the best...
I recently leased a new BMW 2016 x3 and had the pleasure of working with Dale Levin, Frank Muto and Lisa Puggi. This was my first time leasing a car and all made the process easy and worry free! I never felt that I was "taken advantage of", as many picture in the stereotypical car dealership experience. I was one who asked a lot of questions and Dale never hesitated to get back to me, always making me feel comfortable throughout the process. By the time I came to pick up the new car, I literally was walking around the dealership saying hi to everyone that worked there - they truly make you feel like you are part of the family. In fact, I had already signed the paperwork when Dale told me to hang around for a bit more... This is the worst dealership ever!
I don't even know where to start! My 2011 535Xi was the worst car hands down I've even owned. My vehicle had been service at least 7 times in the 1 yr. I owned this car. Yes, do the math, that's almost once a month! This last problem with my car [check engine ] was elevated to upper management..haha! I am still waiting for a callback from one of the managers for over two weeks now. Needless to say I felt it was in my best interest to part ways! Consumers, for the prices they charge us for these high end cars , they should spend some of our hard earned money hiring better Managers, technicians and sales associates.I would not even send anyone there to use their restrooms!!!!!!!

This dealership was very organized. I had a good impression just from the initial e-mail exchanges and I was very pleased with the sales person's service and the other people I dealt with. Used Car Purchase
My wife and I were looking for a car for our daughter. We arrived at BMW of Devon on a Saturday morning. Dale Levin a senior sales client rep. greeted us. I informed him we were looking at a particular car for our daughter. The car came in as a trade just 2 days ago and didn't have a chance to go through the service department yet. He showed us the car anyway and we test drove it. We liked the car and wanted to purchase the car immediately. However Dale informed us we couldn't purchase the car until it went through the service department as this was BMW of Devon's protocol. We did agree on a great price and put down a refundable deposit. Once again I reiterated to Dale the car was for our daughter and we wanted to be sure it was mechanically sound before the final purchase. Dale assured me they wouldn't sell us the car unless they felt it was safe for their own family or anyone for that matter, "it's just not the way BMW of Devon does business". After several days went by he informed me the car needed several thousand of dollars worth of work, but even though they could get out of the predetermined sales price of the vehicle, they were going to stick to the original deal. We purchased a vehicle at a great price and BMW of Devon still did all the required work to make the car safe as can be for our daughter. They printed out all the service records for the history of the car, including the recent work they just completed. Even though it was a used car, they even offered us a fairly good warranty at no cost, which was great peace of mind. I must say I'm glad I couldn't purchase the car the original day, their detail department made the car look brand new.I wouldn't consider myself wealthy, and even though we were purchasing a used car, everyone at their dealership still treated us like we were special. The dealership is first rate and has, just some beautiful cars. Thank you Dale, Demetri, Lisa and Richard for welcoming us to the Sloane family of dealerships. It's obvious everyone cares about their customers and even after the sale everyone spent an incredible amount of time with us. Job well done, perhaps my best car purchase experience ever. We had previously leased 2013 X5 and wanted to switch to a a smaller more fuel efficient car. Dale Levin helped us walk through the finance and various options available to us to make that switch. He did an excellent job in enabling this switch from X5 to smaller 328xi which we enjoy very much. Dale is a great person to work with and we will have no hesitation in working with him again in the future for our next car.

Working with Dale Levin was a great expirince. He is very friendly and loves cars which make it fun and enjoyable to work with. About a year ago I stopped by BMW of Devon and I told Dale that I love my 328i that I was leasing at that time and I am not sure if I want to change it. Still had more than 18 month to the end of the lease. He offered me to drive some cars other than 328i to just get an idea and he asked me to call when I am ready. About 8 weeks ago it was 6 months left on my lease so I went back to Dale and again he asked me to try all the cars that I am interested in which was fun. We made the deal and I love the new car. What happened after that was much more important and appreciated by me and my family. I had an issue with BMW financial related to my old BMW and all I did is contacting Dale and he treated the issue as if it is his own issue and it was resolved (thanks Dale). I also like to thank Frank Muto he was very helpful with the finances he did more than I expected to work with me on the lease and give it all he can to make the deal work for me. I really appreciated working with him (thank you Frank).

