Was charged $250 for diagnostics, they diagnosed a heater blowing warm air on drivers and cold on passenger side as a bad radiator cap and then was going to charge $135 more for another diagnostic. Was told it took 2 1/2 hours to do this diagnostic. After complaining was told they would not charge $22 for a radiator cap but was then charged for that anyways. When I asked if I would get a survey about this visit Cheryl replied "maybe"Very unprofessional and disappointed because I purchased the car there and had it serviced there for many years. Will not return again.

I knew I would go to Baxter to get something newer after I had totaled my previous car of 9 years, I've known alot of people that have worked there over the years and knew that I could get in with someone I could trust! I'm pretty stubborn in knowing what I want in a package especially when picking a vehicle! I got online on Monday night and was able to pick from the selections available and narrow down my possibilities. I sent them emails on my top 2 choices and recieved a call from Mario the following morning! I was very impressed at the timing and effort that he had put in with me that day. After being in customer service for over 19 years myself, I was expecting nothing but excellence and that's exactly what I received! Thank you Mario & Baxter!!

Salesperson Mike Adler was phenomenal to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for at a fair price. Listen, I know that I bought an "as is" used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn with 127k. So it has had some wear on it. But when I'm paying 18k for my first big buy, I'm hoping the vehicle will be repaired where it needs it. The shocks and struts are worn to where I need to repair soon, things could be worse with my suspension but have no idea what I'm looking for honestly. The biggest issue I have is the AC isn't blowing cold air and the back vent isn't working. When my kids rode with me the other day. They were soaked from sweat. So I called the dealership to bring it, so I did and all they could tell me was it was fine and I had no issues with the AC. I try it again that next day and low and behold it's still blowing mediocre temperature air when it's 60 degrees outside, disappointed all around

First off bought the truck and they left the tank on E and would not put any gas in it and I've never had a dealer do that. Second off we got home to find out the air didn't work and tried contacting the person we bought it from to find out he was no longer there a few days later. Was told it was something we did over the phone when you buy as is they won't fix it but they will take a look to see if it's the freon. Took it in for the appointment to be told I didn't have one scheduled. Finally got it in to be looked at to say nothing at all was wrong w it when the air didn't get cold at all. Took it to a real mechanic and he instantly knew something was wrong since none of the pipes were getting cold. After a hour he fixed it and it's working now. Not only does the dealership stink the auto shop there is just as bad. I've bought a lot of cars and I've never had such a bad experience.

I stopped in to look at a 2001 dodge ram. I liked the truck. I offered NADA book value. They countered with a price of $2000 over book value. Also tryed to stick it to me on my trade. They didn't want to give me book value for that either. (Which is in very good condition). I would be fine with paying more then book value if it was in excellent condition. But this truck had roughly $1800 to $2200 worth of repairs to be made. I have bought 4 vehicles in the past 6 years from Baxter. They would not budge on the price and looked at me like I was from a different planet when I offered a very fair price. Their guys had not even looked into the truck yet and I was willing to buy as is.Guess I thought they would take care of a repeat customer. If you want to feel like someone broke it off in your butt then go to baxter. I however will NEVER GO BACK!!

I am a repeat customer who has bought 4 vehicles in the past 6 years from Baxter. Stopped in to buy a 2001 Dodge ram. I offered to pay NADA book value and would not accept my offer. They wanted me to pay $2000 over what it books for and the truck had at least $2000 worth of repairs to be made. I guess NADA doesn't mean any thing to them. If you want to get it broke off in your rear then this is the place for you.

Mr. M Overstreet was contacted by myself several months before the final purchase of THIS car (Chevy Impala 2014.) As picky as I was (am), he handled it with Grace! He was patient, understanding and honest! I was set for a specific price range, exterior color, as well as the interior. This was a difficult find, and one day he convinced me to come out and "Just Look" he says. Somewhat different; exterior not the same but the interior was OFF THE CHAIN!! Had my sons jeep towed to Baxter jeep as it was misfiring and could hardly idle. Asked them to find problem and fix it. They responded with bad injector and intake leak. Also wanted to fix water pump differential fluids wiper blades and so on. Felt like they were just trying to drive up the cost. I called them back told them it has been running poorly for a while and that I would like the catalytic converter cheeked out. I guess they don't know how paid $1400 dollars to fix injector, water pump and intake gasket . Was told it was test drove and it was good to go. Son got it called me said it was running better but still had no power like 65 was top speed. told him to drive it home to Kansas city as I know good mechanics in my area. It made 100 miles then we had to go get it. My mechanic found Catalytic converter clogged, burnt exhaust valves drivers side and cracked exhaust manifold drivers side. Also said couldn't tell if injector was changed thought they just put new O-rings on old one. Would recommend taking your jeep to some place that wants your business back. Because my old mechanic new what was wrong as soon as we started it without all the fancy equipment. Ps he also shows you the old parts.

