Unfortunately the vehicle we made an appointment to look at was actually being sold as we got there after an hour and a half ride. It was a bit discouraging but Mary tried to help us find something different but we didn't find what we were looking for.

We bought our 1999 4Runner at this location and we have had to have major work done recently. Upon getting other estimates we found some work was not needed and other work was needed. Fees we extreme and service adviser had attitude. We had our repairs done elsewhere. Even though we have Free inspection due to buying vehicle there we will never return. :(

Maybe I'm just used to how things are in my city, but I was so impressed with the used car buying experience at Battlefield Toyota. I felt like I was buying a new car. Before making the drive down I was put in contact with Luke Lukachik over the phone, who quickly worked some magic to find a lender willing to deal with my credit. The next day after a test drive Ashley Rutherford and Luke Lukachik helped me through all the paperwork, everything was explained so well and nothing was rushed, it was fantastic.

This was my first visit to Battlefield Toyota to get my Camry serviced. Making an appointment on the web was easy which was followed up with an email and phone call from the service manager Mr. Dennis.B. On arrival for my appointment I was greet by Mr. Dennis, he asked what service I required and showed me to the waiting room. The waiting room is very large with comfortable seating, rest rooms, coffee, television and free wi-fi service. I spent three hours waiting for me car and this was the most comfortable waiting I have experienced. Needless to say all my service was completed, Mr. Dennis explained the invoice and also took time to make a future appointment. Needless to say the price is reasonable, the service, atmosphere and attitude exceptional. I am definitely their new customer and highly recommend Battlefield Toyota to anyone who I looking for a reliable, friendly place to take their Toyota vehicles to be serviced. Thanks Dennis I am impressed !!

We bought a XLE Rav 4 from Battlefield Toyota in 5/2016 and was very pleased with out experience. Buying a new car can be a little stressful but Thomas Morgan ( sales consultant) and Emily Schuyler ( finance assistant) made our experience very pleasant. Thomas is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and we appreciated his "no pressure" approach to selling us a car. Emily was knowledge about all the maintenance programs that Toyota offered and was able to find us discounts that helped to bring the price down. We felt that we were getting personalized attention and that were not just another customer.

I contacted the dealership for a totally different reason that to buy. I have horrible credit and after 25+ dealership inquires into many different vehicles I can up ever time to a dead end. I talked to Autumn Moody through email and even when I had given up hope of getting a car she continued to work every angle. We went by the dealership and after about 2 hours and a test drive I went home with a brand new 2016 Toyota Corrola LE with great payments and low down payment. I recommend her and the dealership highly.

I have been looking for a new Camry for about 1.5 yrs. My first experience at Battlefield Toyota was not pleasant because of the salesperson. So I waited until 4/1/2016 and went back again and spoke with Lee the financial manager and it was an excellent experience. He had Brian Nichols to help me and what a pleasant and very professional person he was. Never made me feel rushed, showed me the different vehicles that I ask about, answered all of my questions, went over everything inside and outside the car that I didn't know about, just a very nice gentleman. He called this week to make sure everything was OK and if I had any other questions he might answer for me and said not to hesitate if he could every help. What a pleasure to deal with someone that genuinely cares about the customer and not necessarily making the sale by being pushy. I have already told some friends about my experience and hope they will come visit you. Thanks Brian and Lee for a pleasant experience and I love my Toyota.

Came here to look for a new vehicle. So I drove almost 2 hours to test drive a car. Salesman, Joe was great at customer service!! I wish I knew the sales managers name but he was rude and pushy!! Buying a car should be a great occasion but I felt overwhelmed by the sales manager! He told me that 2 other people wanted the car, one was coming in at 3pm that day and another one a wholesaler. The 3pm appointment was going from Maryland, and they if they're coming that far they were going to buy it. I was a female and I felt he literally crossed the lines! I would never buy or recommend this dealership!

I stopped in after my current 4wd vehicle started to have some issues. They worked with me for three months until I found the Tacoma that I wanted. Whenever they got a new shipment in they would let me know what was on it. Other dealers gave up on me but Battlefield and especially John stuck it out.

I came in with a few cars in mind to look at and had the best service getting the run down on each car and the features. I got into the new prius and it was a done deal I knew I wanted it and it is the car I left with. John was great to work with and put all his time and effort into me when I was there. John is the reason I walked out with the car that week, I was going to wait but the service was A+. Second Prius from this Toyota Battlefield!

