We had a great experience with Steve when purchasing our 2015, 3500 Dodge Ram truck. He quickly found exactly what we were wanting. Negotiations were straight and forward and didn't waste our time. Shane worked as quickly as possible getting the paperwork completed. All went great and we are completely satisfied with our truck and the service. I would highly recommend this Blake Fulenwider dealership.

I arrived stating I was considering buying a new Jeep grand Cherokee. The salesman found a vehicle in (kansas) that fit my needs. I told him I would think about it. They offered $ 2000.00 more for my trade in, and I thought it would be a deal.They ran my credit, I signed some papers was sent to an office to sign more papers and this is where everything went south. Very high pressure sales techniques for an extended warranty, plus tire and wheel warranty. I told the sales person " I didn't want, or need either." He wouldn't let up. He ended up arguing with me, and developed an " attitude," when he realized I wasn't going to accept the coverage.I also told him I didn't want 48 month financing ( too long) it was as if he didn't even hear me. 48 months was it. Actually there is more. After the sales manager test drove my vehicle he disappeared with my keys for almost an hour. Keys were hostage so I couldn't leave? They also wanted me to leave my vehicle, and give me something to drive home ( 3 hours ) until the new vehicle arrived. I get the feeling if I had done that my vehicle would be sold by the time I returned thus preventing me from changing my mind. Also, in order to receive a military discount they wanted a copy of my DD-214. Discharge document that has every bit of personal information possible. I don't think so. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not go to this dealership.

2006 Dodge Mega Cab with 62,000 miles...Initially when I took the truck in to find out why the A/C wasn't cold, the service welcome was lukewarm at best. The service "rep", Jake, didn't call me after three days so I called him to find out the status of the repairs. THEY knew the Freon had leaked out but didn't know where the leak was yet. I got a lot of excuses about WHOEVER worked on my truck in the past, which was THEM, had not put things back together right. I find that excuse REALLY hard to believe because the A/C worked four years before the compressor went out n I had it replaced n it worked fine for a couple of years. Then the A/C began just cooling on the driver but not in any of the passenger areas. Then it stopped cooling completely after having my oil changed at the Eastland service department n asked them to check the Freon. BOTTOM LINE I WAS TOLD THREE DIFFERENT TIMES OVER A 3.5 WEEK TIME PERIOD MY TRUCK WAS REPAIRED n paid a total of $2700. When I contacted the GM & Owner they were both defensive about not being able to fix every problem that comes in. The GM, Cody Foster, told me it would be best if I take the Truck elsewhere for repairs. I said that was my intention but I needed a full refund for the what I paid. He said that wasn't going to happen because THEY did work on my truck. I hung up n filed a complaint with the BBB, I added my Google comment to the other people who had the same problems with this dealerships service department BUT DID NOT GET THEIR money back. I shared this whole mess with a dozen or more social media sites. I know I will get my money back, eventually, even if I have to go to small claims court. NO ONE should have to go through this type of experience on ONE of the MOST EXPENSIVE items you will buy in your lifetime. This dealership is NOT service oriented...

I took my 3500 in for an oil change. After I left I got across the street to Tractor Supply and thought to check and see if they greased my truck as the work invoice states. As I suspected they had not. This was my 15th service. I figure I've been 5 years now getting my vehicle serviced there with my truck not getting the proper service. I expect this from the box shops but not my dealership!

Top Notch salesman, Michael McDaniel, and a VERY classy lobby/sales area...best I've seen in my 44 years. Michael went out of his way to make sure I had the best possible buying experience, and got by far the best deal on my recent purchase of a 2013 Dodge Charger Daytona Blue. I was attracted to Fulenwider Dodge because they had the ONLY available blue Daytona in Texas, and I gladly made the trip from San Antonio to Abilene/Clyde to buy the car at the dealership. They had the car prep'd in record time, looking fantastic, and delivered on every promise 100%. I've bought roughly 15 cars in my lifetime, and this was by far the most enjoyable, smooth, stand-up transaction of them all. I would rate myself as a bit of a pain in the rear in negotiating this purchase, and Michael was professional, courteous, and understanding throughout. Six hours after I bought the car and drove it home to San Antonio (4 hour drive roughly), Michael called to make sure we'd made it home safe...I mean, who does that? It was unexpected, appreciated, and gave me faith in him as one of the true 'good guys.' My son will be needing a new Dodge within the next year, and we'll be driving up to Clyde again to buy it...I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with Blake Fulenwider and Michael...second to none! Big city selection and inventory with good ole country friendliness and care for the customer.

I bought a car for them a year and a half ago and had a horrible experience. It put me in a ackward situation when I wanted to trade that car in which lead me to make the decision to contact the dealership to complain and inform them of how unhappy I was as a customer. Shane talked me into giving them another chance to redeem themselves and asked me to get with Michael which I did and Michael really went far and beyond to change the bad image I had for them. I bought another car from them and so far I am very impressed with what they are willing to do to make there customers happy.