I set a appt online to get some service work and recall done my service advisor was Andy Staehr I called earlier to verify what kind of oil they would use and verify they knew my 13 dodge ram diesel had to fuel filters has other reviews I have read for other dealers and service center did not know this the person I spoke knew exactly what I was talking about and had them in stock and knew what oil was needed I dropped the truck off at 7 am due to work I met Andy explained what was all needed and about this whining noise I heard for a month now Andy took note about 3 pm Andy called to explained he was not sure at this time what it was as there is no leaks Andy did find where the noise was coming from but could not fix it as it just started a month ago the power steering was strong still no leaks in lines and no damage that could be seen Andy explained he could start replacing parts to see but would not know what it would till further tear down Andy was very honest about this and I was happy with the service that I got even know they couldn't fix the noise I at least no where its coming from and to watch further about it Andy did not even charge to look at this the did replace trans fuel oil filters and fluid everything is working great and happy with them as I work all over on the us and live in Texas and have been in NE for a year now working I do not trust dealers but this one I would go back and have them work on my vehicle again great job

My husband and I had been looking for a good gently used car for over a year. We had test drove a few from Baxter as well as other dealerships arounds town. We are not quick to make decision like this and they were very patient with us. They are ready and willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Even if that entails them bringing to Lincoln a car that is out of town. My husband found the exact car he wanted. Haggling is never fun but they were polite through the whole process. Our vehicle had a few issue right off the bat and they did everything they could to help us get it fixed right away. So very helpful. Bought my first ever new car from them 18 years ago (when they were on west O street) and will keep coming back. They truly work as a team !

Andy was great in keeping me informed with the progress of the repairs. He went above and beyond in not only finding what was wrong with my rear end, He found other leaks in the transmission cooling and air-conditioning compressor. The trucks is much more quite now without the grinding noise the differential was making. All this was covered under extended warranty I had purchased with the truck. These repairs where costly and I would have to defer the unnecessary repairs. Way to Go Andy...Way to Go. You deserve a raise. Very Satisfied Customer Wayne

What started out as a challenging issue regarding the alignment of my used vehicle purchase was resolved after several conversations with the General Manager, Jon Tucker. Jon listened to my concerns to understand the situation, ultimately bringing the issue to a satisfactory resolution. He said and did all the right things that you would expect from a dealership that works hard to deliver high customer satisfaction. Buying a new/used vehicle can be challenging enough, but when there is a vehicle issue on top of the purchase, that can be frustrating. The fact that Jon worked to address the issue after the purchase and made things right -- says a lot for the integrity of the management. Both in my dealings with sales consultant, Tylor Torres, and Finance Director, Doug Guthard, I felt confident that I was getting a good deal on my new vehicle purchase. I drove 3 hours one way to trade in a pickup truck for a Jeep Wrangler. I talked to the employee several times for several weeks and set up a time and date to meet before hand. He had me approved and supposedly had all the paperwork drawn up. I called him 4 or 5 more times that week reminding him that I would there still.I ended up taking a day off of work to drive up there just to get told that they took the jeep to auction.How hard would it have been to make a quick phone call explaining this. It turns out, the employee I was working with also had the day off that same day yet this was never mentioned. So if you enjoy wasting 8 hours of your hard earned vacation and $150 in fuel,then this is the right place for you.

I am a foreigner from China, at the first time I went to performance to fix some noise problem, probably because they didn't understand me well, my English is limited, so they didn't fix all the problems, but the second time I went there they trade me very nice, ask me want a coffee and talk to me very patiently, they give me a rental, and call me to let me know how much work they have done. I know a lot of my friends bought car from performance, and they said they are very nice, doing good, technology good, that's the reason I give them a five star:)

Worst Purchasing Experience EVER!!

