We, my and my wife, stepped into Bell Audi to see Ryan Bonderenko as I have been communicating with him over emails for some time. He has been very much responsive to all of my questions and was quick to respond with request for quotes or configuration of vehicles. But the first person we met was JT (J.T. Tornberg) and from then our search for a pre-owned Audi turned into the purchase of a brand new Audi at a very good deal. JT was very helpful in showing us our options and assisting us in our test drive. Ryan also stepped in occasionally and to close the deal. And then on the signing table, Ryan Schmidt was knowledgeable and patient enough to explain the figures and options. Overall a pleasant experience and nothing to complain about. A nice word about the lady at credit card counter who went above her usual duties to wrap my old number plates in a neat way.

If you are looking for a new car or even if you are only just thinking about it you have to visit Bell Audi on Route 1 in Edison. Their team of easy to deal with, yet extremely knowledgeable and professional, staff will help you make the decision that's right for you. The Bell Audi team, in my case, of Bobby D'Angelo. Ryan Schmidt and JT Tornberg made the purchase of a new 2017 TTs the right thing for me to do. They found the trade in of my car would never be higher. The loan rate rate they arranged would never be lower. It turns out a 2017 TTs was the right car, at the right value, for me. Bobby, Ryan and JT working as a team gave me a through rundown on the high tech new features of the 2017 TTs. They quickly found the right financing and saw to it that my car made a major contribution. The fantastic part of this whole experience is my new TTs was ready for me to drive home in under an hour. Bought a used car from sleazy sales associate marc levine...told me "one owner elderly couple with no isses". In first 30 days of owning the car had two major engine issues "rapid oil consumption and serious engine heating" - dealership implemented a fix that didn't work - STAY AWAY from bell audi!!!!!!!

I leased my new Audi with Bell a few years back. After a less than stellar experience in the past with my local dealer I decided to travel a little further. My initial experience with Bell was excellent. My salesman (who is no longer there) really went out of his way and the service department was always helpful but I have noticed that things have started to slip in the last year or two. On more than one occasion, I had been kept waiting for extended periods of time. The reasons have varied and I have tried to be understanding, but clearly a pattern was emerging. I am very happy with my vehicle and decided to purchase it off lease. When I made this decision, things started to sour. I enquired first about purchasing an extended warranty and was told they will only discuss this with me in person, so I set up an appointment and trekked up there to meet with staff. I was kept waiting an hour and a half, as new car purchasers were shuttled in and out of the sales manger's office. I could have easily been sitting there another hour had I not advocated for myself. With every step of the process of the car purchase from there on, I had to stay on top of the staff, from the documents, to plates, to title and even to be seen within a reasonable time frame when I have an appointment. Throughout the process, I was treated as if they were doing me a favor. I suspect they are not well compensated for purchases off lease, but this is a surefire way to turn off customers and it worked. Interestingly, I decided to go back to my local dealer for my next service, and they had clearly gotten their act together. I hope Bell will as well.

I bought an A6 here after buying an A4 from a different dealership. Bell Audi is different from other dealerships in that they are very low pressure, and they still remember you after the sale is completed. That was a selling point to me b/c there is always an extra question you forgot to ask. Salesman Marc Levine has a gentle and boyish charm that made buying a car stress-free and low impact. It's easy to like him. Also Rami Ayyash, Eric Thokaai, and Bob D'Angelo all helped me even though this was Marc's sale. One last note: the whole place was tolerant when my young kid was running around tearing the place up. Personally I am not one to hold back my complaints, but this dealership is good and I recommend them.

I went to the dealership at the beginning of my car search and was not planning on buying a car that day. I was only planning on test driving one or two cars. I drove two cars and I enjoyed them much more than I had anticipated. The salesman, JT, reviewed the costs and much to my surprise, we very quickly agreed on a number. Ryan went over the additional protection options without pressuring me in any way. 6 days later, I picked up my new car. Even though it was the end of the quarter and there was a lot of activity around delivering new cars, I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours including paperwork and a very thorough review of every feature of my new car. I would highly recommend Bell Audi, JT and Ryan.