Good customer service
Attention to detail, including having started the insurance paperwork before arrving to pick up my new car. Dale was on top of his game and remembered details about my previous visits. The technology briefing was very good too, helping me set up the new car based on my old X5 preferences.
My car is under warranty, less than a year old. I scheduled service appointment for faulty back up sensor. I was told I would have to pay for a brand new sensor, even though this car is under warranty. Service rep alleged that my car was hit where sensor is placed, however this car has never been in any type of accident and there is no damage to the area where sensor is placed. I should not have to pay for a part that is under warranty.
Purchase Review of our new BMW
After having purchased 3 BMW's at another dealership, we purchased a new BMW from BMW of Devon. The experience was a very positive one. The salesman Kerry Simmons went above and beyond what was needed to consummate the sale, and I mean that in a positive way. Beside the fair deal that we negotiated with Kerry, he worked hard with BMW financial to get a credit of our last lease payment on our previous BMW even though it had been several weeks since the payment had been made. This for all intent and purposes lowered the cost of our new BMW even more.
Best car buying experience I've ever had
I needed to trade in my 6 month old Camaro convertible for a more "practical" 4-door as my daily driver. Since I live so close, I figured that I would take a look at a BMW. I had met the used car manager, Demetri, back in the summer. I found him to be a great guy who really knows cars. Although I decided not to buy a used BMW then, and opted for the new Camaro, I came away impressed. I called and asked to speak to the new car manager. Tony picked up the phone and when I explained the situation, he gave me numbers right on the phone. I found him to be a straight shooter, so I made plans to go into the dealership. When I walked in, I walked through the store but nobody rushed out to greet me. I looked at a couple of cars on the floor and expected to be pounced on like typical dealers, but I was left alone. I started talking small-talk to a sales person while I waited for Tony and we hit it off. His name is John (I HIGHLY recommend John W). Tony came out and introduced himself and I mentioned that I'd like to work with John. No problem. I test drove a new 320xi AWD and had my 2014 Camaro appraised at trade in. I didn't feel that the 320 was for me, but the deal was great and Demetri gave me a fair appraisal on my Camaro. I walked out. No problem, no hard sell. The next morning I called Tony and said that maybe a late used model 5 series would be better for me. He gave me a few suggestions and then John followed up. After work I test drove a 2012 52xi AWD with 22k miles. I liked it enough and even through I was now buying a used car, they still gave me the same money for my Camaro. Since it was getting late we decided to finish the paperwork the next day. Paperwork was a breeze and I left with my new "practical" car... But Demetri promised to be on the look-out for a modest priced convertible, so stay tuned. All in all, the best car buying experience I've ever had. Ever.
Traded 2010 Lexus for their 2008 BMW (lemon)
I purchased a 2008 BMW from BMW of Devon and it had some issues. I took to another dealership and was told there was an oil leak. I returned to Devon and waited 3 hours for them to replace gasket for leak. They told me to go home because it would take too long and I should return two weeks later and they will give me a loaner. I said "my warranty would be over". They said "no problem, we will still honor it". I returned two weeks later and they made me use my insurance for a loaner. I left my vehicle and two hours later they called and said my car was ready. I returned the next day and they did not do anything. They gave me a bogus story that the oil was from a previous repair over one year ago and the gasket was still hard so there is no leak. I returned to other dealer and they said - there is still a leak. On yesterday my car started smoking from the oil leak and Devon does not want to repair. Even if I trade in the vehicle, I will lose over $1,000 due to the leak. I plan to go to court and report to MV since I gave them three (3) chances to resolve the problem and they refused.
Great Experience Buying New BMW
Had a great experience buying a new 528xi at BMW of Devon. I started online with Dan McCloy, one of the sale men, and he was highly responsive without being annoying. We discussed price and he gave me an excellent quote. After considerable back and forth, I went into the dealership and Frank Muto (the manager), John Walden and Lisa Puggi all took great care of me. They offered a fair price for my trade in and respected the price and terms that Dan had quoted. Ian took me through a thorough "genius" briefing of my new car. All in, a total of about three or four hours and I drove away with a full tank of gas. Very happy!
