Tim Riedel and Todd Lucius are really helpful. We bought a new truck in 1995 and Tim was who helped us then. I called and asked for Tim Riedel and told him what I wanted. He is a really great guy to work with buying our 1st new car. Tim explained everything really well. All the options. I went in today and had questions. The sales department and Tim Riedel are always friendly and helpful. I am not as happy with the service department now. I don't feel that they listen or are as conscious about my needs and wants. I have always put Mobile 1 in my vehicles and they continue to use the wrong oil at least once every six to eight months. They also do the same thing with my daughter's car. This happens even after I specifically tell them each time that I bring the car in for service.

Not clear what is wanted

Easy scheduling and prompt courteous service.Building under remodeling right now so there is some confusuinn with lack of signage.

Excellent buying experience....

I found the vehicle I wanted online at Baumann. They processed all the paperwork ahead of arrival. We were in and out in less than 60 min, including a vehicle review and Onstar, Blue Tooth setup on my wife's phone. Very professional. Very Clean truck at delivery.

Amazing Customer Service

I was very pleased with the customer service that we received from Baumann's in Tiffin. My sales rep Rick Reidel was so nice and personable. No pressure at all!! I highly recommend Baumann's and Rick!!!

Great service and friendly people.

This was the first time I have had service on my van. Everything went well and Marvin recommended that I get the oil changed every 3000 miles. It will be a little more expensive because of the kind of oil used, but I want to keep this van for a long time so I'll do what he recommended. I had ordered some touch up paint During the summer but I forgot to ask about it when I was there.

In 2007 I purchased my first car from Rick Riedel at the Tiffin Buamann dealership. I had such a good experience buying that car from Rick that I returned to Tiffin Buamann in October of 2013 to purchase a Chevy Cruze. Rick helped me find exactly what I wanted and made the entire process incredibly easy. I would recommend Rick and Tiffin Buamann to anyone I know looking for a new car.
