I brought mmy vehicle here to get fixed and they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing to it... we called multiple times, left a bunch of messages over a span of two weeks and no one returned our calls. We went in to talk to them and they told us they could not find the paperwork for our vehicle... So, after 3 weeks (and some change) we went and took our vehicle. NO one called us or anything... for all they know someone stole ouour vehicle... it is absolutely ridiculous!! We had already paid $120 for them to "diagnose" our vehicle... which we took it to another mechanic who found the REAL issue which is not really the issue they told us that it was.... so frustrated with this experience and would never recommend their service center to anyone!

Peter Rudd, the Bergstrom sales rep, was great to work with. He helped us to research the Jeep products to decide which one would be right for us. Peter answered all of our questions directly or gave us other resources on the Bergstrom and Jeep websites so we could compare the Jeep we were considering against our other possible purchase choice. Along with knowing about the different Jeep options, Peter was not at all pushy or putting pressure on us while we took our time to make our decision. After our second test drive, we knew we had found the right Jeep and the right person to help us with the purchase.

I was able to schedule my appointment. When I arrived I was waited on immediately and they took my vehicle in immediately. I enjoy the waiting area because it has free wifi and snacks. My service took just over an hour so it's nice to be comfortable while waiting.

I have had your service. Mike Slushski in the Body Shop is excellent. He and Josh gave me an honest accurate estimate and ensured the work was done well. When a relative was down visiting someone at Menards backed into her truck with wood or a ladder. It was unfortunate as she was visiting from out of town. With her husband being very particular about the truck she was concerned so I said well I'll take you to the best. The work was done beautifully. Same as Mike did with mine a couple years ago. So with service like that you bet I will refer again!

Salesman Pete Rudd was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us during the purchase of our new Jeep. Elizabeth Nett was wonderful. She spent a long time checking different banks to get the best possible lease payment for us. The actual lease monthly payment was better than the original estimated payment. Also the lease was set up so we don't have to worry about anything including maintenance free for the entire lease.

So if there was something I didn't like, didn't understand or didn't think was right, I questioned it and provide the feedback right away. Scott and Dan remained professional through the entire process. The worst thing that happens when you're leaving for work, is you find something is wrong with your vehicle! I called at 7am to set up service for my vehicle... They came and towed it back to the service center and had it repaired in less than 3 hours...I was very grateful!

He also e-mailed me; keeping in contact, asking me if I had found a vehical for my daughter which resulted in me buying a new Jeep Patriot. He, I believe, stayed after hours to work with me on a test drive on a sat. Also he gave us what we wanted for a trade in; and so I was able to afford my monthly payment.

Service writer Tim kept me informed about the progress of repairs on my vehicle. He was up front with the needed repairs and work with me to control the cost. When I picked it up Friday evening Steve was on duty. Because I was on crutches, he pulled the vehicle into the service bay, explained the bill and even cleaned off my vehicle. I am really impressed with these guys. This is why I come to Oshkosh instead of my hometown Dodge dealer. Great job!

My wife and son went to the dealership for an oil change. We were given a free car wash (whick we really needed) and also got a coupon discount even th o ugh my wife didn't have it with her. My son had a great time in the kid area and didn't want to leave when the time came. We both work long hours so it was nice that your service department is open on saturday because thats the day of the week that we can get things done. We will definitely be coming back again. Great job!

I loved that I was treated like family. Tim Lewellyn sold me my car and along with his manager/boss, they did everything possible to get me into a car I was excited about and I would feel comfortable with for the next, at least, 5-6 years. They were patient and went along with what I wanted, even when I was being super picky. I just got my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday too. Steve made me feel at ease about them working on my car and even worked on getting to know me a little bit while I waited. Louis took care of me at checkout and went into detail about everything that was done during the inspection and made it easy to understand. The whole process seems to have gone smoother than I expected and I'd definitely recommend that other people go here, in fact, I already have.

The comfortable waiting room, the cookies and beverage. Also the short amount of time it took for an oil change, and getting the courtesy car wash. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not having to make an appt. And... that you are open later one night a week.