I have driven primarily Japanese cars over the last 10-12 years in large part because I feel they have been head and shoulders above European and American cars in terms of electronics. I was undecided between an SUV and a sedan this time around and decided to see what Audi had to offer. The folks at Bell Audi steered me toward the newly redesigned 2017 A4 sedan, which now has state of the art electronics in addition to the legendary Quattro driving performance. I was sold...but they did not have the color combination I wanted. Within 2 days, they brought in the car I wanted AND actually brought it to me when I had a transportation problem getting to the dealership. I really can't say enough about the service I received here. Give Bell Audi a try - you will not be disappointed!

We particularly love his efficiency taking a task that would normally take a whole day and getting it done properly in a fraction of the time. When our lease ended on our 2013 A4 at the same time we moved to the suburbs {needing a second car} we went to Marc. We love our Audi convertible A5. We are at the end of our lease and due to financial issues we are unable to afford another lease. Our previous experience with Bell Audi has been good and bad.Our first lease we bought the tire protection and when it came time to use it there were all kinds of issues with what was and was not under warrantee. We made it through that. Our next Audi we had no problems with it and did not buy the tire protection after our previous experience. We had no problems turning in #2 and getting #3. We had intended to just look at the new ones to decide if we wanted to get another one, our lease still had some time left on it. We worked out a deal for a new lease, they took our car which was not cleaned or prepped for a return. They did a quick look and in 3 of 4 hours we were in our new lease. NOW it is time to turn this one in, and inspector came to the house and wrote a report that is going to cost us over $1,200. If he could have added bird poop to the list of things to charge us for he would have. The car is in excellent shape inside and outside. It has the normal wear and tear for a car that is 3 and 1/2 years old. I will never lease another car from any dealership. And I would never go back to Bell Audi for anything even if I wanted another Audi. I love the cars but the dealership is not something we are happy with. We also had a problem with our breaks, during the winter when we pulled out of our drive way the brakes started squeaking when you applied the break and continued. We thought we needed brakes.We had the car back there 2 or 3 time and they insisted it was normal and there was nothing wrong with the breaks. It is normal to have them squealing. They finally fixed the problem but told us they did something to make it stop, but there was nothing wrong. We though of buying the lease but they would not work with us on the price. Apparently they are not so meticulous if you are getting another car from the dealership but if you're not you are so screwed when your car is inspected for return.

On the day when I finalized the deal, Eric Thokaai made me wait by telling "you can take the car home in few hours", asked me to pay down payment of $3500/- which I did immediately (On asking questions, reply was all will be discussed when you sit with the fiance personal), was pretty excited. But, after making me wait for more that 3 hours (with my pregnant wife), he told me they need some additional document, and cannot allow me to take the car home. Well, I promised them by providing document so they can process on Monday, which I did, thought of receiving car by immediate Friday or Saturday (Eric Thokaai said yes too), after that I had to call and follow up to know the status of my car (Once you pay them they don't care coz you are hooked), finally, after too much of back and forth I was called on Friday to discuss with finance personal and to take the car home. Note: Met another Unprofessional & rude personThis guys Ryan Schmidt, started showing all the various schemes, and upon questions, was explaining me how the internal process works and the job duty of Eric T & himself. my simple question was why was I not informed about all this before finalizing the deal, his answer was again on explaining the internal process, Ryan was not at all convincing, and was telling us he would rather go home and spend time with his daughters then spending time with us on this discussion, after arguing for more than 1hr, we decided to cancel the deal. Ryan filled the form and said we will receive money back into our account in 1 week.I was constantly following up ever alternate day for next 2 week over phone & email, neither they called back and not even replied with any status on my money ($3500/-) after being fed up. I reached out to Allison and she made it possible to get me my money back. she was professional and did what she promisedSo, long story short, this dealership is not recommended, don't pay them immediately, only pay when your entire deal is confirmed, they also charge you 1st payment which is not towards your vehicle transaction, it goes into dealers pocket. Its a BIG NO! NO! NO! NO!. Full one month of headache!!

