This was a great experience getting my BMW from BMW of Bridgewater. Scott Vickers really made the experience excellent with his super customer focus and attention to detail. He made us feel great and comfortable - this was unlike 99% of our experiences with other dealerships. I can highly recommend getting your next car from BMW of Bridgewater and working with Scott Vickers! His knowledge and care made it feel as if we had known him for years although we practically only met him for a short time and that kind of demeanor and prescence is hard to find in people. It was a great experience and Scott has made us a BWM customer for life now! Can say enough how great he was and how wonderful the BMW of Bridgewater is. I am so happy with my car and its been great - love the safety aspects of it.

I contacted this dealership as i was looking for a specific BMQ X1 without a moonroof. Martin was very responsive and provided me the quote in advance of my visit. We discussed our options, agreed on the trade-in and the final price within an hour; the process was seamless and everybody at the dealership are very cordial and straight forward. No games; no hassles..It did take a little longer for the actual delivery; however, we did get the car with the correct specs.James was very good with the finance part; swift, but calm and organized.

I had been a customer of Flemington BMW for years and bought or leased a number of cars from them. I recently had two leases to turn in and planned to lease or buy two more. They were less than enthusiastic, so I gave Bridgewater BMW a try.I met with Manjula Biju as my sales person and Dave Wagoner as the sales manager. I told them what I was looking for and my target budget and they were happy to make it work. They patiently took me through a number of options before settling in on what made the most sense for my wife and I. The model and color options that my wife wanted wasn't in stock but they found it in another dealer and had it shipped in.I didn't waste a lot of time at the dealership. Most of my communication after the initial visit was via text, email or phone which was extremely convenient since I work in NYC. When it came time for that typical time consuming finance visit, they had everything ready and we were in and out in minutes.Dave and Manjula found multiple discounts and even helped me with our lease returns, which was frustrating because we were getting the runaround at Flemington for the same thing. I can't say enough good things about this experience at Bridgewater.I'm already looking forward to working with Manjula and Dave again when our leases are up in 3 years!

On the most recent visit and buy we had Carmine Forgione - he was very personal and enjoyed helping us out as much as possible.

Shame on me for not reading the documents more clearly, but BMW of Bridgewater did not abide by the agreement that they made for us. We were promised that BMW of Bridgewater would cover all the overmileage on the car we were turning in. The woman that worked on our finanacial agreement put half of mileage on the agreement, but we did not have the Lease End Inspection Form in front of us (the Lease end manager still had it) so we were not aware that she put the wrong amount on the form stating what BMW owed us. We trusted, stupid us, that the information was correct. I feel like we were scammed once again by a car dealer and would never recommend or go back to this one, that is for sure.

I and my wife stopped at the dealership just to take a look at new series 2 cars. Justin presented me the car with options and let me know the special price. I researched it online and found that the price is very reasonable, and Amelia was very helpful to get more details and specs by email. So in couple of days we arrived at the dealership for the test drive. It took less than 15 min to pull the car out of the showroom. After test drive we decided to buy the car. The price negotiation and paperwork process were absolutely painless and super fast. In one hour I drove my car home. I highly recommend BMW of Bridgewater for your next BMW purchase.

Stopped in dealership on Friday night as I decided I needed to replace my 2007 and should start to look. I happened to find a car that I was interested in and took it for a test drive. As this was first car I looked at I was not sure if I wanted to buy so quickly. I explained to AJ the sales rep I wanted to think about it and would call him on Saturday. AJ understood and did not pressure me in any way. I thought about it overnight and realized BMW of Bridgewater has always been great to deal with and I have been happy with service dept so why not just go ahead. Stopped back in on Saturday and bought the car. Picked it up on Tuesday and everyone was terrific and I especially appreciated the BMW Genius, I think his name was John (sorry) who took the time to explain the technology in way that a non-techie like me could understand. All around wonderful experience, thank you!