As someone, from Maryland, who is looking to relocate in the next weeks and months ahead, it bodes well that I experienced fabulous service and a host of friendly folks at your dealership. This is one of those cases where running a well managed business pays dividends for the area in which that business operates. Everyone is friendly and the place is very clean. While I was waiting to get my oil changed I looked at a new Dodge mini-van and I had two different saleman asked if I needed any help. I said I was just looking at the new models to just kill some time.

Stopped in for a Recall fix on our 2013 Town and Country without an appointment. Tim, got us in right away and made sure it wouldn't take that long with three young kids along. Repair was done right and they even washed the van for us. Good dealership and we look forward to a long relationship with them.

1) I actually didn't wait long, but with a toddler it *felt* long; Tim made sure to check in with me so I wasn't left wondering what was happeneing. 2) He also gave me a chance to explain the things I already knew were wrong with my van (incl. alignment/tie rod) which we had plans to fix elsewhere. When he gave me the quote over the phone, he was careful to acknowledge this from our conversation earlier in the shop. Along with the original prob (vent-fan resistor) we decided then to go ahead and get those fixed as well as a result of feeling heard by him and being able to trust him. 3) I was so thankful to use the shuttle service-I sure needed to get home with my toddler. **side note: I also noticed my dash was dusted on the driver's side!

Tim in Service helped us. We had what we thought was an issue with our new Town and Country (loud engine/muffler upon startup). Service did diagnotics and everthing checked out ok. Tim walked me out to lot and started up a few other new Town and Countrys, and they made the same exact noise so I felt rest assured that this is normal operation for my van.

Can-do attitude of service writer Tim Neuman Your Service technician found not only the problem of a brake line rubbing against a fuel line until it wore open but he made certain there was adequate spatial separation after repairs to preclude a recurrence of the problem.The overall cleanliness of the show room, the maintenance area and the waiting room was impressive. It gave me the impression that your organization was not only highly professional but well organized and very capable.

We worked with Joe Loftus, Kevin Thowless, and a Chris (can't remember last name) and they were very knowledgable, super friendly and fun to work with, making our experience a great one. They stayed after closing time to help us learn about the van we bought and never made us feel rushed. Got a great financing rate as well. Top notch!

Peter Rudd was very helpful to me....not pushy, and not insistent,...but he listened and helped, like a friend would have. AND...he put up with dumb girl questions, and actually gave me answers I understood. It's a tough process to go through, and alot of money you have to save,...and he made it easier.

I have been to another Bergstrom dealership before on several occasions and I will say that this dealership has hands down faster service and the people I worked with (the 3 guys in service, Tim, Steve and I forget the younger guys name), were PHENOMENAL! They did a great job of making me feel welcome and comfortable and they gave advice that I would trust. In the other dealership I feel like I'm always being sold on something. In this location I feel like they explain what the condition of everything is and make reasonable and reliable suggestions. Very happy with my service and I will return!

On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend our wife and I were towing our travel trailer to Point Beach State Park for a weekend of camping. East of Menasha our truck broke down. I called the Dodge dealer in Appleton and had it towed there. It soon became apparent to me that they would not get to my truck that day, they could not promise to even look at it and diagnose the problem. I called Bergstrom Dodge in Oshkosh. Tim Neuman, a service adviser, told me that if I brought the truck in to them they would look at it asap, I had him send a tow truck. After arriving they almost immediately began to look at my truck. After an hour he told me the problem was a broken valve spring, and they would repair it asap. Our truck was repaired before the day was over! We were able to continue to the campground and enjoy our weekend. I cannot compliment them enough, their service was great! Thanks to Tim and the service technicians at Bergstrom our weekend was saved !

Customer service was amazing! Even the sales people would come and say hi to my kids and I while we were waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. The kids loved the play area as well as the cookies they were offered to tide them over since it was close to lunch time. The service department honored a coupon that was expired for an oil change, and fixed a different problem that I had made a future appointment for, so I wouldn't have to come back in a week. The service department was also very clean a tidy. Even the floors the the express lube center looked spotless. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the whole experience, and I have already told several people about the amazing customer service and friendliness of the employees.
