I cant even consider BBC Motorsports a car dealership, because it was different from any that Ive ever walked into. Not only did I get the best deal on my 2014 Grand Cherokee 4X4 Laredo that I could find anywhere in the state of Texas, but the whole process was relaxed and enjoyable. HIGHLY recommend. Will be back to buy our next vehicle here.What I read elsewhere was true - it feels like a showroom where you can drop by to look at vehicles, ask questions, and if you are interested in buying something - then awesome! If not, thanks for dropping by. The owner, Jason, made my fiance and I feel comfortable from the get-go. I had already looked at a lot of Jeeps, and knew what I was looking for. This Jeep was just about perfect (even though he had several more that were similar), but he didnt push me to make a decision on the spot. He offered an overnight test-drive, and said to just give him a shout if I needed anything or had any questions. There was never pressure to buy, but constant help in confirming that this was indeed the car for me. They wanted to make sure the purchase, including the financing deal, etc., worked well for me. If it didnt, then they were happy shaking hands and hoping to help next time.When I finally made the decision to buy, a quick form online, and my credit was run and I had options in front of me in 30 minutes. I drove back up to BBC and was in and out in another half hour with everything signed, a great extended warranty in place, and with my money exactly where I needed it to be. Even the finance guy was friendly and easy going! Dont go anywhere and get hassled and pushed onto a car or deal youre not happy with. Just drop by BBC, ask for Jason or anyone else, and relax.

We had a fantastic experience with BBC Motorsports. The entire process from first visit to driving off with the car was easy and comfortable. Jason and Mitch were extremely helpful and answered any questions about the car we had as well as taking time to answer general questions about other cars. They were very laid back and put no pressure on us to buy anything. They stayed late so that we could test drive the vehicle one night after work. They had the car ready for us to drive when we arrived. The next day when we went back to sign the paperwork, they had everything ready and we were in and out in less than a half hour. Would definitely buy another car from them and highly recommend them to anyone.

Jason and Mitch were both great to work with and so helpful - I highly recommend BBC Motorsports for anyone looking for a used car - very pleasant experience from the minute I walked in until driving off the lot in my "new" car! Very laid back atmosphere. Mitch spent over an hour with me after the sale helping me set up Bluetooth, navigation, etc.

Neal was efficient and above reproach from beginning to end. To say this purchase was the easiest/quickest would be an under statement. In less then 20 minutes we were in our new ride and sold a car to BBC. When I need another car, I will certainly buy from them.....mind you, we drove over 250 miles each way to effectuate this deal. Why would anyone go to another dealer and be forced to sit for hours ???My deal was done before I walked in the door and Neal told me I could be in an out in 20 minutes.....Cannot state anything negative about BBC.

No Stress Car Shopping

I am still pinching myself. I can't believe how easy this transaction was. BBC Motorsports is a dream come true. No stress car buying. I called the number listed in the online ad and spoke to Miles, I told him what I was looking for he pointed me towards the web site so I could look at pictures and details right away. He quoted me an estimate on my car over the phone. Of course, it was just an estimate as he would need to see the condition of the car. I went in and was escorted to the car so I could take it on a test drive. They let me take the car out on my own. I am the kind of buyer who knows exactly what I want and don't appreciate a salesman talking in my ear not stop, so the hands off approach was perfect for me. I ran the car through all the tests I needed and went back and finished the deal. Are you kidding me? Could this be that easy? The price for my trade was more than fair and the purchase was exactly what I expected. Great job BBC Motorsports. We will be returning to purchase more cars as we need them. You can't go wrong with these guys.

"New" Explorer

Just picked up a 2003 Explorer, great deal on a nice older car - happy with the way it drives and handles, couldn't be happier, and the whole experience was low key, non-presure. Would buy my next car from these guys, and probably will.

Easiest Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!!

I already had my financing in place, was just looking for the perfect car. I found it on the website last night, I called Jason at BBC Motorsports this morning at 10:30am. He pulled the car out and had it waiting on me to test drive. While I was test driving the mustang he had my eclipse appraised for trade-in. We negotiated for about 3 minutes and the deal was done. I drove to Fort Worth and signed the papers at my credit union and was picking up my mustang by 2pm. The selection of cars they have completely blew my mind. If you are looking for a used car don't look any further than these guys, they are AWESOME!!! We will be buying another vehicle from them in about 6 months.

Who would ever think buying a car would be an enjoyable experience? 2 vehicles purchased in the past year from BBC and 2 raving fans -- my husband and I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Attempted to contact dealer through the website by email. Sent at least two requests for additional info about a vehicle I saw. Received no response so quit trying. Not sure if problem in link with cars.com or what. Was surprised that was asked for experience review.

I just bought my 2nd car here. They are the nicest and most easy to deal with people in the world! They didn't care about my toddler running all over and they didn't jump all over me when I got there. I will never buy from anywhere else. They truly make you feel like family.

Even though I did not make a purchase (someone else was already looking at the car first). I want everyone to know what great customer service this business has. The cars are kept inside and look perfect. They are not your ordinary car dealership/business. I will be recommending everyone I know to your business, and will keep an eye out for the cars that come through for when it is time to get another car.