Walked in to BMW of Bridgewater and Bill C. Took great care of me from start to finish. After a quick chat on the phone, I came in for a test drive. He had all the cars I was interested in ready to go. He explained the differences in the engines as we drove around. We sat down at his desk and he gave his input on options while we came up with a dream build. What I wanted was very specific, so he suggested I build a BMW. He calls me the day the car arrives to the dealership. I was so excited and asked Bill if I could pick up the car the same day. He said sure and he had the car ready in a few hours. When I got to the car, It was exactly how I wanted it. i even found wheel locks already installed. Nice touch! He even double checked my old car for things I might of left and sure enough he found some items I couldn't of done without. I'm very greatful for Bill and the entire team at Bridgewater BMW. From start to finish, they did everything they could to make sure their service is as awesome as the cars they sell.

At first I was skeptical about getting in to another 3 series lease, being that Paul Miller BMW and their shady sales tactics left a sour taste in my mouth in regards to my first lease; however, Justin O'Conner structured together such a deal that I couldn't resist saying no to. Sales person Mike Watson was great. Very pleasant. Easy interaction. No pressure. Coming to finalize purchase terms, including my trade in, was also very easy and comfortable. I rate Mike very highly and would purchase again from him. The overall rating of our experience was downgraded by what happened next. The person who actually closed the deal on the day of pick up - Ozzy - was not good and was the one negative aspect of the experience. Ozzy was very efficient in having us sign papers but to the extent that he was robotic and rude. He would not break his signing rhythm to even engage us when we were trying to ask questions. There was no feeling of being a customer spending a lot of money to purchase a vehicle. At the end of the signing he then tried to sell us various insurance and warranty products, There was no way we would buy anything from him on that day and we would not deal with him again.

If this review is not clear it is directed towards Dave Wagoner, the manager at Bridgwater.I met this man today on September 17, 2016. Dealt with two of his very courteous client advisors and was given admittedly a great deal. I tell the client advisor on Thursday via email that I would be coming in on Saturday with my wife. The car I want is in stock but they could not get it for me to see in person from their Lebanon, NJ lot so I am asked to negotiate without seeing the car. I also agreed to take delivery on Monday, even though I traveled 1.5 hours to get the car today. I say fine since the deal was all but done on Thursday and I would make time on Monday to get the car. I am then told by Dave that they could not honor the part of the deal that had BMW paying off my last two lease payments. I explain that the client advisor I was dealing with online (who was not working this day because he was on vacation) said the two remaining payments would be taken care of. Dave raised his voice, reminded me I was already getting a good enough deal and said "we are done here" and walked away from me and my wife. I did not even try to renegotiate the deal I simply wanted what I was told on Thursday. I have all the emails and am going to FS about Dave's behavior. His coworker Mike Shamy also told me that he hoped I walked out since I was getting too good of a deal. I am bewildered at the way my wife and I were treated.

Sales manager Mr. Mike Shamy was extremely nice and helpful. After agreeing on the car, I spoke with financial management, Mr. Ozzy Mamoor. BMW of Bridgewater was one of three dealers in the area I was in negotiation with, but other two dealers failed to deliver a car that I was looking for. Although the others were also equally friendly and competitive in price, Martin was the only one who was able to deliver at the end of the day. I saw a car I liked from them online and called to do an inquiry about the item, they answered the phone quickly and responded well to my questions. After confirming details about the car, I went into the dealership, keep in my mind, I'm in NYC, and this dealership is in NJ so the drive is about 2 hours one way. My sales rep was AJ (Anthony Arthur), he was a very friendly guy and helped me with any questions i had involving the car and other things such as financing. They showed me the car I came to see, I test drove the car and they helped me with the car while i was test driving it; they answered any further questions about the car i had. After I test drove the car I decided that I liked it and that I wanted it. This car would be my first car that I have ever owned. I left a deposit and went back home to wait on the financing from my bank and bmw. I financed through my bank at the end, some dealers like to add additional cost if you do outside financing but bmw of bridgewater kept the price the same and didn't charge me extra fees. A few days later I was able to pick up my BMW and drove it home happily. AJ was a great guy that loves to talk, I'd recommend anyone in the market for a new or used bmw to drop by bmw of bridgewater and take a look around and talk to AJ. AJ got me a good price for the car and in the end, the long drives out to NJ and the tolls were well worth it, both me and my mom and friends are happy with the car. I'll be back in a few years for another :)

