I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 L from Bergstroms of Kaukauna Wisconsin on 6/8/16. I actually was looking at another vehicle on the lot, but after the sales person (Tom Gault) listened to my needs and wants in a vehicle, he pointed out some other choices. From then on, the whole process of buying a car was painless and quite refreshing. I was going from my old 10 year old car to a car of the future as I seen it. Tom explained everything from the buying process to every bell and whistle on the car. Great. An overwhelming process became a joint learning experience and a huge comfort factor. Thanks.

I could not be more pleased with my salesperson Dean. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he ensured everyone of my concerns were met. Besides that, he was very straight forward, and there was absolutely no runaround. His no pressure sales approach made this transaction enjoyable, and he made his availability to me a priority. I would buy another vehicle from Bergstrom Kaukauna, and Dean would definitely be my salesperson of choice.

I took my 2012 jeep to a electronic service dealer to check out my radio as the AM radio portion was not working but the FM and the satellite was working. They told me the antenna was fine and there was a defect in the radio. So I went to service at Bergstrom of Kaukauna (had purchased car here) and related the above. They inspected the radio and charged me $50.00 and said the AM portion of the radio does not work. I asked them why and they replied that they did not know. I asked them would this mean the other portions of the radio would stop working and they said they did not know. The replacement would be $700.00 for a radio that was 3 years old on a car with less than 42,000 miles. I did have some one else replace the unit with additional add ons such as back up view for camera( had added back up camera previously and had monitor on dash), Bluetooth for the cell phone and run apps from cell phone on this unit at the same price. I can not believe they charged me $50.00 for information I had already given them.

I like this dealership - when I need work done on any of my Chrysler vehicles the work is done on time and done right. My vehicles are always clean when I get them back the tech's are very careful to keep the interior clean.

My wife, and I found they had just taken in a 2007 Chrysler 300 with lower mileage on it. A price was not listed on there site, but there was a click here button to get your internet price. I sent them our name, email address, and zip code. I got what appeared to be a formatted response the next morning saying one of their internet sales people would soon get back to us shortly with more information about the 300. The 2nd communication was from the same sales person has the 1st email introducing herself, and providing information about contacting the dealership for a free test drive. I responded with that I most interested in the asking sale price for the 300. Again I received another email from the same sales person providing a phone number to contact her with, because she needed to talk to us directly about the 300. Again no further information, or price was provided about the 300. I wrote back that not replying with an asking price for the 300 that my wife, and I were totally turned off about doing any kind of business with this dealership.

the man as very nice and polite . He got in the van and showed us how to use the computer on the steering wheel, which my husband could not figure out. He showed us how to do it and it took an little time but he was very nice about it.

Being able to have the dealership correct the tire issue , without a charge to me in about an hour time was a good thing, that it happened in the first place was not.. the fact that he apologized was appreciated.. Very happy with both of them and I hope to be as happy with the car. Bergstrom had been mentioned to me as a good place to go and they lived up to that. I was very limited on budget and was happy I could find something I was able to purchase. From my very first phone call the most striking thing by far with this experience is that some one actually cared about what was going on with my vehicle. That was then put into real action, very, very quickly. The morning of the issue, the news reported that no tows were available due to the frigid cold(-40) and of course that was the day I had issues with my new truck. Withing an hour of my call to the dealership, a tow truck arrived and hauled it off to be fixed. The issue turned out to be bad diesel fuel, the truck was fine, the fuel filter was not. The staff was very courteous, prompt and professional. I will be leasing all of my companies vehicles from Bergstrom.

Up until a few months ago I would not have walked into a Bergstroms however from the time I looked at the truck I end up buying through my 1st service (oil change) I could not be happier I have never been treated better at any auto dealer from the start to the present. Tim Jones, the sales manager, was completely honest with me and never once tried to trick me into something I did not want. This was a first in new car buying experience in 25 years! He gave me real numbers and the facts even when I didn't like hearing them. While I had to wait four months to get into the truck I wanted, Tim walked me through the steps to buy at the right time with the right downpayment. Had he rushed me back in September just to make a sale for himself, i would have been in a truck i was less satisfied with. Seriously! He is what car dealerships OUGHT to be like. Thanks Tim and Bergstrom.

Jim, the gentleman that sold me the van, saw me when I arrived. He offered to bring my van around for me for the oil change (It was -15 Degrees with the wind chill.) He afterward stopped in while I was waiting to see if I had any problems or how I was liking my van. Other associates were also very nice and asked if I would need anything. The Service dept was quick and very good. I was extremely happy with my experience.

Fast friendly service! I had noticed a spot on my car from the original detailing, appeared to be a buff type mark and I pointed it out and they took care of it right away, no questions asked. Then after my car was complete it looked over it with me to ensure it was fixed. I bought my car a couple months ago brand new from this dealership because of the service department her. I live close by and have brought other vehicles here purchased elsewhere and the service department has always given me EXCELLENT quality and service so when it was time to look for a car it brought me here. Thanks for a great friendly service team!

Everyone very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating with our two year old twin granddaughters and five year old granddaughter who were with us when purchasing the truck.

Everyone I made contact with at Bergstrom really tried to assist me- service manager (Chris Brandt), dealership manager (Tom Schmidt), sales person (Tom Gault) and Aaron Mendoza (finance manager). Probably the first time I really felt I could trust what I was hearing. Superb customer service from the beginning to the end.

Bergstrom Jeep in Kaukauna is a very professional and personable dealership. I was in and out very quickly. The service department personnel were very attentive to my needs, very fast and efficient.. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Aside from the technician scraping my vehicle right side doors and handles while moving it my experience there is always excellent. We return the car tomorrow for paint repair.

I loved that the sales staff was willing to accomodate my schedule. Even in the business of June 3000, I felt that I was the only customer. I am now a Bergstrom buyer for life! Kevin even offered to come pick up my truck the next day to install the chrome side rails - and then drop it off when it was done!!!
