I contacted the dealership through a internet lead about a 2016 Tahoe. The dealership immediately contacted to offer there assistance. I was looking at two different out of town dealerships and by far Bob Bost offered the most professional and courteous assistance with the purchase. I have submitted all the necessary documents and waiting for the delivery to take place next week. This has been a very pleasant buying experience. I feel the salesman (Bob Bost) has gone above and beyond to make sure all the details of sale was completed and keep me informed. He was always quick to respond to my questions through phone calls, email or text messaging. Hopefully one day if I am in Concord I can meet everyone at the dealership. I went in for my first free oil change on my 2014 chevrolet cruze. The staff was friendly and took care of everything for me. Didn't have to wait in the lounge long. The lounge was great even had some free snacks and drinks for customers. I was happy to see the soda machines were only 50 cents a can. Great price. Hate paying 75 cents for a little can of soda.

Our 2015 Escalade had a 2nd row seat that would not latch. The part was ordered and we were quickly scheduled. Our car was kept overnight but we were given a 2014 like-new CTS with less than 10,000 miles as a loaner. Our seat is working great after the repair. I was treated like a king! There was also an older African-American attendant who just goes overboard with everyone I see him with. He parks the cars and makes sure they stay clean. Got to find out his name! Great guy to me every time I visit!

The only thing is they need more service reps. When i called to talk to the rep they were real busy. I tried for 20 minutes on the telephone and was told by girl 9n phone they were really busy. I ended up driving to the facility to talk to rep. They did let me keep the loaner an extra day because i had a medical emergency

Took my truck to the dealership for an oil change and driver seat issue. The service was as I have come to expect with one exception, there was a large scratch on the right front fender and damage to the windshield cowl. I notified the service writer who notified the service manager. The service manager investigated the issue and contacted me as promised. Long story short, the dealership repaired the damage at no cost to me. Still a loyal customer. Thanks to the Ben Mynatt service department for great follow through!

Everyone at Ben Mynatt was very friendly. The salesman, Calvin, made sure we knew each step he was completing. He showed us each feature of the car. This was the 3rd dealership I had visited for the purchase. Calvin ask what we wanted. He fulfilled our wants and not tactics to get us to buy a car we did not want. The other 2 dealers dismissed what I wanted and asked for--They tired to sell me a car that I told them up front I did not want. I will most defiantly us Ben Mynatt for my future needs, and if Calvin is still they I will request him.

Ben Mynatt has been servicing our cars for years. When it was time to buy a new car and we had decided on a Chevy Equinox, they were our preferred dealer. I checked out prices and availability at several other dealers as well, from Charlotte to Atlanta. Ben Mynatt beat the other prices without any hassles. I didn't even show them the other prices. They had the car that met all our requirements. I asked for an out the door price, which they provided. Many other dealers would only give me the price before all the taxes and fees unless I met with them in person. All the negotiations took place over the phone and internet. There was no attempt to sell us add-ons during any part of the whole transaction. Overall, an easy and pleasant transaction. It will be really nice once they finish their showroom upgrades.

I have an instant fear of doing any maintenance with my vehicle. I'm so afraid of the price gouging and if I'm being taken advantage of. However when I come to Ben Mynatt I know Drew is going to be there, willing to help me and make me feel very comfortable. I had a wonderful purchasing experience. Everything was so smooth. My sales Rep was great. He's the reason I purchased. Shout out to Mr. Jerry. Only thing I was not pleased with was the complimentary accessories. A lot of dealerships give you hats, mugs, car care kits or let you pick something from parts department, but we got nothing. Other than that I was pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Hard for me to give an excellent review in light of the service I recvd. On a new truck you don't expect to have the truck in the service dept. for 2 weeks and four separate visits to correct the same problem , when truck was purchased 6 weeks earlier . Run in the paint on a new truck along with problems with both door windows on the same side makes me question whether or not the truck has been involved in an accident before my purchase , and then to hear the mechanic tell the Attendant that recieves the truck for service that someone has been inside the door before , and knowing that I haven't done anything to the truck makes me have many questions about the truck before my purchase , especially knowing the truck bed was scratched severely on the bed of the truck at some time by someone who had driven the truck as a loaner during a service drop off. So as you can tell by this statement , I am very concerned about this purchase , and that makes me uncomfortable . I have purchased other Chevrolet Vehicles without any problems and have been very satisfied with those purchases , but the jury is still out on this purchase , so we will see how it goes from here.