I contacted Bell Audi in Edison NJ on Saturday to inquire about a 2015 Audi S5 they had advertised on their website. I was searching for a preowned S5 for several months and was prepared to make a cash purchase. I spoke to Ajay Puri the used car sales rep. who provided me with a copy of the original window sticker and Carfax report so I could confirm the cars options list and vehicle history. We negotiated a fair price for the car including my trade which was approved and accepted by his management. He told me he would call me back in one hour once he had an opportunity to draft the bill of sale and calculate all of the costs including, tax, tags and administrative fees. I told him I was prepared to place a $500.00 deposit on my AMEX to hold the car and I would present him a certified check for the balance when we picked up the car on Monday. When he called me back however he told me that there was a miscommunication and he could no longer honor the negotiated price. What part of, "we have a deal" did he miscommunicate? He proceeded to inform me that the price of the S5 was increased by $3,000.00 and the value of my trade decreased by $1,000.00 which translates to a net increase of $4,000.00. I am simply amazed how this dealership finds it acceptable to waste my time negotiating a fair deal only to rescind it prior to issuing a deposit. If a dealership is unwilling to honor their commitments during the presale how can you possibly trust they will honor their commitments after the sale. I can assure you that I will never do business with Bell Audi and I will certainly discourage my friends, family and colleagues from doing business with them as well. Buyer beware especially at Bell Audi in Edison NJ.

Never thought I'd walk out w/ a Q3 the same day I came in to kick the tires as they say. When I walked into Bell everyone, everyone was on the phone. However Daniella motioned to me that she'd only be a minute. I was sitting in the car she came over introduced her self & we were off & running. As a salesperson myself I enjoyed the process of the sale that Daniella & I went through w/ her questioning she walked me through a great sales process. Brought in her sales manger for pricing on my BMW, brought in finance. She got the radio & cell phone set up enough to go home w/ & we set an appointment time for the next day to fully go through the electronics/ navigation system. We walked into Bell Audi and met with sales person Marc Levine. We were exceedingly pleased by the service we received and left with a new car. He was already with a customer who had made an appointment when we arrived, without one, but we were willing to wait for him to finish his sale and in the interim he set us up to run our own computer search of the dealership's stock. When we eventually sat with him he was warm, caring, honest and very easy to work with He did not try to steer us toward what he wanted to sell us, but rather helped us find what we wanted. He worked with us , not on us. When it came down to price he was able to meet our needs. When we left with our new lease, he was still there waiting for us to finish the process that followed his work with us, even though it was past closing time. I lost my vehicle in a flood, so I needed a new car A.S.A.P. It was a 1hr 40min drive to the dealer. My personal bank approved an auto loan but there was an unforeseen issue. My salesman assured me that their finance guy was the best in the business, he would find the right bank for me. Not only did he find me a loan, it was a whole point under what my bank was offering me.... My original loan percentage was good, but what I ended up with was amazing. The customer service was top notch! Everyone involved with the sale stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied with my buying experience. I forgot to mention, this was for a used car... A used car! I've had great sales reps in the past. This is my eighth vehicle and one of the best buying experiences to date. If you're in the market go to Bell Audi and ask for Aubrey, he's awesome!

He was slow to respond to my original inquiry. After getting hold of him, he wouldn't have a fair discussion. He wants me to go to KBB or another dealer to tradein my car, then go back to him for a purchase. However our corporation is also connected to another Audi store else where. With all of my connections I still couldn't find a better deal for an Audi then what bell Audi offered. but the icing on the cake was working with Rami. A true stand up guy with no pressure. no games, no tricks. If you want an Audi, Rami is the guy.... ps. I have been an Audi customer for over 15 years. I have bought only Audi cars. I have bought from many dealerships but I have to be honest Bell is by far the best one.I called and asked for the sales manager. I met Bobby D'Angelo. From the minute I met him, he was the most professional manager I have ever seen. I told him I like to cut to the chase, no sales person etc. I even had a trade. I did it all over the phone.Yes they are in business to make money but with me you will make a paycheck but not get rich, lol. I called him one day, the very next day my car was ready and insurance was done. OMG, I was so scared about how easy it went.When I got their I met Bobby and he hooked me up with AL. OMG again what a joy. So friendly, no hidden costs, BS etc, down to the point, easy to talk to and just a hell of a guy. Loves his cars so that helps lol. I even told him that I do not like going to the business office. He even prepped the business manager.I get to see the business manager- okay am I broken record yet??? OMG!! What a joy to deal with. He sold me the rim and tire package and the maintenance package. I agreed to that and only that. He was not pushy but instead very professional.Overall hands down I will only buy from Bell Audi. Also FYI I live in upstate NY and they are in NJ. Just goes to show you I will travel for good prices and most of all, the best customer service I have ever seen.Job well done to Bobby and his team! As many of the other reviews have already noted, I had a good sense throughout my recent used car purchase (dealer service vehicle, 2016 A6) that Jason was providing me completely accurate answers to my questions and even providing me with information above and beyond my actual questions. Based on previous experiences with dealers in Brooklyn, this was a very pleasant surprise. I would also recommend the dealer for setting a very fair price on this car. My only two complaints were 1) the interior of the car, though clean enough, could have been made to look more like new with some attention to the details (I'm sure this was a job the service dept dropped the ball on, not Jason) and 2) as a first-time buyer, the warranty and extended service contract options seemed more complicated than necessary -- again, not a complaint with Jason.