8 months ago I've tried to make an appointment for service - a young lady was totally disinterrested in giving me one of the requested days and after Asking her which other dayscwere available , I was told to call her back because she was busy so from that day on we were taking our cars to the Bala dealer. So last week I gave them a scond chance---Went to get a new SUV - 2 salesman were on the phone totally ignoring me, young ladies were on their computers not bothering lifting their heads up. After walking around for 10 minutes and than sitting in the dark gray x5 for a while I left. Since the place was taken over by Sloan the service became very poor.!!!

I just leased my 9th BMW in the last 25 years, 8 of which had come from the same dealership. Unfortunately the BMW dealership stayed loyal to and had bought my very first BMW from in 1989 (e30/M3) created a very frustrating and frankly unprofessional experience for me while shopping for my next BMW. HOWEVER, turns out things do happen for a reason...I was quite HAPPY I had decided to move on from my previous dealership and give BMW of Devon Hill a shot. I was coming to the end of my current BMW M3 lease(e92) when I met Dale Levin whom, was my sales advisor at BMW of Devon Hill and who ended up selling me the NEW M4. It was quite refreshing and pleasant to deal with Dale. His expert knowledge of BMWs and of the sales process made the entire experience enjoyable and pleasant. Most importantly, he followed through on making me a great deal and cementing my future business with Devon Hill. Ultimate Buying Experience
Chris Blazer made the car buying experience easy. It was so relaxing and easy i was sometimes skeptical and surprised. I still remember even a few weeks after i placed my order for my car i would question myself if i had really bought it, was it that easy? He really made it simple, relaxing, and a great car buying experience. I was put in touch with Chris over emails and after a phone call with him i felt very comfortable with dealing with him, everything else was handled through emails and phone. I actually never stepped foot into the dealership until i had to trade my car in. The wait was grueling but Chris made it easy with updates and even photos when the car when it arrived. He was very patient with my questions and even gave me a lot of very good advice and information which helped me with my order. Car dealers often get a bad reputation but Chris really made my first BMW experience stellar with really really really good customer service. I once told myself i would never leave Audi because i had a great sales guy but Chris at BMW Devon really made this the ultimate buying experience. I cannot forget Frank Muto who is a true professional, he took the time to explain my financing to me, as well as all the options that i could purchase in terms of warranties and what not. A Great Experience
My wife and I purchased a new car from BMW of Devon. We have gone through the process of buying a new car many times and it can be a real chore. My salesperson Carolyn was a pleasure to work with and knew the product well. We went back and forth trying to select the right model and options and I felt she was really working in our best interest. When we finally selected the exact car we wanted, Frank the business manager and I worked a price and came to an agreement. The car we wanted was at another dealership and Frank came in and told me he had some bad new and good news. The bad news was the car was unavailable however he was going to put me in the same model with many more options and honor the same price. I was floored.Carolyn and Frank worked as a team to get us an awesome car. Working with them was a pleasure rather than a chore and i would recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW.

My husband and I just bought our first BMW at the Devon dealership and we were extremely pleased with the level of service and attention that we got from Kerry. We took about 3 weeks to make our decision and Kerry was there for us every step of the way. We came in and test drove a few times, flip flopped on new/lease vs. CPO, and emailed/called with questions and he couldn't have been better in helping us weigh our options and finally decide. He followed up with us along the way the perfect amount of times - never got pushy or overwhelming - and I could tell that he actually was interested in helping us find the car that was right for us, not just making a sale. This will not be the last time that we work with Kerry to get a car!

Good price especially since certified and coming from a dealership, price was comparable to other dealers and fair according to KBB and TrueCar. A singular focus on outstanding customer service.
