We were generally pleased with the buying experience at Blaise Alexander. The salesman was low key and not pushy. He clearly understood what we wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to push into anything else. We were disappointed we were unable to get the color we wanted, but I feel they made a serious effort to find it for us. We were a bit disappointed with the push to finance the car at the final purchase/pickup appointment, but were not surprised by it. Our Salesman responded quickly to my questions about setting up BlueLink. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our overall experience was very positive. Bob and Jack were very helpful! We do wish that Hyundai had kept the 4 wheel disc brakes, the fold down rear seat armrest/cup holder, and the cargo net on the back of the front seat or seats. Also the fog lights. (We had a 2013 GLS Elantra) We do appreciate all of the new improvements, the smooth ride, and excellent gas mileage. We got aprox. 44 mpg on a recent trip to Chambersburg, PA. (This is mostly flat, highway driving and we averaged aprox 60 mph) We were a little disappointed that the CD player was not available in the SE, but realize that the majority of your customers probably have their music on their phones, etc. One last comment, with a 7 inch screen, we feel that a GPS should have been included, or at least have a chip available to add this feature. Thank you for making an excellent vehicle at a good price.

Luke greeted me upon entering and listened to my needs concerning the type of car I was interested in. He then took me to the lot where he showed me a variety of options and packages for the car that I was interested in. Purchased a new Sonata from a dealer in Ohio in 2015. Shortly thereafter, car experienced several issues. Took the vehicle to local dealer(Blaise Alexandria). They treated us like we bought the car from them and repaired all problems in a timely manner. Decided to trade the Sonata in 2016 for a hybrid. After looking at the competition, decided to buy from Blaise due an excellent price we obtained on a 2016 Sonata Hybrid, the quality and features of the car, and foremost, our outstanding experiences with their service dept. The combination of great service, a non-pushy and well-informed salesperson, a really good deal, and treating all customers well, makes car buying a positive experience (instead of like a trip to the dentist).

The only issue with the vehicle at delivery was that there was a small scratch on the driver's side rear quarter panel. Our sales rep, Bill, made an appointment to have it repaired. Bill is awesome, and this is the second vehicle we have purchased from him.The detail department however, was less than satisfactory. A brand new vehicle should be spotless from top to bottom, inside and out. It is... brand new! Ours was not. The inside of the gas cap door was muddy/dirty, the door jambs were dirty with pine needles in them, and the engine compartment was dirty. Bill offered to have the vehicle re-detailed when we had the scratch repaired. But when it was returned, the same areas were dirty, and the audio screen was streaked, like it had been wiped with a dirty rag. As a new (repeat) customer, I have the following opinions:The sales department, especially Bill - A+ fantastic. (Why else would I buy a car from him a second time?)Body shop - A+. They repaired the scratch in a timely manner and it's as if it was never there!The folks in the detail department - F. I'm not sure who's training them to clean a car, but they need a LOT more guidance. As a person who spends a lot of time meticulously detailing his vehicles, I know doing it right would have taken less than 20 more minutes. And that's doing it by myself. It would have been less than 10 with the 2 or 3 boys they had doing my car. The detail shop at a dealership should rival ANY pay car wash location. Not so in this case.

Great features on this Hyundai for the price and the warranty is second to none. Kevin Woods was my engaging low pressure salesman and took the time to offer me a test drive of the vehicle and explained all the features of the vehicle.Kevin introduced me to Jack Galloway the sales manager as well as all departments including setting up my first service appointment.I bought my fourth car from the Alexander dealerships as a result. I bought a loaded limited Sonata Hybrid ( my first Hyundai) at a nice discount. The car is comfortable and larger than the compact hybrid car I traded in. The XM satellite radio and navigation as well as panoramic sunroof are great features and the car has a nice design and smooth ride. Overall highly satisfied with my experience.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Blaise Alexander. They wouldn't budge on the price and certainly made a pretty penny. There were a few things that needed repaired before we would accept it. The salesman said the car was ready. When I went to Service to see if the work had been done - they didn't know what I was talking about. He had never told them to do the work. We waited 3 weeks to get vehicle at which point we were expected to make payment on the loan and we still didn't have vehicle in our possession. I have texts from the salesman confirming that he lied to us regarding the work that was done. On top of lying about the work (when asked specifically if the work had been done - he texted "Yes") - his spelling and grammar were almost illegible. I will be telling all friends and family to NEVER buy a car from this dealership.

Bought a car from them in September 2014 , car had some some small dings in the door , they told me they would order touch up paint for me to this day I have NOT seen it . They also did not reset the oil indicator nor did they detailed the car . The manager is rude at best with no response. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! Over priced and no warranty no customer support. ... save your time and money.

Bought a new vehicle from them in 2008 and had used them consistently for all service work. Decided to go back to find a good, used vehicle for my son. DO NOT trust these people. We were foolish and paid just about the same price on a USED, 2009 Nissan w//no warranty as we would have on a BRAND NEW 2014 car that would've had a 3 year warranty. They definitely took advantage of the fact that we trusted them and knew very little about Nissans, but I felt that we should've been able to trust a dealership that I thought I had a good relationship with. When I called the manager, John, he was not at all helpful and basically told me "too bad." Terrible way to do business by deliberately taking advantage of people who you know trust you. Of course they make an effort to appear to be super friendly, and have a great little marketing scheme going on with the dog running around to distract you, as well as the little photo-opportunity they give you, but the bottom line is they are NOT honest people. If you decide to go to this dealership, make sure you bring a tablet/computer and a blue book with you, because these people are rip-off masters. Also, I tried to leave a review on their website under "testimonials" but they removed it right away. I learned a very expensive lesson and will not return to this dealership when I trade my 2008 Santa Fe in for a new vehicle.

I started researching Hyundai's online and got a price quote and other information from the online sales manager, Kristi Woodall, literally within only a few minutes of requesting it. We scheduled a time for me to come in the following day to test drive new Elantras. I was greeted by Kevin Woods and he worked with me for about five hours while we found exactly what I wanted. He was fantastic. I ended up getting a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, instead of a new Elantra (Jack Galloway, the sales manager mentioned this car had just been traded and was not even on the lot yet, and might be perfect for me-and it was!). The Elantras were GREAT to drive, I just really wanted navigation, etc and they were hard to come by in a Elantra, and I would have needed to get a new Limited Elantra (out of my price range). The used Sonata Hybrid had everything I wanted and was PERFECT! Kevin hand washed this car for me so I could take this car out for a test drive. They even ordered me lunch because I was there for so long. This team really went above and beyond. Matt Williams, the finance advisor was a pleasure to chat with as well. I will never buy another can anywhere else. Thanks again!

We walked on to the Blaise Alexander lot "just looking", thinking we would buy a new car in June 2012. Rusty met us within 30 seconds of getting out of our 2004 Camry. After explaining what we were looking for, Rusty showed us 3 Hyundais, two Sonatas and one Elantra. We drove the Sonatas. The 2012 Sonata Limited met most of our requirements.Then we sat down to discuss the "bottom line" with Rusty and Jack Galloway. We got a deal that we couldn't refuse. ( But we did go back to Clearfield to mull it over, knowing full well we were going to buy it.)We returned the next day to meet with Rusty to clear up questions that we had.
