My husband researched online and found a jeep he thought I would like to test drive. Our appointment was with Ty Houser and when we arrived he drove the jeep up so we could test drive it. Appreciated the no pressure, honest, and up front experience he provided. We were the last customers to drive off the lot with a full tank of gas and newly washed jeep even that late in the evening. I spent a little over 3 hours here this past weekend buying a new car. They allowed me to see prices on both cars and worked out deals on the both of them till I came to a decision. Jose Soria was so great.. We met on Friday evening, then again on Saturday to purchase the vehicle. I am extremely pleased with my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. My experience at this dealership was great!! In the 100 degree Texas heat, German showed me as many jeeps as I wanted to see. Helped me find the perfect one for me. General manager Eddy worked with me on price and trade in and even chatted a bit in the parking lot after the sale. Mind you, it was after closing time but nobody rushed..

I purchased my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock in January 2016. I located this Wrangler on the internet. I sent an email to Blue Bonnet Jeep that I was interested in their Wrangler. I received a return email from Robert Solis advising me that this Jeep was still available and we agreed on a price. The next hurdle I really thought would be difficult because I live in North Texas about 4 hours away. I wanted a firm price on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that I was trading in before I drove all the way to their dealership....sight unseen. Robert gave me a firm price. I was really skeptical...waiting for the hitch. I purchase a new vehicle on average every 3 years, so I have dealt with numerous car salesmen....and usually the deal is not the deal. My husband had a road race in Copperas Cove on Saturday. After the race at 1pm, we drove to New Braunfels. We pulled my Jeep next to the new Jeep. Robert met us outside with the key. I gave him my key. I drove the new Jeep around the block. Went to sit in Roberts office and I just knew that the deal was going to change. It didn't. I couldn't believe it. It was the most seamless car buying experience I have every had. Steve in finance was great! Robert was great! It was worth the drive. I encourage everyone looking for a vehicle...give them a call first!!! I LOVE MY NEW RUBICON HARD ROCK!!!!!

We went to bluebonnet jeep looking for one jeep in particular. Almost immediately some one was by our side to assist us. They knew their inventory and took us right to the jeep. Personally I was allowed to crawl under the vehicle, pop the hood, and take it for a test drive. It was easy to negotiate price and there were plenty of finance options presented to us. All the staff was cordial and we were treated with respect. For a car buying experience it was as satisfactory as they get. It's the type of place that values its customers.

Worked with Jeff Wegman to purchase a 2016 Wrangler Rubicon. Very low pressure process, which is unusual for car buying. Other dealers want to push their financing on you and all the after market options but they were not like that. I went to a couple other Jeep dealers during this process and by far this was the best experience of the bunch.

I had inquired about a jeep several months ago and befriended jose. At the time i wasn't exactly ready to buy, but last night after calling me back, Jose and i had agreed on everything over the phone. due to the fact that he was busy, he called me back pretty late, but himself, Steve Fekkos, Aubrey Platt Fonda, and sales manager stayed an hour after close to make sure i was taken care of. Everything he promised me over the phone was exactly how it turned out and more. I have bought many, many vehicles, and this was by far the easiest and most hassle-free encounter I have ever had at any Dealership. I shopped San Marcos Jeep first, and when they didn't have what I was looking for on the lot, they tried to talk me into something they did have. I dealt with Lauren Guess and I highly recommend you seek her out, but don't be afraid to deal with anyone at this dealership. They all act very professionally, so I am sure they won't tolerate anyone who is not. I knew I was going to have to order one, and once I said that, all I heard was "OK". This is how you earn repeat business.

