Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time with us and we never felt pressured. The cars/models/color we wanted were in stock!. Gave us a good price for our trade ins. .We had a quote from another dealer which we never told Steve about and he saved us a few dollars. No hassles, gimmicks (let me see what I can do routine), Picked up our cars a couple of days later. He was very helpful with showing us the new features, and even synced our phones. Theresa was a sweetheart and we didn't feel any pressure regarding the extended warranty. We purchased 6 Hondas over the years from another dealer and after my experience with Baron Honda, I think Steve should give that dealer lessons on how to sell a car.

I arrived with a 9:30 appt anticipating starting the process of buying a new car and assumed it would take a few days but at 1:30 I was at back home with my new Honda Accord. Steven helped me clarify which car suited me and my needs; Baron had vehicles in stock from which to choose; arranging financing went so smoothly that the only obstacle was getting the car home. Baron helped with that as well. I drove home and a Baron employee brought me back. I do believe the 2 trips took as long as the buying process. I chose Baron because of their TrueCar certification and that introduced me to their friendly internet staff and their no-pressure sales team who made very prompt follow up phone calls. I look forward to my 1000 mile check up which will be more of a technology review for me rather than the car.

Dustin went out of his way to accommodate us. He stayed late at the dealership so I could look at the car I had my eye on. He also sat down with me in the car and showed me all of its features that I would not have been able to find on my own.

My experience with car dealers had not been so great in the past, so when my husband and I walked into Baron Honda on a busy Saturday afternoon, I would NEVER think, I would be leaving that same day, a comfortable, not-pressured owner of a new Honda Civic. I owe so much gratitude to Bobby border, whom was blessed to have as my salesman. Throughout my experience, which took only 2 days for Bobby to make magic happen, he was honest(even when it could have resulted in losing the sale!!! Yeah, that's the truth about this special car salesman!!!), kept his word about costs and really made my experience stress-free. Bobby took care of EVERYTHING, from the insurance right down to some specialized care and even followed up to make care my new ride was a pleasure. Well. I cant say enough about Bobby and would recommend anyone to seek him out if you want to meet a truly nice person, who is excellent at his work, and knows how to conduct business worthy of recognition. Let me end by saying, he did not ask me to write this review. I Asked him, can I please write something on your behalf to say thanks and let others know how special you are?. Well, this is it.. Just the other day I had purchased my first brand new car at Baron Honda with the best help I could ever ask for from none other than Bobby Brodeur! I was extremely nervous and new to the whole process and thought it would be a nightmare trying to purchase a new car. However, my experience was anything but that! I am beyond grateful for meeting Bobby that day because he made the process so easy and stress free! Any questions I asked, he had the answer immediately. I told him exactly what features I wanted my car to have, at the price I wanted it to be around, and he gave me exactly that! I left Baron Honda yesterday with my dream car and I owe it all to Bobby at Baron Honda! My story starts about 3 yrs ago. Went to 7 different dealers all the same. Pressure sells, only get deal this week, couldn't answer basic questions, bait and switch, you name it. We go to Baron Honda and Bobby was a breath of fresh air. Great guy, up front, very knowledgeable. Bobby makes you feel at ease. Bobby helps you find the right car for you. He asks the right questions. Bobby doesn't want to sell you just a car, he wants to build a relationship. So 3 yrs later we have now purchased 4 cars from Bobby. Bobby helped us when we were down and now he has us for life.

A few weeks ago, I put a down payment on a new Ridgeline. The salesman told me it would be ready to be picked up in two weeks. I called back a week later to be told to call back again in a week. I did - just to find out the dealer I was working with retired. On a Friday, almost a month after I put a deposit down, Bobby Brodeur picked up my file" and told me the model I was looking for would take at least another 3- 5 weeks estimate. I was furious. I told him the price and the promises I received from the first salesman was the reason I schlepped out to Baron Honda, now he retired, and I am out of luck? Bobby asked me to call back one day later. Before I had a chance to call him, he called me and told me he found me an upgraded model, saved me an additional $600 on the upgrade and it could be picked up in less than a week. Now thats service! Bobby was honest with good news and bad. bobby got me an even better price than the already good deal I signed with the retired salesman who probably got the commission even though Bobby did the work to make me happy, and boy did he do that well. The day before we met he reminded me to bring some items I forgot about to make the trade-in and paperwork go smoothly, and it did. He even took care of everything including my insurance transfers. I was very impressed. I met Bobby face to face as he was giving the final touches to my new Ridgeline. Seeing a little red bow was nice touch, even if it was on a big bad Ridgline. Baron Honda was a great dealership to work with and once you get there, ask for Bobby. You wont be disappointed. Bobby, if you are reading this You are the Best.