We were looking for a red, 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland spoke with a dealer, he did not have one, but located one and said he would have it in Lincoln for us to look at without any obligation. Upon arriving, we were greeted by our salesman and asked if it would be ok for another salesman to take us on our test drive, as he needed to finish up with another customer. From this point on, we felt like a Ping-Pong ball, bounced between the two salesmen. Agreed on a price with the original salesman and we would return in a few days to complete the sale. On Saturday, Jan. 3, we contacted our salesman asking if the Jeep was ready to go; he assured me twice that it was. Upon arriving, we once again were directed to the second salesman, our Jeep was in the delivery bay, still dripping wet and not clean to my expectations; dirt /grime on both rocker panels, & had some smudges/ scratches that needed to be buffed out on the hatch. From here we went to the finance office we are offered extended warranty. My comment was that I should have negotiated it with the purchase price; we were then told the dealership does not set these prices so they are non-negotiable. We declined. Talked a bit more and then we were offered the same warranty for $1000 less. Hmmm is this negotiable or not?! We signed our purchase agreement and handed them our check. Now the second salesman (not our original salesman) informs us that there is no second key; it was still in Kansas City with the original dealership. We asked if they could cut a second key, as we are 2 hours from home. Another 20 minutes have passed & we are told it cannot be done as they needed an authorization code from the original dealership and wanted to set up an appointment for another day. We were NOT making a special trip for a key when we were assured ALL was ready! At this point, if we could have, we would have ripped up our check, as well as the contract, and left. We were told that the original salesman would come back to talk to us while the second one went to fetch our Jeep. Our original salesman NEVER returned to talk with us, apologize, or thank us for our business. We were hoping to quickly sign some papers, hand them a check and be on our way home before a predicted snowstorm hit. Unfortunately, more than 2 hours have passed since walking through the door for a Jeep that we were assured, was ready to go. We since have contacted a closer dealership to program our second key NO mention of any authorization code was made, just that it would take 20 minutes and $30, since it was not warranty work and they were not the selling dealership. I cannot drive back to Lincoln for $30. Now just as you are thinking this cannot get any worse, we wrote & sent certified, a letter to the General Manager explaining our experience and expressed our disappointment. This letter was received by the dealership on January 7th. It is now the end of March & we have received NO RESPONSE!! Buyers beware - the 'best' deal might not be such a deal!!

Mario did a great job. He showed me the vehicles I had wanted to see and didn't make me look at any others like some places do. He was polite and did a great job answering all of my questions. The haggling process was not very attractive to me, but I guess you get that at most dealers. In the end we came to a price that was fair to both of us and I was satisfied. He helped me clean out my other vehicles and even gave a follow up call to make sure I was happy and understood the bells and whistles on my new SUV. To make a long story short that started 3 years ago, I was looking to purchase a vehicle for myself and could never find just the right one. Well my son (will be 17 in 3 months) started looking 13 months ago for a car. Being a teenager he wanted a sporty car and I just couldn't afford what he wanted. Then over the summer we met Austin. Austin had it brought up when my mechanic was free and it cleared with him. Actually he stated it was almost flawless. The car being in such good condition I was afraid I couldn't afford what they were asking. With luck being on our side I made 1 offer & it was accepted. That easy. Sid Hackwith contacted me about my interest in a certified vehicle and was very informative and professional on the phone. I had a question he could not answer but did some digging and got back to me right away. We went to Lincoln to look at the vehicle and were greeted and treated in a warm (not over the top) manner. I have been talking to a sales rep all week about a jeep on there lot. They had me pre approved to trade my truck in. I took a day off of work to drive up to Lincoln, about 2 and a half hours away. When I get there the sales rep that I just talked to the day before to confirm the appointment and possible trade wasn't even there. I even called him on his personal cell to remind him the night before. Then they tell me they took the vehicle to auction. I can understand someone coming in and you selling it to them. But you guys take it to auction without even calling me to let me know not to waste my time and money. I wasted 5 hours of my day and 150$ in fuel. I will NEVER do business with them or any of there affiliates in the future.

I purchased a Certified used Jeep Patriot in May of 2013. Had problems with it in less than a week. Had multiple issues getting vehicle taken care of at Performance so I took it to another Jeep dealer to get it fixed. Now the vehicle is making a noise that sounds like a pulley or baring is going out. I called Performance to check on warranty and was told it had expired, was transferred to someone to help, who needed to transfer me again to someone else and was then hung up on in transfer. Again only have had the vehicle for 16 months and the Certified warranty has expired due to age of vehicle not mileage as it has less than 60,000 on it. Because it was 2008 the certified warranty only lasted until November of 2013. Now I know why they sold this one as certified as they knew they would not have to cover it for long. Not only will I not purchase from Performance again but Chrysler beware, because of vehicle issues and lack of service by YOUR dealer I may never buy a Jeep or Chrysler product again.

