Great service, I had a recall on my 2012 ford focus.. And had no luck in help with it from other ford dealers , including the one i bought the car from.Well I just got a new job and i had my son born in Aug , so i really needed my car for work, I was helped by Mr. Dennis Davis at Berkeley ford in Moncks corner in sc...i talked to him about my situation because I drive a hour to work and did not want to miss any days .. So I brought my car in after work and to my surprise, Mr Dennis was able to order the part I needed and was told I could maybe have it tmrw or by the end of the week. but I still had the how will I get to work, well Mr Dennis said I would continue to drive the car I may lose my transmission.. So he made arrangements for a rental car on them .. So now I can make it to work and have a car to drive until mine is ready.. And to be honest because of that when its time to trade this car in I will be back to buy a car from Berkeley ford. Thanks .

These guys were awesome from the very beginning. Took my car in changed the oil, did my alignment, and even replaced my wipers within minutes. The staff was super friendly and reminded me of my warranties and their coverages Would definitely go back!

On our way from Boston to Florida our car was totaled in NC. We rented a car and drove to our daughters' home in Charleston and stayed for 10 days while things got resolved with the insurance company. I saw a a desireable car online at a fair price and called Berkley. Crystal was our rep there and she did a fantastic job helping us get the car and set us up with temporary plates too. Everyone we met there was very helpful. Crystal called a week later to check that we were OK and that he car preformed well on the 8 hour drive. It took a leap of faith to buy a used car from an out of state dealer. Berkley ROCKS

They failed to file a rebate for tires purchased and failed to make it good. G/M and S/M was unhelpful. The after the sale service is less than what one would expect for a ford dealership. I like ford products and am glad that other dealerships are close-by.

I purchased a 2014 Explorer about 4 months ago. Since it was late in the evening I was told that someone would give me instructions on Ford Sync and an owners manual the next morning. 2 sales people told me it had navigation and all I needed was a SIM card. I found out from Ford that was not the case. Navigation is installed at the factory. So now I have no instructions, no owners manual, and no navigation. I called the sales manager to speak with him about this and he told me that he would talk to the sales people and get back to me. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting. I will not buy from this dealer again. Apparently once you make the purchase they are done with you.

Dash is an excellent salesman and I am sure he was a great football player! We got a great deal on our 2009 Honda Accord. We had been looking for quite awhile and the price at Berkeley Ford was lower than any in the area. It is so nice to have a reliable car with a low monthly payment.

The was OK, quickly completed. When I bought the truck, I was told that it would come with tires for life. Now that the ownership of the store has changed that is no longer part of the deal. That is one of the reasons for getting it there. Now that I have been told that new tires will be needed the next service. With this in mind, I will need to start saving up for new ones. With less than 36K on the truck, I will need to begin to shop around. I know that the dealership has been sold, but you would the new owners would honor the deal.

I purchased a 2015 ford f250 platinum with the 6.7L engine. The sales woman was very attentive and helpful. They gave me a very fair trade in value on my car and the owner was able to finance me with ford at a great rate. They cleaned the truck and had it all ready by the time I was finished with the finance guy. I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

Your saleswoman was not pushy and when there was a question that she was unsure of, she wanted to be sure she had gave us the correct answer, So she went and asked someone else. We're pleased and happy with the Explorer and no buyer remorse.. I retired from a Ford supplier Bosch and I know Bosch makes good parts for y'all... We enjoy our Explorer and will probably buy a F250 diesel when our GMC 2500 diesel gets 300k ( we're close )..

We needed to add a service vehicle to our company "Fleet". We knew exactly what we wanted and had no need to drive around town researching pricing when I could just do it from my desk, utilizing the internet. I called several dealerships (who we had used in the past) two of which did not even return my phone calls-both were called repeatedly. I called Berkeley Ford and spoke with Jerry Bradley, not only was he was helpful-he went above and beyond to help me buy a Transit Connect-sight unseen! He was attentive and called me back when he said he would, he did exactly what he said he would do through the entire process. Let me say-pricing is pretty close to the same around town for vehicles, what Berkeley Ford sold me was "service", service I did not receive from the big dealers. Our next Connect will be purchased from Jerry at Berkeley.

