we were't in the market for a car but we went for a recall issue on our 2013 kia soul and were met at the door as usual with prompt professional people willing to help get us in and get us out with as least amount of inconvenience which i really appreciate. while we were there we saw a young salesman doing something we haven't seen before, (he had his sleeves rolled up standing at the entrance to the customer lounge actually working!!! not just standing around looking at customers) he was actively asking each one who walked in could he get them anything while they were there waiting! it really wow'ed me to see a salesman not wanting just sale a car but get up and start doing things for people waiting! so we went to talk to this young man and bought a new soul from him! wow! keep up the the good (and impressive) work Dustin Rooney!

Dave Williams sold me my new Sportage and he was fantastic. He has gone above and beyond!I am displeased with the service department. This is the first time they have serviced my car and been slow, an even cleaning the car there was dry wax or soap down passengers door. I think the sales teams are fantastic but they do need to pay attention to the vehicles, no one should have to bring car back in 2 days for new tires. That should be situated before car leaves the lot! Also car had spiders everywhere but was supposedly washed..doesn't say much for service department.

I was not pleased at all with this dealership and will not purchase a Kia again. Before they sold us a vehicle they were extremely nice but once they did and we were not happy with it they gave us the run around and insulted our intelligence with their sales managers #'s games. The Kia Sorento drove badly, the steering was horrible. Right after purchasing we went to them to try to correct the situation but they were not helpful at all. They never made it right and didn't care.

It was time to retire my Ford Ranger. Great little truck but at around 220,000 miles it was giving me some trouble. Looked at a few things online and went into Bill Bryan cold, not really knowing what to expect. Been driving the ford for so long I didn't know how to go about buying a car.First encounter was with Tim Lile. We told him what we were looking for and our budget. Told him the budget was most important and he joked "so stay within budget even if it has polka dots, got it!"He made the experinece less stressful than I expected. Showed us cars on the lot, within budget right off the bat. Nothing we really liked. Went inside, looked at additional inventory and he found a 2009 Dodge. He brought it to the front and my wife Sue and I loved it. Took it for a ride, talked to Tim about it and well, we bought it.All in all, we were there just a couple hours and we drove it off the lot. Replaced Trans Range Sensor for 306.29. This part was covered under my service contract with the dealer. Service Advisor fail to call my service contract. Had to foot the bill. Not happy. I am happy to say the service dept resolved my concerns right away. I am very pleased with there service.

My Wife and I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer at this dealership yesterday. Instantly, when we walked in we were greeted by Chad McDonald. He offered something to drink or if we would be interested in a snack. I found the SUV we ended up buying online - I told Chad about this and he pulled the SUV around in minutes. We then went on a test drive. My Wife and I loved the car so we decided to start the paperwork. We actually went in there looking for a lease on an Optima. Richard, our sales associate, was very helpful from the very beginning. As it turned out, we ended up going with a purchase of a Forte. We are in love with the car. It is exactly what my wife, and I (which surprised me) were looking for. This is our third purchase with Bill Bryant Kia in Leesburg. We live 50 miles away from them and actually have a local Kia dealership just up the road from us. However, our first experience with Bill Bryant Kia has brought us back time and time again. We even take our car there for each maintenance service. Each time they were concerned about our needs and making sure the car we were purchasing was the one we wanted. We test drove each car, was told the difference of the features in each car and answered all of our questions. There was never any pressure to purchase a car or get a particular model. They always wanted to make sure we were happy. We brought one of our neighbors, who had lost her husband, and was in a lease with her car that was more than she could afford. They worked with her to help her and get her a car she could afford. They were wonderful. The dealership itself is very clean and modern and always has food and drinks there for their customers. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I arrived at the Leesburg Kia dealership last week, my purpose was to receive 5 gold coins. Salesman Tom Burkhill asked if I was interested in a car and when I said I wasn't, he simply said OK and I went over to the service department to have my old Ford inspected. The inspection clearly showed the old car was ready for the auction block. I went back to Tom. A few hours later I drove away with a new Kia Soul--white with a red top. What impressed me about Tom is that he really knows the Kia vehicles--inside and out and he very willingly shared his knowledge. Mario in the maintenance department was also very helpful. I got the 5 coins but the Kia Soul is the real gold!