Handshakes and verbal agreements are worthless here. Just because you have an agreement with the salesman, you must realize he is just a pawn in the game and he will tell you anything he is told to tell you to make the sale.If you are the type that believes what you are being told and are the type that just signs paperwork as it is handed to you, beware. After my experience I can promise you, if it is not documented, it is hearsay. That is what the manager told me personally. I was called a liar because I had a verbal agreement with the salesman and a handshake to seal the deal. When I was signing paper I was told there was no paperwork to back up what had taken place with the salesman and I was out of luck. I walked out and never complete the deal. I was in contact with the general manager the next day and he said the salesman had verified my side of the story and I could come back out and complete the deal.I declined and will never deal with a dealership that calls me a liar before verifying the facts first.If you are still going to deal with these crooks, do your self a favor.1. Make sure everything is documented.2. Get everything documented, no matter how much you feel you trust them.3. Read everything and get answers before you sign anything.Once you sign the paperwork, you are stuck. You can't take it back, you can't get something that is not written down. Once these people get the keys to your trade, you will be there all night. Manager stands in the door way of finance office and you get bantered from both sides as to keep you in the room till you buy something. When you ask for your keys back someone will go to get them and someone else comes in to convince you to buy something. After paperwork is done and you leave you get called back for paperwork resign and the amount of loan has magically gone up, and I had to put more money on my credit card just to get to leave the second time. Took so long to get my trade in paid off I was getting calls at work from previous finance company wanting to know if and when I was going to make payment on vehicle I had traded in over a month ago. I was told 5 times by 5 different people that the money had been sent to the finance company over a span of 3 weeks. Called Dodge customer service 4 times, they called Jon Tucker 4 times and I was promised the refund of my credit card charges in full. I did get part of it back, it was not a full refund. Dodge customer service kept calling me back to see if things were getting taken care off and after 2 months and numerous calls and more promises Customer service finally got things taken care of. If you want an ongoing endless nightmare, this is the place to go. I did like the truck but after the horrid experience I received from this dealership and the worries I had about having to deal with them for service in the future I dumped the truck at the first opportunity I got and I will never consider another Dodge again till they start controlling their dealership better.

In 2012 we leased a Jeep from a local dealer. We spent hours dealing with dishonest salesman and a dishonest finance officer. The numbers changed from the sales office agreement to the finance office ,we even were called a week later by the finance officer wanting to change them again. We were mislead all afternoon. What a difference 200 miles makes! We found our 2014 Jeep online at Performance and worked the deal out very easily working with Seth over the phone and through emails, at times it felt like he was waiting for my email so he could respond to my questions. The finance officer, I think his name was Josh, called and verified everything exactly to what Seth and I agreed on. He went over all the numbers and fees with me and didn't try to hide anything. I really believe a Company is only as good as its employees and these guys are about as good as they come. Oh did I mention they delivered my Jeep all nice and clean Thanks we will be back!

We found the car on-line, and liked it enough to go look at it. The dealer was about an hours drive from us . After driving it, we really liked it, and wanted to buy it. They didn't want to give us much for our trade, and weren't wiling to give us the price we were looking for. They also pressured us to put more money down. We left without the car. We decided we really liked the car, so decided to put more money down to get it to the monthly payment we wanted. We again had to drive an hour to the dealer. We had worked out everything over the phone, so were hoping we could just sign the paperwork and leave. We were still there 2 hours. The finance guy claimed he didn't know we were there, and he wasn't given our names, so he was walking around with our driver's licenses, trying to find us by using our pictures. We had asked them to do a few things to the car since it was a used vehicle. They didn't complete all the detailing we asked them to do. And then when we left, they only gave us a quarter of a tank of gas. We really love the car, just wish it had been at a different dealer.

I expected the typical high pressure sales approach, was pleasantly surprised by our salesman Jake. Was very low key, easy to work with, and answered my questions via phone and email at all hours of the day. Sometimes dealers won't take web requests very seriously, but Jake worked hard to earn my business, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Only negative was that it did seem to take a several hours to finish the deal, felt like maybe they were dragging things out a little bit. Regardless, ours was still a great experience .

After visiting several other dealerships, I stopped in at Performance and there I met Jake Hamilton a sales consultant. Jake really listened to my needs. He didn't pressure me into test driving vehicles that he and I both new were not a good fit for me. When we found a Dodge Caliber I new it was going to be my next car. I test drove it and fell in love with it. But I noticed it had squeaky brakes. Jake went to work with the service department and got the brakes fixed. Rick in the service department was very professional and got the brake issue taken care of for me at no cost to me. I couldn't find a Wrangler with the options in town, so a quick search found exactly what I wanted in Lincoln...my wife was amazed I couldn't find what I was looking for in KC and thought I was a crazy driving up to Lincoln...and that's putting it mildly.Performance accepted my offer and was quite a bit cheaper than what I was getting here in town....that's with my company getting friends and family at many Jeep dealers locally. The communication, service and price are top notch. I bought my truck and when i arrived home i discovered the cd player did not work. I called them and they replaced it and are working with me on getting a local dealership to unlock the replacement. This has been my best dealership experience and i drove two and a half hours just to get it. The dealerships around me need to take some lessons from Performance.