C-Max Hybrid. Love the car, but it was not too clean when I received it. The windows were filmy (and still are cloudy) and the interior needed a good cleaning. I appreciated the full tank of gas and offer of a new battery, and when the TPM light came on, that they took care of inflating the tires properly. But that should have been done before I left the lot, even if it was a Saturday afternoon. I didn't necessarily want to come back, you know? That said, it's my second purchase from the Moncks Corner dealership (first was Woody Bilton) and this is my fifth Ford. I love 'em all!

My wife had contacted Jerry at Berkeley Ford and described the truck I was looking for. We met with Jerry the next day and he showed us a truck that met the description my wife had given him. The truck was a F150SXT and it fit the bill! After a test drive (which was excellent) Jerry showed us more trucks on the lot. We came back to the first one and the deal was done. Jerry was a first rate individual and answered all of our questions. His easy going manner made the shopping trip into a comfortable visit. I would recommend Berkeley Ford (and Jerry)to anyone who dreads the trip to a dealership. (even if Jerry is a Clemson Tiger fan - Go Dawgs!)

I went at a busy time to get my car serviced prior to my taking a trip for Christmas. I had to wait for 2 hours to get the oil changed, but I was told that it might be that long when I check in because of the number of people ahead of me. I was satisfied with the service that I got that day. I had gotten accustomed to making an appointment for this routine service to my vehicles. This is the 6th vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. I made a promise to Michael Dew when I bought my first car there that I would always bring my cars, SUVs, and now the Edge back for service. I have kept my promise with all six vehicles.

Purchased a new Ford Focus SE 2014. Elijah was awesome. He worked with my dad to get me the perfect car for me. He helped me with rebates and was so considerate, no pressure, which means a lot to me. Jim helped with my financing and was also very nice, he explained everything and made sure I understood. I just can't say enough positive things about Elijah. He went over how to operate the car and told me to call him if I had any issues. He is just a great person and that makes buying a car a fun experience, not stressful. I would definitely recommend Berkeley Ford to family and friends.

Enjoyed meeting the people at Berkeley Ford. I had a new salesman which did not know a lot about the F-350 Super duty that I was looking at as he was new to the car business, but I think I taught him everything I knew as I have been studying them for awhile. I did like his no pressure sales approach as I did with everybody else as we went through the buying experience. Garret and Louie made me feel like I had known them for years even though I had only met them that day. Even after the sale I had a couple of issues with the truck the night I bought it and called Louie about it. Garret called me back and was there to help after the dealership had closed meeting me there and giving me something to drive until it could be fixed. I would buy from here again!

Chuck Hughes is a great sales man, but he definitely lets you know it's not about getting your money. The rest of the staff was polite and helpful as well, and they don't put on a fake appearance of wanting to help. The only thing I didn't like about the facility was the location, which is a bit out of the way for me, but that doesn't trump the great first time buying experience I had. I would definitely recommend Berkeley Ford for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, and look for Chuck Hughes. He'll take great care of you!

MY WIFE TOOK THE F150, THAT WE PURCHASED THERE, IN FOR A TIRE ROTATION AND AIR FILTER. I got a computer alert that the brake fluid was low. Called the service department and got an appointment that afternoon. Although they were not able to fix the leak that day, Enterprise was called and I got a car to get home. A part was ordered but didn't arrive and I kept the rental for a week. I was told the part was on back order and that was why it took a week to repair my Edge. I was surprised that it would take that long, but was glad that I had the extended warranty for a rental car at no expense to me because I had obligations as past president of South Carolina PTA and had to be on the road several days for that association. While I was glad that the gentleman also fixed the sync system that was giving me difficulty and later he showed me how to get more use of that system.. Over all, I was pleased. I am single, travel by myself all of the time, and need to know that my Edge is in maximum operating condition as much as is humanly possible. Thanks.

