I have been bringing me vehical here for years always thought there were great people and great service. The last time I brought my vehicle in for service the gentleman on the weekend behind the service counter was a very rude individual and tried to treat me as I were stupid. The gentleman during the week is a great guy to deal with although the last time had very much lack of communication. My vehical was in for the Secone time was there over a week for something that had been fixed once before that only took a day. Never got any call my truck was finished called during the week was told not finished then after 8 days called back to find my vehicle had been done.

I've purchased two vehicles from Baldo's now, for myself back in February and more recently a brand new Fusion for my wife. They do an excellent job showing the features of the vehicle you are interested in and providing a low pressure environment. They were very easy to work with on numbers too, they really take the pain out of new car buying! The salesman followed through and delivered on everything they said they would. My wife and I are very happy with Baldo's and will be back for sure when our lease is over!

Myself and my family have purchased multiple vehicles from Steve Baldo Ford. They have always been extremely professional, and have treated me and my family with nothing but respect. Recently, I was rear ended on the thruway, and had to unfortunately take my vehicle to Steve Baldo's collision center. Having never been in an accident before, I didn't know what to do, or how to do it. Fortunately, Leo, the collision manager made everything much MUCH less painful than I expected. They made my vehicle with $12,000 worth of damage look brand new again. Kudos to the entire staff at Steve Baldo Ford. I will be doing business there for the rest of my life!

Today we purchased our 5th vehicle from Steve Baldo Ford. The reason we continue to return is because of the salesman we purchased our 3rd, 4th, and now 5th car from. Derrick Young has never made us feel like anything but a valued customer, and we truly believe he works in our best interest.There have been glitches with the service dept , and he has offered to step in and help in anyway he can. The time he devoted to us in our most recent selection enforces the fact that he wants his customer to be 100% satisfied. We have been leasing/buying cars every few years for 30 years. This is our first experience with a FORD dealership. The dealership is not flashy and high tech, they seem to be very low key and customer oriented. Our salesman Derek Young was one of the deciding factors to us purchasing from Steve Baldo Ford. Derek KNOWS his product line which made our decision to lease the Ford Edge much easier. We definitely took our time and visited several dealerships - this was not an impulse buy. Derek went above and beyond our expectations! He took his time, answered questions, and did not pressure us in any way. Pick up was smooth and actually fun. Derek went through the entire vehicle with us and left me very happy with our choice. Not only would I buy another Ford, but I would not hesitate to recommend Steve Baldo Ford, especially DEREK YOUNG. He was by far, the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with.

I found this on Cars.com on Sunday morning September 7th. It was a left over 2013, and within an hour I had a response from the dealer about the vehicle. I purchased it on Monday with minimal emails back and forth and I picked it up in Niagra Falls on Thursday evening the 11th. I live in the Rochester area so it was great that when we showed up they were ready to close and the vehicle was ready to go. They were very professional throughout the process. The finance manager, Matt Ramsdell was easy to deal with and fun person to meet.

I am always leary of car dealers, having had some bad experiences with overly aggressive salesman and sales managers. The atmosphere at Steve Baldo Ford was very different. My salesman, Bojan, was extremely knowledgeable and honest too! After a test drive, there was no pressure to buy right then (I never buy a car at the 1st visit). The same lack of pressure came from the sales manager (sorry I forgot his name!). The car was ready when I wanted it. Bojan was great to work with and I would recommend him, and the Steve Baldo dealership to anyone. UPDATE 5/5/14. I had a problem with the vehicle just 3 days after picking it up. The dealer had it towed in within an hour. It turned out not to be a problem with the vehicle, but with me ;). But the service department fixed it for me. Many dealers are great before you buy a car, but I think it's the service AFTER the sale that show what a dealer is really like. I will definitely recommend Steve Baldo Ford.

