My sales representative, Mr. Kourosh Nadali was incredible from the initial conversation on the phone, during the purchase and the follow-up action he continues to take, ensuring I am completely satisfied with my car. We test drove a few different cars before deciding what we wanted. The entire process was excellent. Benn is very professional and highly knowledgeable. He made the experience perfect. My husband told me that we were not making a decision that day. Benn found the perfect car and gave us a fantastic deal and we left with a vehicle. From the very beginning, Lonnie was a true sales professional. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and the dealership was 245 miles from my home. Lonnie was aware of this and went out of his was to not only answer my questions, but to provide information on the vehicle, copies of the certification reports, maintenance history, and answers about BMW financing.I made arrangements to meet him at the dealership, bringing my trade-inn along Tuesday of this week. When I arrived, Lonnie showed exemplary courtesy, product knowledge, concern for my needs and what I wanted for my trade and to make a deal happen. Lonnie, along with Paul their manager and used car appraiser went out of their way to say hello and to then discuss my trade. I didn't get the money I wanted, but felt comfortable in the reasons they shared with me for their trade appraisals. All in all, the difference was not a deal breaker.So now, I'm an owner of a Certified, BMW 535d Xdrive. And the entire buying experience, from Lonnie, to the general manager, used car manager, and Larry Cash, their finance manager, was pleasant, professional, and respectful, from start to finish. I have never done an online survey before because I have never been inspired by a car dealer to say anything positive about the experience but all of that changed when I went to BMW of Catonsville and met up with a salesman named Dylan Rausch. Not only is Dylan the most informative salesman I have ever spoken to but he was also kind and down to earth and because of him and Larry Cash the Finance Director I now look at car dealerships completely different than I did in the past. I don't ever want to buy a car from anywhere else because for the first time I feel like I have some one in my corner that I can trust. They went over everything with me and showed me what was important to me and why. This was the best experience I have ever had buying anything and I have already referred several friends and family to go see Dylan. I wish that all dealerships operated the way this one does and if they did the whole automotive business would be seen completely differently. I would encourage anyone considering buying a new or pre-owned car to go see Dylan and the rest of the team at BMW of Catonsville and be prepared to get what you want and be treated with the utmost respect by people that will have your back anytime you need them. The worst dealer experience I've gone through after owning 5+ BMW's. The quick summary - negotiated & purchased a 2016 M3 for my birthday with Joseph 'Joe' Rivera. After signing a buyers order, dealers sheet, credit app, $2000 deposit and copy of drivers license the car could not be delivered due to BMW recall hold on M3's and other models. Given the situation, I decided to wait. I waited a month and spent $600 on a rental. When the recall hold was up, I booked my flight and called up Joe to schedule pick up. That's when Joe informed me that we no longer had a deal due to improved demand for the car and management no longer accepting my original deal. I have all of the process/communication on email. This was shocking given that it's a BMW dealership. How low can the management be to not honor the deal? Anyway, in the end, I'm out $600 for rental, my dream ride as supply dried up and duped by a dishonest salesman and dealer management. To close out, I asked for an explanation from GM but still waiting. I suggest staying away given that anyone dealing with BMW of Catonsville will run the risk of being swindled.

I have BMW 2008 5 series, once one highlight is off, I came to BMW service, he told me it would cost $375 include labor. Then I went to a body shop in Clarksville, they ordered BMW parts, fixed it for me, charged me $49 include labor.

I decided it was time to buy a BMW. After doing extensive research, I decided to purchase a M235i and reached out to BMW Catonsville with some specific questions. I e-mailed BMW Catonsville and Salesman Lonnie Overby emailed me right back and set up a time to talk later that day. He was actually off work when we talked and still spent quite a bit of time answering my questions. I was test driving two days later and placing an order for my new M235 shortly thereafter. Lonnie was fantastic! - high energy, very knowledgable, patient about my many questions, and honest about the pros and cons of various vehicles and features. He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and kept in touch while it was being shipped so there were no surprises. On delivery he explained the various features, made sure I understood the service department process, and encouraged me to take it easy with such a fast car After I got my car, I realized I spaced on getting the rubber floor mats because of the winter rain and Lonnie took care of it right away. He was awesome to work with and I'll definitely be referring friends to him. The Catonsville sales building is amazing. A huge selection of vehicles, great amenities, and the people who work their seem to genuinely enjoy their work and each other. Walked on the lot last week on Monday, just taking a look at a few vehicles I had seen online and wanted to see them live. Met Joe Riviera briefly, chatted a little and expressed interest in an X5. Let me start by saying I found the car I wanted on BMW of Catonsvilles website right after someone had traded it in. It was the weekend so I sent in an inquiry for it to be contacted. I was promptly called first thing Monday which I greatly appreciated as I was very interested in the particular car. The salesperson I dealt with was Benn Edwards and I couldn't have been more pleased not only with him but the entire staff at BMW of Catonsville. Benn showed me the Estoril Blue 328i M-Sport I had my eye on and took me for a test drive and showed me all of the functionality of the car. When we sat down to go over my trade in it was one of the fastest and easiest trade in's I've dealt with. There was no low balling or haggling back and forth for an hour, he simply went over to his sales manager and told them what I'd been offered at another dealership. He returned with an extremely fair offer that I quickly accepted and we were on our way to locking in financing and completing paperwork. I locked in the lowest rate possible through BMW Finance and was out the door in my new car in about 2 hours total. Couldn't be more pleased with the experience at this dealership and have been smiling every time I get in my new car since.

