I came all the way from Chicago to mason Ohio. To buy car. But left the dealership due to The manager was very rude. And dis respectful. The car was not getting start and needs jump start every time. They have all junk cars. Still no apology or not even offer us to seat. I am businessman hotelier in Chicago. Trust me I can't hired this guy for housekeeping in my hotels. I don't no how the dealership has this kind a rude manager.

Purchased a car for my son, it was a two day process as my son was applying for credit for the first time. We were helped by Joseph he was very pleasant, let us test drive several cars and allowed us to take car to a local shop to be checked out. Joseph was never pushy, no pressure whatsoever. The gentleman handling the financing was also very nice and answered all our questions honestly. Good selection of cars, So stop by and ask for Joseph i don't think you'll be disappointed.

My husband and I had been looking for a certain vehicle which led us to visiting Beck's. Upon arrival we were greeted by Yosef. We told him we were looking around and he let us look. When we decided to drive a vehicle we went back to Yosef and he assisted with us test driving 3 different vehicle. He was friendly, personable, and down to earth. We decided on a vehicle which was different from what we had originally looked at and decided to purchase the vehicle. Yosef explained their sales process and assisted with running us through the banks to see if we could get a lower interest rate then what we had been pre approved for. It was late in the evening so Yosef follow up with me the following day to inform me of their banks responses. We went yesterday to pick up the vehicle. The closing process was painless and since we did our own financing Yosef did the whole deal start to finish. He offered us the warranty plan but we declined since my husband is a mechanic. Now- just to let you know I used to work for a rather large auto group. To say that we had an amazing experience at an auto dealership for me is a very hard mark to reach as I am critical of the way things are done since I know the business well. I appreciate Yosef and all the work he did to help us out in getting a "daily driver" for my husband. If you decide to visit Beck's make sure that you ask for Yosef, on his business cards its printed as "Joseph" as that is how his name is pronounced. Thanks Sparkly Unicorn! You were the best sales person!

Was required to find a new vehicle after my previous vehicle was totaled in an accident. Didn't want to spend a ton of money and was willing to purchase a slightly older vehicle. When I started my search, most of the named dealerships charged alot of money for poor conditioned cars. So I decided to look at the non-affiliated dealerships... they had worse cars (most were non-repaired or poorly repaired accidents that wanted alot more money for a poor conditioned car) or very limited selection. A friend of my son told us about Becks.... They had a really large selection and most of the cars were clean (non-accident) vehicles that were very clean. We spent a number of days driving various vehicles and Dave F and Joseph C were very laid back and never pressured us to make a selection. While you have to do due-diligence and have the vehicles checked (of the 4 we looked at 3 of them had issues or turned back with maintenance issues), they were willing to allow us to hold vehicles for hours while we tested them and had them checked. We finally found our vehicle and their finance department worked with us to get us financing and we were out of the facility within a couple of hours. Overall they have a very laid back attitude and huge selection of vehicles and would be willing to tell my friends or family to shop there.

I waited just over a month to see what the outback sport looked like from Beck's. I was given multiple stories on the delay for the vehicle being available, but I still purchased the car. If you know what you are looking for, then try them out. If you have no idea what you want, then stay home and research.

They had a good selection of cars. That's about the only good thing. When we returned from our test drive of a jeep wrangler, we told the sales lady politely that we were not interested. She was not happy with that and continued to go on and tell us that the jeep is for off-road only and she told us that it wouldn't be a comfortable ride. We told her that we know that she told us, but we know a lot about jeeps and we wanted to have our own opinion on the car. She was very rude and unprofessional when we had a disagreement with her. I will never buy a car from there and would steer anyone away from this place.

Came in to buy a used car and found what I needed. Got a great rate for financing, other places had denied me because I did not have enough credit history (I am still a student) but the finance guy seems to really know his stuff and different banks so he was able to get me a great deal without having to ask my parents to co-sign.

