Great Experience! I had been looking at used Dodge Chargers for a few months. One had recently shown up at a local Nissan dealer. I decided to stop in and look at the car. Kevin Murphy was the individual who meet me as I walked in on a Saturday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable person who was easy to talk to and answered my questions. He has been at the same dealership for almost 17 years. After we could not come to a decision after the first hour or so he asked if I wanted to take the car home for Sunday and bring it back Monday. I agreed to do that because I wanted my spouse to see the vehicle and to check insurance. I was still on the fence Monday and wanted the dealership to cut the difference in price a bit more. While they did not get completely to where I wanted to be with the price they did work with me. Again Kevin was very helpful and ultimately I purchased the vehicle at a price that we both were comfortable with. Give them a call or go see them. Good people to work with.

They bashed other Nissan dealerships in the area, boasting a superb level of customer service because they are a small, locally-loved dealership. Explained to me that existing damage on my bumper would not affect my trade-in value over the cost of my deductible ($100), so I cancelled my auto claim and took the car to them with the expectation of buying a new vehicle. Dennis explained to me that he would be deducting $1,000 from my trade-in value. I told him the name of the lady, Deana, who told me it wouldn't affect the value THAT much. He didn't inquire about her telling me that, nor did he offer to meet me halfway or in any way honor what I was told.He told me he would do his best to help me get a good payment, and came back offering me bottom-dollar on my trade while sticking with the ticket price of the new car I was looking at, minus a $500 rebate for Memorial Day.Mind you, I own a 2013 Altima that I bought brand new, off the lot at Modern Nissan of Concord. I spent five hours negotiating the price of the car and my interest rate, getting it down to something that worked for everyone. I was NOT going to spend another 5 hours doing the same. I explained that to Dennis, and he did nothing to help me out, and even laughed at me when I got disheartened about the new "offer" they were trying to stick me with. He may be laughing, but I can promise him his dealership won't be getting my $589 administrative fee, commission off my next purchase, or positive work of mouth. They wasted my time, and time is something I greatly value. So, in summation, Modern Nissan might waste some time haggling you, but they won't blatantly lie to your face under the impression you are ignorant to the concept of car sales.

My wife and I recently purchased our second car from the folks at the Ben Myatt dealership in Salisbury, North Carolina. We returned to this dealership for several reasons (1) The quality of the car. We could not be more satisfied with the 2013 Nissan Altima. It has exceeded our expectations. (2) The service we have received from the Service Dept. has been great. I have always felt that these folks have our best interest in mind. (3) Craig Hamilton was the salesman we worked with for the initial purchase of the 2013 Altima. He worked very hard to assist us in the purchase and to meet our needs. As a result of his effort we returned to purchase our second car. So far we have been pleased with that purchase as well. Buyer Beware!!!! I am very disappointed in the salesperson I dealt with and this dealership. DeWayne, the salesman I dealt with, was completely dishonest with me. He offered me a 30-day/3000 mile warranty on a used vehicle with high mileage just so I wouldn't walk out, which the service manager Roger informed me a few weeks later was never offered on a vehicle with high mileage. Another salesman was sitting in his cubicle across from DeWayne and me and heard all the bold-faced lies DeWayne was telling me and never once said anything to DeWayne about being dishonest nor to me about being deceived into a bad deal. No honesty here. The service department crew was kind and courteous and immediately recognized the problem with the vehicle when I returned with it because of a noise coming from the under carriage. They did fix the vehicle with no charge to me but only AFTER I requested to get my vehicle back so I could drive it home without it being fixed because they originally wanted me to pay the full amount and then offered to pay for half of it and then finally offered to pay for the entire repair. I was never told that the used vehicle was sold AS-IS and they had me sign the back of the waiver agreeing to it without first showing me the front of the document. Also, they did not include a copy of the As-Is waiver in my packet of signed documents when I purchased the vehicle so I would have it for my records. Sneaky and deceptive through and through.

I just bought an almost new (only 1545 miles) 2012 Nissan Altima from Kevin Murphy at Ben Mynatt Nissan in Salsibury, NC. From beginning to end, everyone that I came in contact with at this dealership was professional, courteous, and eager to help me find the right car at "my" price-point. No pressure to go above where I wanted to be or to buy more than what I was looking to buy. Kevin listened to what I wanted and showed me cars that fit within my wants and needs without pushing me towards or away from any particular cars. From beginning to end, the process was pleasant and smooth and everyone I met -- Kevin, Todd, Sydney, Josh -- was great and excellent to work with. I love my new Altima and I can honestly say that this was my best car buying experience -- and I have bought a lot of cars! I recommend Ben Mynatt Nissan without reservation.

Buying a new car is always exciting. I think some will agree that the process is not always as exciting. Ben Mynatt raised the bar and sent me away truly impressed with my purchase. I purchased a vehicle for my mothers birthday. With my situation being 30 miles away and limited time to pull this off they were able to make it the smoothest, effortless visit to a dealership I've had in my 34 years of driving. I would recommend Craig in sales for a comfortable sales experience. He will make you feel at home and was very knowledgeable of the operation of all systems of the vehicle. My appreciation to all there that made my mothers birthday beyond memorable.

Visited all Nissian Dealerships within a 35 Mile radius which included 4 Dealerships and the half that didn't even make a bother to see if they could help and the other half wasn't willing to work with us at all. Each time I visit the dealership I am greeted by smiling faces and taken care of very quickly. If I do not understand the exact repair that needs to be done they always show me the car on the lift and make sure I know why it needs to be done. My wife and I first bought a truck from Todd when he was a young salesman at Ben Mynatt Chevrolet in 1997. Between the two of us, we have purchased five vehicles from him. Todd is now General Manager of Ben Mynatt Nissan where our latest purchase was a 2007 Xterra. He has assembled a great team of sales people who never pressure customers. His service team is top notch and have always delivered complete satisfaction. My parents have actually surpassed us with six purchases which started in 1998. My friend recently bought a new Sentra after looking at a Civic at an out of town dealer where he and I felt most uncomfortable due to a super hard sell. Now, he is happy that he looked at the Sentra, not to mention the $1,300 dollars he saved while buying a better automobile. I can honestly say that I am acquainted with the owner and virtually all the people at Ben Mynatt Nissan, and that I have the highest regard for each and everyone of them.
