They charge me almost 19 hundred dollars for something that I did not ask for they said my vehicle had this problem from de diferencial and when I pick up my vehicle same issue and they said what it was repair its fine they point is that they issue that I ask to be repaired it beber was went to a different shop and they found out the issue since the first instance was my transfer case that was bad now I have to paid this extra repair thanks for nothing

I recently purchased a Cadillac XTS from Bergstrom of Madison. My decision to purchase from Bergstrom was primarily a consequence of two factors: (1) the unparalleled quality of Bergstrom service that I received during the past five years with my Cadillac CTS-4, and (2) Josh Thiermann approaching me as I wandered around looking at newer Cadillacs as mine was being serviced. When I speak of Bergstrom "service", for me it begins and ends with Demetrius Salinas. Demetrius was my technician in most instances when I visited the dealership for routine maintenance (oil and filter changes, etc.) and on those few occasions when I had need for repair service (purchase of a new battery, etc.). On some occasions other service staff worked with me, and each of them did and exceptional job as well, but as fate would have it, Demetrius was my service technician for probably seventy-five percent of my service visits. He is very knowledgeable about the Cadillac brand, and he addressed and resolved satisfactorily every request or question that I submitted to him regarding my CTS-4. As I proceed with my XTS, I'm confident that Demetrius will continue in the same manner of working with me as he has in the past.With regard to Josh Thiermann, I had no intention of trading in my CTS-4 and purchasing an XTS. I just wanted to walk around the car lots and see the newer models of Cadillac, while waiting on service. Josh was very friendly and he answered every question that I had about cars. Although I informed Josh that I was not looking to purchase a vehicle, and that I was just waiting on the completion of service to my vehicle, he still was kind enough to walk me around the lot and show me car after car, and answer all of my questions regarding the cars. As fate would have it, I saw the XTS that I ultimately purchased and Josh made the transaction occur. His knowledge about the cars was incredible, his responsiveness to my likes and dislikes was honored without attempting to persuade me to change my point of view, and once I finally decided to make an offer on a vehicle, I truly felt that Josh was my advocate in the transaction. Without Josh doing the things that he did, I seriously doubt that my transaction would have occurredIn closing, I'm a content Bergstrom repeat customer, and that is a consequence of the quality of their cars, and the services that I received from Demetrius and Josh, two fantastic employees of Bergstrom.

I was expecting a lot more from a Bergstrom dealership. I contacted the Madison location on a Tuesday night via email to inquire about a vehicle listed on cars.com with limited info and no pictures. The location is about 1.5 hours from me so I wanted to see it before making the drive. I received a couple automated messages that I replied to, but received nothing back. Jim, the salesman who was the one I was "receiving" the emails from, contacted me by phone, and agreed to send me pictures and info right away. The next day I still hadn't received anything, so I emailed him know that I needed the info, because I was planning on driving there on my way back from a business trip. I heard nothing back, until a guest services rep emailed me that night. I emailed him what had happened, and received nothing back again. The following Tuesday I emailed Jim again to let him know how frustrated I was. Jim randomly called me later that day to see if I had gotten the information and to see if I wanted to stop out. I basically told him I hadn't gotten any information, I wanted to stop out the previous Thursday, and I was really frustrated by their email communication system. The fact that no pictures had been added to the listing really made me question what was going on behind the scenes. He seemed to blow off what I was saying, then said he would work on getting me the info, and then basically hung up on me. Over two days later and still nothing. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

I would first like to say I drove 3 hours round drip twice to deal with Bergstrom Cadillac and will time and time again. I was dealing with a dealership locally that just didn't have the feeling that I get every time I step into Bergstrom. I realize that I can get the same car at any Cadillac dealer nation wide which speaks volumes for Bergstrom. I come to Bergstrom not primarily for the vehicle but the unrivaled service I get from each and every team member in that building. I can't say enough about Scott Thompson Sales Specialist and Michael Kennedy Sales Manager. These two are the most professional, efficient, accomadating and knowledgable men I've ever dealt with. When I deal with them it's actually like visiting family and I sometimes forget I'm in a dealership. The whole process was seamless and comfortable. At no time during the car leasing process did I ever feel any type of pressure or anxiety. I will recommend Bergstrom to all family and friends for years to come. Thank you Scott and Michael, you should be commended for your type notch service and have made a customer for life!!

Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison, hands down has given me the best service of any car dealership. They are timely, great communication and service and the best part are extremely professional. The loner car I was given was a beautiful 2016 Cadillac SRX and my car was completed as promised. All though if it would have taken longer that would have been just fine with me. By the way....that will be my next vehicle and it will be purchased thru Bergstrom. I drive a Chevy Equinox and they treat my there as if is drive a Cadillac. I purchased a 94 Geo from Scotty T! It was awesome!! He let me take that son of a xxxxx off roading right next store the price station!!!! A real mans man if you know what I mean. He was not judgmental at all regard my situation. I am a single woman who is not with any man but needs a car for work and fun. Normally men in cars whistle or honk their horn at me. Scott was a perfect gentlemen. He has called or texted me every day since I bought my car 4 months ago. He even offered to take me out to dinner or to Wisconsin Dells for a weekend!!!! What great service. I might upgrade to the 96 model soon. I will go through Scott!!!

We traded our 2010 DTS premium for a 2014 XTS Platinum. This was the best deal we could have gotten anywhere in our area. The used car manager Mike and our sales person Jacob went far beyond their wanting to sell us this car. They listened and took action when it was needed. We also had a experience with the finance specialist. He too went out of his way to make sure we got the financing and add on extras we required. When we pointed out a few scratches the body shop jumped into action and quickly buffed out the blemishes so we were happy with the new vehicle. A total complete excellent experience. Visited Bergstrom Cadillac to look at the XTS and SRX. Scott and Mike were very knowledgable about the cars. Comparing and contrasting the rides, mileage, features, and uses of the vehicles. Once we settled on the XTS, Scott and Mike took us through the features and helped us pick the right XTS for us. The XTS drives great. The sales experience is what I expect from a top notch professional organization. They were very attentive, answered question directly with insight, pointed out features and services that were of interest to us, and did not waste a minute of our time. The glove box switch malfunctioned. Maxwell Miller offered to have someone bring us a loaner car and take ours back to the dealership. That was nice but not needed this time. We purchased a new 2013 Cadillac XTS. When we came back from Florida we decided it was time to purchase a new car. We had a Jaguar XJ8L that was a good car for 7 years. After doing research we narrowed our choices to a Cadillac CTS, XTS, Mercedes E350, Audi A-6, and an Acura RLX or MDX. After driving and looking at the others we narrowed it down to an Acura RLX or the Cadillac XTS. The Cadillac XTS was our final choice. It had more leg room in the front and back, looked great, had a heated steering wheel and was an American car. We searched the internet for a black XTS within a 100 mile radius. After talking with 5 different dealers we decided on Bergstrom Auto. My initial phone call to Bergstrom was a discussion with Mike Kennedy. He was very knowledgeable of the car and answered many questions. My second phone call to him asked about meeting a competitive ad from another dealer. He agreed and said he had 2 vehicles in stock that met our needs. I also had written bids from 2 dealers on the trade in value of 2 cars we were going to sell. Mike said he would meet those bids, even without seeing the vehicles. I called a dealer closer to us that we had visited 3 times and asked if they would meet the competitive ad. They did not respond. So on Friday afternoon my wife and I drove both cars to Madison in hopes of buying a new car. When we arrived we pulled into the service area and were greeted by the service manager Mike Keller, who was very friendly and welcomed us. I immediately asked him about the XTS from a service perspective and he said it was a great car. He then introduced us to Mike Kennedy who introduced us to Maxwell Miller to show us the 2 cars. Maxwell was very knowledgable and thorough explaining the car to my wife and I. We decided to purchase. Mike came back and again said he would honor the trade in values and price of the new car he quoted on the phone. Maxwell introduced us to Terrance Snow to complete the paperwork, offer us warranties and complete the transaction. Terrance was also very knowledgable and efficient. We signed the titles of both trade-ins, gave Terrance a check, got back with Maxwell and then in our new car and drove home. We were very satisfied and impressed with everyone we encountered at Bergstrom Cadillac. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of purchasing a Cadillac.