I'm very pleased with my recent purchase of 2000 Jeep Wrangler. Customer service was great, Salesman wasn't pushy at all. Facilities were very nice and clean. The price wasn't that great but the Jeep was in very nice shape. I've been looking for one for a while now, I ended up finding it at Becks. I can see they spent good amount of money to bring the vehicle up to date. It had a nice NEW wheels and tires, it was very clean inside out, I was very surprised for it's condition. Thanks Becks.

We went into Becks with high hopes that we would find a vehicle that visit. The cars looked good with very good prices compared to most dealers. I went in with a list of vehicles I wanted to test drive, 4 total, and we got to test drive 1. The sales guy told us 2 of the vehicles had sold when in fact they were right there on the lot, he just couldn't find a key. After hunting for keys for all of the vehicles 2 of them wouldn't start and 1 had a total flat tire. The sales man didn't offer to pump up the tire instead just told us there was nothing he could do about it. 1 of the vehicles we wanted to test drive he couldn't find the keys to it at all. We had cash in hand and was willing to pay for the vehicle. Not only did we walk away with no vehicle but I will not be back or recommend anyone there. Yes, the sales team wasn't pushy, but the 3 guys in there didn't really want anything to do with us or help us get or find a vehicle.

We moved to Ohio from the East Coast last month. Found the car we like and stop by at Beck's Auto Group one evening after work. Wow, my husband and I were so impress with the dealership and the service. The sales person went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He answer all our question and show us the cars that we were interested. Not pushy at all. On the East Coast when you shop for cars the sales person are very pushy and always try to sale anything, even when they don't have the car you wanted. We found the car we like and we are very happy. The whole process was quick. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. After the purchase we took the car to our mechanic. Everything was good in working condition. My husband and I looking forward to doing more business with Beck's Auto Group in near future. Our son is turning 17 soon and we'll be buying a car for him.

I had the pleasure of working with Oskana. She was amazing to say the least! It was very refreshing after shopping at multiple places and feeling stressed out just from walking into the lot, to have someone who didn't cause those feelings of distress. She didn't hound us constantly, there were no high pressure sales agents wandering around, and she made sure that she didn't pressure us into something we didn't want. She said herself she'd much rather help people buy what THEY want instead of pushing them into something they don't. I love that! Anna was very attentive, but not pushy, she backed off while we looked and was there whenever we needed her. I was able to find a wonderful gem of a used vehicle and was able to buy it without any hassle and Anna worked with us every step of the way! I have already sent a couple friends looking for cars her way and I will continue to recommend not only the dealership, but Anna's wonderful services to all my friends and family! If you like a less stressful sales experience when shopping for a car and hate pushy salesmen, then the people of Beck's Auto Group will make sure you have a pleasant one! Coming from Louisville, KY is not a pleasant drive itself, but the guys who work there made it really worth of driving 2 hours. My sister-in-law recommended me this place. Before I decided to drive there, I called them and the guy (don't remember his name) gave me all the information I needed. When I got there, I was very welcomed. Really nice staff. We got the car my son wanted and left the place feeling very satisfied.

Found a vehicle I was interested in from their website. Drove over an hour to get there, and the vehicle was sold some time ago. That was over a week ago, and it is STILL shown on their website. And after I got to the dealership, looked on computer and had another comparable one (which I did not see on the lot). But said ok, I'll have a look, and then found out that vehicle was not there either. Don't have much faith in this business now, so I don't think I'll ever go back.

