Brought in my Lexus RX350 Sport for 10k maintenance. This is my first Lexus so this visit was my 2nd service experience at Bergstrom Lexus. I got the car in late May 2016. Stuart was the service representative. Just like last time, the professionalism of the staff and operation was impressive. Since I'm still acclimating to the new car, I came with a list of questions on features. Not only did Stu answer them with ease, he went out of his way to share additional insight to help me understand/enjoy my new vehicle even better. It was refreshing to see an employee so engaged, happy to do was he does for a living, and truly have a care for the customer's satisfaction level. Being a business executive myself, I really appreciate the culture they have created at their dealership. Well done!

Routine maintenance on my ES350 as well as reviewing a small rust spot on the trunk area. My appointment was made with Stuart and my service advisor on Saturday was Jillian.They set me up with a loaner vehicle during my appointment so that I could get some errands run while service was being performed. Jillian also gave me a very accurate assessment of the time needed to complete the service.I have said this before.... We currently have vehicles that use 3 different Bergstrom Dealerships and their service departments. We use College Avenue Chevrolet, Victory Lane Audi and finally Lexus. HANDS DOWN with consistent results, the service and service advisors of Bergstrom Lexus are unmatched. Both Stuart and Jillian put the customer needs FIRST and are extremely helpful and responsive. Of the three service teams, I would rate Lexus and no 1 followed by Chevrolet and Audi as last. I know other people who were previous Lexus owners and one in particular who went to Infiniti for her next vehicle. She too wishes that she was back at Bergstrom Lexus for service and also highly regards Stuart and the service team at Lexus.Bergstrom Lexus, Stuart, Jillian as Service Advisors are a Model that should be duplicated at all Bergstrom Dealerships!

I traveled from out of state (via plane). Bergstrom picked me up from the airport in Green Bay and brought me to Appelton which was unexpected and extremely helpful. There were no "hassles" at the dealership and no surprises period. Everything I had previously discussed with the dealership in regards to pricing and misc fees were limited to exactly that. Definitely a pleasant experience.

The team went out of their way to find a soft top for the jeep I purchased and included it in the purchase price. They did not have to do that! Brian was an excellent sales rep and very personable; he went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. I have not purchased a jeep since 2006 and my buying experience was great. We called the dealership to let them know what I was looking for and within 3 days my 2012 jeep was in my garage...awesome!

Working with Bergstrom Lexus in Appletoon Wisconsin is always a pleasure. I have owned several lexus vehicles and one main reason I keep going back is not only does Lexus make the smoothest and quietest riding vehicles, but the buying process is not pushed on you by the sales people, they get right back to you as soon as they can, will even track down a certain style or color car I'm looking for. The service department is always available and willing to get my vehicle in at my convenience, the staff is excellent and the car comes back spotless. The best part of all this is that I live out of town and they will come and pick up my vehicle for me.

Everything. I drive 127 miles to get my 2009 LS serviced at Bergstrom. So far, I have had all maintainance on this vehicle, done at Bergstrom Lexus, including new Tires. I have an excellent auto repair shop in Iron Mountain, but find it more than worth it, to drive over 2 hours to see Stewart, and Peter. I own three vehicles myself, the other 2, I keep at my vacation home in Florida, one of which is a Porsche. I do not take the Porsche to the dealership any longer, as they do not live up to what I have experienced with Bergstrom Lexus, and the dealership is 12 miles away. My first purchase from Bergstrom Lexus, was for my now, ex-wife, a 2010 RX350, which she still owns. While taking it in for service for her, the gave me a LS, to drive, and that's when I decided to get one. A huge thing for me is that you have been able to retain Great People, like Stewart and Peter. It seems like today, most companys have a revolving door, with staff. How can a person have a reliable, predictable experience, when the people keep changing?? Well the answer is you cannot!! Kudos to Bergstrom, for finding and retaining excellent people, and kudos to Stewart and Peter for delivering on the promise of excellence, made by the Lexus Brand.

Giving me a nice loaner vehicle when my vehicle wasn't fixed in a resonable amount of time, due to Volvo, Inc. not having a part available. And I have no idea why there was a grinding/whining noise from the rear drivetrain when I first picked up the car, which then no one could replicate, even myself when I bot the car back a second time -- and I was pleased that you had someone drive the car to Marquette on that latter occasion as well.

We were greeted nicely, and professionally by Joe Braun. He was dressed professionally in suit and tie. He asked what we were looking for, and we explained that we were buying a car for our daughter. She told him what she wanted. I gave him a price range, and he said I have that car. Sure enough he did. He pulled out a used GS350. It was immaculate, like off the new car show room floor. My daughter had told Joe, that she wanted a white 4 door sedan, with every option in the universe. That's what it was. She loved it when she first saw it. She loved it even more when she drove it. When back to the dealership, we accepted a low ball number for her trade in, and agreed on a price. I'd say that it nearly equaled our best car buying experience ever, and that happened to be the purchase of my wife's SC430. We had been looking at new cars all day, prior to arriving late to your dealership. My daughter Morgan had driven the Ford Fusion, Buick Verano, and the Chevy Cruze. She liked them, but they weren't getting her excited. The used GS350 had newer tires, and newer brakes, with performance disk. It had every option she was looking for, and more. The car was clean inside and out. It looked new. It was missing floor mats, and Joe said that he would get us some. I told him, and my daughter agreed, that we'd rather have the used Lexus, versus the other new cars mentioned above. It was a great end to our rather frustrating day. By the way, your dealership looked great, and I liked the chocolate chip cookies. Thanks for the good experience.