Talk about a no hassle experience. I had an unusual situation with a trade in vehicle that was not owned by me that I needed to get a family member out from under. From Derek, to Bojan, & to Tom they understood the situation, worked with me, & showed true compassion in helping me. They never pressured me or nagged about how much I was looking to spend on a payment each month. Just questioned on what I was interested in & what I wanted or needed in a vehicle. On my initial visit to the dealership I asked for Derek who was suggested by a friend. He was busy with a customer delivery but escaped long enough to introduce himself, apologize, and asked if another salesman could help until he was done. Apologize for what I am not sure because we went there without appointment. Oh wait that would be courteous to apologize. How often do we see that now a days! Bojan found a vehicle similar to want we were looking for so we could test drive it to see if it was to our liking. Bojan stayed with us showing us the features of the vehicle all while keeping an eye for his scheduled customer to arrive for a pick up. We took the vehicle for a test drive & upon our return Derek was now available. We spoke with Derek then about other features & options & he was willing to locate a vehicle with options we were looking for. We made an appointment for return visit for the result of his search for a vehicle that would meet our wants. No request for even a deposit for a show of good faith. In the past I have had salesman ask me for a deposit for a show of good faith even before a test drive. Imagine my astonishment with a dealer going to locate a vehicle for me without even seeking a good faith deposit. Needless to say on our return they had located a vehicle & we purchased it. We would not hesitate to recommend Steve Baldo Ford to anyone, we felt all the employees at Steve Baldo Ford realize without good customer service they would not have customers so where would they be then. This was a great experience. I met with Derek Young who was patient and accomodating. It was the first time I went throught a buying/leasing situation by myself and Derek made it an enjoyable and smooth experience. He is very well-versed, confident but never over-bearing or pushy which I appreciated. This was a great experience, I ended up leasing a Ford Escape which I absolutely love. Everyone I encountered was helpful, informative, professional and friendly. Everyone went the extra mile to make my experience great. From Leo Murphy in the Body-shop Dept. following my accident, in helping me make a claim to my insurance carrier, explaining the claims process and for giving me great guidance and advice.Mark Sisti at the Chevrolet Buick Cadillac dealership for finding me the exact car I wanted, a 2014 Chevy Malibu, for making the numbers work financially and for making the transaction convenient by having the vehicle transported to their Ford dealership, which is closer to my home. Mark has also been great in his continued follow up after the sale/lease, making sure that I'm happy and comfortable with my new vehicle. Finally, Derek Young, for providing excellent customer service during the test drive and delivery phases of my transaction. My experience with Steve Baldo Ford was excellent due to the fact that my salesman, Bashar Srouji, was well informed of their inventory and he listened to what I wanted my new car to include. The car I ultimately purchased had options I was not familiar with however Bashar explained the options and also had me experience them. When I came to putting the deal together Bashar was very helpful especially since this was my first new car purchase. We worked with an amazing Sales Rep: Derek Young. Over the course of a few days and many questions, Derek was more than accommodating to every one of our questions. He made me feel like there was no pressure at all. We really felt like he wanted to get us into a vehicle that we could not only afford but also enjoy. We ended up getting a great rate on our 2014 Ford Escape lease. This car really shows where Ford is heading and that's in a great, forward thinking direction. We (my wife and I) run a computer business and found that the technology in the car was so perfect for our road trips, allowing for us to charge our MacBook pros without ever having to stop. We loved everything about our experience and would recommend Derek to anyone!