Bought a 2004 Audi A8 customer service was awesome needless to say. But they don't really inspect their cars I've had the above vehicle for 16 days and within this time frame I have had 2 major issues the first one occurring within the very first 7 days the gas gauge had stop working and then today 9/16 the vehicles air ride system has completely went out. I would suggest that if you're buying a car from this dealer that you have it inspected by a authorized dealer before signing your life over. I have called to get CARFAX and also to see report issues and get the runaround every time I have called. Joseph was the sales rep that helped me and was very nice in the beginning but now that I am calling to tell them about this vehicle it's like I am dealing with a completely different group of people that I dealt with when purchasing the car. Mind you all of these issues have happened in the first 16 days and I haven't even made my first payment. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

My husband had been searching periodically through the past few years for his newest baby.. lol, he's a Beemer enthusiast and being we're a growing family, extremely particular on what we invest in. Only recently had his search become more serious where he went online and found our newest addition. He called up Becks, spoke with Anna and from that point on, it was all meant to be. She answered all his questions and concerns with comfort. We are located in Chicago so making this spur of the moment trip out to Ohio (actually my home state.. first good sign) was a big move in attempts that this was for us. We were taking their word that everything with our interest in this car was legit, and it was. She went above and beyond helping us with the our buying experience staying in complete personal contact with us as we made this road trip to them, she was just on top of it all!! ..From her, to Rick (the mechanic) who was very knowledgeable on BMW's..and passionate about it, Jack (in financing) who was genuine and assuring, to the owner, Ozzy.. who took time out of his busy day to chat with my husband on a sincere level about this car.. who actually personally used this vehicle beforehand. There was no pressure and no misleading. We have had our newest baby for over a week now, our long time personal mechanic has approved of our great find, and we are beyond pleased. My husband sold cars in his earlier years, I manage in customer service, Becks has a great thing going!! If you don't know.. lol, now ya know!! Thank you, Becks Auto group!! And who knows.. our oldest son will be driving in some years ahead.. see ya then? ;)

We saw some cars that interested us online, so we drove nearly an hour to Becks Auto Group to look at them. The salesman who helped us was very accomodating and everything went well, at first. We decided on a car and made a cash offer. We thought it would be as simple as offer-counter-offer- deal. Instead, we got a bunch of uncomfortable shuffling, pulling up info. on the car (info. we had already looked up on our phones) and some stammering about why they priced the car the way they did. Then, the sales manager comes out with a pushy counter offer. When we said we would think about it (not "no"), the sales manager agressively accused us of not wanting to buy a car. We had every intention of leaving there with that car on that day until he spoke to us like that. When we confronted him about his tone, he softened a bit (not much), but the damage was done. Needless to say, we did NOT buy a car from Becks Auto Group, and we will never go back.

When I contacted them through a message from cars.com with questions about a particular car, the reply was that it was a lot of questions to answer in an email, and to call instead. When I replied that I'd prefer to use email and to please reply and just answer my questions there, I was ignored. If I had wanted to ask questions on the phone, I would have called at first. If a place is not going to answer questions via email, why have an email contact method in the first place? Being ignored is never professional either.

my family has purchased 2 cars in the past from a salesman named Don. I called the other day to see when he would be working next and the salesman who answered the phone said he was no longer there. Don was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our previous purchases. We told him as long as he was there we would continue to purchase cars from him. We would recommend this dealer, but wish they still had our preferred salesman there

We drove about 3 hours to test drive a car here. We worked with Jack and Oksana. We test drove the car about an hour (with no annoying calls from the dealer, thank you! :)). We noticed a couple of issues with the car (a chip in the windshield, a couple lights out, and some exposed wire in the engine compartment). We brought this to their attention when we got back and we were able to eventually come to a deal about these things. As far as the windshield they first offered to replace through their 3rd party service but they couldn't do it Same day. Instead, they lowered the price according to what their service provider quoted them. Very happy with that since we really didn't want to leave the car and come back 6 hours round trip ANOTHER day. They immediately replaced the bulbs that were out. That was a deal breaker for me since I didn't want to buy a car not knowing if it was a bulb or an electrical issue. We asked them to put the exposed (after market headlight) wires in conduit and wrap it in electrical tape. This was supposed to be done when the light bulbs we're replaced. Instead the wires were taped to the washer fluid reservoir on one side, I don't remember what they were taped to on the other side. THAT is literally my only complaint. It's not a huge deal but just one of those things that should've been done, but wasn't. Overall I was very impressed. The conduit thing absolutely will NOT stop me from recommending them to my friends and family. We received a great value in our new to us car, and great individual attention (even though we weren't buying the most expensive car on the lot). They were very accommodating to our situation and budget.