I dropped off my vehicle and even though it was not a Cadillac, they treated it as such. Went in for an oil change and received more than that for free. The gentleman ran the VIN and noticed there was an open recall so he fixed it. I'm pretty sure no other place would have done that so I am very pleased with my visit.

Everything was fine with the service, but my '13 XTS has noisy breaks and apparently Cadillac knows about this, but they do not yet have a fix.As an owner of a new luxury sedan, it is embarrassing and disappointing that they do not yet have a fix. Hopefully it comes soon.

Very professional staff, very clean environment, friendly which made me feel comfortable to be myself. I never thought I would ever own a Cadillac but with this staff working with me, I felt I could actually own a Cadillac, what a feeling, many thanks to Jacob, sales consultant and Vance in financing and everyone else who help make it possible. Thank you very much. Vance and I go back to the first car I ever leased at a different company and it was very nice to see him at Bergstrom Cadillac, in fact he enable me to lease 2 vehicles within a 2 month period, one for my son. But I met the sales consultant, Jacob Sivertson first who greeted me and we introduced ourselves to each other. I was very impressed on how knowledgable Jacob was on any Cadillac's year, make,models, performance, gas mileage, etc. Jacob does put in the hours, I was showing my daughter some used cars one late Saturday night and Jacob walks out and he remembered me from a week ago and we talked about the 2 different SRX's. One was a 2009 and the other was the newer model. I thought the newer model was the first made, I was educated and a lot more, but the fact is he stop and taken the time to talk, which time I didn't agree to any purchases, but that did sale me on making Cadillac my choice.

On the morning of Wed 10/23/13, I was involved in an accident that totaled my 2010 Camaro. It was towed to Bergstrom from the scene of the accident while I was being transported to the hospital. When I arrived home from the hospital later that day, there were messages from the employees of Bergstrom on my voice mail stating they had seen the shape my car was in and were worried about me, hence "calling to check on your welfare/injuries sustained from the accident".That phone call alone from your employees speaks volumes as to their character and concern... I then went down to Bergstrom late Wed afternoon on 10/23/13 and spoke to Gary, Arron, and George about the accident, the totaled Camaro, and the need to get into a new car ASAP. I was crying and distraught by the loss of that beautiful Camaro, in a lot of pain physically from the accident, and worried sick about not having a vehicle to get work now. But, by late Wednesday night, the same day I wrecked the Camaro, the boys at Bergstrom, in particular, Dave, Torrance, and George himself had me in a new 2014 Cadillac, hassle-free and on "road again" by 9pm. Everyone at Bergstrom made what had started out as a terribly frightening and seriously depressing day for me on Wednesday 10/23/13, into a day to be grateful to and thankful for the all the blessings in ones life and for me, those blessings came in the form of all the employees' of Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison. I have had my SRX for one year now and just cannot not say enough about the exteremely accommodating service I have received from the Bergstrom dealership. I have really only been in twice for oil changes and routine maintenance and they are quick to provide the service as well as provide me with a rental car so I can continue with my daily work schedule. This week, I took my car in due to a squeaking noise; again, they had all of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived and a the rental car all set up. I was on my way in a matter of 10 - 15 minutes. Later, in the day I recieved a call from Mike indicating they were able to locate the problem, ordered the appropriate parts and would have my car back to me within the next day. It was just satisfying to me that they could find the problem and were acting on getting it fixed as soon as they could. Again, I think Bergstrom is a very "Class Act" and I would recommend them to anyone. I am hoping to be able to continue to buy vehicles from them.

We've been with Bergstrom for our oil changes, repairs, etc. for years and always are treated well. Chris Eifert is wonderful and always helps with any issue we have with our vehicle. He's always friendly and courteous! I love the waiting area with great coffee and treats!

They were ready for me when I arrived and someone was there to help me as I drove in. My service adviser was tied up so the person who checked me in went to confirm and pick up parts while I waited for my adviser. Upon check out the adviser checked with me to determine any other issues we needed to address. I have a follow up visit to have those issues corrected. Very good experience. Thanks!