I was totally impressed by the professionalism of the young gentleman that helped me the other day. Not only did he take the time to answer all my questions, he made me feel comfortable and didn't think my questions were foolish. As an older woman I appreciated the genuine kindness and patience that this salesman showed towards me. Even though I have not made up my mind as to what kind of vehicle I want, John showed me a variety of cars and trucks too and introduced me to some of the other personnel. Took my truck to them for a simple misfire on a spark plug and on a totally different side of the engine and spark plug,.....................they have caused coolant to leak into engine. The service manager Robert (Bob) Chavanne and his team of scared employees in fear of losing thier jobs refuses to comment or talk about matter nor take responsibility for the matter. Chavanne refuses to talk to me personally and refused to call me at all like his service counter reps stated he would. When i filed a BBB complaint Chavanne tried to lie to cover his tracks and in doing so contradicted himself 4 to 5 times with false information. This guy couldn't even get the year of my truck correct. And to top it off, they caused damage to my vehicle and think that I should pay for the work they did. I'm currently speaking with different forms of counsel and looking into former issues that are current to mine. This is not the first time that Steve Baldo has tried to cause problems to make more money. Steve Baldo is still under the same ownership as previous Rainbow / Gambino Ford, same practices, same high rates, and same lies..................DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. HOW MANY TIMES DO PEOPLE HAVE TO SUE THESE GUYS BEFORE PEOPLE WILL STOP TAKING THEIR VEHICLE HERE OR UNTIL THEY DECIDE TO START BEING A TRUE HONEST DEALERSHIP. If I had known that it was the same guys running the show I would have never taken my vehicle there. These guys knew I was relocating the very next day to the west coast and took advantage of me. DO LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! STOP THIS CORPORATE MONSTER NOW! My Husband and I have been leasing Ford Vehicles since 1992...we have dealt with a number of different Dealerships, this time we choose Steve Baldo Ford, Niagara Falls, NY, to Lease our 2013 Edge.A year ago we stopped by the Dealership...had a few questions about our SYNC...this is when we met Derek Young, he answered all our questions and concerns, he did a great job getting us back on track. Derek was so nice and friendly...when we left that day we were very inpressed with Derek and decided we would like him to be our Salesman for our 2013 Lease. Needless to say, it was time to renew and we went to see Derek Young, at Steve Baldo Ford in Niagara Falls, NY...what a great experience, he did not pressure us into anything, he asked what we wanted in the car and found exactly what we wanted. The rebates and incentives were great...our payments are actually less than our previous Lease...now that's something to get excited about!!! We knew what we wanted going in and Derek did whatever he had to do to find the vehicle that we were looking for. They did not have it on their lot, but went out of their way to locate one and brought it to their dealership. The delivery of the car was very to the point, no unnecessary nonsense. It was nice to get a presentation of how to use SYNC with the car. We will now be able to get the most out of the car we purchased. I started out happy with this place but now I wish i hadnt walked in the door. The car dealer i dealt with, Jack White, turned out to be a liar and very unprofessional. Made promises to me and then went and told his managers different things. If u must go to this place, avoid Jack White. I had a problem and Jack wouldnt return my phone calls. When I got a hold of him Jack was very unhelpful and refused to get me to a manager when asked. I will never shop here again due to my treatment. The manager, Tom, was also not very helpful. only cared about cost on his end.

Derek and Matt turned it around after a horrible experience in 2006 we were a little leery on returning. After explaining our situation financially and our credit situation I was pleasantly surprised that Matt was able to keep the payment right where we needed it with no additional money down. I recently modded my F350 to run on waste vegetable, used engine, transmission, and hydraulic oils.As with any research and development program, vast amounts of resources, education, experience and communication are required. Not just parts wise, in which the parts depart set a new standard of customer satisfaction but experience as well as listening and tolerance skills. This dealership is the best I have seen to date. We were seriously shopping for a Ford truck and found the one we ultimately purchased online. We stopped at Steve Baldo, talked to the salesman, and went on to about 4 more dealers. After considerable conversation and many miles, we came back to Steve Baldo!Derrick was very kind but not overbearing, very knowledgeable about the products, and very patient with the 2 of us! Working with Derek Young in buying my vehicle has been a great experience. Not only has he been friendly, courteous, and patient with our many visits and questions, he was also very professional in his deaings with us. I was not intending to buy a Ford truck when I first walked into this dealership. I was comparing Ford SUVs with others that I had seen for my wife. I was lucky enough to meet and speak with Derek at this time and we spoke about SUVs and I happened to mention that I was planning to buy a truck, not a Ford, in the near future. Rather than telling me how terrible the other trucks I had liked were, we discussed what I was looking for in a truck. Derek then asked me if he could show/discuss what Ford had to offer. Of course, I said "Yes", assuming that I would compare the Ford truck with others and decide that my original choice was a superior product. Derek showed me all the features of the Ford and gave me a DVD that explained the ECO boost engine. After several discussions, I was sold on the Ford. I just received the truck and I am extremely pleased with it. I have dealt with a number of other dealers in my search for vehicles for myself and my wife and have found this salesman to be far superior to any other, especially in terms of willingness to spend the time and effort to help me make my decisions. There was never any pressure to do anything. Derek always wanted to know what I wanted and did his best to make it happen. When I first walked into the dealership, Derek had no idea whether or not I would buy a vehicle from him - he knew I was shopping around. But his behavior and demeanor made all the difference for me. I had been expecting a windfall for a number of months and had planned to buy my vehicle when I received this money. I told Derek this upfront - he knew I was not buying a vehicle that day and perhaps not for several months. He still treated me with respect and courtesy and did not try to talk me into financing the vehicle until the money was available. Other salesmen tried to do this and some were even rude when they realized that I would not be buying for several months. As much as I liked their vehicles, I knew I would never set foot in those dealerships again. I am planning to buy a Ford Escape for my wife (when the 2013s come in) and possibly another Ford vehicle in the very near future. As long as the quality of the Fords continue to be what they are and as long as I can deal with a reputable dealership with outstanding salesmen like Derek, I will continue to buy Fords. I cannot speak about the Service department as this point since I have not really dealt with them.

