We were told our oil change would take 1 hour and that's what it took. They also washed our car which we really appreciated.

Found my car in the CPO inventory at BMWUSA.com. Spoke to the dealer by phone, and given that I was 3hrs. away and didn't know when I could get to the dealer to see it in person, they agreed to take a deposit to hold it until I could get there. It was a bit of a long 2 weeks waiting for some minor repairs to be completed on my trade-in, but once finished, we packed up the family and headed to Bend to check out the car. I was 95% sure I was going to make the purchase, and was really happy to see the car looked and drove at least as nice as advertised. No disappointments during the inspection or the test drive. I decided to go for it, and we dove into paperwork part of the transaction, which went as quickly and smoothly as possible. Nearly a week later, I'm loving driving the car, and having fun learning about all of the features and functions. Overall, I'm pretty stoked with the car and the buying process!

I've been using this facility for over 3 years, since before it transitioned to Kendall Auto. Since the change it doesn't seem to have missed a beat. Facility is always clean and quiet. Ryan, with BMW service has always been more than accommodating when it comes to scheduling, goals, and service advisement. The mechanics have taken time to speak with me personally several times. Over a year ago I did have my transmission cooler replaced and one of the o-rings was not replaced correctly, this caused a failure of the system but no damage was done. Even though it was a weekend they had the car towed back to their facility, arranged for a rental for a few days, and only charged me for the part that needed to be replaced. No labor.

The salesman is the most knowledgeable and helpful that we have ever met. He answered all questions clearly, kept us informed as our car was being built, and gave a fantastic training session when we picked up our car.

Everything was good. Just wish they had time to take care of the additional work that needed to be done that day or even the next. Would also be great to have BMWs as their loaners.

Every time I bring my car to Kendall BMW it is serviced on time, as promised. I've stopped in for minor things in the past with no appointment and they gladly help out and send me away with my car in great shape.

The salesperson was excellent. We went in looking for info on a model that BMW is apparently not importing yet, if ever. The salesperson's follow up was terrific, and caused us to seek him out soon afterwards. The salesperson is relatively new to the brand, and I was impressed that if he didn't know the answer to a question, he admitted it, and got the answer. That says a lot to me.We've used this dealership for our other cars, for service and found that aspect of the store to be quite good; no iffy repair suggestions; no trying to add unneeded services, etc. Things get done on time as well. The buying experience was good as well. The trade offer was fair, the offer on the new car was fair; no hassles; no games. I have one unrelated issue with BMW, not with the dealership, and that is the navigation system in a new did not have the most current update, I must pay for the update, yet don't know what's in it. The version currently in the car does not have 2+ year old streets in my neighborhood, including the one where I live; yet these streets are all on Google Maps and Apple Maps.