Can not put in simple words how much effort and energy he put into discovery of the best car and the best deal that there was for my best satisfaction. With out gimmicky games, or long unnecessary negotiations, he was fast, straight forward, right on point and delivered as best deal as it was possible. Which actually exceeded my expectations. And all that with out any waist of my time at all. That is what I call dedication and respect Would highly recommend to any one who is looking for best car with the best possible deal at the great dealership to use his services

I went to BMW Catonsville because of a postcard I received in the mail about their upcoming trade-in event. I needed to trade-in my then current vehicle, a hybrid 2011 X6. I was not looking forward to the experience because car buying is not something I enjoy, but find it necessary. I attended the event and was met by salesperson Benn Edwards and the rest was history. Benn was absolutely amazing, very personable and genuine. He asked me why I came, what I wanted to purchase, and how much I wanted to spend. He did not try to pressure me into anything. We checked out their inventory and went on a test drive. After that, the decision was mine one way or the other. I met with the finance manager and departed the dealership with a CPO 2014 X5. I was immensely satisfied with the entire process and grateful to Benn..

As an out-of-state prospect, I worked closely with Lonnie Overby communicating over the phone and via email frequently trying to locate the exact car that I wanted. He was the most helpful Client Advisor that went above and beyond out of probably 10 different ones I was in contact with; gave me his full attention acknowledging I was a serious buyer that just couldn't walk in to look at the cars in person and send me detailed window stickers from the cars I was comparing and followed up diligently offering additional assistance as needed.I ended up custom ordering exactly what I wanted with the help of a local dealer as nobody nationwide seemed to have a car with every detail I was looking for but if I had gone with a new car currently in stock, I would have gone with Lonnie and BMW of Catonsville without any hesitation.

Got my 435 convertible two weeks ago. The buying experience was so pleasant. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. They really know their BMW well and inform me all the details of the car. Garry was so awesome and you can totally feel that he put his customers first in his priority. He was very helpful ensuring that had a fair deal and follow up very thoroughly after the sale ensuring I am totally satisfied with the car. Did I mention Jake, the BMW genius? Oh my god, he know the car so well and teh walk through was so detail showing me all the features that I need to know. He know his customers (i had a 2009 335i) so he focused on the new features of "what is new". I feel like I made some new friends there, and the "bonus" is a great BMW435i. Totally worth me driving 200 mile from New Jersey to Maryland for this car.

Lonnie made buying a BMW as easy as booking a vacation with an agent. When I arrived at BMW, doubting they could help me, Lonnie greeted me at the door. I immediately told Lonnie my wish list as far as payments and warranties. Then I told him to do the best he could do with the information. I informed him I wasn't looking for any bells and whistles. I just wanted to get out of my old BMW and get into something with a better warranty. As he was talking to me, I was never a believer. He told me I am going to get you a 5 series, it will be in budget, and we will take care of your trade situation ( upside down balance). I spent about 20 minutes with Lonnie and I had to leave to get to work. After leaving, he contacted me about 20 minutes later and stated you can pick your car up when you get off work. Then he stated you have to talk to the finance manager before you can take the car. At that time I was thinking here we go with a good old fashioned bait and switch. When I arrived at BMW, Lonnie instructed me to clean out my old car and put my items in my new car. At the time, I refused. I told Lonnie I want to talk payments and warranty options. Lonnie stated we already talked about that and nothing has changed. He stated everything you requested is taken care of in this car deal. I still was not a believer. Then, I spoke with the finance manager. He basically wanted to know if I wanted to get GAP coverage and tire coverage for about $30 per month. Still stuck in a daze, I began to come alive. I am the queen of killing tires. So I welcomed the extra coverage. Then he informed me that the maintenance I choose will cover scheduled maintenance. The warranty cover repairs. Then he stated by the way, if you don't want the BMW credit card we willing be sending you, you don't have to keep it. After that, I was out the door. No money out of pocket. And the bmw that was discussed earlier that day was upgraded to one with navigation at no additional fee. I still couldn't believe it. And the only reason I tried my luck with BMW is because places like Dodge and Toyota were trying to get me to buy vehicles at the price of a BMW. I bought my last BMW at a non BMW dealer. Unbeknownst to me, the warranties and maintenance plans provided by BMW on their certified vehicles far surpass any warranty I've ever had on a vehicle, including a new vehicle. I have never in my life heard of a warranty on tires from a luxury car dealer.

