On Mon 11/23/2015 I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with my entire experience. Mr. Trevor Cavanaugh is the General Manager Of Bison Ford in Great Falls Montana. He is extremely friendly, and very professional; which reflects with his employees. He introduced me to Mitch Davison, my sales associate. Mitch made me feel very comfortable, he was personable, very easy talk to and ask questions. Mitch was not the typical pushy, car salesman. Mitch explained every single process. He explained every detail I needed to know about the vehicle I am purchasing. I am a recent widow, and Mitch made me feel important, treated me with respect and is very patient, and Mitch made the whole process fun. Most dealerships, sees a female. And think we are stupid or do not have a brain. Mitch Davison, Trevor Cavanaugh and the entire Bison Ford Dealership made my experience fun, easy, and hassle free. I will Gladly recommend Bison Ford to everyone, especially women. Mitch Davison put my Needs and Safety first. I was very happy dealing with Bison Ford. I bought my second Ford Flex from them and liked they way they deal. I asked for a price difference and with no hassle, they gave me one over the internet. I drove the 90 miles that afternoon and wrote them out a check. What more can you ask foe in a dealer? Ed

hard to deal with in sales

Dealership was hard to make good deal on an used f-150. told them what i was looking for in a deal, and they raised the price, each time there was a counter offer. Will not do businees with them again!1