We were traveling through the area from WI on our way to CO when our car broke down. After blindly calling several repair shops hoping to get in on a Saturday we found Performance Dodge. The excellent customer service started with holding the door open for my mother and daughter so they could immediately come in from the snow. They were shown a comfortable seating area and offered hot chocolate and tea. The staff worked our car in for a diagnostic even though they were booked to capacity for the day. When repairs couldn't be made that day they helped us find a hotel to stay at and provided shuttle service, never once rushing us as we figured out what we needed to take from our vehicle. We were told our van would be ready 10am Monday and were pleasantly surprised when we received a call just before 9 letting us know it was done. Again the shuttle service came to pick us up to come pick up the van. Pleasantly surprised once again...total cost was UNDER the estimate they provided. The overall service was fabulous, but Rochelle, Zach and Andrew definitely deserve special recognition for their kindness and professionalism. Most amazing part of our experience was all this was done knowing they would not be getting repeat business as we were "just traveling through" Thanks again for making our unexpected visit to Lincoln, NE so nice!

My husband and I were looking for a good used truck, not really new and not a lot of miles. We found one on their internet sight, but when my husband went to test-drive it, it had been sold. Jay asked for my husband's cell phone number so he could call him if a really good "deal" came in. In less than a week, he called to let us know that a 1997 Dodge extended cab had just come in and would we be interested. This experience was a first for me - the first time I bought a brand new car and the first time I bought a car without my Dad. I was prepared for the worst experience but left Peformance feeling confident and at ease. Seth Berry was my sales rep and he was outstanding. He didn't pressure me into making a decision on the spot and gave me plenty of space and the time I needed to make the second biggest purchase in my life. Our experience with Performance has been positive despite some mechanical issues with our Jeep. We bought a used 2007 Grand Cherokee and had a transmission issue crop up 1,000 miles in. While there was no question their used car warranty would cover the issue they were as helpful as I needed them to be. Rick in the service department gave us a loaner car to keep for a week and a tank of gas after they fixed the Jeep to make up for the inconvenience. We plan to buy again from Performance.

We were en route from our home in CO to WI on Sunday, 8/7/11, due to a family medical emergency (95 year old parent had stroke). We were driving our RV built on a Dodge Sprinter platform (Mercedes-Benz turbodiesel) when we developed mechanical problems on I-80 just west of Lincoln. Vehicle would not go over about 65mph and could not maintain speed going uphill. Limped into Lincoln and at 7AM the next morning telephoned Performance, explained the circumstances and asked if they could help us. Was told to come right over and talk to service adviser Andrew Fujan. Arrived at Performance about 7:30AM and found Andrew. He assured us that, although all of their Sprinter techs were busy, they would work us in ASAP. I also expressed concern about the food in the RV refrigerator and Andrew assured me they would take care of it. The RV was in a service bay by 8AM. Problem turned out to be a cracked turbo resonator, which was not easy to diagnose and required a step-by-step analysis to detect. Our thanks to technician 464 who was ingenuous enough to put smoke into the intake system to figure out why it wouldn't hold pressure. Andrew was very good about giving us progress reports. The necessary part was in fortunately in stock. We had an extended warranty, Andrew got approval for coverage, and we were back on the road at no charge (other than an air filter that we decided to replace) well before noon. And everything in the refrigerator was still nice and cold. Also, very nice service waiting area, good coffee, and clean restrooms. We were really impressed with Performance!

I will never return to this dealership for a vehicle purchase again. I did work with Mario Overstreet who is a very nice gentlmen but was never willing to share any pricing with me until I actually came into the dealership. I live several miles from the dealership and did not have time to just drive up to be put in a cubicle to sit and wait for some sales manager to make up thier mind on how much they wanted to over charge me. When we did arrive at the dealership to test drive a vehicle there was no urgency to take care of my wife and I. Mario was courtesy and did offer to bring a vehicle into the service bay for us to look and then offered a test drive. We sat down at 7 PM to get pricing on a 2011 Jeep Cherokee and did not receive any information until 7:45 PM. No real explanation was given to us for the delay and when the numbers were given to us they were not very competitive. During our enjoyable 45 minute wait two other salesmen sat down in a cubicle next to us and began to belch. Needless to say I will never return to this dealership.