So after going to the dealership and because I do not like to deal with the hassle I was upfront about any car financing issues, had two cars in my name one for my daughter I wanted to stay that way and so I figured I don't like dealerships anyway they have 30 minutes to tell me what I need to know about financing because I am determined to buy a car today and this was the first stop of 3. Before I went any step further I wanted to make sure financing was fine before I wasted two to three hours in a dealership. They told me everything was fine I was able to get the car note pricing I wanted and I could practically take what I wanted from the old car that I was trading in. So you think OK, this is it, I am about to get a new car, nope after embarrassingly preparing to get things from the old car I am told no financing................. They had me test drive, appraise old vehicle and sit there telling me everything was a go for over three hours.................I specifically asked for this information to be taken care of first, why waste my time or yours..why does it take you three hours to tell me this........ I have financed vehicles with a number of companies who extend future offers at better finance rates and I mentioned that one of their finance companies offered that to me. However, they pulled my credit THREE times, presented it to the SAME company twice only hurting my score further with all of the inquiries. They pulled it for Ally bank twice, not sure why, if Larry would call me back and discuss this maybe I would understand. and the other was for capitol one who I was already preapproved with prior. Looking at the list of companies they work with I could have told him who to present my info to and I had not done this for 27 years like they have. So of course I had to go somewhere else the SAME NIGHT and purchase a vehicle and it took me half the time, I saw the credit report from that other car dealership and they told me whoever pulled your credit today three different times and twice for the same lender is ruining your scores, which is how I know how badly they ruined my credit with those inquiries all in one day. WHO DOES THAT, it was like they were making sure I could not go to another dealership and purchase a car.

I went to the dealership really not knowing what I wanted, I had a price range car note in mind and that was all I had. Lonnie took that information into consideration and showed me exactly what I needed and now what I know I wanted. He was helpful, kind and patient. He returned my calls, answered my questions and helped to resolve my issues when buying. I normally have a bit of attitude when I go to dealerships because I expect the bull, but in this case, I got exactly what I asked for, without the hassle. I had an idea of what I wanted... it was either an X1 or X3. I visited the showroom and met Benn. He was helpful in answering my questions and getting me some information I didn't feel like looking up myself. The next time I visited, Benn was busy.. instead of waiting, he had one of his colleagues help me and take me on a test drive. I thought that was really cool, considering they work on commission, they still act as a team!The paperwork was easy, Benn & Sam were very organized. They helped me with getting the right insurance as well. The last part of the process was the best... taking delivery and spending time with the "Genius". A younger gentleman named Jake walked me though the ins and outs of my new X1. He paired my phone, showed me all the features, AND gave me his cell and told me to call or text if I ever had questions.A great experience overall, centered around customer service and never "sales-y".

I custom ordered my M4 from this dealership. My CA was great to deal with. For reasons outside of his control my vehicle was delayed in production which caused me to miss out on some rebates available. Again this was outside of my CA's and dealership control. Slight issue with the financing in that I was overcharged but dealer corrected the issue to my satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to others in the market.

Purchased a 2016 428xi Gran Coupe 4 door for my wife's 40th birthday last September using the USAA Car Buying program and could not have been happier with this dealership and my salesman, Kouroush Nadali. I had done all my research and was in discussions with two other dealerships which did not participate in the USAA program but time and time again, BMW of Catonsville had the best deal hands down (in fact, one of the dealers said he didn't believe me when I told him the price). When I called them to inquire about a 2015 model, Kouroush informed me that he could secure a 2016 model that had everything my wife was looking for in time for her birthday. I went down to see him, he provided me an overview of the model changes for 2016, showed me the numbers and the deal was done. The car arrived on schedule and I had one very happy wife. As I told Kouroush when I left, he was the difference in the sale. I would recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone interested in owning a new or used BMW, and that is coming from someone who lives 3 miles from BMW of Bel Air.

Kourash Nadali introduced himself as I was looking for one of several 2011 certified 328i XDrives I had seen on their website. He directed me to one that was essentially pristine with every available option for that year. We agreed on a price, worked up the paperwork and I drove out. There was a small scratch and one service item to be addressed and Kourash scheduled the appointment and followed up before and after. In the year since I purchased the car he has checked in several times to be sure I continue to be satisfied. I highly recommend Kourash as a sincere professional who will work hard to meet your needs. BMW of Catonsville has been a great example of a high quality, customer-oriented dealership.

Depending on a vibe, you can have a very tense and not very easygoing experience especially at premium product dealerships. With Joe, it was nothing like that. I really like when salespeople allow customers to study the product with all of its pros and cons and then let the customer decide whether they want the product or not. This approach helps reduce the whole pressure of buying a new car and helps eliminate later "surprises" about your purchased car. I feel that Joe was supportive and helpful. He kept updating me with messages and pictures as the car was being prepared. As with any dealership, It's a good idea to have the internet on your side by learning as much as possible about the product and pricing prior to visiting the dealer. That can determine how you feel when it comes to price negotiation. Overall, a positive experience at BMW of Catonsville!
