I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of JEFF JACKSON. I had the smoothest, quickest and most efficient purchase, from the first phone call to him personally delivering my vehicle. This purchase was mainly handled over the phone/internet due to my busy schedule, and with the access to Carfax as well as very detailed pictures and his knowledge of the vehicle, it made my life easier. I have never been so pleased working with a salesman; he made this purchase the BEST experience ever!!! I will definitely be sending referrals his way in the future!

I've been servicing my vehicle at the Pasco Nissan store for several years, and I would like say that the lead technicina Dean has worked on my vehicle for several years now. And when I come to the facality I'm greeting with a smile and by name. Not only to I get my car fixed, I 'm abl to have good conversation, and truly believe that they car about me the consumer!.


Service work on my 2005 Nissan Xterra

Dean Goben, service tech #768, just completed a major service on my 2005 Nissan Xterra. He replaced my 3 timing chains, with multiple guides and tensioners. He also replaced my water pump, oil sending device, and my gas gauge sender unit in the gas tank. He also performed a complete tune up with new spark plugs. He did an "excellent" job, and, as always, communicated everything precisely and accurately to me before he did any of the work. This service took more than 3 days, and I stopped by each day to check the progress. Dean took his time to show me the old worn out parts and the new parts he had installed to date. He also performed a 100 point check on everything else on my Xterra, and gave me a report on any items to watch for on future service. I have never completely trusted a vehicle technician before I met Dean, but I trust what he tells me about all our Nissans. In fact, we have 3 Xterras mainly because of Dean, and we bought 2 of them where Dean works ... because of Dean. Dean has been our only service technician since 2007. He serviced our 3 Nissan Pathfinders before we purchased our Xterras. This was a very expensive service (over $3,400.00), and I felt ok with it because I first talked with Dean, who explained everything to me honestly of why it was necessary.

My daughter bought her first car there- we contacted Jeff through the internet site and he responded back so quickly- we recently went back to Jeff to check on another vehicle. Again, prompt response. He is by far one of the nicest dealership salesman I have ever met. He has kept in contact us ever since our first purchase, and any small repairs we needed he made sure we were satisfied. Definitely a superb dealership to work with. The car we were looking at This time, was decided to be not the one we would be extremely happy with so we are still looking- we know Jeff will keep an eye out for us!

I was looking for a certain Nissan pickup for my husband and I could not find it in Portland, Or. So I started looking outside the are and there it was at this dealership. I was working with Jeff for a day and half before we got a price and it was the one that we were looking for and so we traveled from portland, Or. to Pasco and there it was. it was everything we wanted plus and the deal was made. Then I started just looking at the new inventory of smaller cars for myself and a special deal came across the Internet whilde we were there and we ended up with two vehicles that same day. Jeff was our guy and he is the nicest person and he had even came to Portland to pick up my car that I did not have at the dealership due to buying the one for my husband. Wonderful people, easy transactions, friendly, and like dealing with a friend, no hassles, no high pressure. It is all up to the individual, relaxing excellent service and people to work with. We loved it very much and love our new cars as well.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed and they inspected my car, fixed my blinker bulb, and washed the car up. Great experience, the Service Department is Top Notch! Their Service Leaders Don, Natalie, Lisa are Wonderful!!


Could Not Trust

The representative working with me was switched without warning, and the new one didn't know about the car I was interested in. He ended up telling me several substantial pieces of misinformation because of it that I only knew were misinformation (e.g., whether the car had been given a new engine at trade-in) because I had been following the car for some time by placing several calls to the dealership. This was in addition to the same type of misinformation being provided by telephone. I do not trust the individuals I was working with.
