As soon as I handed my key, I just sat in the lounge room and Chris briefed me on the service to be done came with the paper work to sign. When the work was done signed the final paperwork and was out of the door. Service done under 45 minutes! All transactions done in the lounge room. Oh yes, car wash was well appreciated. Outstanding service and I waited a little longer then estimated however, the experience here is worth. Previously I owned an Audi and would take it to town Audi and the device was longer, and it seemed like they would forget about you. No TV, No computers, I'm not even sure if they had wifi. The steering of our GL450 was acting up by sound and feel. Unannounced, we drove to Benzel-Busch and our service rep, David Tangen took control from there on. The professionalism on the floor and Daves communication skills are unlike any other. Would I've liked the vehicle serviced and returned the next day, of course. But this is reality folks. I highly recommend Lamont Saunders at Benzel Busch. This young man was so respectful and courteous every single step of the way. Normally I really dislike slick talking, gimmicky, scripted salesmen; however, Lamont was the complete opposite. He was classy and professional. He worked hard to earn my business and when I walked out the door after we failed to come to a mutual agreement, he followed up with me weekly. Persistence and fairness got us to come to a mutual agreement and now I am the proud owner of a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC 300. He is one class act and Benzel Busch is lucky to have him. I will be referring family to him in the near future to purchase the same vehicle I got. Ask for Lamont, I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Michael Ehrlich as well. The professionalism at this dealership is unparalleled. The only concern I had is that the doc fees are way too high in my opinion compared to other dealerships. Also, complimentary all weather mats would have been nice for my investment.

Have had Benz for half my life never been treated so poorly. Mr Socia has NO clue how to fix cars only to treat customers like trash. I will never ever recommend or use Benzel Busch again. They were no help, didn't fix my car properly, purposely so my warranty would run out and then made sure no other person at MB would help me. They should be ashamed for the way they treat returning customers. Tool my car to a service place and they found exactly what was wrong and why, took a video of everything and now I'll have my say. Car fixed in one day the right way by someone else! See you in court.

Benzel-Busch sets the standard for customer care and transparent, trustworthy service. I was nearby running some errands and noticed my vehicle was due for service. I pulled up to the service gate and was greeted by friendly staff who assured me that my car would be processed quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. The service took about 45 minutes and my car was brought around washed and detailed. The interior looked just as good as the day we took delivery!Looking around at the other customers, they all seemed to be relaxed as well. B-B does an excellent job of providing a hassle-free experience. This is a stark contrast to every other vehicle ownership experience I've had in the past.Benzel-Busch seems genuinely concerned with giving customers the best experience. It's fast, detailed and exceeds expectations.