I had the best experience ever in buying my first Jeep. Jeremiah Kimball was awesome. I had my budget set and he met all my needs. It was a great feeling to go in and not feel like I was being attacked by sharks. He was very honest and that is important in Sales. My daughter and I love our Jeep all tho she does not like the color LOL she would have preferred blue but aside from it all its safe dependable and great for our needs. Although I ultimately didn't purchase from Bluebonnet like I had hoped :/ I had the best experience when I went in for a test drive. Nancy and I had been in contact through email and phone, and when I finally met her she was just THE BEST. I was looking for a very specific Renegade and she even checked ahead to see if they had any in transit that would fit my needs and wants. First off this is my first Jeep and I'm in love! I went to Bluebonnet because I had bought an Ford Explorer couple years back. I gave Bluebonnet Jeep a call and got a hold of Nancy Galyon. She listen to what I was looking for and went out and found exactly what I asked her to find. Per my request she send me texts all day with pictures and info on the Jeep Wrangler that I ended up buying. She was straight forward and honest with me and answer every question I could ask. When I arrived at the dealership she had the Jeep waiting and ready. She owns a Jeep and knows them very well and again answered all of my questions. The sales manager was understanding when I told him I was going on the test drive with him in my truck. Two other Ford dealers were very rude when I requested the same thing at there dealerships. I believe I received a fair deal on my trade-in and the my new Jeep. When my wife gets done with school we will be going back to Nancy to look at a Grand Cherokee and I feel confident we will be well taken care of! Service dept is a joke as far as professional customer service is concerned. Their management cares only about the bottom line apparently and has no idea how to provide professional customer service. I would stay away from this area - you might be able to buy a vehicle there with no problem but the clowns in the service dept are clueless

I was referred by a friend. .. The sales person I was recommended to met me with kindness and directed to Jeff Wegman since she was with a customer. Jeff was patient, helpful, honest and kind. I highly recommend BB Jeep and Jeff as your Salesman. My whole experience on Saturday was awesome, from walking on the lot threw finance and finally getting the keys to my new truck.

I did some research online, went in, and Jeff and the staff took care of the rest for me. There was a place for my kids to hang out, fresh coffee, and clean restrooms. My wife and I were amazed at how easy and quickly we went from test-drive to drive-off. I couldn't be happier about my puchase, especially because of the deal I received-thought it had to be an "accidental" online price like i had heard about at other dealerships. They did me right, and it's the only place I can recommend.

Twice in the past month, I have left clear, detailed messages with the service dept to please call me on a recall issue. Neither time did they bother to call. Must have more business than they can handle or else from the top down they really don't care about providing customer service....just the bottom line only it appears.

I purchased a 2012 Jeep grand Cherokee overland before it ever even arrived. I knew what I wanted but it was not available yet so it was ordered from Detroit. My buying experiences and sales experience was phenomenal.so much so that my husband and parents all bought vehicles through the same sales personnel who had by then moved to Bluebonnet Ford, so I am the only one with a Jeep. My service experience had been beyond loathsome. I have taken it in multiple times for many things from tire leaks to faulty wiring fob issues tailgate issues etc. I've even had times when I asked a question the service advisor has looked in my owners manual for an answer. 1 if the answer was in there I wouldn't be at the dealership 2. The advisors should know more about the vehicle than I do. And 3. If the manual says take to your authorized Jeep dealership and they are figuring out what the problem is based on my manual where are they taking it...I'd be more than happy to cut the middle man and go straight to them.I do understand vehicles have issues sometimes but when I drive 30 miles to have it looked at, leaving it for days sometimes taking 8 trips for them to finally discover a leak in my tire...I expect more than the answer "we couldn't replicate the issue". I've brought video proof of the issues suchas the tail gate etc. NOTHING STILL NOTHING! When I told them I was ready to trade it in for a Ford next door they tried to tell me about the problems Ford's can have. Yes one again any car can have problems but do they get addressed is the question??? After that I was offered the option to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. What audacity!!! Why would I or anyone in my family shop there again regardless of the great sales experience....now I know what the big picture looks like. And unfortunately my arthritic 13yr old yellow lab could pain a prettier picture with her paws and she doesn't even have opposable thumbs!!!

This was hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!!! They were never pushy in person or over email. They helped us search for the perfect JEEP and made sure everything about it was what we wanted. The paperwork process was not overwhelming at all and they explained everything in terms that you can understand. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed. I had tint and an alarm also put on the Jeep, but being a teacher it is difficult for me to find a time to drop it off since I live in Converse, but my salesman Ray drove to my school on his day off and picked up my Jeep to drive it to New Braunfels to have the work done. He has also checked in with us to see how we are liking everything and to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase!! After this experience I will never purchase from anywhere else!!!

