I purchased a van earlier this week, and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Garry Ring, my salesperson, treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. I spoke with Garry by phone the day before my visit, but I did not have an appointment. A client, with a pre-scheduled appointment, arrived during my buying process. Garry not only managed both purchases efficiently, he did it effectively. I never once felt rushed or that I was an inconvenience. The manager, Adam Griffo, assisted me during various aspects of the process and also checked in with me frequently to make sure I did not feel neglected. As if that wasn't enough, Dennis Beck, the owner of the dealership, happened to be visiting the sales area during my visit. He introduced himself, and made sure I was being taken care of to my satisfaction. At that point, he did not even know if I was making a purchase . . . he just wanted to make sure I was happy with the experience. Once I signed the paperwork in the sales area, I moved on to the business office. Steve Rose assisted me with the final documentation. I found him to be very efficient and jovial. We joked about our professions, and our compulsion for accuracy.Garry Ring then escorted me to my new vehicle, which had a full tank of gasoline, and wished me well.I am 55 years old, and I have purchased several cars in my life. Never have I had such a pleasant experience. I had to pass two Toyota dealerships to get to them, as I live on the extreme northeast side of Indianapolis, but they have a customer for life. And I will encourage all of my friends and family members to purchase from Beck Toyota as well.

Jesse Spears is why I came back to Beck Toyota the very next day and not the other dealers who were blowing up my e-mail and phone. Jesse was very laid back and non pressuring and easy to deal with. I purchased 2013 Avalon from another dealer and became unhappy with the service! I decided to purchase a 2016 Highlander from same dealership..that process became a circus!!We live in N. Cenrtal Indiana and decided to drive the extra miles based on price Beck had for Highlander on the internet...I contacted them and dealt with David Kellar!I was amazed that the price posted on internet was the price I paid ! We've been to Beck Toyota 3 times now. Once to buy our sienna then again when my wife's mother needed a car. This time our experience was just as good. Trent Purdue helped us this time and was a great help. He was very professional. Each time we've gone here the sales staff feels like they're there to help you purchase a vehicle not try and talk you into buying one. Trent was was another example of this. Their used vehicles always have the price visible and are cleaner than some places new cars. Oh and the finance guys have been great each time.

The salesman was honest and showed me the car I wanted. At no time while showing me the vehicle did he interrupt my process of checking it out; he answered every question I had and added any necessary information as a follow-on. He didn't rush me or badger me with needless banter. When I pointed out a few concerns, he made note of them and explained how the Toyota Certified warranty would interact with the concerns I had at the time. When the time came for him to evaluate my sports car, he did not take it for a joyride in his evaluation; he went directly to his manager and asked them to obtain a value for the vehicle from a dealer who handles that make/model of car and came back to me with a figure. Unfortunately, it was not where I wanted to be so I did not finish the transaction, but the salesman did not try the usual high pressure tactics or try to hold on to my keys (a tactic I've encountered before) to keep me from leaving. He respected my time, shook my hand, and wished me well. For that reason alone I will call him first if I decide to purchase a Toyota.

Not the best experience - met with Garry and was looking for a used suv. Was nice and friendly but didn't offer much knowledge about the truck and once we sat down to buy he lied and said they don't haggle on price but then before we left he lowered the price, so I guess they do negotiate. He also told us they messed up the price and it should be priced a lot higher which I didn't believe. Just your typical bad used car buying experience.

One of the biggest things I hate about going car shopping is all the typical pressure you get from salespeople. Trent was the opposite of that. He calmly asked if we had questions but never tried to push a sale on us. His communication was professional and excellent. He was also very accommodating with his time when we stayed rather late (on July 4th, no less!) and for when we needed to reschedule some services we purchased at the last minute.Derek, the financial rep, was also very helpful and explained answers thoroughly to any questions we asked (again, late in the evening on July 4th).

