The staff at BVF as incredibly courteous and efficient. I had my kids with me and though I was fearful they would be impatient waiting while our car was being serviced, the accommodations were comfortable. The waiting room had a screen showing the estimated time of completion of each customer. I loved that. I was always aware of how much longer we would be waiting. Before my kids could run out of patience, our car was ready for pick up. I had been taking my car to a dealership in Manteca, and waited hours for the same service; no more. I will continue to patronize BVF. I felt proud to have had such a positive experience. Some Stockton dealerships have poor service reputations, not BVF.

I am the owner of a Lincoln Aviator that is going on 11 years old. I have had no trouble with it so recently decided it was time to look for a new car. I tried several makes and models and came back to Lincoln and purchased a new 2015 Lincoln Navigator. There was no pressure from your sales personnel to make a purchase of one car over another. The staff was able to answer all of my questions. Overall it was a good experience.

My 2011 Fusion was Serviced and the recommended Recall was completed in less than 1 hour. As usual, I was very satisfied with everyone at B.V.F. My 2011 Fusion has been the best of the many New and used Fords that I have had over the past 59 years. Having worked for the Ford Dealers in the San Joaquin Valley for 48 years (retired in 2004)I have had them all! I will most likely be turning in the Fusion for a new model sometime soon. It was a delightful experience from the moment I walked onto the lot to the handing of the keys for my new purchase. The sales people appeared interested in assisting one another to ensure the customer was taken care of. The waiting area was inviting; the coffee was welcome and better than other dealer ships. The full tank of gas was an excellent touch. I particularly enjoyed finance as they lowered the price of the vehicle to meet my monthly payment request. Its interesting to see average business practices focusing on profit at the expense of employees, customers etc. Its nice to see someone getting the bigger picture and realizing if you take care of your employees; they in turn take care of your customers and the profits take care of themselves.

Great people and ez to do business. My only negative comment is that I called for warranty work and apparently I had already had the work done. At 73, I don't remember some things very well. When I called and spoke to the lady, she scheduled me, but the work had been done prior. Would have been helpful if she had advised me that I had previously had the repairs done and did not need to schedule for that work.Turned out ok, since a minor door issue needed to be fixed anyhow.

I called in and was told if I could get my car there in 15 minutes they could service it that day. I arrived within the 15 minutes and got my car serviced my service rep. researched my car records and discovered I did not require all of the 192,921 mileage servicing he later called me to inform me of the next service that would be needed at 200,000 miles I told my rep to replace the spark plugs and filters so I would only require an oil change once the 200,000 service was required. Shuttle service was also provided for me.

First, let me say how very pleased I am from the service I received. I am from Florida. Needing to have a car repaired is a stressful event. I called three other dealerships and then I had called your dealership on Thursday and spoke to Dave in Service. I have a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback that needs a new clutch per the recall. Dave was very professional and friendly on the phone, he even checked his inventory and set an appointment for me to bring in the car for service the following Monday first thing at 9am. The other competitors and Ford dealerships in the area (Modesto, Turlock, etc.) would not provide me any service and said that the part (clutch) would not be available until 6-8 weeks. Monday rolls around, I bring in the car to have it serviced. I was greeted by many of your friendly and professional service staff members (Technicians, advisors, etc.) I went in to the office, spoke to Dave in service who was very friendly and who knew about my situation. He took the time to speak with me and treated me like I was a person and not like a dumb female. He said that my car would be available Thursday of that week. I advised him that my husband and I would be making a trip across country back to the east coast. He made notes of this and made sure to have my car checked out. I can't say enough about the rental car. All good things!!! The SUV was absolutely beautiful!!! This vehicle was immaculate!! A beautiful MKC Lincoln 2015 2.0 with 4k miles on the engine. The tires were low, and there was a helpful technician that checked on me and filled the tires. Again, awesome service. I received an email on Wednesday night that the car service was complete on my Ford. I thought that was a nice touch. I returned the vehicleon Thursday with a full tank of gas. Let me say, that my car is working wonderfully. It is nice to have knowledgeable and very professional technicians working on my vehicle. Dave in service was there to provide me an update on my vehicle. I really appreciate how he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, my experience was fantastic!!! I will recommend your amazing dealership to the people in my neighborhood. I'm saddened that my husband and I will be leaving to go on our trip in two weeks. I will miss the amazing service! Have a blessed day! All is good. I do have a question. When I purchased the service agreement, I was told inthat it included any and all updates to the the trucks sync software. So far I have not seen any documentation that it has been done.

I thought I had insurance by Lincoln to get a loaner when I had to have service, especially on a recall item. I have to drive an hr. from Pittsburg to get to Big Valley so wanted to drop the night before and pick up after work. As it worked out, I had to take time off work to get the service and recall done. I am thankful that they got it right in and had me on the road by 9:45 and I only had to burn 1/2 day of my vacation.

Purchased a 2015 Mustang Eco-boost Premium Very happy with the car. Staff was helpful in purchase answering questions. Didn't like being handed off from one salesman to another. Was told that car would be filled up at delivery. It was nearly empty. Salesmen went to fill it up after I pointed it out. He brought the car back less than 3/4 full. Got home and couldn't find the registration. Called salesman and told him the next day. He said he was just about to call me. Had to drive back to dealership to get registration.

Big Valley ford People are Among the Best....Jesse A. has been Courteous, Not Pushy and generally Gets alot done for this Navy Vet.. However I am a bit dissapointed with ford technical becuase there Is A Problem with The Transmission On MLy 14 Fusion SE. That is still In Limbo and I hear from Other Fusion drivers of smiliar Problems.. Where is Ford They Need to Step Up to The Plate or This Transmission Issue May b A downfall for the fusions....Cmon Ford Step Up and Fix This Thing... At This Point After Owning Several Fords Its Not to easy for me to boast about My Machine...