There are few things I detest as much as buying a car- unless its a BMW. You expect more than the usual from BMW, and you get it with this dealership, and especially with Mike Watson. He's a true believer in what he does and what he sells. No "let me talk to my manager" BS. Straight talk from a standup guy. Mike Watson is a super salesman! Knowledgeable, patient and totally service oriented. We loved working with him and appreciated the time and attention he gave to helping us find the right car. He didn't try to steer us to the most expensive models with the most options, but instead to find the best fit for us. As it turned out, we did want the more expensive model, but not because we faced hard pressure to get it, as in other dealerships. Mike was hands on from beginning to end and bent over backwards to ensure our needs were met. And he made himself available late on a summer Friday to help us close the deal.Similarly, Ariana Vera stayed late on a Friday to play her role: to train us on the use of the car. She is incredibly knowledgable about the workings of each BMW and was able to explain the technology in a way that we could understand. Her in-depth comprehension of all of the complicated systems was extraordinary! You can buy a BMW X1 at any BMW dealership. But the challenge is having a level of comfort with the sales people, sales manager and finance manager. This is where BMW of Bridgewater did a great job. Most of all, I felt like they were fair and honest and I was not getting screwed. Also, the Ozzy in finance did not push any products down my throat, he just explained them and let me decide. No high pressure tactics. When I went to pick up the car, Ari was so patient in explaining everything and provided her number and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. A GREAT dealership and worth the trip as I live 2 miles from Springfield BMW, I was happy with the feel of a smaller dealership at Bridgewater BMW. This is my 5th BMW and was by far the best experience.

Love love love the way I was treated at BMW of Bridgewater. From the time I walked into the door until picking up my plates this week, they have been simply terrific. Justin is simply the best client adviser. He put me in an awesome car that I ended up leasing right away! I explained to Justin what it was I was looking for and what my limitations were - he did an excellent job seeking out what I needed, exceeded my expectations by far and had me driving out of the lot with a smile on my face in no time. The car is beautiful. The service from sales to finance was fast and thorough. Dionne took care of me in getting the lease finalized and went above and beyond working with me on the details They even had Ari come out and sit with me before I left to go over the entire electronic system to be sure I was comfortable before I left. This is my second car from Bridgewater BMW. I initially met with Anthony Catena who was my sales consultant 2.5 years ago. He has since been promoted to sales mgr. and deservedly so! He set up the test drive for me on the BMW 340i with BMW Genius John Palombo. John was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He answered all my questions I had on the test drive and really convinced me without any pressure that this was the car for me! Upon returning to the dealership from the test drive Anthony had already got my 320i appraised and gave me the price on the trade in of what I was expecting. This time around Anthony crunched the numbers that convinced me I could actually afford this car on a 36 month lease. He then brought me over to client advisor Bill Chludzinski who couldn't be any more nicer and easy going. He put me right at ease and explained all the particulars to me about the lease. He had the car ready for me a few days later on the day I had requested. I met with Ozzy Mamoor the finance mgr. on the day I picked up the car to finalize the deal and sign the papers. He was very professional and explained all the paper work to me before signing on the lease deal as well as on my trade in. I appreciated his no pressure approach as to not trying to convince me to purchase any additional warranties but giving me very good information so I can make an informed decision. Bill then went over the car manuals and actually followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy with the car and that I had no concerns. Before driving the car home John met with me again and sat me behind the wheel explaining all the features on the car and again answering all my questions. He really gave me the confidence on my 32 mile drive home that it would be worry free even in spite of the rain. I also appreciated the fact that he set up the bluetooth for my phone and my home address on the navigation. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. It is worth the trip from anywhere!