My husband and I looked at many different SUV's; we decided to go with Ford, because it had all the amentaties that I was looking for, and Jason and Matt were willing to meet what we were seeking. As a women, at times, I feel it is easier for sales-men to take advantage of you, although Jason and Matt did not do that with what I wanted. we will never go there again. Car failed inspection because of worn tie-rod ends and when my husband looked at them he found that not only were they not worn but had already been changed,it looked like not long ago, we've had the car a year. And they sent our daughter off with a car with no inspection sticker on it, effectively removing her transportation from the road with us out of town. We payed over $130 to have a fuse replaced. We were in shock, they wanted $1000 to do the repair work which my husband did - and more - for less than $100. I left a message to make an appointment, it was never returned. I walked into the store to make an appointment and that was fine, friendly, but when we dropped the car off there was no record of all the info they had already been given, and drop off took way too long. We will never darken their door again.

Everyone there is great! I bought my new 2011 F150 from Adam, and the manager Matt. The thing that I liked the most about purchasing a car there is that it was a no pressure situation. They found me exactically what I wanted, they gave me a great price, and $1000 more for my trade than anyone else was willing to offer. When everything was wrapped up, I was shocked that the manager, Matt got me better financing terms than my own credit union was offering. Our 2003 Ford Escape broke down on the way to an event at abot 5:00. We called and spoke with Scott who told us they were open until 6:00. We used the Ford emergency service and were able to get the car towed to the dealership by 5:50. Scott took all of our information and promiesed they would look at the car first thing in the morning. We got a call about 9:30 letting us know what was wrong an dhow much it would cost. We also had owner advantage rewards that helped bring the price down.A new alternator and battery were put in and we had the car by th eend of the day. Thursday, April 28th, I brought my 2008 Ford Edge in for an inspection and the 15000 mile maintenance schedule. The service writer, Dennis, was told the car was in for the 15000 mile maintenance even though the car had only 13375 miles on it. That schedule calls for the cabin air filter to be changed. When I got home and checked the paper work, I found that the cabin air filter was not changed. I was charged labor and parts for the inspection, oil and oil filter change and tire rotation. I immediately called service and talked to Scott who didn't understand what I was telling him, was rude and eventually hung up on me. I immediately called the dealership back and asked to talk to Frank the service manager, but I got Dennis who I proceeded to tell him that the cabin air filter was not changed. He told me that it was inspected and didn't need changing. I don't believe him since that requires a fair amount of labor to remove the glove compartment to get at the cabin air filter. I will tell you, however, that I did have a good experience previously with Frank and Pete in your body shop.