My 2010 Ford Fusion wrench and check engine warning lights turned on. I had my car towed to Big Valley Ford and the were able to fix it. My throttle body was repaired or replaced. They informed me that it was under warranty (Great News). I also had my 30k maintenance done although I am not even at 28k miles yet. They also replaced my battery. Thank YOU

The only item I would call to your attention is the time it took from when Aram finished the application until Tim the finance guy called us into his office to finalize the paperwork.....almost an hour is too long.

I brought my vehicle in for maintinence due to losing tire pressure in a week after refilling it. I made an appointment and arrived on time, there was a line, check in was late. After clearing up confusion, I spoke with my regular agent in order to properly address the situation. My biggest problem, which is why I did not rate it stars, as the result is what I expected and the confusion was quickly fixed by Joe, was that I was placed in the queue behind all the walk ons, so instead of 45 minutes from my arrival, it ended up being a 2.5 hour trip. As my schedule was clear, it wasnt a major issue this time, but it was still more inconvient than usual. Results went well otherwise, and situation resolved.

I made an appointment for new set of tires and oil change. I arrived few minutes early to the appointment and was taken right in. I was given a time period for all the work to be done. Was given option to be given a ride and picked up or stay. I stayed and was kept up with the status as I waited. The job was done within the estimated time frame and everything went very smooth. I was quoted one price but when I showed had other estimates they gladly beat the other prices.

The wait was shorter than expected, the waiting area is comfortable and clean with a restroom close by (a very good thing at my age!). The Lincoln Concierge was not in the day of service, but his "fill in" did a fine job! I almost look forward to service days.

The dealership experience was could benefit from a better communication between the service rep and the individual making the appointments. When i returned the call stating that my part had arrived and talked to my Service advisor he transferred me to a receptionist to schedule the appointment. When I spoke to the individual who making my appointment she did know what I was scheduling my appointment for and had to place me hold to follow up with the advisor. When the advisor was working with other customers I had to keep holding or hang up and wait for a call back. I did not receive a call back and after a few days I called a second time spoke with my advisor and same thing happened all over again. If not for this I would have 5 and 10 on my survey.

I was in recently to have my car serviced and I had a negative experience. I had an 11 am appt and had some computer work to do so I decided to wait. At 2 pm my car hadn't been taken in yet so I told the gentleman at the desk that I had to go and I would come back another time. Before I left I spoke with Jesse Alvarado and told him the situation. He said that he would get me a rental car next time so I could leave my car. A week later I came in and he promptly set me up with a rental car. It's a good thing as my car had a situation and they had it for 5 days.I appreciate the extra effort he put forth to make everything right. In business it's not what happens that matters but what you do about it that counts! An Mr. Alvarado did what counts.

The service coordinator was excellent, but the service men in the shop neglected to address one certain item I asked the service coordinator to have them do twice and was reassured it would be done. Simple thing. I needed the spare tire cover removed and replaced in the correct manner. The main reason for bringing the van in was to check the brakes and replace, if necessary. Upon driving the van 423 miles to our destination this weekend ( which is why checking the brakes was so imperative), I found the brakes are pulling to the right leading me to believe that no one took it out for a good test drive after replacing the brakes.

My maint appointment went very well but I was a little concerned with the yellow light feature when cars are at my blind spot when changing lanes that comes on in my rear view mirror. On my 2013 mkx the yellow light indicator in my rear view mirror would come on when there was a car about a car length behind me now it seems the car is just about next to the rear of my car before the light comes on and I was told that this is a new feature of the 2015 mkx which is a conern to me because if I change lanes and the car is almost next to me how effective is this feature?Thank you

Made an appointment for the Quick Lane on Saturday and got right in as scheduled. Been servicing my vehicles at BV for past 8 years mostly on Saturday morning with appointments,and don't remember having to wait longer than 1 to 11/2 hrs at any time. I own a white 2013 Ford Fiesta SE which I purchased for my daughter. Ever since I purchased this vehicle it has had many problems but mostly with the transmission/clutch. I have been in for service over 6 times. The transmission/clutch has been replaced twice. Each visit the car is fixed for the initial few months and reoccurs again. The staff do accommodate me each time but I get the vibe that they are tired of me coming in over and over for the same problem. My main concern is long-term. I realize that once I reach the 100k mark that I'm on my own with no warranty from Ford. It seems as if I've purchased a disposable car? I thought I was buying my daughter a reliable/economical starter vehicle. This car is paid off and I didn't imagine it would only last 3 years. I have contacted a lawyer to seek legal action.

Staff friendly and helpful. Problems with tires have been ongoing. It seems all issues are finally resolved. Don't feel I should have incurred the last charge as tires were purchased through this dealer.

I purchased a Lincoln MKT and I was a little disappointed that my vehicle was neither vacuumed nor washed, I understand that we are in a drought and therefore you are not able to wash the vehicle but it doesn't explain why the vehicle couldn't be vacuumed at least. The Lincoln is suppose to be an American luxuary vehicle and the service should also match the brand and part of the sales pitch was the concierge service which included a cleaning with each service. When it comes to customer service the little things are what makes the difference between a 3-4 to a 5.

I have a defective clutch in 14 Focus, I have read there was a lot of issues with these. They said the part would come in 6-8 weeks tops...we are over 2 months still no part. Great people but tired of driving the car this way since new shifts really bad, almost causes wrecks daily.
