Started out well, they turned on me. Not honest

We drove 2.5 hours to see a truck at the Auburn store. We talked to Stan. He was nice. When we returned from test drive, we noticed the truck had a rusted out hole in the cab.. When we told him about it. He seemed unconcerned. He said there was another truck similar at the Goshen Rd store, 20 minutes away. We went there. It was a nice truck. When we test drove it, it made a noticeable noise in the rear-end. We paid to have the local Ford dealer inspect the truck; pinion gear bad and front differential leaking. They said they would fix the truck. We returned home 2.5 hours away. A week later, we returned again to test drive the truck. It appeared fixed. I wanted to cycle thru the 4 wheel drive modes. I didn't know how to get it into 4WD Low. The sales manager showed me how; I then said I would drive in in LOW. He resisted this with, "don't go far" and "drive real slow" comments. I said I would. I drove the truck about 50 feet and something seemed wrong. It seemed as of the brakes were on. As I got to the bottom of the drive, I realized the right rear wheel was locked up. I returned to discuss this with the manger & explained that there was still something wrong with this truck. He got angry, said "there is nothing wrong with this truck, If I don't want to buy it, he would sell it at the Auburn store. I said I wanted to buy it, but that he needed to come out and see what was wrong. He refused to go look at it with me so we left.

We have been searching for months for the right SUV for our family of six and the wait was worth it. After finding Best Deals Auto I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic personal skills, informative, helpful, and overall pleasant buying process. We have been to other dealers and left feeling like we were not appreciated or taken like a serious customer. Dylan was very helpful with our buying needs and did all the paperwork in a timely manner. Very respectable and I recommend you stop in to one of their locations. We found the vehicle at the Auburn location online but live closer to their Warsaw facility but after talking to Dylan on the phone he had the suv at the Warsaw location for us the next day. Also the vehicle had a traction warning on and they gave us a Due Bill that will cover fixing it because it was on when we bought it. We bought an '08 Buick Enclave and it was the BEST DEAL I've found online. Wonderful Wonderful!

I highly recommend Best Deal Auto. I bought my 2007 Ford Edge from Cory at the Auburn store. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle. I traded in a G6 and they were very honest about the value of my car (I had checked the value before I took it in). I applied for my loan online before I went in to look at the vehicle and was approved.I only spent about 45 minutes there and that included test driving the Edge. Thank you so much :)

Great Web site, where you can check inventory, all details and pictures of the vehicles... I usually hate the idea of going into a dealer, they come out and try and sell you the highest price car.. pressuring you and wont leave you alone.. I came to Best Deals, Jerry very friendly.. was selling a BMW to my Daughter, she raved about how great they were.. all quality vehicles.. I was heistant. I had my toyota truck for 9 years.. (was now looking for luxury.) Gave me a great trade in price, financed thru them, great price on the car... and a 3 year service agreement.. I walked out confident, Knowing you buy a car as is... but getting a 3 year service agreement.. was wonderful.. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great quality car, and reassurance that you will be treated right, no strings, just straight up honest.. this dealer is for you.. you won't be dissapointed.. loving my new ride...

This is a very low pressure car dealership which was a breath of fresh air. I felt like they had my interest in mind and not just trying to sell me any car. The process was smooth and I will defiantly go back to them when I'm ready to get something else but that won't be for a while because I love the car I just got. They are great!

I worked with Paul Kuhlhorst. He made the entire process smooth and efficient. The facilities were neat and professional, the selection was of great quality and priced fairly. The truck I came in to look at had some minor scratches (as used vehicles do), and Paul ensured they were touched up and that the truck looked new before I left. Purchased more than 3 vehicles from the import store in the last 4 years. All the salesmen are great! They offer service work for $45 per hour which is way lower than any other place... All i can say is WOW!