I purchased a used vehicle, I thought from a reputable dealership who would stand behind their inventory. I had electrical issues less than 2 months later and found no support what so ever. Not even a return call. Thank god it was a Mercedes and not an Audi because Mercedes backs their products even out of Manufacturer warranty. Never received an owner's manual as promised. Multiple phone calls with no results. Inexperienced Salesman with poor management skills and service. As an out of town buyer, very unhappy, be aware all! Due to this experience the Bell lost a second purchase.

We had a deal for an used Audi A6 2008, included taxes, fees...etc etc...(price on road) . I am resident in ny, so I tried to make a deal, to avoid waste of time, where to move, what to do. I am also new in this country so I do not know how it really works, my first car in us. When I went to the dealer, the salesperson said to me you do not have to pay any taxes here. Ok- I said, this was part of the deal, they have to pay it, included in the price.I asked: Do you know whether the maps of navigator are updated. I do not know, I have to ask-salesperson answer. Do you know whether the car was checked, when was accepted, and May I see the report??? Yes, sure. It was checked, but I have to ask for the report. Unbelievable.I asked: who is going to give the plates? Oh, we'll give you just temporary plates, the definitive You should get it in Ny.In NY????- But, I have to pay taxes then.....8.875% guys + new plates, new registration...at least 10% more than the price that we agreed.This is very unfair. We had a deal ....etc etc...I complained with salesperson, and the very big Business Manager, who Politely said to me: You can always give up and not buy this car...or jump to another one more affordable.The most shady people with which I had to do business in my life.

He was knowledgeable about the car and cars in general. Test drove two cars, no pressure sales and no slimy dealership tricks to deal with - unlike some dealerships (that Nissan place across the street). All in all, I received a fair price for the car and have been happy driving it. Customer service after the purchase has been good. No complaints. I was looking to lease a entry level luxury car. Had visited the BMW showroom but it just didn't work out. We were looking for specific features like navigation, blind spot assist, leather seats, sunroof all of which came with the particular model which Rami pulled out from the hat. Our negotiations were quick and even when we managed to reach the showroom at 7PM we had sealed the deal by 8. It was short and quick. Next day Ryan convinced us to go with coverage for extra wear and tear while he could also sense that I wanted my car to look new. Overall excellent service specially I reached almost at closing hours both days, help with all the information we needed and on the quoted price. I was a little disappointed when I learnt that there was a $500 discount on my existing prius after completing the negotiations! Somehow I felt the price could have been adjusted with that specially considering it was a 2015 model but no complaints as I got what I quoted.Overall excellent, looking forward to 2018 when we can maybe lease a Q5.