I like to support local business. I had the opportunity to wait on Mr. and Mrs. Beck years ago when they used to dine at the restaurant where I worked.. They were generous. kind , down to earth people. So when I decided to look around for a car I went to Beck Toyota. I went on a Sunday to browse the lot, and found a used car that I was interested in. I have read several great reviews regarding Trent Purdue and I totally agree that he is a no pressure salesman that really listens. I wasn't in a hurry to purchase a car but since I had 220,000 miles on my 2007 Corolla I had been looking off and on for about a year. I decided to stop by Beck Toyota because of their great reputation and just wanted to see what they had in stock. I was looking at a variety of cars when Trent came up to me and at the time was looking at the Rav4. I love everything about the RAV4 except that it would be more money than I wanted to spend and I would be losing the great gas mileage that I was used to. I was so impressed with Trent because he did not encourage me to move up to a larger more expensive vehicle. He found out that I really loved the Corolla I've been driving, which was the 2nd Corolla I have had in a row. He told me that he never encourages people to purchase a vehicle larger than what they really need. I couldn't imagine a salesperson encouraging me not to be extravagant. He helped me find the perfect car for me. It was exactly the color I wanted, low mileage, and had the extras I really enjoy. Not to mention it was a certified used car with a 1..9% interest rate. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the process was and Trent was even caring enough after the sale to spend extra time explaining all the new features of the car to me and connected my phone to the Bluetooth system. You can tell he really cares and wants you to leave happy with the entire process and I was. Derek Kemmerlin also made the finance part of the sale easy as well.

We were limited on time and let the salesman know this up front, ( I had to be at work in just a short period of time ). We took a short test drive that included a Q and A session, and when we got back we were ready to finalize the purchase. Let me stop here and note that our first contact was by email, and we found this very helpful for getting the ball rolling. We were able to let the salesman know what we wanted to pay for this vehicle, and so our first sit down was more like the final negotiations, and we came to an agreement very quickly. All in all I found this vehicle purchase to be stress free!

We traveled just over 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Beck's Toyota Scion. Our journey began when I requested more information on a used vehicle via the internet. Steve White contacted me via email (per my request) with information on the vehicle. Steve and I continued to have contact via email, which I appreciated greatly. Stopped in Beck Toyota and looked at the USED car side, I was really just there playing around and kill time (we need another car but didn't think we could afford what we WANTED right now), We found an SUV that has so much more than we thought we wanted, we LOVE our new(to us) Honda Pilot, got it for a price that was well within our budget with a Sales guy that was fantastic! We worked with Trent Purdue and I HIGHLY recommend him! Treat was very kind and professional! The whole process only took us about 2 hours which is RECORD time in our experience! They offered a fantastic warranty( at a small additional cost of corse, it's a used car!) We had not had a positive experience at another Toyota dealership last year when we bought a car. There was a lot of pressure and we ended up buying a used car we were not sure we wanted. With Dave Langston and Adam Griffo at Beck Toyota it was a totally different experience. They had the car we wanted, but we were not on the same page about price vs. trade-in. After some friendly discussion we understood their reasoning and got a small ajustment. We still wanted to think about it overnight and the deal was held until we were able to go home and think it over. That lack of pressure really allowed us to make the decision and be very happy with the experience. I would definitely use Beck Toyota again.

The whole sale process start to finish was quick, honest and fair. Jerry was very knowledgeable, never pushy and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Derik was great as a salesman. He let me take my time to look without pressuring or rushing me. Only downside was how long everything took. Spending 5 hours at a dealership is not ideal but it was partly because they were so busy which indicates they are soing something right! My certified used vehicle was not detailed to my standards but Derik talked with them and they were able to more thoroughly clean it before I took it home.