I can't find words . . . complimentary enough . . to describe the 4 men at BMW of Bridgewater NJ that assisted me in a sale today. Lets be honest, no one like dealing with car sales reps, including Dr. Dave Cranky, who I do the car shopping for his family. I was given all the specifics about the deal, goggle all the dealerships in a 100 mile radius called all 5 that had the desired car, handed them the deal - all they had to do was call me back with numbers. Our local Eatontown BMW where helpful but the car sold, Freehold and Tenafly - I'm still waiting for a call back from the sales manager (after leaving 2 voicemail and its now 5 days later - sorry guys), the arrogance of the salesman in Springfield store eliminated them - ( I wouldn't buy a car for them if they gave it to me below cost) this leaves me with Bridgewater BMW. After calling and leaving a message for the sales manager, Mike Shamy, I received a call back in a half hour - I gave him all the specifics and he was confident and reassuring that his dealership could put this deal together. After looking at his inventory and running some number he called me back, I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by the deal he was able to offer me. I consulted with Dr. Cranky, called Mr. Shamy back and we agreed on the deal. The next FANTASTIC gentleman I met was Mr. Mike Watson. He called and introduced himself to me, informed me that he would be handling the detail of the sale, he was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to give me a $1000.00 loyalty credit. Nicely done Mr. Watson! When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a young man John Polombo who was very pleasant and cordial. Mr. Polombo was very well informed on the workings of the electric car and was AMAZING in teaching Dr. Cranky on how to use it. The last person we met was Mr. Ozzy Mamoor in finance, who was very PATIENT, understanding and answered my long list of questions without getting annoyed. I made several trips here to research a 320xi purchase for my wife, coming once with her for a test drive with Martin Hernandez and getting a price quote. Not only was the initial quote not in the same ball[park as other dealerships that I had (only) interacted with online or by phone, but I found the whole approach demeaning and insulting. While Martin, and previously Justin, were respectful and helpful, the manager Mike turned me off with his attitude. THey seem to cater here to a very well-heeled demographic. We moved on to another NJ dealership that dealt with us in a much more straight-up fashion.

Let me start by saying I love my BMW. It is truly a great car. However, if you want to ruin your purchase experience come here. I buy a lot of cars not because I am a dealer but because I love cars. As a result I deal with a lot of dealers. Hands down this is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. This was the first time that I traded in cars and it took one week form the time that I wrote the deposit check to pick up my car. I basically had to sell my vehicles for BMW of Bridgewater. The worst part was the attitude of the sales manager. You would think that a $72,000 car would command a little respect. My wife and I were treated like trash, absolute trash. Every time I called to schedule the delivery I got a different story. They have never followed up on why we have never been back. I will never set foot in this dealership again. I am sure that if they respond to this it will be a classic.

We recently leased a new 535Xi from BMW of Bridgewater. Sales team at the dealership was stellar especially Mr. Mike Watson. He was not at all pushy like other sales people and did an excellent job in explaining the numbers and other stuff. If at all I make my next purchase or lease from BMW of Bridgewater, it will just be for the amazing sales team they have. I will give 5 out of 5 stars to Mr. Mike Watson and team. Our experience w/ finance manager Ozzy Mamoor was horrible!! It all went really smooth to the point when he was done explaining the tire and wheel protection package offered by this new company CNA. When he quoted an exorbitant prize for a 3 year coverage, I told him about what others paid for the same coverage over a three year term. He pulled the warranty papers off the table in a very disrespectful way and his behavior afterwards was extremely un professional. He didn't even have the courtesy to put all paper work in a folder and hand it to us. We had to scramble for finance papers all over his desk with 2 year old kid in hand. All these time when me and my wife were gathering papers, this gentle man was holding the door open so that we get out. I would recommend the management team to send him for a behavioral training course which is relatively cheap these days. It will be really worth spending that money.