BMW of Devon has long had a superior focus on the customer in their service department. Ease of getting an appointment, loaner BMWs, and a facility where you drive into the service area and exit you car outside the elements help add to this. When you exit your car you are promptly greeted by someone who escorts you to a comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks. Your service advisor then comes for you and goes over the work you wish to have performed and makes sure to cover all of your concerns. My service advisor, Bruce Baynard is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His service manager, Rich Hudak, is always available to speak to as well if Bruce is for some reason unavailable. They perform all work timely, properly, and deliver my car back to me as promised. BMW of Devon's sales department is just as customer focused. I recently purchased another new BMW, my first from this dealership which is under new management and had the pleasure of working with Tony Lukanski and Carolyn Cohen. I did a lot of price checking and didn't find a better deal anywhere. There was no haggling, games, or pressure, just one quote that turned out to be extremely competitive. The sales process was simple and they ordered my new car without even trying to steer me to a car with options/colors different than I wanted just because they might of had it in inventory. Carolyn kept me abreast of the progress of my build and my new car was delivered earlier than I expected, a pleasant surprise. Upon delivery Carolyn educated my wife and I on all of the features of the car so we could enjoy the best possible driving experience. When it came time to do the paperwork Frank Muto made the process quick and easy to understand. He is very proactive by even having my new insurance card on hand for me. My deal was exactly as quoted and they delivered everything they said that they would. This dealership makes you feel like part of their extended family. I had been looking for a VERY specific car for several years now and Cars.com sent me an alert that BMW of Devon had what I was looking for. This was an Avus Blue E39 M5 - these cars are somewhat rare these days and I called right away and made an appointment to see the car. When I got there I was met right away and shown the car. We discussed the history of the vehicle which they knew pretty well. I drove it and it was beautiful so I bought it. The sales staff was very courteous and knew their cars very well. They answered all of my questions and made me feel like a valuable customer. I brought it back recently to be serviced and the service staff was impeccable. The facilities are clean and gorgeous and the work is fantastic. BMW isn't called the ultimate driving machine for nothing. They earn their excellent reputation daily with people on the ground like this. If you're looking for a BMW I would HIGHLY recommend giving the folks at Devon a call. There's no way you'll go wrong. Will not return
I recently was in the market for a certified pre-owned BMW. This was my first car purchase. Almost everyone I encountered at the dealership was helpful and friendly. Carolyn was extremely patient and helpful while I test drove many different cars. When it came time to make a deal Demetri went to look at my trade in. When he returned inside he approached me with a condescending tone, even laughing at me at one point, and it seemed he was taking advantage of me due to my age. I ended up purchasing my car from another BMW dealer after they doubled Demetri's offer for my trade in with no hesitation. Unfortunately I will not even consider Devon BMW for my next purchase because of a bad experience with one employee.
I thought that i would have the typical experience with the dealership until I met Gina----she is the most educated and informative sales rep out there when it comes to BMW automobiles-----so much so that we bought 2 cars from her and we are so happy that we did----she is always so helpful and easy to talk to and we will be lifetime car customers------all i can say is thanks

Wonderful BMW M5 Purchase
I had been dealing with Kerry Simmons by email and telephone for a while concerning a BMW M5 that BMW of Devon had on their lot, but was unsure of the color and was looking at various other vehicle (M6 and Jaguar F Type). Because I live in New Jersey popping out to see and drive the car was a major issue and I did not want to drive the 115 miles unless it had reached 1-3 on my short list. On first contacting Kerry he was very approachable and accommodating, knowing my needs for a lease he supplied me with excellent rates first time around - no haggling, no pressure, no insisting I come in to drive the vehicle! When I mentioned my Trade In he again was very fair in advising what I could expect his dealership to pay for it - again no haggling! In the end both of these factors had a bearing on my decision to finally go with the M5, after arriving at the dealership late one Saturday afternoon after a harrowing 4-1/2 hours drive in traffic. Kerry was only too pleased to honor the numbers we had discussed and even lower the lease rate slightly in good faith. I did have a chance to drive the vehicle with David Sloane, before making my mind up. David was very pleasant and not pushy at all. My fiance experience with Frank Muto was also very pleasant and relaxed. Altogether a great experience with no last minute surprises, no pushing things I did not want on the car. The car was handed to me in perfect condition and all features and amenities were fully explained before I drove off - another first in my book - luckily as the M5 has a long list of neat little features, which would have taken hours to find in the manual. 2015 BMW M3 delivery!
Just recently took delivery of a 2015 BMW M3, which I ordered. My very knowledgeable CA, Kerry Simmons has been fantastic throughout the entire process. From the initial stages of ordering, he kept me posted throughout the process. I knew when it was being built, on the boat, when it arrived, and he even texted pictures and a video of it being unloaded. Emails and phone calls were always responded promptly, and believe me, I was quite a nuisance. :) On top of all that, I received a great deal on this car, which was just introduced and in high demand.Thanks to Tony as well, and the detailing team who worked hard to get the car prepped and detailed the same day they got it in so I could drive it home that night. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I am a first time BMW buyer. The sales staff members I dealt with were so attentive. Tony Lukanski helped me identify which model would suit me best. He helped me to design the car with all the features I wanted. Kerry Simmons walked me through all the bells and whistles and how everything worked before I drove the car home. He has been available 24/7 to receive my many calls with questions.I pulled in today, unannounced, and had all tires checked on my car due to a message I got re low tire pressure. I was in and out in ten minutes. I have never known such first class treatment from a dealership. Cannot say enough.