I had been looking into purchasing a Toyota Tundra 1794 but couldn't find one on a lot to actually take a look at. I already had the financing in place and then found that there was one available at Beck Toyota. When I called, I didn't tell them I was already financed because I didn't want to be 'pressured' into anything. I spoke with a salesman named Trent on the phone and he said there was one right off the truck and he'd get it out for me to look at, so I made my 30 minute drive down to the dealership. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by Trent and he was awesome! He was very knowledgable and as I looked all through the truck he was very patient as I asked questions. I left the lot and thanked him for taking the time to allow me to go through the truck. After thinking more for a few days, I called back and spoke with Trent. I went back to the dealership and Trent handled everything for me. I also wanted to get an add-on dual exhaust system and TRD sway bar. Trent ordered the parts and got them installed in a very timely manner. I also wanted the windows tinted and a tonneau cover. Trent also assisted me in getting those taken care of before picking the truck up. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this dealership and hope to work with Trent again. Although, I have a feeling he's going to continue to move up the ladder due to his attitude. In addition to working with Trent, when I went to the financing department I worked with Derek. I came prepared with questions and he did a great job with his explanations. Again, he was another associate for Beck with an awesome attitude.Overall, I would say my experience at Beck Toyota was outstanding and I will definitely refer others here. There are other dealerships closer to my side of town, however this was worth the drive!

On March 24th Thursday, I decided to do a preview for purchasing a pre-owned 2014 Toyota Corrolla LE, and choose three dealerships (West Side, East Side, and Southside). My first visits took place at the West and East Side Toyota Dealerships, and I was beyond disappointed in their customer service and Sales profesionals, Both dealership Sales Professionals did not take time to listen to what I was looking for, and they were only interested in pushing a sale for a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE. Needless to say, I thought to myself I will not be returning to either dealership. Then as it is said, Three times a Charm, and Save the Best for last is exactly what happened when I arrived to Beck Toyota and meet Ed Freeman Pre-owned Sales Professional. I spoke with Ed on the phone ( as I did with the other dealerships), and he was the only one who sent me an email with a long list of cars that matched my search before I arrived to the dealership. Ed actually heard what I was looking for, and provided Best Customer Service ever!! Not once did Ed try to sell me a 2016 model like the other dealerships! My excellent customer service continued with Steve Rose (Financing Dept) who also provided beyond excellent customer service. I was not planning to purcahse a car that day but I was blessed to be able to purchase a 2015 Toyota Corrlolla LE (Certified, Extended Warranty 100,000 miles, and fabric/paint protection) for an excellent price. Thanks to Ed and Steve, I have become a lifetime customer of Beck Toyota!!! Big Thanks to Ed and Steve for the best customer service, and ease of purchasing my car. Trent Purdue was so kind and supportive. I am a widow and have never bought a car on my own. He was very patient and helpful.....I felt like he really wanted the best deal for me. He was very knowledgeable.

Unsure if I would even qualify for a used/new car, I decided to go to the first company I ever bought a car from first (25+) years ago. Beck Toyota was the best back then and still is. I have had the best experience from them both times and would recommend them in a heartbeat. The staff, especially my sales agent is friendly, warm, and down to earth. I received no pressure to buy only a assurance that they would do everything they could to put me in a vehicle I needed. Dave was the best! I felt so worried about buying a car again and he put me at ease right away. He listened to my story. Most places couldn't care less and wouldn't take the extra time to really get to know you as an individual. But Dave did. I didn't need a test drive. I know toyotas brand although I have never had one before. Dave did his utmost to get me in a car that day. He was so friendly and funny. It was a Saturday. Not many banks are open. But he and the financial officer worked tirelessly for me. I can't thank you enough for all the service and smiles that Beck Toyota has given me. I love my car. I love the service. was a very great experience to buy another toyota from beck !! Steve was great to work with !! I would buy my next Toyota from Steve, very easy to work with and the kinda of sales person you would want to work with !!!!he took extra effort to get smell of smoke out of our car and repair cig burns out of passenger seat !!

I bought many cars over the years and would have to say this time was by far one of the easiest I've ever had. We were greeted upon arrival, went on a test drive, had some initial discussions on the car, made an offer and purchased the car we came to look at. Jesse was very professional, with us throughout the process and made this purchase for us effortless. Derek got us through our payment options and out the door in no time.

We definitely enjoyed our experience at Beck Toyota and with Trent Purdue! He was very professional, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. He was able to handle about 90% of our transaction long-distance over the phone, so that on the day we arrived to pick up the car, we were out of there in about 30 minutes!