Please know, that I don't write reviews but I must say, after 2 years, I have to write this one.... I have always been extremely cautious about buying a car because of what is said and what is real. There is an individual who works for Bill Bryan Kia that I remember the most; Zach Bell. He put me at ease. Zach is extremely professional, courteous and understands the "car buying experience." He answered my questions, honestly and with regards to me, 'as a customer, and not just another sale.' Long story short, I opted for a 2009 Honda CRV which seemed to be sitting lonesome in the lot. After I looked at it, I thought, "this car is cute." We took it for a test drive and 3/4's through the test drive, I knew this vehicle was mine, and I told Zach who was in the passenger seat: "this is mine. I want it." Zach didn't just leave me at the hands of the finance manager, he was there the entire time. He received my questions while the finance officer "did his thing," and truly made me feel "at ease." And, I mean, at ease. Well, it's been two years now, and I think of Bill Bryan Kia and Zach. They treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I moved from Florida to Wisconsin, and I drive my car 45 minutes to Milwaukee every day and drive it home another 45 minutes and I still "love my little 2009 Honda CRV." Can anyone duplicate the experience I've had with Bill Bryan Kia? I highly doubt it; As I've mentioned, normally I don't write reviews but the I am [still] impressed with Zach Bell, and the staff of Bill Bryan Kia. Bill Bryan Kia staff cannot be duplicated; they are original; they are truly caring people who sincerely take the time to understand the customer's needs. Ask for Zach Bell and let him take you through the different types of vehicles offered from the expansive showroom and accompanying lot which are reasonably priced; because, you will engage in a different kind of car buying experience next to none. We were referred to your dealership by friends and told to ask for Dustin! HE WAS HELPFUL FROM THE GET GO! There were a few things that I really wanted ... rear camera, CD [not available any more but got a lesson on how to make the USB work for me ... thanks Dustin] thought about the GPS after we left ... but not that important .... definitely didn't want a moon roof or moody speakers or leather seats. Color was a tough issue ... knew I didn't want black, white or any dark color ... was so hard to choose between the blue, red and gray [titanium] though ... finally settled on the gray! It is beautiful!!!! Got upset when it got rained on on the second day that I had it though ... lol.Everyone was so friendly at Bill Bryan Kia .... everyone said hello as soon as I walked through the door ... and Dustin was so polite and helpfull ... if you want a new KIA ... see Dustin ... hell of a nice guy!

After searching the internet for the first used car I have bought in years, I spoke to Dale on the phone. He was pleasant and straightforward. We discussed a price and the quality of the vehicle in question, Feeling better about this dealership than others we had researched, my husband and I decided to drive from Lake City to Leesburg to test drive it. A newer salesman, Chad took us on our test drive He was very friendly, offering us food and drink and attentive throughout the sales process. I live 2 1/2 hours away from Bill Bryan Kia. They had 3 of 7 2017 Sportage Sx. I called and spoke with Anastasia and Dale. I gave them my information. They worked a deal for me. I was a bit leary but I drove to Leesburg. When I got there I was greeted by Chad who took me to Dale. They in turn intoduced me to Serhan, salesman. He and Chad helped me choose and test drive my car. The deal did not change. They were both professional and very helpful. Serhan was very knowledgeable about the new Sportage Sx. Eddie walked me through the financial paperworked and made it painless. The car was prepped and Serhan and Chad walked me through the cars features. I drove it home. The EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. If you need a car, try them first. It was worth the drive. I highly recommend this car dealer and the staff.

I researched vehicles on line and narrowed search to Kia Sportage Sx. Top safety pick. I looked on Kia website and only found 7 in a 200 mile radius to my home. I called Bill Bryan Kia who had 3 vehicles that had what I wanted on them. I spoke with Dale and Anastasia. I told them my information. They worked a deal for me over phone based on my answers, fico score ect. I live 2 1/2 hours away. I drove there to be met by Chad, Sherlan and Dale. They let me test drive both cars I liked. After I decided oncar,the buying process was the easiest and quickest I have ever experienced. Eddie walked through paperwork and explained my options. Long story short,I got what I wanted in my budget with no hassle or pressure. Very professional and friendly. If a kia is what you want, give them first try. It is worth the drive. Very plessed, love the car and would return. Highly recommended.