Well worth the drive
Let me start by saying that any business today that does not embrace technology and electronic communication isn't going to fare as well as those that do. I'm not saying that we need to avoide face to face exchanges completely, but in this busy world of data and information, people often want to research on their own time without wasting that of others before they engage with the face to face. For example, most days I spend 12 hours or more at my office going from building to building and meeting to meeting. I depend on email, texts, instant messaging, Skype or FaceTime, and my cell phone for much of my communication. Let me explain why this is important to me and why I was so impressed with BMW of Devon.For the last four or five months I had been searching online for a CPO BMW. I would use the time that I had to look online for the model I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I had made a couple inquiries online with my local BMW dealership and got nothing but crickets. When I did get a response, it was useless dribble like "Present me with a Challange". Yes, I spelled that incorrectly because that was how it was spelled in the email I received. Seriously? Here's a challenge for you: LEARN TO SPELL! Anyway, since they were of no use, I started expanding my search using the BMW web site. From California to Maine, I looked at any car that matched my search criteria. After what seemed an eternity, I finally got a good hit on a 2012 535i xDrive at BMW of Devon. I decided to click the "request an eQuote" button fully expecting to not get a response. In under an hour I received a very pleasant email from Helen with the price minus a nice internet discount. She even apologized for taking so long. OTHER DEALERSHIPS TAKE NOTE: She responded in less than an hour and apologized!!!! Moving on...Given that the car matched my criteria and the price was very good, I decided to contact Carolyn who was the salesperson Helen mentioned could help me further. As with Helen, Carolyn responded almost immediately an answered every one of my questions. Carolyn was incredibly helpful, insanely polite, and blazingly fast. Since I was interested in the car, the next step was to figure out what to do with my trade. I gave Carolyn the VIN, a description, and emailed her a picture. Within an hour, she emailed me back and said that Demetri, the CPO manager, gave her a verbal figure for my trade. I had done my research and was expecting something between KBB and the "other" book. The number was exactly where I wanted it to be. I knew this was subject to an appraisal, but Carolyn explained that they like to do business without jerking people around. Haggling and negotiating may be fun for some people, but I bet most people find a root canal more appealing. Carolyn told me that they like to price the cars at what they are worth and give people reasonable amounts for their trades. Everybody wins. Next up: how to pay for it...Seeing at that I am not independently wealthy, there was a portion of the price that I was planning to finance. Having a good relationship with my local bank, they offered me a discounted rate that wasn't bad. I mentioned to Carolyn that I was going to secure my own financing, but she suggested that Frank, her finance manager, might be able to do better. Again, within less than an hour, Carolyn emailed me back with an offer from Frank that beat my local bank by a significant amount. In addition, by financing through BMW, I got an additional $750 discount for having recently acquired a graduate degree. Whoooo Hoooo! When can I pick this car up????? Did I also mention that by by offering such a good price for my trade I saved quite a bit on the sales tax?The following Saturday came around and I called Carolyn to see about picking up the car. She said that it was already checked out, detailed, and ready to go, so I could come pretty much anytime. How about today, I asked? Carolyn said she was there until 5pm, so come on out! Given that Devon was a little over 5 hours away from me, I quickly got in the car and hit the road. Carolyn was even nice enough to call my cell a couple times just to make sure everything was okay and that I wasn't having any issues. When I finally pulled in to the dealership, it was 4:30 pm. I felt horrible about showing up on a Saturday a half hour before quitting time, but Carolyn said it was not a problem at all. While Demetri was looking over my trade, Carolyn took me for a test drive. I don't know which impressed me more: the car, or Carolyn's knowledge about every aspect of the vehicle. She told me that she had not been at the dealership very long which astounded me. This was a salesperson who others should mimic. She was very pleasant, informed, smart, and a pleasure to deal with. There was no question that I was going to drive home in this car.By the time Demetri and I had a chance to talk, Frank and I had a chance to go over the paperwork, and Carolyn and I had a chance to pair my iPhone to the car and set up the navigation for the ride home, it was after 7pm. Again, I felt horrible for keeping these