NO HASSLE, STRESS FREE

I had the privilege of purchasing a new vehicle from Bill Hood Hyundai, with the assistance of salesman Mr. C.J. Adams, on February 9, 2016. Yes, I did use the words privilege and new car purchase in the same sentence, which I have not always been able to do. I fell short of my January 2017 goal to replace my 13 1/2 year old car, due to an accident. Mr. Adams and the Finance Manager stepped up to the plate and made this by far, my best experience of purchasing a vehicle. They actually listened and explored every option that was available to make my purchase a reality, with no hassle, and for that, I am so grateful. Best Service around!

Very great staff that did not push me towards one car but, let me test drive all the cars I wanted to until I found the one that worked best for me! Friendly, helpful salesperson & all other staff

The attentive staff was appreciated. I didn't have to wait for someone to help me or go looking for someone to help me. Other dealerships that I visited I couldn't find a salesperson and no one showed up even after spending a while on the lot looking at vehicles.

Let me start by saying I Love my Mazda CX3! Second, I would like to thank Tevin Goggins for all of his amazing help. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I asked about and was very easy going. He called me after my first visit to check on me and even called after I came back and purchased my car just to make sure everything was good! This dealership is the best !! The atmosphere is friendly and easy going. Not like most dealerships where the sales people are pushy and aggressive. I purchased a 2015 Sonata a few weeks ago and CJ Adams my sales guy made it a great experience. The sales manager helped make the process quick since I was in a rush. Great customer service !! Great Experience

My wife and I had been to multiple dealerships looking for a replacement car. CJ Adams at the Bill Hood Mazda dealership was the first salesman that my wife was comfortable with. The entire purchasing experience was a pleasant one. We ended up getting two cars through him last week and have been extremely happy with the process and the follow-up care that CJ and Bill Hood Mazda have provided. My wife informed me that when she took her car in to get detailed CJ shared fishing tips with her and our 5 year old son which they loved.

Bill Hood Hyundai in Hammond, la was the BEST place I have ever been to searching for a new car. Our salesman Mr. CJ Adams is why we decided to get the 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Excellent experience all around

We wanted an SUV to fit our growing family. Everyone was very helpful. CJ Adams was great and even entertained our 2 year old. Our previous car was a Hyundai also and we will be back when we need a new one.

Great Customer Service

I had contacted Bill Hood Hyundai about a 2006 Saturn Vue in which they had for sale. Every employee that I spoke with was customer service oriented and did everything they could to make the purchase seamless! I waited too long to make my final decision and another one of Bill Hoods lots picked up the Vue and sold it the night before I called to set up the deal. This was an out of state purchase for me and I was told that when I flew into New Orleans, that they would send a shuttle to pick me up and take me to the dealership! That's first class, top notch service! Great folks, excellent customer service, and when I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will look to see if they have what I like and try again! I would recommend them to anyone!

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the seller was apathetic all the time and when the price were discussed he went up to $ 1000 more and other charges 500. When I said no, behaved very rude. Also the car have a serious problem and the salesman just turn off the check engine light.

Great Experience

I bought an 2012 AWD Murano SV here. I shopped other Nissan Dealer and had price. Didn't buy at that store because of service complaints from co-worker. Bill Hood gave me lower price and $2,000 more for trade than a Ford store. Dickering was quick and easy. Salesman not pushy, but thorough. Had to dealer trade car in--no AWD in stock. Salesman had that underway after I called to ok deal,even before I came in with check. A customer service rep does delivery--most extensive ever, including setting up hands-free phone, etc. She knew every bell and whistle. Salesman set up "we owe" and contacted outside vender for some work to make sure technician would be on duty when car came in. Overall great experience. Trip computer shows better mileage than advertised. Hope to get even better once broken in.
