Used car salesmen was great. His manager not so much. Soon as he got involved, the deal went south. Manager's customer service is one the worst I have dealt with. Bull headed with everything we said. Will not be doing business with Bergstrom.

We looked for hours at cars and had a salesman named Jonathan. He was great and not pushy at all. He wanted us to find something we could afford yet were comfortable to drive. He was extremely patient with us as it took us a while to decide. The only issue we had was with the lady, Maria, that we signed our papers with. She disrespected our decisions on what to take and what not to add in our deal. She over pushed products to a point where we almost walked out the door without the car.

i brought my 2015 nissan versa in for the vip program to be checked over i am very happy with the service i got the staff was very knowledgable they gave my car a clean bill of health with exhuberance which made a worried person become more at ease knowing that it felt the same way as it was when i drove it off the lot the first time thank you guys uwere awesome and so professionally respective. i hope you offer that program again it is nice to know you actually take the time to care for each client confidentially kudos you are awesome and i will be back

All my questions were answered very quickly. A mechanic had to take my car in back to check out a feature that I thought was not working. When he came back he explained to me how the feature worked. It was my mistake!

Bergstrom always gets a person in and out in a very quick time. They also have a nice waiting room that helps to make the time you wait a little nicer. I really liked the way our salesman (Turk) was always there to answer questions but at the same time gave us our space to think about and make the best decision for us rather than feeling pressured. He suggested we borrow the vehicle while we went to lunch, I think that opportunity for my wife and I to discuss the decision alone was the main reason we were comfortable making the final decision. The sales manager (Eric) also did a great job and continued to make us feel comfortable and not pressured. We are not the type of people that purchase vehicles often, but I can say with confidence that the next time we are looking to purchase a vehicle Bergstrom will likely be our first stop.

Absolutely, hands down Brian Coats was the best salesperson I could have ever dealt with. He was extremely professional yet very personable. He did not use high pressure sales tactics which I appreciated. Answered my many phone messages the same day. Very thorough in explaining the features on the different vehicles I test drove. Looking for a new vehicle is very nerve wracking and he made it a pleasant experience. Kudos to him for having a great sense of humor, that helped! I bought a 2015 Honda CR-V from Bergstrom a week ago and am very happy with the purchase. Matt in the financing department was very helpful in answering all my questions and explained all the forms great. Never thought I would be happy dealing with a dealership and the experience with Brian at Bergstrom in Oshkosh changed all that.

Tim was truly concerned about my experience and that I was taken care of. He made sure that I had transportation and that I was not inconvenienced when I had to leave my car for repairs. There was constant updates. During my last oil change, I took my car to another shop for convenience. What a mistake. I will make sure that I take it to Bergstrom from now on every time!

Eric our service advisor helped us out tremendously. We were told from call center that it would take 30 min for an oil change in and out including wash. And when we got there, we were told it'll take an hour and half to complete it. We were disappointed and then, Eric and the Honda team had it done less then 30 min. We are super happy of the time we were promise! Thanks again, Honda for making this impossible, to possble!

That this dealership had such a huge variety of vechicles to choose from. We did our research on line and decided we were down to three vechicles to test drive, cause they had them all at one dealership. So we went to Oshkosh to try out all three vechicles and from the freindly salesperson we had said we could even take the vechicle home overnight. So we did and purchased the Honda Pilot SUV the next morning. Staff is very friendly, a clean, relaxing environment and not being pushed to buy a vechicle.

Loved Terry! Right from the start she helped us figure out a way to realize that we could afford the CRV. Originally we wanted the tech package but she mentioned that if all we wanted was heated seats there was a way to include those for less money! That is what sold us. Previously at another place we were told it would be $400 a month to lease! We left there and ended up at Honda. We deciding we didn't need them anyway!! She is very knowledgeable, honest and is a great asset to Bergstrom. She made us feel comfortable and also let us know she would do everything she could to help us find an affordable vehicle. We appreciated that she wasn't pushy and understood our position on all points. She made us aware that she wanted us to be happy and satisfied with our final decision. Repairs were diagnosed and completed correctly. Very much appreciated. In addition, we are most impressed with the service on our immediate return for a sensor lit on dash. When told we need to do our school pick up, people literally ran while working on the car. That demonstrated company standards with actions-speaking volumes above their usual polite words. Very much appreciated.

To start off when we tried calling the 1-877 # to inquire about a used car we seen on their website; it takes at least 3 tries to get through. Finally we talked to "Ma" and inquired about a car that was listed as "Coming Soon". She had to talk to her "Inventory Manager" and would call us back. She called us back to let us know that this car just came in and they still had to look it over and get the details on it yet. She said she would call us back within the next day or two. A week passed and we never heard back from her. Later we seen the car and it's info. listed so we decided to make the 2 hour drive to go see it but first we called to make sure it was still available. Again, after 3 tries of getting through w/ the 1-877 #, we talked to "Je" who put us on hold to check w/ her "Inventory Manager". "Je" returned to tell us that they had a big sale going and they were really busy but the car was still available and that we should call her when we got there. We said we were leaving now and would be there in 2 hours. (This was Wednesday, March 18th.) We got there 3:00 and called "Je". She told us that she would have "Jo" meet us in the parking lot. Salesmen walked by us for 25 minutes and no one stopped to ask if we needed help. While standing out in the parking lot we seen 1 car drive through during their "busy sale time". "Jo" never showed up so we went into the building to see if we could find someone to help us find "Jo". As we walked in the building we notice salesman everywhere but not a single customer. Some salesmen were busy visiting in groups, while others were busy eating the complimentary popcorn and cookies. One salesman told us to have a seat while he looked for "Jo". After we sat there for 15 min. a different salesman came to us to tell us "Jo" was not there today; he had the day off. We then explained to this salesman that we were here to see this particular car. He told us that car sold days ago and someone else had stopped earlier that day to see that car also but they no longer had it. We then expressed our frustration because we had just drove 2 hours and even called before we left to make sure it was here. (Remember....they even checked with the "Inventory Manager") He offered us different vehicles but we politely declined because we were looking for this specific model. His reply was "Sorry....would you like a cookie?" Then to top it all off....after our 2 hour drive home. We walk in the door only to find a message on our answering machine. It was "Ma" getting back to us with the details on that car we were inquiring about.... During our ride home I tried calling the 1-877# to express my disappointment of this whole situation......you guessed it I couldn't get through. So, I decided this would be the best way to let them know about our experience with Bergstrom Imports of Oshkosh. Suggestions for Bergstrom Imports of Oshkosh on Washburn Street: 1.) Don't list a vehicle until it has been looked over and you have all the details on it. 2.) Check into your 1-877 used car line...it is not working properly. 3.) Improve your "Inventory Manager" system...it is not working properly. 4.) Enforce Superior Customer Service, it should be #1.

Somehow my vehicle got pushed back in the service line up, but I had time to wait and was given a complimentary oil change and batteries for key fobs. Was certainly not expecting that and was very pleasantly surprised. Bergstrom in Oshkosh is a very pleasant facility and exceptional staff!