I was not sure which car I would end up leasing. I did a lot of homework and had gone to the auto show in NYC. I saw the Audi Q5 but was not sure I could afford it. Against my better judgement, I stopped by two weeks ago and was introduced to Glen Sussman. He assured me before we took the car for a ride that I could afford it and he was RIGHT! I am less than pleased with the salesmanship at this dealer. July 1st I called to inquire about a Q5 and got a Glenn on the line. This person was very short with me and refused to confirm my questions regarding the state of the vehicle, particularly if it was previously driven by a smoker as I didnt want a vehicle with the remnants of smoke. He had the nerve to say he couldnt do that and when I book an appointment he could let me know better then. Following my vacation I decided to check to see if the vehicle I was after was still available, it was. July 9th I called and made an appointment with Allen to see a CPO vehicle, he specifically asked what time Id be there and I said within the hour as I was coming from my first appointment at Audi Freehold (which I thoroughly recommend over Bell Audi). Upon arrival, I had to wait for Allen to return from a test drive, once he greeted us he went off to locate the keys to the vehicle which took him at least 45 minutes, once he located them he realized the vehicle I specifically stated I was coming in to see was blocked in by another vehicle. This took another 30 minutes for him to locate the keys to this vehicle and move it. It would seem to me that if a customer is coming in within the hour these particulars would have been taken care of. Let me also note that the vehicle I came in for was not clean and he made no effort to have it washed before the test drive. Hmmmm.Following the test drive, we sat down to discuss numbers, I KNOW I didnt get the best deal for the car but purchased through my CU a week later. Again I made an appointment with Allen; I arrive and sit more than 1.5 hours before finalizing the deal with the finance manager. Completely aggravated considering I called Allen and texted with him indicating that I am on a tight schedule and needed things to stick to the schedule-- he showed absolutely no concern for my time. And in fact, I noticed another customer that arrived after me was with the finance mgr before me??? BTW, I came all the way from Philadelphia, PA. During my wait, we decided to go out and inspect my new vehicle, now that it was clean- there were several dings, scratches and a cracked front bumper visible. Of course, Allen is shocked and tries to put it off as it being normal wear. This was completely unacceptable and I let both he and the manager know that had the car been prepped when I came in the first time, this would have been addressed at that time. They agreed to make the necessary repairs and made arrangements to pick up my car as I was not taking another trip to Edison, NJ when this was their goof. Overall, Ill never purchase another car from Bell and the ONLY reason they got this sale was because of the specs I wanted that I was only able to find at this dealership. As I noted above, I went to Audi Freehold and had the most pleasant experience from the time I called and made the appointment to the time spent with the salesman. This wasnt my first rodeo, as such; I expected a thank you note in the mail and or a follow up call to check in---nothing. Im a Sales Executive and if I handled my clients similarly, I wouldnt be in a position to purchase a luxury vehicle. BTW, Even though the salesman at Audi Freehold didnt make the sale HE SENT A THANK YOU NOTE in the mail and text me to see how Im enjoying my new car!!! BELL AUDI, you need to take lessons. The only reason they got my business was based purely on inventory. Thankfully, I can take my car to a local Audi dealer for service.P.S. Make sure when purchasing any vehicle that the batteries in your key are replaced. Take a wild guess what my experience was.

From the sales Manager Ryan .B to Mark Levine these gentleman worked past the point of what normally is done at a dealership. I traveled from Northern NJ to Bell Audi because of these reasons. My local Audi Dealership (Paramus Audi) is 5 miles away, and i will never step in that dealership again. Bell Audi's reputation as one of the best if not the best Audi dealerships in NJ is without saying accurate. This is due in part to the team at Bell Audi.

I purchased my Audi A4 on August 9, 2014 with 12000 miles approx on it. I did my first oil change when the car had 15000 miles on it and I had it done at the Bell Audi of Edison. They filled the oil tank and returned the car to me but what surprised me was that within 2100 miles of driving the car, the oil level indicator came on and I had to fill the oil again. I took my car to the dealership and they said that they would fill it in and initiated phase 1 of the oil consumption test. The representative there told me to bring the car back when the oil light comes on and surely enough it came on again at 20000 miles. I took the car to the dealership and what concerned me is that the representative that promised to replace the piston and rings, tells me that he will only change these parts upon receiving approval from Audi Headquarters. I was told by Bell Audi when i purchased the car that it should run 10000 miles between every oil change, however, in this case, my car runs an average of 2500. Bell Audi sold this car fulling knowing that there was an oil consumption problem and now I have deal with it. To make matters worse, every three weeks, the back right tire gets deflated and a warning pops up and the dealership claims to have fixed the problem, yet there is no permanent solution. Stay away from Bell Audi.

