This purchase was for my son's first car. He was excited but very nervous and hesitant. He has been with on occasions when the purchase of a new or used car dragged out into an all day affair. Mike Meilke, the salesman, and Patrick, the business manager, made this purchase actually enjoyable. Enjoyable enough that I told Mike, if/when I buy another used car or new Chevrolet from Bergstrom, I will come to him to make the purchase. Everything went quickly and smoothly. The longest part was waiting for the car to be washed and gassed up. You definitely did all you could to make sure my son will always come back to Bergstrom for his cars.

In Sept., 2011, I purchased my 2012 Cruze from Bill Tusler. I have taken my car back there for oil changes & recall repairs. I was helped by many of the service reps, and each time I was treated with respect and kindness. The repairs have usually been done before the time frame I was given. And they always return my car to me freshly washed.

I asked my friend, Corey Popp a Bergstrom employee in the IT department, where I should take my 2000 Chevy 3500 motorhome to solve an electrical problem that I just could not figure out. He recommended that I go to Bergstrom Chevy/Cadillac of Appleton. I called, as I have at other places, expecting to hear excuses as to why they couldn't handle my camper, but was completely surprised when they told me I could bring it in for service the next day! I brought it in and they treated me with so much enthusiasm that for a second I thought I might be the only customer! But apparently they treat everybody like that because they were very busy! I explained my problems, Eric took thorough notes, and I went home with a high level of confidence. Eric called me that afternoon, saying they were pretty sure the problems would be solved by ordering the parts that would be in the next day. The next day Eric again called saying one part was delayed in coming but would only be one more day. (Keep in mind I'd told them anytime in the next 2 weeks would have been OK with me!) Eric said it would be done at 2 pm that day. I showed up about 2 and they were just finishing it. I paid the bill and drove it home, completely satisfied that everything had been fixed at what I happily called a fair price! I must say I've never experienced that level of service at any dealer I've ever worked with the in past. I've been raving out it ever since to everyone I run into! Thanks so much. You've set a new, very high, level of service that you can surely be so very proud of!

I had a problem with my ABS brakes engaging on a dry pavement. I have made an appointment online the prior day and did receive a confirmation number, but when I took in my Tahoe my appointment was not in the system, the representative assured me that it was not a problem and they will definitely will honor my appointment - she was very courteous and polite. After the inspection she called me and give me the bad news saying it will be either $160.00 or $660, depending if they could clean the rust. About an hour later I received call saying my Tahoe was fixed and total was $160.00. (they very well could have opted for more expensive option and I would not know any difference) and my truck was all washed and clean.

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and suggested tire rotation. I reminded to calibrate the tire sensors as I have had problems in the past. The next day the "tire monitoring system" light came on. I made a second one way 30 min. trip to get it fixed. It again came on on my trip to Chicago after that. I know nothing is wrong with my tires but it is annoying nonetheless. Could Cadillac be contacted for a recall of the sensor? I've had my SRX since April of 2013, and have had to being my vehicle in at least three times if not more for this issue.

I was en route to Sarasota Florida, on the road only half an hour, when a warning light came on. I called OnStar, who said to get service immediately. Bergstrom Appleton was 5 minutes away, and I was fortunate to have Alex service my car and have me back on the road in an hour and a half. He was very responsive and understanding and efficient. Thank you Alex, and Bergstrom! P.S. I am sending this from South Atlanta, 12/27! Almost there......and it is 60 degrees!

Came in for an oil change and my car died. I had been having problems previously so I wasn't surprised. The guys in the shop tested my battery & gave me the results as well as my options. I was hesitant to meet the service consultant anticipating a pressure presentation on "what we can do for you." I prepared a list of specific things I wanted checked out and, after a few moments of mutual confusion, the service consultant understood my concerns and kept my list and re-assured me things would be taken care of. Upon completion of the service the service consultant went through the list of "check ups" to my satisfaction and took the time to answer a few more of my questions. Brought the Trailblazer in for a oil change and the tech discovered that the tie rod ends were bad and we had those changed out. For that reason, knowing that the tech takes the time to look over the vehicle even though the vehicle is in for routine oil change is reassuring that Bergstroms techs take the time to make sure a vehicle is operating to its fullest.

Arrived early, Cory took my car in immediately. I was shown the waiting room that included cookies, coffee, soda, newspaperand a big screen TV. A very pleasant place to wait. My car needed new tires. Cory explained the difference in each brand, I brought them and service put the tires on immediately. My car is ready for winter. I'm very pleased with Bergstrom's Service Department. It would have been nice to have received an update by 10/4 as to the delay instead of my needing to call and follow up. However, all went well and the part was replaced within the 1 hour time frame I was promised.

I went to test drive a 2012 used Durango. It is a 90 minute ride from my house so I brought my trade in title on the outside chance that they could hit my number. We went to test drive a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse LT and Zack S. was very fluent of the vehicle's capabilities. With us having a family of three and one on the way, Zack could easily relate (he had the same) and gave us a lot of useful suggestions. We ended up purchasing a Traverse and it was actually the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. We also got it for a great price no other competitor that I checked with could beat.

My husband and I purchased a new Silverado and Impala back in 2006 from Bergstrom. I was referred to Korey from a friend that I work with who has purchased several vehicles from him in the last 10 years. He was wonderful! It was not about pressure to buy a car, but, what were my needs/wants. Korey was very knowledgeable and the entire process was done in 24hrs. Patrick in finance took his time to explain everything from warranty to the payment process. My husband will be looking to purchase a truck in the next 6 months and we are really hoping Korey will help us then also.

I knew that I wanted to work with Bill Tusler on getting into a newer vehice because of previous positive experiences. I liked what I'd read about Malibu and Cruze and wanted my next car to be one of those, and I had a goal for my monthly payment. One of Bill's first questions was, "Are you normally in the car alone?" I said yes. He said, "Then you don't need a Malibu." He said that he had the perfect little car for me and had me test drive a 2013 Cruze Eco. I was hooked! Back in Bill's office he ran me three different financial scenarios -- payments on buying a 2012 Cruze and leasing a 2013 Cruze with two different down payment amounts. I chose to lease. Bill was right. The Cruze really is the perfect little car for me, and the lease payments fit perfectly into my budget. Bill was very thorough when explaining the Cruze features. I'm very glad that Bill helped me get into my new Cruze.

This place was in such a hurry to finish paperwork and get me out the door once I agreed to buying that it was ridiculous. They screwed up my down payment, tried to change an agreed delivery date, left polish in all the seams of the doors and hood, and when they dropped the car off I was never shown how anything worked.

I thouroughly enjoyed my buying experience. They worked with me on the price and financing. The Impala I bought was in good shape but had to replace the windshield right after I bought it due a crack in it, something they should have seen and replaced. Otherwise, I will return to shop for my next car.

I went in tehre to purchase a 2005 Nissan Altima and they wanted $1000 over retail value for it. They wouldn't budge on the price. They said they had too much invested in the car. For instance they said they spent $1800 on tires and brakes. The sales manager all but told the salewoman to get rid of us when we started to make offers. I thought this was going to be the case at a Bergstrom dealership and now I know for sure. If you want bargain at all for a car avoid Bergstrom. They think they are better than that.
