I felt like I was being upsaled with addditional things wrong with my car that I did not come in for. I feel single women are not treated respectfully and are easy targets. This is not the first trust issue I have had with this dealership. I may go elsewhere next time.

Express Oil Change. Courteous staff, asked my concerns and did a quick job. The car wash was a great feature. Went over findings of inspection check and had little to no immediate concerns for repair.

I went into Bergstrom Chevrolet new car department to check and see if it was possible to lease a new Colorado. I felt the used Version were beyond my budget. Ms. Johnson worked very hard for me and made me feel I was an important customer. I didn't make it easy on her. She seems to always be in my court. Excellent experience with everyone there.

Came in for express oil change service and couldn't believe how quickly the staff got started on my car, I was in and out within 45 mins as promised. I was greeted and shown to the waiting area (which not to mention is beautiful) and took advantage of the free wifi and coffee :) - overall extremely satisfied and will certainly be back in the future.

Excellent service from the minute we walked in the door. Sales rep Jordan answered all our questions, explained options in different models in professional, no-pressure manner which we really appreciate. Spotless dealership, very efficient process is evident. We upgraded in size and year from Equinox to Traverse. We were very happy with the lease agreement manager Tony provided for us. Kevin most patient with the technology explanation of car which is so helpful for senior citizens like myself. Will definitely return to this dealership for service and future needs for auto lease or purchase.

Great dealership with even better people. Wanna thank my salesman Eric and sales manager John for an awesome experience. I showed up with no money down and no cosigner (my credit isnt the best) and a big v8 that was chugging the gas. The whole team worked togther to get me into somthing to save on gas. This is the way people should be treated when purchasing a car or truck. I got a great deal and was respected. Thankyou.

I dealt with Kevin Swanson via email on a 2016 Volt. I work three jobs so I don't have the time to make 3 visits to a dealership or spend hours on the phone. He did an amazing job working around my schedule and getting everything setup so when I was finally able to stop by, the deal was done! Matt Maurer in Finance did an amazing job as well. I had made a few mistakes on some things and he had everything fixed in a few minutes. Overall this was a GREAT experience! I would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone in the market for a new Chevrolet!!!

very very good Kevin Swanson great sales guy to deal with had everything ready to go when we found a bad spot on paint he got car in and got it cleaned up.The dealership was great loved the coffee machine and we even got fresh baked cookies. I was raving to the guys i worked with never seen dealer do that.Everyone great to work with made buying from out of state a pleasure.

I am from Oklahoma and was just visiting madison WI , My oil changed light came on .I schedule oil change late tuesday night 7/5/16 didn't expect a reply till the next day. got a reply the same night . they had my truck schedule for 0745 I arrived approx. 0705 and the took me in early and after servicing my they gave me a free truck wash , customer service personal was very friendly . Thank you very much !

I called for an appt, dropped the car off early and they called within an hour to say it was done and WASHED, that really made my day!!! I knew I wanted to lease but I wasn't at all sure which vehicle I wanted. Our sales person was soooo patient! He worked with us as we analyzed each detail. After finding the perfect vehicle at a different lot, he brought it in for us the very next day!