We bought a 2016 Toyota Avalon Limited just a few days ago. Our experience was amazing. not only the price was great but the overall experience was second to none. John Kunda is great!!! He tended to every need that we had. He is a very courteous, helpful and honest young man. Can't say a single bad thing about him. We made the deal on the phone and he kept every promise. They even ordered our brand new Avalon with almost no notice. Emily in finance was great too. She took her time to explain everything to us. My wife and I had a great experience at Battlefield Toyota. We are local, so it was nice to see they had plenty of Tacoma's compared to the rest of Northern VA. I am thankful we had Brian Nichols as our salesman. He spent a lot of time showing us all our options, which gave us the confidence to make a decision. Couldn't be happier with the purchase! We've been back a couple times to get additional parts/accessories and the Service Center is probably the best we've been to. Found a nice used Mustang convertible at what seemed to be a good deal. I figured that it must have been in bad shape or just too good to be true. Ended up being a very clean car in almost perfect shape for its age. The staff I worked with were very personable. I didn't have any problems with the entire process. I'm very pleased with my new car and will definitely keep them in mind for any other future car purchases.

I was able to find, negotiate, and buy a used 2012 Corolla all in the same day thanks to Cameron Villemaire! He was patient and took his time to help me figure or what model I wanted, and was able to get me a great deal so I could walk out the door the same day! I couldn't believe it! I was helped out by Cameron Villemaire, and he did an excellent job finding me a car that fit all my expectations and was within my price range. I was able to find and buy the car I wanted the same day! He helped me narrow down my choices, let me test drive all the cars I was considering, and even gave me a good deal on the car for a college kid like me! I was very happy, and both my parents were even impressed by his competence when they came to see the car and review the deal. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used Toyota from Battlefield, because thy have outstanding customer service.

I can honestly say that I have never in my life been to a car dealership where I felt not only very welcomed, but at absolute ease as I did at Battlefield Toyota dealership-zero pressure. The treatment and service my wife and I received is unparalleled to any other. In the past 30+ years, I have literally owned more than 50 cars and been to many many car dealerships! And as if that was not enough, the guys were done with all of the paper work in just a little more than one hour which I have never experienced before.While I was/am extremely pleased with the price, the price was not my motivator and is not what brought me to the dealership. It was the treatment and the respect that I received from Luke and Lee way before I came to buy the 2015 Toyota Camry. I called out of state on a Rav4. Looked nice on the outside but i wanted pics of the underbody and engine bay to make sure the car had no rust. I spoke with Nate and he said he would take pics. Took them 3 or 4 days to get back to me. When he sent the pics he sent the website pics and not the one's i asked him to send me of the engine bay under car and imperfections. So when i asked for underbody pics he sent me really blurry pics and i said they were blurry did not send me any better pics, i also asked for engine bay pics and he took a pic of the battery. What kind of shady stuff is this? I told him i wanted pictures of the engine bay and he didn't respond then i said "thanks for your time i will look elsewhere" He said "ok good luck" they clearly do not want to earn customers business or try to make an effort and providing appropriate pictures for customer. Why would i drive out of state for 6 hours if i think they are hiding something and won't send me pictures? I give this dealer an F rating in sales help.

I searched online and saw Battlefield had a Subaru with low miles and a decent price; just what I was looking for. They were two hours away and I was working graveyard shifts that week but I decided to rough and make the trip. The sales staff were friendly enough and the sales rep I had seemed to know what he was talking about. We took it for a test drive and the Subaru drove okay, it had it's flaws but I decided to go ahead with the sale. They had priced the car well so I didn't mind paying the price listed on their website. It was right on KBB's evaluation. However, this is when my straight forward experience took a turn. They had wanted to add an additional thousand dollars to the price. I told them I was only paying the price listed on the website and they seemed to relent to this request. I was planning on paying all in cash but I went ahead and asked if there was anything they could do for me if I financed it. A financing manager, who was an older man named Kevin, took over from here. He ran my info and informed the best they could do was 8.5%. I told him that was absurd; I had a good credit score so I expected something at least under 5%. He then let me know that I should count myself lucky he was able to keep it in the single digits and "YOU'RE never going to get something THAT low." I shrugged off the patronizing comment and offered to pay in cash. His first response was that he didn't like cash payments. But he eventually agreed and I got out my checkbook. I began writing the check and asked to clarify the total. He tells me its the original price plus the thousand dollars I had made clear I wasn't paying. When I corrected him, he simply asserted that it was the final price and he wasn't negotiating. At this point, I had been in the dealership for three and a half hours. The sun was setting and I grabbed my checkbook and began to leave. As I was leaving, the man whom I assumed was their head salesman, grabbed me for a last ditch negotiation. We sat back down at the desk where he folded himself into a pleading position begging me with this gem: "won't you just meet us half way?" I wanted to laugh. I just had drove two hours after a long graveyard shift and offered to pay the full asking price in cash for an as is used vehicle. Yet somehow, I was somehow being unreasonable.

