Pleasant experience
I was greeted from service person when dropping car off to go into service area..advisor greeted me and asked what we were doing today. Explained that it was being looked at to see if the latest Entune upgrade was needed. He explained about a guesstimate of time. And he came about 1 hr and 15 minutes later to say car was ready. The experience met my expectations.

Tire Problem Solved
I had a screw in my tire. I called to see if I could come in and initially was told they were booked and couldn't look at my car for two days. I told them I was going to try to go somewhere else. When I went to a tire store they didn't have my tires. I called Biil Kidd's back and talked to Dean. He told me to come back because they had the tires . They couldn't do the job till the next day and they would work it in to their schedule. Dean also helped me get a rental car .I give Dean and everyone involved high marks for customer service.

Tremendous service
My driver's window came off track when I was out shopping- and it was pouring rain outside. So I drove to Bill Kidd's to get it taped off until I could get an appointment with the service dept. They said that they would take a look at it and see what they could do. In about 1 hour, the window had been fixed!

The kindness and courtesy of the staff in the service center make service visits a pleasure. Because I live several miles from there, I always wait while they work on my car. They expedite the work and keep me informed if it is taking longer than expected. In addition they have a "quiet room" so I don't have to listen to either daytime TV or other's cell phone calls!

Wonderful Service Experience
Service writer, Dean Marino, is always on the look-out for my best interests. He has the service technician look at my Volvo thoroughly to address issues while having routine service. I always leave feeling better that the car is ready to go. Dean recently went out of his way to replace the rusty bolts on my 12 year old S-60 with new stainless steel bolts. It looks much better!
Happy As Always
As always service was excellent. I have an old Toyota Tacoma with 258,000 miles on her. I put a good deal of money into her the past few months and am satisfied with everything Bill Kidds have done. I choose to fix the old truck up rather than trade it in on a new one for personal reasons. Hope to get to 500,000 miles on this one.

The professionalism and knowledge that Dennis Margroum demonstrated was the deciding factor. Added to this, he was intuitive (arranged for a car to be there that he thought I was interested in buying). He was available when I needed to visit. If there was something that I needed and he was busy, he was sure to have someone else step in.The dealership seems to have a large inventory and a willingness to put the customer first and at ease. Had my car repaired and the bill summed up to thousands of dollars. When it was time to get the car and pay for the bill, we told Amanda Hebb, a Volvo assistant service manager, that we were going to use our extended warranty. She was not happy about it and she really showed it to us. She kept on saying that it is a lot of work. She also said some insulting words. Her demeanor was very unprofessional especially for her job which is about customer service. It seemed that she doesn't want to do her job. Her action, her manners, the way she talks to customers is not suited for this kind of job. We will not be returning to Bill Kidd's Volvo Service Center if there is still an Amanda Hebb or if the customer service will not improve.

Thomas and the crew did a wonderful job yesterday. I appreciate that there was a disconnect between the appointment maker and myself when setting up the appointment that my "waiting" appointment would be 3-4 hours since it was our 90K appointment. Steve Migash was excellent. No pressure, very relaxed, answered all of our questions. Very accommodating with our schedule and dealing with our family. Paul Anecharico (manager) was very polite, kind and helpful. Both of them really went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable with the whole process. I even asked for an extra accessory AFTER we signed the contract and they gave it to us without any charge and a smile on their face--did not make me feel bad for asking.

Our saleswoman, Debbie, was excellent. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle we bought, did not engage in any tricky sales tactics, and was very up front with us. She said her philosophy on sales was this: "It's not rocket science. Just treat people how you would want to be treated, and they'll respond the same way to you." The time estimate was accurate and I appreciated being able to sit in the "quiet room" to read. As the facility is shared with the Volvo service department, I wasn't sure whether the Toyota side is considered "low rent".

Old (90's) 940 wagon repair
Dean Marino always got back to me in a timely manner, whether the news was good or bad. It is a clean service area environment as well, and I appreciate that the attention paid me was equal to the environment I perceived. Also, since my car is considered an 'antique', it was nice to know that the Field Service Tech that diagnosed it had been with Volvo for over 40 years, and that meant he was going to be familiar with inherent problems of this year's car.

07 Rav4 replacement of pistons/cyllinders warranty
I appreciate the extended warranty on our 07 Rav4. It cured our disappointment in learning our car was worthless due to excessive oil consumption. We are a Toyota family with 3 in the driveway including a new Tacoma. Thank you also for the loaner car for the week the Rav4 was in the shop.

Topping oil for free
I brought my van to Bill Kidd for regular service and the technician found that another dealer failed to fix my oil leak during my last visit to that dealer. The oil leak was so severe that Bill Kidd had to add 2 qt engine oils to fill. They did this completely free for me and referred me back to the previous dealer.

Debbie Skipper was an excellent salesperson who kept in contact with me, updating me on the specials and checking to see if I had any questions. What impressed me the most was that she was very professional, friendly and was not a bit "pushy".

Jeff Schnitzker has been my Toyota Advisor for a number of years. He always calls me to inform me of what he finds with my automobile and explains the problem in layman's terms that I can understand. If the call is not going to be ready at the specified time, he calls to let me know and lets me know why. He has great interpersonal skills and I have never had a problem interacting with him. Overall experience was an excellent one.

Steve Migash was extremely knowledgeable about the Volvo models, features, and options and very quickly helped me narrow down on the model and options that I wanted. He helped me on the test drives. And he never pushed me faster than I wanted to move, even after I told him I was also checking out Audi's and BMW's, and needed to engage my wife in the decision, too. Wayne provided backup when Steve was not available, and Paul was very straightforward on negotiating the final price and trade-in.

My Vovlo V50 is now six years old, and has almost 90,000 miles. The extended warranty has expired, and most recently, I needed the 90,000 mile checkup, tires, and brakes. So the estimate was high. I shopped around for a new car, and then I remembered that I already own a great car, and that the Bill Kidd's service department is one that I trust. the new farm incentives can't replace that, unless, I guess, if it is another Volvo. refer to customer 56967. 8/19/15. Karl Cook is the service rep., and is very responsive, and explained every detail pertinent to these repairs. Good guy. Like your other reps, I trust his judgment, and paying this bill, while not ever pleasant, was certainly not painful, because it was fair, and I know that I got full value. Thanks to the mechanic also, who suggested the fuel induction service,which probably will keep me from being stranded someplace. Rav 4 4WD Limited
After the car was delivered to the dealership Mike Thornton spent several hours explaining all the features of the Rav 4, which are many. He even set up all the radio stations for me (which were many), reset the power liftgate to open to my chosen height and explained everything on the dashboard. In all my years of buying cars, no salesman has ever spent this amount of time explaining a cars features.

Your salesperson, Mike Thornton, made us feel very comfortable at the dealership. He was very personable, and knowledgeable. He spent a long time with us, answering all our questions, and making sure we understood all the features of our new Corolla. We realize that we were buying one of Toyotas less expensive models, but we were treated as if we had come in to buy an Avalon or a Four-Runner. We were very impressed with the entire experience. We will definitely return to Bill Kidds in the future.