folks so long on a Saturday evening, but every one of them told me not to worry about it at all. They were more than happy to make sure I had a pleasant experience and a safe ride home with my new car. Frank told me that he would take care of everything and to call or email him if I had any problems or questions. Carolyn was even so kind as to tell me I could call her at any time should I have a question about the car. We all shook hands and on the road I went. I should have bought them all dinner!It's been a couple weeks now since I picked up the car and I couldn't be happier. I have emailed Carolyn and Frank a few times with follow-on questions and they were just as responsive as before I bought the car. Looking back on my experience and I am still impressed. This was a fantastic group of young professionals in the business of selling some of the best cars on the road. To that end, they did a great job. I don't care how far away you are... If you are in the market for a new or CPO BMW, I highly suggest you call, email, text, or visit BMW of Devon. You won't regret it. I sincerely hope that Helen. Carolyn, Demetri, and Frank are still there when I am looking for my next BMW. Without a doubt, it was definitely worth the trip for this one.

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years. i was very fearful that my past sales rep (Al Saba) had retired and the dealership was under new owners. The sales manager Claudio (who had been there 14 years) assured me that everything would be the same as it was. i went into the dealership saturday morning, really not know what to expect. i had a number in mind for a 2014 M235. Claudio set me up with Al's "replacement" Kerry Simmons, and he gave me a bottom line. no grief or haggling. I was so pleasantly surprised! i know they are in business to make money, but they went below my max number and i am getting the 2008 convertible detail too! Kerry delivered the 2014 to our house went over the "new" features and we went out for a nice wild ride back to the dealership. it was a fun day! -- ask for Kerry when you go there. very kind and considerate! I went over to BMW of Devon after finding a Certified Pre Owned 3 Series online that I was interested in. John Walden assisted me as soon as I stepped in the door. Honestly, it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and certainly the best interaction I have ever had with a dealership. John took me out to to the car I was interested in purchasing and took me thru the process without ever being pushy in any way, shape, or form. I received an excellent value for my trade-in and quickly went over offer and financing terms for the vehicle I ultimately purchased. The negotiation process was simple and never tenuous - it was fair and logical. Once we had settled in on price and trade value we set an appointment to pick up the vehicle within the next few days. I headed over two days later in the morning to finish the paperwork and get into my new car. John answered all of my final questions and showed me every detail I needed to know about the vehicle - at which point I was passed off to Frank Muto to complete all the necessary paperwork. Frank gave me a a full explanation of every document I needed to complete and made sure I arranged financing terms that fit my budget. Again - while offering additional warranty and protection plans I never felt like I was being pushed into anything I didn't want to do. Once everything was signed up, my car was waiting outside with a fresh wash and wax, ready to drive off the lot. It was a truly painless and easy experience. I would recommend this dealership and both of these gentlemen to anyone in the market for a BMW. I look forward to going back and purchasing my next car at Devon as well.
Great BMW Dealership
I was looking for a particular BMW X6, midnight blue with oyster interior, and BMW of Devon had exactly what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was more than accommodating. I live in Maryland and the dealership is in Pennsylvania. They took care of everything so that I could bring the car home the same day and not have to make another trip back to Pennsylvania to pick it up. Follow up after the sale has been incredible. They even made arrangements to get a couple minor things taken care of here in Maryland.If you're looking for a great BMW dealership with really attentive, knowledgeable sales representatives, this is the place, BMW of Devon.

Friendly Follow Through
Met with Carolyn Cohen a couple of times for test drives, and told her the kind of model and color I wanted for a pre-owned. When it became available, she called me and the sales process was quick and efficient. Really appreciated her follow up. The whole staff, including Frank and Demetri, were also great throughout the experience.

After visiting several other BMW dealerships within a 100 mile area from my home, I was lucky enough to finally find BMW of Devon. I could not have found a better group of people to help me with the purchase of my first BMW. From the moment John greeted me at the door I knew I had found the right place.