I was shopping for a new Jaguar XJL. Went into the dealerships in Minneapolis (Jaguar & Land Rover of Minneapolis) and Sears Imports. Sears were in different at best. I had to call the sales rep to see if his sales manager would come down a bit on pricing. Jag in Mpls followed up with a couple emails then stopped. I found a car on Cars.com and after speaking with Ted Hoff at Bergstrom he thought I'd be interested in another they had on their lot. Ended up buying the car over the phone on Tuesday and Ted had it delivered to my home in Prior Lake, MN at 1:30PM on Friday. They did everything they promised and made the experience a pleasure. Follow up with work done, making sure all is in order. After I had had a windshield fluid pump replaced, I had some leakage on the ground and thought I had a problem again with the windshield fluid reservoir system. Jeremy at Bergstrom Volvo willingly agreed to take a look. Happily, the leakage was only fluid being channeled to the ground after it had washed the windshield. Bergstrom did check things out for me, and even washed my car (all was not lost on the visit - I had an oil change done at the same time!) I find that Jeremy is easy to talk to, professional in dealing with customers, and willing to stand behind the service department's work.

We arrived just looking to test drive a couple models and explore different options. We test drove a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that we really liked. It was out of our price range but the sales team worked hard with our budget and trade in to make it happen. Our salesman was nice and the facility was very nice. About two weeks or a lil less after bringing it home is where the issue began. One morning before going to work the car refused to start and I was stranded. The remote start had put the car into security mode and refused to let the car start. I had paid for a complete extensive warranty thankfully so we arranged to have the vehicle picked up and brought back to the Mitsubishi Shop at Bergstrom on Victory Lane. The car was at the shop for nearly two weeks while I was getting around in a loaner. At the two week mark we received word that the correct module had arrived and that the car should be ready the next day. THE BAD PART is that the remote start that was in the car when they sold it to us wasn't compatible. We picked the car up a week ago now and I can't help but feel mixed emotions about buying a car with certain options but then having them taken away. No other options or compensation was offered so here I am with the car we wanted but without a nice part of the selling point in the first place. Not sure what else I could have did but I'm not overly happy with the result.

Quick acknowledgement upon arrival. After initial check of vehicle..they went into a complete recommendation of what needed to be done. Provided cost and reasons. We didn't feel obligated to perform these extras, but did elect to do the safety issues...rear brakes, oil flush, serpentine belt replacement. On tire replacement we decided to review our current warranty with another manufacturer and do price comparison...and yes, Lexus said they were price competitive. Time quoted on these repairs were fairly point on. We had their driver take us to the mall. Very nice driver by the way.

Called to ask about features of a car on the lot. Salesman told me that one of the feature was not on the car. He proceeded to yell at me and said he knows his BMW's. I told him he was wrong and to stop yelling at me. I told him I am the customer and that is no way to talk to your customer. He said he would look at the car and see if the feature was there. If it was he would owe me a big apology. He looked and saw it did have the feature that he was certain it did not have. He apologized and said he would knock $50 off. I would never buy a car from somewhere that yells at their customers and think they know it all when really they don't. Stay far away from this dealership.

I was trying to buy a GL-Class which I found it in cars.com . I spoke with Peter Bebeau to finish this deal trough my friend ( dealer ) so he can help me ship the car to Kuwait . Peter told me that I don't have to pay the tax for the car because Im not gona use it here and what I have to pay is the car price and the dealer fee. I a greed and Im welling to buy it today he call me after he ignored my yesterday email telling me no you have to pay the MD tax for us and we will give MD state this tax !!!!!!!!! The Volvo sales representative, Lane Evans was extremely helpful and accommodating. He and the Bergstrom staff were extremely professional and prompt in their replies to phone calls and questions to emails. Lane had even made arrangements to meet me in person and deliver the car near my workplace in order to accommodate my busy schedule. He and the Bergstrom staff had worked dilligently to make the appropriate calls for all insurance and finance issues so that the information was obtained quickly and accurately. Mr Evans had also advocated on my behalf to obtain all the discounts and deductions available to me so that attractive package could be had. His efforts allowed my Volvo lease to be made locally so that I did not have to spend time searching for a car and traveling to other distant dealerships. Overall I was very pleased with the service that was provided me and would definitely do business with Bergstrom Volvo in the future.

It was our first visit and on a Sat., We came to get my Lexus check up for a recall, without an appointment, and the service man was understanding and nice enough to fill us in a spot even though he told us that he might not have enough maintenance working.