Purchased a new JEEP Wrangler Feb 2010. The zipper track on the back panel of the soft top recently (Mar 2011) separated from the fabric. Went to the service dept. and expected to get the run-around that the top wasn't a warranty item or that 'wear and tear' wasn't part of the warranty, etc. At best I hoped they would cover the repair. Four days later, I had a new top installed under warranty - no hassle or BS. From an engineering standpoint (and I'm one) I have to question why a broken zipper would require a top replacement - but I'm not complaining. Have a 2007 JEEP Commander that's been great too. Had a broken tail light lens on it (my fault and not cheap) and they replaced it free after I bought the Wrangler. Want to buy a JEEP, see Mario O. in sales. Need service - see Pete C. Both have been there a while and know their business (as opposed to sales and service reps at other dealerships who were working at Subway the week before). In fact, the Dodge/JEEP guys even went to bat for us with another dealership on our 2009 Toyota Camry that's been nothing but trouble...another review for another day.

I stopped in to look at used trucks when I didn't find anything I was interested in Troy showed me some new trucks. I told him I didn't think I could afford a new one and I would keep looking and if anything came in let me know. Troy was not pushey or did he make me feel like I was wasting his time as some other dealers I have dealt with in the past. A few days later he called me and said they had some good rebates and incentives on the new ones and ask if I would like to come in for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealer he showed me several different trucks and explained some different options we test drove a few and I was very happy with the truck, my wife stopped by after she got off work drove the truck and was very impressed with the way it drove and handled. We left with a new Dodge Ram and are very happy with it. Natalie set us up with a few add ons and a protection plan and was also very pleasant to work with. When dropping off the truck to install add ons, undercoating, etc. they are freindly and have a loaner vehicle waiting for us. The reason I put good on overall experince and price is I would have liked to have got more for my trade but I was still pleased. (I think it's the syndrome of good is good but more is better). I will NEVER do business with them EVER, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My fiance and I went there in Feb. to look for a vehicle, naturally I needed to sleep on it before making a decision. We were called at least three times in 4 hours the next day. To make a long story short we ended up purchasing a vehicle and then bringing it back because we were not satisfied. They have a so called "Performance Promise" which is actually not in writing so it's not a guarantee. After hours of arguing with them (Jerry was very rude) we were able to return the vehicle and get our vehicle back, which they were illegally going to pay off. I had a co-signer on my original vehicle and they had no intentions of contacting them. They said the deal was cancelled, but the following week I received a letter from my banking letting me know my car was paid off. So then there was another battle to get the title. Definitely not worth it.

My wife and I were looking for a car for quite some time, and just could not find the right fit for us. We knew what we wanted but there was always something. We live in Kansas City and I am in the military so we looked through USAA, the local dealers big and small, all over Kansas City. We went to Nebraska to visit family and on the off chance we passed by dealerships in Omaha, Bellevue and Lincoln. We went to Husker Auto Group (Terrible, the salesmen were just like you see in the movies, cliché, and tacky.) Bigler acted like they were bothered by us, but as we drove through Performance Dodge we saw a few vehicles we liked. Neil initially helped us but was called away to another customer request. He was very helpful for the short time he was with us, but he did not click with us. Still a nice guy, but Troy picked up where he left off and just talked to us and did not try to sell the next vehicle we were in, he listened. We couldnt find anything in the lot but he said Performance had another lot and if we found something there to call him. 10 min later we saw something called him, 15 min later he had it prepped and ready to view and then the process we all enjoy started. Except with him it was different. He said a price we gave him our bottom line and he got close right away, no fussing and dealing, he let us know his bottom line and although we were still off our mark he gave us the vehicle overnight and stayed late to make sure we were set and then came in at 0730 the day after next after we called him and let him know what it would take to but and he came in to prepare paperwork and answer all the questions we called to ask him at night, late, at his home. Talk about dedication. Not once were we a nuisance or did he make it seem like it was out of hand. Great salesman, would buy the next few cars from him if it comes to it. And by the way, a reminder to him and all the other Dodge dealers, FIND OUT WHY DODGE DOES NOT MAKE AN FULL SIZED SUV ON THE RAM CHASSIS. Only negative note, service department needs to retool and think about 1 hour lunches where mechanics do not work on your vehicle. Tip, stagger lunches and be available during the hours most customers have their lunch to drop off or pick up vehicles. Customer service is key, is not most of your repeat business through service dept? I am pleased with the work done but reconsider staffing issues. Shawn the sales manager was great. Finance Guy was great, and did not catch the name of the female who spoke with us about options but she was great as well. Thanks to the Performance staff again. Great job Troy.