Ok, so I absolutely HATE everything the car buying process. So it was with much trepidation that I that I walked onto the Bluebonnet Jeep Lot in New Braunfels looking at a nice lil Beemer they had on their lot. This polished, professional looking young guy, maybe 30 ish, in a dress shirt, tie and slacks comes out to greet me and Im thinking ok, here it comes. And I say here it comes because I dont like nor need to be sold a car, Im here to buy one, just treat me professionally, respectfully, and dont BS me and well get along just fine. Problem is most of these slick sales guys havent figured that out yet. Ray, as I learned was his name was different, he was personable, without being full of you know what, and shot straight with me from the get go. The car on their lot was a little more than I wanted to pay and not really what I wanted. So he asked me what I was looking for and I told him, preferably a late model BMW yeah I know at the Jeep dealer?? So he says, lets see what we have what I didnt know at the time was they have a HUGE inventory of used cars on almost a dozen lots to choose from. He shows me a bad xxx lil 09 335i 2 door thats priced right on another lot that I really like. Makes the call, we go down and check it out and Im like, ok heres what Im willing to pay. He talks to his sales mgr., I show them the money for the down payment of about 20%, I fill out a credit app knowing I have less than sterling credit, and boom done deal! In and out in about an hour or so! NO BS, NO Haggling, and NO up sell buy the finance guy. I later found out Ray told him just hook him up, and he doesnt want any bells and whistles. My new car is freakin awesome!! The folks at Blue Bonnet Motors, were very cool and Ray is my new go to guy to buy a car. Thanks Ray!!

I have always had trouble with car salespeople, and car dealerships in general, but after my experience with Bluebonnet and Raymond Pownall, I was pleasantly surprised. Raymond was so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted, and really seemed to get down to business and not waste my time. I recommend checking out Bluebonnet, and definitely requesting to work with Raymond.

I was in the market to purchase an entry level Wrangler when I met Jose. After test driving the vehicle I decided to negotiate. When the price sheet was brought to me I noticed all these add ons that was not even mentioned during the test drive. Undercoating? I haven't seen that in years. Nitrogen in the tires? I doubt it. Then I was told they would take the alarm system out of the vehicle. This is all used to deceive you into the thinking they are going to lower the price when they remove them. Unfortunately it only brings the price back down to the MSRP. It was almost humorous. I can't believe that a dealer is still trying this tactic. Buyers beware...make them prove there is nitrogen, undercoating, and an alarm system in the vehicle.

This dealership "sold out from under me" the Jeep I agreed to buy and had driven 75 miles to purchase. The prior weekend, I had gone to the dealer and negotiated a deal on a new Grand Cherokee. We could not come to agreement, but when I left, they had a signed written offer from me for a new GC. Later that week, they called me and stated they will take my offer after all. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning for me to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived that Saturday morning, they told me they couldn't find the vehicle. When I pressed, they admitted thay had sold it earlier that morning to another customer (I assume for more money). I consider this a dishonest dealership due to this. I was out the 150 mile roundtrip, and 4 hours of my time.

If I could give zero starts I could!!! I bought my Jeep there and while that experience was ok their service department should be shut down!!! Holy crap what a bunch of slow moving MORONS!!! You would think that I would have learned my lessson after I dealt with them the first time and had to bring my Jeep back 3 times for them not to fix it, but no...I went back. I told them (again) what was wrong and 5 HOURS LATER, the Jeep hasn't left the service drive where I parked it this morning at 7am! Really?? In the meantime they give me a mini van to drive as a comprable vehicle? No...no...no...they won't tell me what is taking so long, they won't tell me what they think is wrong. They won't give me an estimate on how long the repairs are going to take. On top of it all the service managers, or whoever the guys are that sit in the window act like it's my fault they are slow and lazy. I made an appointment...why isn't my Jeep fist on the list??? Will NEVER go there again for service...NEVER!!!