I am very satisfied with my purchase so far , my one and only concern involves when I took my truck back to service dept. because drivers side door window wasn't working properly , and upon completion and pu I was told that the door panel had been removed before , and that it hadn't been put back together properly , (hence my window problem ) and the reason for the visit , so I have a concern about why the door had been tampered with before my purchase. I was told that this truck was a loaner truck which explained the scratched up bed and 2500 miles , but I was asked if I had removed the panel before , which makes no sense , due to the truck being purchased 10 days earlier and under warranty. At any rate it does concern me that somebody went in the door for some reason and the window wasn't working properly as a result. I am very satisfied with my truck and the service received , just concerned about whats been done to the truck prior to my purchase

I'm a Chevy fan. I can't begin to tell you how many I have had owned over the years. I usually purchase in the same manner each time. I do it online, contacting the dealers in my area. Twelve this time around. I'm not a big fan of the usual line, 'what can I do to earn you business', but what really frosts me is that they don't listen. With Alan it was a completely different .approach. He was all about listening. I always order vehicles so that I can have exactly what I want. I usually keep one seven years (Chevys last) so I want it to be a perfect fit for my taste. Alan went out of way to search for rebates that I would be entitled to. I am a GM Credit Card holder which I strongly recommend. I got another $3000 off in addition to the other rebates he found for me. Alan did not pester me with calls, emails etc. Answered all my questions. Never talked down to me. Treated me with great respect. I have saved the best for last, his price was the best of the twelve. The two that were close to his price said he could not sell me the vehicle at that price. He would lose money. If you are in the market for a new car, Alan is your man and Ben Mynatt is your dealership

I am sure nothing will be done about this...just very disappointed in treatment.

Although, I did not buy from this dealer, (however I wish I had) I was impressed with their time in getting back to me after I had made and offer online. And even though I didn't buy from them, they contacted me to thank me for considering them and offered their services should I need them in the future. You see we had gone to City Chevrolet in Charlotte, NC the week before and were umm bombarded with men that didn't know what they had or didn't have on their lot. We said no, no, no, and tried to leave and they came running to our truck and wanted our address and phone number and weren't going to let us leave. Oh we left and decided to wait til the next week. That's when we came your way. David and I got out of our car and we saw a salesman coming our way. I told David if this guy starts like the others from City Chevorlet, I WOULD TURN AND LEAVE!!! The sales guy, who is Ken, ask if he could help us. We said we were just looking. He said ok, I am here if you need me. Oh what a difference he made. His friendly approach made me ask him to show us where the auto was we were looking for. He showed us and I said no I don't want that color interior. He said ok let's look over this way and if we didn't mind walking, we could walk to the back lot. It was a beautiful day weather wise and car buying wise. He WAS NOT PUSHEY AT ALL. Now that is a sales person! I have told so many people about Ken and his manner of selling cars and how he LISTENED to me. He laughed with us and we felt like we were family. The "I am going to sell it right out from underneath you" mentality still applies at the Pre-owned section of this dealership. After speaking with a salesman on the phone we came in to look at a used truck. When we arrived our telephone salesman was with another customer so we went on a test drive with a second salesman. After the test drive we were interested but said we needed to sell another vehicle first. The salesman understood and thanked us. While in our car about to leave our original salesman came out and asked if we would be interested in trading in. While this was not our first choice he suggested we get the VIN on the possible trade and not to leave until we had at least given us a sight unseen trade value. So we spent 20 minutes contacting our insurance to get the VIN. When we walked back into the dealership we were told they had already taken a deposit on the truck. What a shock as our salesman had said not to leave as no one ever comes back if they don't do a deal on the first day. I guess that will be true for us as we won't be back especially considering the sales manager could barely muster an apology. Truly unimpressed with this "Family" dealership.