I saw a car online that I was excited to look at so I called and made an appointment for a test drive. Traffic was bad on my way there, so I called to let the sales rep know I would be late. I was told that the sales person with whom I had made my appointment wasnt even there, but they would call her and she might come in, but if she wasnt there when I arrived, then I should ask for the person who had taken that call. I got there and she had come in, but she (surprisingly, since it was only 10 minutes or so later) became busy with someone else who walked in literally just a few seconds before me, so I waited for 10-15 minutes. When she finally came to talk with me, I was told that he person with whom she had been talking was her cousin, and it was her (the cousins) birthday. So, a customer was left waiting for several minutes for her personal time. Once I had told someone else I was waiting for her and he had pointed her out to me, no one else offered to assist me while I was waiting. Anyway, she brought the car around for me to drive. She told me that the check engine light had just come on, but that she would have it checked. She also told me that a button on the dash was missing, but that they would have it replaced. (This had not been apparent in the online pictures.) I got in drive the car and the missing button turned out to be the selector knob for the heat/AC/defroster. The engine quit before I could even put it in gear to drive. After a couple/few tries, it started back up. While I was driving the car, it quit again when I was sitting at a red light. I went back and told her I was disappointed, and she found another car for me to drive. The mileage on this second car was way higher than on the one in which Id initially been interested, and it had a few other things that caused me to not want to buy it either. She said she would continue to look for other vehicles that might meet my needs and let me know. I actually found a couple of others online from this same dealer that I might have been interested in, but I didnt get good responses when I inquired about them, and I wasnt informed about any of them by her.

She let us take the vehicle for a several hour test drive and to our own mechanic (about 35 minutes away) to be looked at. The negotiation and buying process was fair, quick, and painless. My buying process was very easy with this dealership. I love my new car, they had the lowest price in town. Anna was very easy to work with no pressure at all, I had my own financing set up through my credit union, but they got me even better rates. I didn't even know they did financing. The showroom was very nice and clean, they have so many nice cars. It was a great experience. Would love to come back and buy more cars from Becks. Thank you!

I purchased a 2011 Ford XLT on Dec 6...believe I certainly got a good deal..needed to pick up the next day and salesman said he would fill it up with gas..picked it up on 7 Dec and he said they filled it up only to 3/4 full..sounds like a little thing but it irratated me cause that is not what I was told..be careful of what you are promised at this dealership. I would recommend this dealerahip because the deal was a good on compared to other dealerships and I have been buying vehicles for over 40 years...but make sure they follow through on what they promise you.

We drove 3 hours round trip to look at a car that we were assured several times on the phone by the salesman that it was "immaculate inside and out - and if it drove as good as it looked, it would not last long". When we arrived, he brought the car out for us to test drive. It had too many scrapes, dings and scratches to count - plus a large dent on the driver's side. The inside had a cigarette burn on the seat, prominent wear and tear and smelled like pets had lived in the car. My husband had specifically inquired about such things before we made the trip and we relied on the salesman's evaluation before we left. When questioned, he admitted that he had only seen the car from a distance and only one side. Doing his job and a little honesty would have went a long way. We left without even considering purchasing any car there...and we never will.

Becks Auto Group is the place to buy a vehicle, I'm never going any where else. I found them on cars.com and decide to check it out. They located in heart of Mason, Huge showroom, with lot's of nice cars in it. I was in the market for a Honda Accord and they had the cheapest Accord in the radius of 100 miles, The Car was in great shape, they even provided free car fax, I took it to my mechanic and he only found couple of minor things wrong with it. I was very pleased to work with my sales person Don, he new a lot about the vehicle and was very professional. He did the paperwork in ten minutes and I was on my way home in my new car.