I recently bought a 2012 Camry from BBC. The staff is very professional and made me feel at ease through the whole process. I wouldn't normally drive 400 miles to Dallas to buy a car, but my daughter had found the exact one she wanted, a Jeep Commander, at BBC. They had it priced about $2000 under NADA retail. We made the trip and bought the car. Trey treated us very professionally. As promised, the title arrived shortly after my check cleared the bank. Unfortunately, the title disappeared a few days later. Trey and the office staff were very friendly about helping me replace the title. At the MVD, I realized I also needed a bill of sale, which also had disappeared. They were very friendly, and fast, about faxing the bill of sale to the MVD.I can't say that there was anything they could have done better!Thanks Trey, and all the staff at BBC Motorsports.

I have purchased many vehicles from used car dealers for my company before and I thought these guys were the BEST so far!! I had been searching for a vehicle for about two months, saw their posting on this website and called them up because it was exactly what i was looking for. Originally someone else was test driving the vehicle and they said they would have to call me back if he didn't want it. I got a call back in about an hour saying it was available, I told them I would take it, they sent me an invoice about 5 minutes later and I put a deposit down online. It took me about a week to get a flight arranged and they had no problem holding it for me until then. No pressure about needing to get it off their lot ASAP. True "Southern Gentlemen", which we don't see too much in California. BBC offers GREAT Prices and made the experience easy and no headaches with buying a vehicle from them. They are in Texas and I was from California, flew into Dallas, and about 20 minutes later I was in their office. Looked at the van and it was exactly as their ad said it would be, 15 minutes later we were all done and I was on my way driving back to California. All the staff was friendly and showed me around their huge facility. I am going to actually look at buying a personal car from them now also. WELL WORTH THE TRIP!!! THANKS STEVE!!!

Bad service, Car in poor condtion

Bought a jeep from these guys. The jeep was 3 days late no call nothing. The jeep had a misfire. Had to take it to the shop first day I got it. I have bought several cars online. I will not be doing business with these guys again.

We bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla from BBC Motorsport and we are definitely very happy with the purchase. The process was smooth, the car drives great and the price is very decent. However, it was not cleaned thoroughly when we picked it up, through we requested the salesman to clean the car before hand. Overall a good purchase and we will come back.

I am supremely satisfied with my buying experience at BBC motorsports! I purchased a Mazda CX7 from them a week and half ago. When I showed up the battery was completely dead due to the cold weather conditions so they immediately ran out and purchased a new one for me to test drive the vehicle with. The car is 5 years old with low mileage but runs like it was not a day old. All of the vehicles they had were kept inside a warehouse facility which was clean and every car was detailed perfectly. The best part was that they are extremely selective about the cars they purchase, so I felt really comfortable about the SUV I bought from them. They don't have salesman with quotas to fill so when you read the other reviews and see that it is a very laid-back, no-pressure experience, they are 100% correct. I could not be happier with the shopping experience I got there and will recommend them to anyone I know who wants a good quality car.

Had been looking at these cars for over a year and finally was ready to purchase. I was astonished at the no pressure environment I found at BBC. (This is coming from a guy that despises car dealerships.) BBC presented a quality product at a reasonable price. I'm very particular about vehicles and every car that I saw at their location looked to be in excellent to new condition. If you are search of a quality vehicle and would enjoy a low pressure, no hassle experience, then I would highly recommend BBC.

Great Customer Service

We contacted Jason about a BMW he had, but when we arrived several days later, it had been sold. We came 200 miles out of town to find a car. Even though none of the other cars in his stock meet our needs, he spent time helping us locate BMW's at other dealers in Dallas area. I wish we could have bought from BBC, as they are great people. Great selection of quality cars,great prices, and friendly service. Hope to do business with Jason in the future. Thanks!!! We did eventually go home with a BMW that day.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. I dont have good credit and these guys worked hand and foot to get me approved through a major bank. I would highly recommend this to anyone they will make a reasonable dream a reality. This is by far my most favorite car to own.

Couldn't be more pleased

I had spent several weeks shopping around for a newer model used car. I had gone to several dealerships and felt that all of them were only out to make a sell, and not really interested in what I needed. A friend recommended that I try BBC, so I went over the next day. After explaining what I wanted, I was shown several cars that fit just what I wanted, and could afford.I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corrola and I have been very pleased. I was so impressed by everyone I met. BBC has a great selection of cars, and if you are looking for a car they don't have, they will try to find it for you. I know without a doubt that if I purchase another car, it will be from them.

3 cars and going strong

Today I purchased my 3rd vehicle from BBC Motorsports in Dallas, Texas and will buy a 4th and a 5th when the time comes. I have scoured the DFW metroplex in search of people who were down to earth, and honest when it came to the vehicles they were selling. Buying a car is a big investment for anyone and I truly believe you must check these guys out! Almost 4 years, and 3 vehicles later, and I couldn't be happier. Jason and Miles are good guys and want to truly make people happy with the vehicles they buy(while of course making a small profit)I had such good luck with BBC that I referred my mother and she bought a car as well. Patti is exceptionally nice and can almost finance anyone, and Deuce will make sure your time there is comfortable! CAR ALSO NEEDED A $1200 REPAIR TO THE TRANSMISSION THE DAY I RECEIVED IT FROM TX TO NC. THE OWNER SAID HE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME AND I WAS THE KIND OF CUSTOMER HE WISHED THEY NEVER HAD.