I went to berkeley ford and their new owner is a joke. When i told them what i was looking for they told me i needed to "suck it up and dish out some more cash for the right car" and when they tried to talk me into a red escape that was cheaper and i didnt like the color he said "ok, now you're just being stubborn, you either need to deal with the color or spend more money". I have never been treated like that a car dealership and i will not go back.

bought a 2012 fusion and has been in the shop 7 times in 6 months weve had it, miss fire, tires , ac twice .had to tare the dash out to fix the ac, computer ,coil packs, spark plugs, gas filler neck ,and this was a certified car. ok. tried to trade it back in but ,I wasn't going to take that bigg of a loss on the car.could not get any help from the sales people.will never buy a car from there again,

Last week I went to this business VERY unhappy and ready to give Ford a piece of my mind!! i had an issue with my vehicle, which is new. Needless to say service basically excused me out of the way and sent me to the waiting room. Long story short the young girl up front managed to change my demeanor completely. She was smiling, sweet, offered every beverage and snack possible, listened to me rant (I even cursed at her and she was completely un phased and didn't change attitudes at all) I'm ashamed of my behavior but to me that is what great customer service is all about!! My car was eventually fixed and runs perfect again. Great job to them for having such caring staff members!!

I had such a great experience at Berkeley Ford! As soon as i walked in the receptionist was very helpful in finding me the right person. My sales person was awesome and made my experience there an enjoyable one! They have a great selection of new vehicles and a lot of really nice pre owned as well to choose from. Once I chose a car the process was quick an easy and I LOVE my new Ford Escape!! I will definitely come back when I'm ready to purchase again!

Miss e must have went there on a bad day. I didn't experience that at all. The staff was courteous. My oil was changed promptly (they expect you out within 30 minutes). They had free popcorn and very nice and comfortable customer lounge. Yes, the facility itself has age but it's the people and the service that keeps me a customer. I tell all my friends and family about this gem in the country.

You reviewed in the last weekQuality Poor to fair Appeal Good Service Poor to fair THE SERVICE DEPT IS AWSOME BUT THE SALES STAFF, IN PERTICULAR CATHY IS A SNAKE.....WE PURCHASED A USED CAR FROM THEM IN JULY AND THEY ASKED US IF WE WANTED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND WE SAID YES......THEY DIDNT GO INTO ANY DETAILS ON THE WARRANTY WE PURCHASED......THE CAR DEVELOPED A BAD OIL LEAK AND WE TOOK IT IN TO FIND OUT THAT AFTER 5 MONTHS WE WERE ONLY 63 MILES AWAY FROM THE WARRANTY EXPIRING.....IF I HAD DROVE THE CAR 1 MORE DAY THEN I WOULD HAVE BEEN SCREWED......THEY CHARGED US 2000 DOLLARS FOR THE WARRANTY AND IT HAD A 200 DOLLAR DEDUCTABLE WHICH WE WERE NOT EVEN GIVEN A CHOICE THEN TO TOP IT OFF , I GOT GOING THRU THE PAPER WORK AND I HAD NOTHING ON THE WARRANTY THAT WE PURCHASED......WHEN WE TAKE THE CAR IN FOR THE REPAIR AND COMPLAIN WHEN WE FOUND OUT THE WARRANTY THAT WE WERE SOLD THEN THEY GO TO OUR FILE AND IN THE FILE WAS OUR COPY OF THE WARRANTY.....THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS INFORMED US THAT WE WERE SCREWED.......ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE TOOLS TO FIX OUR CAR SO NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK UP THERE AND PICK UP MY CAR AND DRIVE IT TO A VOLKSWAGON DEALER TO HAVE FIXED..............IVE BEEN CAR SHOPPING FOR A SECOND CAR THIS WEEK AND I WOULDNT EVEN CARE TO GIVE BERKELEY FORD A CHANCE FOR MY BUSINESS