We had bought our child a Jeep at Bill Bryan in Leesburg last fall, so since our Kia Cadenza lease that we had gotten in our home state was coming due, we knew we wanted to go to another Bill Bryan dealership. Zach greeted us at the door, and when we told him we wanted to go with a Optima to make our lease payments lower, he steered us through the whole process very smoothly with no pressure. We walked out that afternoon with exactly the car we wanted! Zach is very sincere, and we appreciated all the small things he did, like filling up the car with gas on our way out. The financing signing was very fast as well with Eddie Pereira handling the paperwork. Thanks to all at the dealership, great that we could have snacks as well while waiting! We will definitely go back there again.

Sales people were more "pushy" than I have experienced at other dealers. I think they need to have a bit more confidence in their product. I felt that they thought if I left that I would never be back.Also, they touted their warranty as the best in the industry - 5 year bumper to bumper. They neglected to tell me of the "exclusions" until after the papers were signed. In particular the navigation system is only warranted for 3 years, and if the navigation system goes out the car may not start. I looked and the navigation system is located in between the "bumpers". In my mind, this is the weak link in the chain. Had I had this information when I was considering the car I would not have bought it. I feel this was withheld intentionally. If I had asked about exclusions prior to signing they might have mentioned it. In any case it is the old adage "BUYER BEWARE". We had planned on keeping this car for a while but under the circumstances we will probably get rid of it after 3 years.

We test drove the 2016 , but decided to buy our 2014. Zack Bell was very helpful and stayed after his normal working hours in order to Thank us for our business. We punched a new Kia Soul from Zach 2 weeks ago and it was a greet experience. Zach was very knowledgeable about the vehicle; no pressure; spent a lot of time explaing everything; made the deal I offered and even came to my house to pick up the paper work for my trade that I did not bring to the dealership. We took an 800 mile road trip the next day and was more that pleasently surprised how well the car handled being used to driving German cars. My 2015 Sorrento EX purchased in October 2014 from Bill Bryan for around $30K had nail in sidewall of tire - not repairable. Tire shop quoted $161 to replace the tire. I called Bill Bryan Service Dept. and was told by Crystal that it was under nitrogen warranty if I brought it in. I took off 3 hours of work, went to Kia, and was told the the warranty had expired and the cost was $188. The service man was polite but couldn't help, so I asked to speak with his manager. I believe the manager's name his name was Ron. He was horrible, rude, condescending, and unapologetic. He said everyone makes mistakes - meaning Crystal wasn't lying but was mistaken. I said that they should stand behind their employees mistakes as that is what customer service is about. I explained that driving 40 minutes to their dealership from Clermont area was a major inconvenience and taking off work was costing me financially. He said that wasn't his problem and the cost was $188. I asked to speak to his manager and he proclaimed he was the boss, had the final say, and had no manager. I then walked into the sales area and asked for the General Manager. I was not allowed to talk to anyone of real authority. I quickly escorted out of the sales area as they didn't want their "new" potential customers spending thousands to hear the situation. This sales floor manager told me the warranty was only good for a year and had expired 2 years ago. I only owned car 17 months - MORE LIES! In the end he offered to replace the tire at what he claimed was their cost $155 for the tire waiving labor fees. Ironically the tire is $114 at Walmart and $136 at Tire Kingdom, so I believe the "actual cost" was a lie as well. They are so nice when you are spending $30,000 on a new vehicle, so nice when you are having regular services done and paying them for maintenance, but wait until you have a problem or they make a mistake. Then your experience will be worse than dissatisfying, it will be frustrating, disrespectful, and angering at least if your a woman like me. My grandma and I believe they are xxxxxx and would've treated us with more respect if we were men. Beware: If you have a problem, you will experience as I have, RUDE Managers, lies, horrible customer service and no care about their customers satisfaction. If you are a woman, I highly suggest having a man go with you to lesson the disrespect. I thought we were past this discrimination in our society, but apparently not. I believe this dealership is short sighted and only care about the initial sale and making quick money. They fail to see that happy return customers increase their profits by future sales and recommendations. I have always tried to shop local, keep my money in my county to help the economics of where I live. I love my Kia Sorrento, but when I replace it, I will go to Orlando/Sanford. Cheaper cost and better service - I've purchased several cars there when I lived in Orlando. In the end I went to tire kingdom for repair - cheaper and better service. My only solace is that my grandma was with me at Bill Bryan for my tire repair. She was there to purchase a Kia to replace her Buick (she loves my Kia). After how we were treated in the service department, she will go elsewhere. I informed them they lost a sale as we were going to Orlando/Sanford for her purchase. Their lies and rudeness cost them thousands this time and I will not be returning either. She and I are telling all of friends of our experience, so they don't have the same misfortune.