My 07 Dodge Magnum developed a seal leak in the differential. The first time I was short of time so they replaced the seal. When it happened again 7 months later I had no pressing engagements so the service tech called me to ask if he could keep the car for 3-4 days because they had to replace some parts of the differential that were causing pressure and they had also found overheated bearings and a bad wear pattern, so he had to order an entire differential. I was offered another car, or rides home and back if I needed them. During this entire time I felt as though I was the most important person they were dealing with. They assured me that the repairs were covered by warranty before they started the job.Their keeping me informed of the repair progress was something I had never experienced. It made me glad that I had chosen Performance Dodge of Lincoln as both my sales, and service techs.I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car, and subsequent repairs.

James and his technician, Jeremy Jourdan, spent over an hour with me researching the issue and possible solutions. And even though I had involved Jeep's Customer Service on a national level, James and Jeremy both assured me that if I desired, they would see to it that my transmission issue was fixed in a timely manner and would be happy to deal with District Managers in their area. I chose to continue pursuing resolution with my current dealer only because I felt it was their duty to take care of it. I went to Performance Dodge for an oil change. I also asked if they would put on wiper blades that I had bought earlier, but because of cold weather had not gotten them on. I also told them my window washer was plugged. They did everything for the cost of the oil changed and then the young man servicing my truck informed me my transmition fluid line was leaking. The service manager for the oil changed area showed me that the repair of the transmition line would be covered by my warranty and she personally guided me to the service consultant Andrew Fujan. Andrew very professionally scheduled my appointment. I dropped my truck off early on a Tuesday morning and a very nice man drove me back to my apartment. Later that mornng another very nice man picked me up and returned me to the service department. I was greeted and serviced promptly and was on way. Every step of this experience was handled with the best possible customer service, professionalism and friendliness that I have experienced in a long time. As a long time manager myself I always look for signs that a company embraces customer service -- obviously Performance Dodge. This is the 2nd visit I have made to Performance Dodge after moving back to Lincoln from Indiana. The first visit was an oil change at scheduled interval. I was impressed with how much the people were concerned with my worries about my Jeep. We were immediately greeted and our car was taken care of right away. The cost of the repair was given to us before they performed the service, so we were not surprised at check-out. They did an excellent job of keeping us informed as they diagnosed the issue and serviced the Jeep. Pete was very kind and he was able to reassure me that my car was going to be just fine. I brought my 2007 Pacifica in for the scheduled 100,000 mile service. I was able to drop my vehicle off at my convenience and was notified immediately when a non stock part issue arose and was presented with my options. Pete went out of his way to ensure my car was completed timely, even after they found the two seals leaking on the drive train. Despite the issue with the part, I was able to pick my children up on time from school with the loaner vehicle Pete ensured I received due to not stocking the one seal. Petes willingness to understand my transportation situation and familys needs, he went out of his way to reduce my stress. I appreciate being treated as a person and not just a number. I consider this service as "5 star" because: I walked in from out of town to see if they would help troubleshoot a problem with the hadciapped conversion as it related to the operation of the sliding door on my Chrylser Town and Country. They agreed to help look into the problem and since we (my wife was in a motorized wheelchair) they scheduled the vehicle for service at once. Im usually filling these things out for a bad reason but this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I found the dealership to be very cooperative, even when I called long distance to make an appointment for new brake pads. They were prepared for me when I arrived, introduced me to my personal service tech and asked me about what other things were a concern about the car. After I listed the issues I wanted either an estimate or advice about, I was shown to the waiting area, where the courtesy van driver quickly appeared to take me to a place, not my home, but where I needed to be. He was a very personable young man, and drove beautifully. He delivered three of us to the south side of town, and remained cheerful and interesting the entire trip. I was called about midday with information on the issues I had asked about, as well as the brake issue I had come in with. Later in the day I was called to notify me that the car was ready, and when I arrived, everything, including Pete, was there waiting for me. My car was being vacuumed as I approached to take it home. Complete care, in an atmosphere that is clean and well kept, with employees who seem to care about each client. It was a breath of fresh air...and I was prepared to be irritated since I had not chosen this dealership, but was forced to go there by warranty work. I will return. They won me over!

