I bought a 2013 Ram 1500 beautiful truck. Wouldn't trade it for anything . Never had a problem with it. If I call for something they have a answer for me. Thank you for selling me this truck I love it

Easiest time EVER buying vehicle
Just wanted to see what options I had for buying a nice new truck. Last time I had to buy a vehicle it was such a pain. Kevin Jackson was awesome to my husband and I. Within minutes he had us approved with a great rate and gave me my options. Was never any pressure to buy. Everything was very relaxed and easy going. Had our new truck within 2 days of just starting to look. Am very happy with our truck and our experience. Would recommend Billy Whittaker's to anyone. Ask for Kevin-- he is awesome!
Great experience except needing to buy floor mats
At first I really felt good about the 2013 vw jetta I purchased at the end of nov. I love the car and the sales man, kevin, very kind and diligent about the information he gave me. The only thing that I'm dissatisfied about is the fact my jetta had no floor mats/owners manual for having only 38,500 miles on it. I figured it wouldn't be that costly until I looked, over $200 for stock floor mats. I'm a little annoyed by this as I called to see what could be done and the solution given to me was to buy them online out of pocket. I understand kevin could not find any other floor mats, which I don't know how accurate that is considering their was a few other jettas on the lot. Just upset that I have to purchase new floor mats for my car and spend more $ 2 weeks after I purchased the car. I would still refer friends to them, I will say I felt unpressured and comfortable as a buyer and I don't think I got screwed over in any way. The more I look up mats the more annoyed I get. Other than that reason I have nothing negative to say about the dealer/employees/morals.