Immediately established a rapport with Tim while having previous car serviced. He knew I was not in the market at the time but he only said "think of me when ever you get ready" Then the dealer sent out a flyer that looked inviting. So I went in and several hours later left with a new 2016 sportage. Tim went over all of our options and we test drove a couple of cars and evaluated all the rest. He was very patient and had a sincere interest in what did we want. I think we got the best possible deal on the car of our choice. Even decided to lease for the first time in about 50 car buys. My wife and I used the Internet to research new cars and we liked what we read about the Kia. We then searched for Kia dealers in our area and found Bill Bryan Kia. They had the prices of the vehicle with all accessories online so we could identify those cars that we wanted to check at the dealer. We met Rich Winn, told him our 10-year old Hyundai with 200,000+ miles needed replacing with a car just as nice and reliable. We fell in love with the first car on our list. He obtained a final price, which was what we expected, and then he proceeded to handle the cash purchase for us. Everything went fast and smooth. He took care of our DMV tag swap, insurence notification, and explained all the millions of buttons, dials, and computers. We had a good experience buying the Hyundai, but buying this Kia was exceptional and quite unexpected. The buying experience was just like going to a store and purchasing a soft drink: simple, effortless, no pressure, and way we buy most products from a store. The sales and financial staff were helpful, answered all questions clearly with no avoidance. When you make buying a car that nice, then you know owning the car is going to be a great and fun experience. Thank you Mr. Bryan... you have succeeded in creating a top-drawer buying environment, and we will be passing on the word.

There was an issue which wasn't apparent the night we took delivery of the vehicle, but it is being resolved in a professional manner.My wife and I highly recommend this dealership.

We had been to a few Kia dealerships and were so disappointed with the service we received. We were very interested in a new Kia, but kept running into the stereotypical car salesmen. Dale at Bill Bryan Kia was the best person to work with in any car buying experience we have ever had! It felt like we had made a new friend. He wasn't afraid to speak up on our behalf when it came to finding us the best deal. Julius did our financing and he was great too! He worked around our schedule to get the deal done. Both of these gentlemen stayed after closing to make sure we were happy and able to drive that same night with our new car. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Another bonus was the dealership itself-- a variety of snacks and drinks in the waiting area along with comfortable seating and tv.

Went in to buy a used crossover KIA for under $20K. Wife picked out one at $23K fully loaded with very low mileage. The experience with Tim and Rich was very pleasant. They were helpful, not pushy and made us feel at ease. However, the reason I didn't give 5-stars is that it took for ever to do the paperwork...much longer than I had ever experienced. I paid cash, can't imagine how much longer it would have been if we were taking out a loan too.


Everyone in the dealership was pleasant and efficient.

From the time I walked in to the time I left, I found everyone to be helpful, pleasant and proficient at their jobs. The experience was informative as I had little knowledge of their product. Gemoi Elliassaint was my salesperson and he did a magnificent job of showing me the vehicle I asked about and was very efficient about the delivery and sale of the Sorento I purchased. A minor problem arose after the delivery was made and Gerald Izzo (sales manager) was quick to resolve the problem in a very professional and personable manner. My experience with the finance department was also one that ran smoothly and efficiently. All personnel that I came in contact with at this dealership are very thorough and professional and I highly recommend Gemoi as a person to see if you choose Kia for your next car. I am very pleased with the transaction and all who were a part of my experience there.

While having service work done, I was approached to get a ding in my windshield replaced. "No Charge" Work was done by a third party and now they are suing my insurance company for excessive changes. Called the dealership and was promised it would be taken care of without any further hassle on my part. Did not happen. Just got off with the insurance company and the insurance company is being sued in Miami? I somebody approaches you in a dealership about fixing your windshield, tell them to get lost.Response does not help me or my insurance company. Inform your customers if third parties are doing work at your shop and take responsibility for the work and payments.

I have bought many vehicles in this area from your competiors and have been by far more pleased than I was with your team. Serhan did what he could to salvage the sales but your service and detail team are rude and unprofetional. They had to keep my (Used) car an extra few days to get some of what they should have done the first 4 days they had it. You should take your team over to VanGannaway and get some lessons on customer service. I ended up taking to a detailer and paying myself to get it done right. I paid full price with no hagle becuse I knew the car needed a full detail.