We were greeted in the sales lot by Mr. Tyler Barron within 3 minutes after we arrived. We looked at a Cadillac CTS to begin with. Tyler asked if we would like to drive it and he was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the vehicle. We changed our minds and chose to look at the Chevy Equinox LTZ. Tyler was able to answer every question about this vehicle, too. Our purchase process was handled very smoothly, also. The dealership was very clean (including the restroom). I am trying my best to get a friend of mine to purchase the same vehicle because she loves mine so much. I told her she has to go to Ben Mynatt and ask for Tyler. The next time we purchase a vehicle, we will be going back to Ben Mynatt Chevrolet Cadillac and Tyler Barron!

I looked at five different Chevrolet Dealers before deciding to work with Chris Mauldin to find my new Chevrolet Volt. Chris and I worked to find the car with exactly the options, and color that I wanted. The result was fantastic. Chris had the car brought into Concord where he worked with me to trade in another electric vehicle - my Nissan LEAF. After a year with another EV I knew exactly what I needed. Chris was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Volt even though they only had 2012s on the lot at the time. When I brought the car back for the protective treatment Chris met me in the parking lot and rode with me to the Service Department. Chris spent a lot of time with me on this car and it is much appreciated. His communication through the whole process was outstanding. Most of my purchase was done online and it was nice to have someone willing to work with me in this manner. Highly recommended.

Customer service is amazing at this location. The service hours are only M-F 730am-6pm (according to their personal website and my experience with them), so it makes it difficult if you work banker's hours throughout the week. Very satisfied with my experience though!

When I went to this Chevy dealership, I was looking to test drive a Cruze, and although I did, it wasn't quite what I was looking for. It was suggested that I try a Sonic, and I instantly loved it. My salesperson was Marc Anthony, and he was very happy to answer any questions I had, and if he didn't happen to know the answer, he didn't make something up (which had happened at another dealership). He took the time to find out the answer, so I would be able to develop an informed opinion about the car. Joey Black took time to locate the exact car that I wanted from another dealership, which wasn't easy, and I was treated like I was the only customer there. While it can't be easy to appease everyone, these guys definitely made me feel that I was an important customer, and were willing to find me *exactly* what I wanted, rather than push me into something I didn't want. Because of this concentrated attention, I would certainly recommend this dealership.

I bought a new 2012 Cruze Eco from Ben Mynatt last weekk. The sales process was smooth, and my salesman Chris Cullen was very personable and low-pressure. They allowed me to take a couple cars home with me overnight to decide on which model I wanted. I chose the Cruze Eco. Since they did not have my particular color combination on the lot (Autumn exterior, titanium interior), they called and found one in the area and had if for me the day I was prepared to buy it. They did not charge me for this service nor did it require a deposit. By the time I arrived with my husband and kids, the car was detailed and ready to go. The whole staff was very friendly and bent over backwards to make sure that I was satisfied. I have already recommended this dealership to friends, and I will be back next time I need a new car!

Well I've been in the market trying to find a trailblazer ss for about 8 months now these vehicles are getting hard to find. I luck up and found one local. I called and spoke with Ty Jaco he was very helpful and answer all of my questions. I feel that the environment their was great buying process was easy and fast and they don't haggle or peer pressure you to buy like most dealerships. I would say if I was in the market for another vehicle I would highly drive another 1hr 30mins again. Thanks again Ty Jaco for putting me in this rare SUV that will sit in my garage hopefully it will be a collector!!! P.S. this thing drinks gas (Just Saying) but I love it.

Not sure what kind of outfit this place is, but I would steer clear. I called and talked with a salesperson about a vehicle around 11am, had them run my credit to get approval for financing, told them I was driving TWO HOURS from Columbia with TWO vehicles to trade. Already had money ready to buy the truck. Deal was done. About half way there, the salesperson called me to let me know they sold the truck. Then the salesperson had the nerve to call me back in about 10 minutes to see if I was interested in a NEW truck. Yeah, sure. I'll drive two hours past the other 60 Chevrolet dealers to get your new one. NO THANKS!! If that is how they treat customers, I'm glad I didn't buy from here.