If you are an impulse buyer and will accept a used car as is, This may be the place for you. I do not buy on impulse and this experience was horrible. I looked at a car and decided I needed time to think about it. The next day after much thought I called and made my salesman an offer and was turned down, so i agreed to buy the vehicle at their price with the exception that they would fix a broken mirror frame and several paint scratches. I offered to give them a deposit to seal the deal, but they do not except deposits. My reason was that I live 2 hours away and I wanted to pick up the car repaired, so I would not have to make 2 trips. After many calls and frustrations we made a deal through the used car manager. But low and behold they called me back and said they could not fix the mirror because it cost to much , so I agreed and when I picked the car up there was still scratches in one place they did not fix. I was told that they could not fix it because it cost to much. When I got home I rubbed my hand over the car and there was paint over spray all over it from their repairs. It feels like grit was in the paint. I have never had an experience like this buying a car, but maybe I am old school. I was treated like I was buying a $250 junker not a $25,000 used car. Don't buy from Battlefield Toyota.

The only plus side is after taking and investing 200+dollars the day after buying the car seems to be running fine. However the customer service from the sales man here was the worst I've ever had after purchasing 6 other cars from other dealers. I have yet to get a call back from him after about 2 weeks over a simple question over a option i was told was in the car that's not there. If you want friendly honest service and a car in good working order this may not be the place for you.The only simi good things i will say is the price on the car was ok, but i did have to put money into it a day after buying it, and after nearly a half hour of debating they paid about half on a spare key as the car had only one and i needed two. Just overall a bad transaction and its sad no one ever followed up with me asking me my opinion on it oh well.

My husband and I purchased our second Toyota Highlander on January 23 from Battlefield Toyota. The salesman, Glenn Thomson, and the sales manager were very courteous and polite. They did not have the color of the vehicle we were looking for but soon located one and it was there the next day. Glenn was extremely helpful and thorough in the details on the new Highlander. After test driving the car, I sat in the car with a written list of questions. I proceeded to ask Glenn all my questions and he answered them to my satisfaction. He even commended me for having written my questions down so I wouldn't forget what to ask. Glenn was a friendly and helpful salesman who was interested in the wants and needs of the customer. I highly recommend Battlefield Toyota. Glenn was very easy to work with- he was very professional and not pushy. Initially, I was able to quickly get all the details on the car I was interested in over the phone. We drove from Richmond to pick up the car which was totally worth it, an easy an hour and 1/2 drive. The car was just as described and as viewed in the photos. The paperwork went smoothly and we received a thorough review of the car systems. The price was right and most importantly, the Battlefield sales team made the experience very pleasant.

Unlike my last buying experience with Brown Toyota in Charlottesville, VA, this experience with Battlefield Toyota was the complete opposite. Glenn was extremely helpful especially with the proactive approach before I even arrived at the dealership. I was out the door in about an hour compared to my other experience that took me over 3 hours. Not to mention my salesman at Brown left me at the dealership halfway through. Glenn took care of all my needs and was extremely professional. Kyle in financing ensured I understood all the paperwork associated with the sale and even though I was a tough customer turning down his offers, he still wanted me to understand all the benefits of buying a Toyota. I HIGHLY recommend both of these individuals and will make all of my future Toyota purchases through this dealership.

Going to a dealership to buy a car is never fun, however my experience with Battlefield Toyota was good. I don't like having to sit at a dealership waiting all day long as I have at other dealerships. Glenn Thompson greeted us quickly and was knowledgable about all the features of the Camry. I knew that was the car I wanted and Glenn helped us with moving the process along quickly. He has followed up with me to see if I'm happy and to offer to answer questions if I had any. I would go back to him in the future if/when I'm ready for another car.

My experience with Battlefield Toyota was extremely impressive,this was by far the best and most rapid purchase I have made....ever. My Sales Attendant Anthony Cook was marvelous, he was knowledgable about their inventory and he imparted a wealth of information about each and every car I had considered. That made making a decision that much easier for me, because I had not done much research and had no idea what I wanted. Everyone in the Dealership was considerate, warm and friendly yet professional too. They even detailed my car before delivery with a full tank of gas (I do not remember the others doing that).