I went in to to test drive and potentially purchase a m235 xdrive. I personally live close to another BMW dealership and my parents live close to another, however, we saw great reviews for BMW Bridgewater. We were not disappointed. Martin took his time with the sale. At one point, another customer came up to us randomly and told us Martin is a great guy! Dave assisted in the sale and also was great to deal with. After the sale, Ozzy took his time recommending what seemed like were things he would personally consider if he purchased a new BMW. I started my day at another BMW dealership in Edison. I received an email saying there was a special event so I decided to go. The event was in full swing but when I arrived with my children to test drive an X1 I was less than impressed with the service and the experience over all. I told him that I was at the dealership not having any fun and wanted to know if he would help me lease a vehicle in the X series. LATER THAT AFTERNOON....my husband and 3 kids drove to BMW of Bridgewater and right away we saw and felt the difference. Huge selection of cars to choose from, attentive hostess in front of the show room, and we were treated like potential buyers right away. We only waited a few minutes to SIT DOWN and speak with David....all 5 of us...and long story short....we signed a lease for a 2016 X4 that day. We left happy and very satisfied. David was eager to please and got us everything we asked of him, including a great rate and terms. We also worked with Bill Chludzinski who was knowledgeable, honest and fun to work with. I will not step foot into the Edison dealership for sales or servicing even though its closer to our home. We can choose where we spend our good money and BMW OF BRIDGEWATER made it such a pleasure. I felt not only did we get this incredible driving machine but we got the incredible buying experience to match at BMW of BRIDGEWATER! I have purchased about 4 vehicles from this dealership over the years.(following them to their current location in Bridgewater from Lebanon). The sales experience has always been excellent-no high pressure stuff you get in lots of dealerships. The sales people are full of information to help me understand all the features on the vehicles and decide what is the best vehicle for my needs. Every service experience has been wonderful also- I have to admit they make me feel like royalty! And the process is so easy. The last experience in service I was so embarassed because i had to return the loaner car with a dent in the side (hit and run in the street) and they made me feel like it was no big deal. I am sitting in the lounge waiting to return my vehicle. The dealership repeatedly messed up appointments we had to have an inspection of the car prior to returning it therefore making me skeptical that I should bother making an appointment to return my lease. Now I have been waiting for 50 minutes with no end in sight and it is not even busy. I am watching employees walk around doing nothing or offering beverages to potential buyers. Quite a disparity in service depending on whether you are buying or returning a car. I will never come back to this dealership. I will drive the extra distance to go to freehold where I received outstanding service.

I arrived at BMW Bridgewater to test drive a BMW X3 which I had been wanting to buy since a few months. Since it was my first car, I was really nervous. But then, I had the opportunity to interact with Justin, who was the just right person. He was completely honest, listened to me intently and calmed my nerves. It was really amazing to realize that though I had just come for a test drive, I ended up buying the car on the same day. At the same time, I have to mention that this wouldnt have been possible without Justin's help. Negotiation process was fairly straight forward. Not sure I got the best possible price but it was reasonable. Once agreed on the deal the staff accommodated my request to schedule tire replacement on my old car at the time of a swap (BMW charges much more for worn tires on lease returns than the new tire cost). Overall the experience of swaping the leases was stress-free and quick.

I just bought a used 2010 BMW 528i and the overall sales process was very smooth and pleasant. I just inquired thru their website and immediately got a response back from Amelia; asked a few questions and was provided the information. I was skeptical since I've read several negative reviews about the dealership but I scheduled to check out the vehicle anyway. At the dealership, Bill was there as soon as I get there and the vehicles that I inquired are just outside and ready to be checked out. I did the test drive and Bill was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information about the vehicle history (since it's a used one) and no sales pressure at all. At the end of the test drive, I had the necessary information to decide whether to buy or not (and I did). It was a good buying experience for me - Anthony and Ozzy helped out on the paperwork, then their vehicle specialist (sorry forgot her name) walked me through the vehicle's features and she was very good in explaining all the details about the car. So overall, I have a very pleasant buying experience at this dealership.Prior to my appointment at this dealership, I did scheduled and visited another dealership (which have good reviews) and did found a vehicle there that's within my interest - the sales guy is a typical 'salesman' (e.g. pushy, feeling important, etc.), made me wait for 10 minutes before attending to me and the first question he asked me is 'so, what are you driving right now?'. Didn't really like the tone but I was there to check the vehicles so I just let it go. The vehicle wasn't really prepped up for viewing and it was located way back of the lot. The sales guy provided me vehicle information but mostly based on his opinion. In any case, the car was good enough for me and would have made the commitment if I didn't have a scheduled appointment at the BMW of Bridgewater and the rest is history, as they say.

I recently purchased a 2016X5 and Absolutely Love It!! Carmine and the whole BMW Bridgewater staff from the manager, finance team, Sevice team, Front desk staff were exceptional! They helped to make my decision to purchase effortless! They were extremely patient with me and made me feel valuable! The whole process was extremely efficient and seamless!