Had an appointment to receive Service on my Jeep Liberty, arrived early to get oil change completed at Express Lube, staff was great at getting me through there and on to my appointment with service department. Neil was our salesman, and what a doozy! We had no intention of buying a new truck when we arrived, but he informed us of a wonderful deal that was unadvertised and found me the truck I wanted, the EXACT truck I wanted. During the negotiation process, he worked with us and he and finance guy, Doug, were extremely flexible in getting me as close as possible to the monthly payments I wanted. The financing process was probably the fastest, least stressfull part of the whole ordeal, we were in Doug's office for less than 15 minutes and were ready to drive away! Neil was very accomodating as far as any questions and requests we had. I found a little bit of overspray on my truck from the spray in bedliner and he got it cleaned up right away and had my truck in top shape to drive off the lot.Unfortunately, we had some problems with the truck itself the very first night. The AC went out and wouldn't work at all, so the next day (on a Saturday) we were in the service department to get the truck fixed. I had a feeling that something was skipped during vehicle check-in and it would be an easy fix. When we were first told that they may not be able to get the truck in due to their appointment schedule that day, I spoke again to Neil and Doug, who directed me to Bryce the sales manager right away. Bryce felt my pain knowing I wanted my brand new truck running right and I wanted it home that day. He immediately went to service manager James and together they got my truck in right away and went right to work on it. As I thought, it was something simple, a step missed at the factory and a relatively simple fix. A couple hours later we were on the road home with cold air. I'm very happy with everyone I've dealt with there at performance and was able to get a better truck than I ever dreamed for a better price than anything I'd looked at used. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be out of there service bay for a very long time now and the AC problem was just a fluke, but the whole crew was very understanding and accomodating when they found out about the problems. Great place, great people, excellent deals. GO!

Overall, I've was extremely satisfied. I did not feel pressured at any point during the sales process. Performance Dodge worked hard for my business, got me the deal I wanted and even accommodated a couple of pretty specific, special requests. I would've given Customer Service a "5" except that I felt the sales person should have been better informed. He was EXCELLENT to work with, mind you. But he was unaware that Chrysler had a "Limited" edition of the van we were seeking and very misinformed about the options. For example, he stated the optional 4.0 engine got worse gas mileage. Actually, it gets better gas mileage than the standard. He also informed us that the front seats were cooled (as well as heated); when, in fact, they are not. Even as I write this, I realize that it all sounds much worse than it is. He exceeded my expectations in the core aspects of sales in that he was friendly, did not pressure me, was helpful and respectful. He made the process easy. I'm just glad I didn't need to depend on his information during the sales process.

I brought my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan in for an oil change and an electrical issue. Although the van was hooked up to a computer to see what the problem was, nothing was found. When Pete brought me the service information, he said to bring it back immediately if it acted up again and they would see what they could find. One Friday afternoon after work, I was on my way home and the electrical problems happened again, so I drove it straight to the Dealership during a blizzard without windshield wipers. As soon as I came and Pete saw the issues I was having, he insisted I take a loaner car home until the problem was figured out and fixed because the van wasn't safe to drive. Turns out when I bought the van from a different out-of-state dealership, I wasn't told of a previous accident that had caused the electrical issues I was now having. Repairs were going to cost close to $2000! After contacting the previous dealership and having them agree to the repairs, Pete was in contact with them and made sure everything was paid for and taken care of. The extra effort Pete went through to get the van fixed was duly noted and very appreciated. I will now have all service work done at Performance Dodge because of having such a positive experience throughout this trying ordeal.

I first called in to performance dodge and got courtney i was trying ot get pre approved for an auto loan .. she was amazing and SUPER friendly .. adn then when i met her it only got better from there.. i did not feel pressured to buy the first vehicle that i looked at i was shown my options .. she was just amazing she was very professional.. i cannot say enough about courtney to express how impressed i was with her .. the day before i had a terrible experience at a car lot not to far away so when i worked with everyone at Performance dodge (ben in financing) they were all super nice and just AMAZING!!!! Shawn .. who helps "give numbers" was amazing as well.. i really hope all 3 of these people are recognized in some way shape or form .. for their outstanding work!!!!! Thank you Brandi

I was in my first accident and was unsure on the process of how to get my car fixed. Jake was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate of the damages and also explaining what to do next. He was very nice and personable. I then worked with Kevin in the actual paperwork and repairs. He explained things very well and clear. He also took care of all the paperwork with the insurance to which I had much less stress, which is exactly what I wanted. They were very timely and kept me informed the whole way through the repair process. I am very pleased in the body work and outcome of my experience with Performance Chrysler,Jeep,Dodge of Lincoln and their customer service.

Great dealership, worked out a deal to fit our monthly payment for the vehicle we wanted. Great sales managers, really nice General manager,When I stopped by to get some accessories he made sure to tell me to get some touch-up paint from the parts dept. Such a small things really makes a difference!

I worked with this dealer three years ago for two previous leases. I returned due to good previous experiences. The first visit I left without the vehicle I wanted because of the lease rates at that time. David continued to look for vehicles and kept in contact with myself and my husband, he contacted us when lease rates were better and they got the exact color and model we are looking for. David and Bryce spent lots of time with us and I really left feeling I had gotten a great deal and car.