Since this dealer was more than 60miles away, I wanted to ensure both sides were going to be showing up for the same deal before arriving. What followed after driving almost 2 hours was a ridiculous onslaught of character slander and classic, sleazy dealer tactics that you would expect from a sketchy used car lot, not Audi. I was tossed between 3 different sales associates, one of whom said "I'm working a significant deal and don't have time for you at this moment." I guess me making an appt and driving there didn't matter. Interpretation- I'm too poor for them to care.On the test drive, the new associate I was assigned literally said "this car isn't half bad for being so old." It was a 2008 BMW X5...certainly not egregiously old. Interpretation- I'm too poor for them to care.Once we decided to work out a deal, I was quoted $5,000 less than my previous estimate which was in writing! The reason was that I lied about my car, according to the associate. Mortified that I had articulated my car incorrectly, I asked for him to clarify what was wrong. He couldn't. Simply said my car was a basic level BMW. My 2013 BMW X1 was $50,000...hardly basic. He didn't even look at. He then proceeded to tell me that the $5,000 difference was minor at best. Clearly I'm in the wrong profession since I definitely care about $5,000! Interpretation...hopefully you get it by now.I asked for the manger and once he presented himself, I knew it was only going to get worse. He reiterated that my car was a BMW 1 series and not an X1 as I had said. There's a giant X1 on the back of my BMW because it is in fact an X1! It has every feature imaginable, including xdrive, yet he said I had not be straightforward on this. I asked him if he personally saw it, and he declined to answer. I suggested that we call BMW and present the VIN for verification...he said that was not how it worked. When I caveated that I think it would he threw my car key and said "you need to leave because clearly you know more than I do" and he stormed off. Wow. Just wow.

We decided to visit Bell Audi based on both it's own reviews as well as the somewhat lackluster reviews of another Audi dealer (that is much closer to where we live). Our salesman, Marc Levine, greeted us within 10 minutes (it was a Saturday and very busy). He showed my wife and I the Audi A3 and went over the many features and benefits of the model. We then decided to take a test drive and let me say that it was simply the best test drive I have ever been on. Marc had me put the A3 through it's paces with ample use of the gas pedal and sporadic use of the brake pedal. The car performed better than I had expected! That was what sold me on the car, the test drive. After that it was the usual procedure of agreeing to price (we got a great deal), assessing trade in value on my 2006 Jetta (also, got a very fair price), then waiting for the car to be ready, and of course the Finance manager where we signed all the papers. There was a couple hiccups with the process: the car was missing all weather mats, which they were more than apologetic about. Marc was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Audi. Ask for Marc Levine, and ask for the test drive! You will not be disappointed!

I had to bring my Q7 multiple times within couple of months for the same issue. Service professionals do not do a complete job and finally never fixed the issue. They are always backed up...never let me know the exact issue... Have to call several times to find out. A loaner I recently got from here wasn't even clean. Albert is the sole reason I would recommend this dealership. He has been the face for me and my wife when we started scouring car models & dealerships for a compact luxury SUV. He is very knowledgable be it in his ability to compare two car models or be it getting into any level of depth of car features. We have not come across any sales person in the whole of Edison who can match his awareness. I am surprised that he is not listed in the main list of sales persons in Bell Audi. He is a perfect example of a technical expert combined with easy going salesman. During the test drive he let us be free with all aspects of test driving of a vehicle and was absolutely forthcoming with all the details which no one else would venture into discussing with a prospective buyer. He worked with us on the price and got us a good deal. After we concluded our lease of the Quattro Q5, 2.0 T, he gave us a crash course on the various modules and asked us to reach him for any query. It was refreshing to see a confident young man who had total authority on the subject. We dont have to refer to the user manual is what he said. Instead to give him a call. Where can you see that committment or willing to support you after you have concluded a deal? Albert is the reason for our choice of this vehicle & this dealership.

This is my 3rd A4 leased through Marc Levine, who has become a friend. He is knowledgeable, tuned into the customer's needs, is a listener and is responsive to questions. The big question for me this time was what color. Marc made every effort to show me cars in each color, and ordered one from the storage lot so I could check it out. Went to bell to see preowned 2012 A6. Sales person told us it was a super clean car.when we got there ,the car had a list of things wrong with it.he then tried to use that as a negotiating tool.Spoke to my wife and I as we were the uneducated people and we didn't know anything.when I showed him scratches and chips on the car,he handed me a touch up pen and said they will give this to us to fix it.are they out of there mind? when I do buy my audi ,it will never go there for service.i can't imgaine how bad they might be also.Ive owned 2 bmw prior and was never spoken to so poorly. I don't want to give name because I'm not here to get someone in trouble but. 24 hours later I'm still bothered by my encounter.