I am 66 years old and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. This was the best purchasing experience I've had. Was referred by Costco. I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. The price was the fairest and better than any other dealerships I visited. The trade-in price for for my 2007 Ridgeline was fair. The salesman, Rob Noto, was very pleasant, honest and fair. Theresa Neikam, who was finance and after sale person was also wonderful. There were no typical high pressure sales tactics for extended warranties or other unnecessary options. The owner of the dealership even came out to wish us luck. I am happy to have discovered Baron and will not mind driving the few extra miles to have my truck serviced there.

I urge anyone buying or seeking repairs to any vehicle to avoid Baron Honda of Medford.My wife dropped of her car for a safety recall on the air bags. After the car was returned she immediately began having an intermittent issue with the car alarm malfunctioning.I returned to Baron Honda, the service manager tested my battery and told me it was dead. Taking him at his word, I replaced the battery. The problem remained. I tested the battery myself and it was not dead, so the $160 non-returnable replacement battery was wasted money.I returned to Baron Honda for a second time and was told that "the car is 13 years old", "We didn't touch the alarm" and that I should just disconnect it.I told them, the alarm and remote start worked on Monday. You worked on the car, now it doesn't work. You told me the battery was dead. It isn't, I'm out $160 because of that and my car is still malfunctioning.At that point the service manager said, "I'm done - go some place else. Get lost" and the service manager slunk off to hide in his office.Baron Honda, their staff is rude, incompetent and unwilling to fix problems created by their employees. DO NOT give them your business.

I recently purchased a new 2017 Honda Ridgeline from Baron Honda. My sales rep Steve J was very knowledgeable, courteous and kept ALL his commitments. The purchase process was straight forward and low pressure. My trade in was assessed by Tom and I was offered a fair value for my vehicle. Finally, the finance manager Joe searched a number of banks and offered me a terrific loan rate. Joe treated me with professionalism and respect and did not try to add unnecessary items to the sale. Overall this was a wonderful car purchasing experience and I would highly recommend the team at Baron Honda to anyone that's in the market for a new Honda vehicle.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I had done my research, obtained my own financing for a car and then reached out to various Honda dealerships for price quotes. Baron was the ONLY dealership that responded to my actual questions without trying to fish for more information or pull me into the dealership. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and felt confident that I had received a fair deal for both the new car I had purchased, and my trade in. This dealership was also very responsive to all of my questions, usually responding within minutes by email.

On Thursday june 9,2016,I called The Baron Honda Service department around 2:30 pm to ask if I can bring my civic for oil change and I was told only if I can make it with in an hour. I managed to make it in less then 0:40 min. At the service write up I presented oil change coupon they send me thru marketing mail. I was told to wait. I was the only one in waiting room. Few minutes later service write up lady told me that the technician can not open the oil drain plug. If we try it might strips or brake and we would have a disable car on lift. Options needs oil pan or leave it as it is. I told them leave it. They gave my car back with no invoice. When I asked about it I was told never mind. I left there and went to my area auto repair shop for oil change and it was done in no time with out any problems or issues. This proves me that dealer ship service people wanted to sell me oil pan since they got me in thru their marketing mail or coupons. I would never go back to them.

I was very disappointed about not being handled the correct way in having a warranty extension item taken care of. I was told in order for the service to be performed I had to pay for a diagnosis fee of anywhere between a certain range and a certain range and they couldn't let me know the exact amount being charged until they looked at it. Also I met all the criteria for the warranty extension and I notified them that my husband was a mechanic and knew for sure that was the item that needed to be addressed. Overall very disappointed and didn't even have the vehicle serviced there because of what I was notified during the telephone conversation with service.

Have you ever been asked? Who are the worst people in the world? Car salesmen, right. But not at Baron Honda. Joe Turner was not pushy at all. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Being both in my name as the Buyer I was talked into Pre-owned cars and thus a better deal. Dealer wanted down payment on each car. I put $3,000 on one and $2,000 on other only to learn that dealer put $5,000 of Warranties on pre-owned cars that I did not need. Warranty Co. cancelled and sent $5,000 in checks to Financial Companies. Feb. of 2016 went back to Dealer and traded in one of the 2012 Hondas. Got a good deal but dealer pulled it again when I told Salesmen No Warranties on this Pre-owned. $2990. After heavy argument with Head Financial Adviser Cancelled that Warranty. Went to a new Dealer 3/26/16 After showing Then how I'm still waiting on $1,940 of the $2,000 and got Scammed by Honda X .! Baron Honda of Patchogue Made me a deal on a 2016 Honda Fit and not only did they take $1,699 off " The Fit" but also gave us Full Extended Warranty plus a extra 3yr. 36,000 miles along with Extende Service Contract " Hondacare" for only $729.00 Yes Baron Honda. I went to Baron Honda looking to lease a new car. Being that I am young and do not have much credit history, I was unsure of my outcome. The people there are all friendly, whether you are their client or not, they are eager to give advice and help out in any way. I worked with Mr.Combs. He was great, start to finish in the time I worked with him. He was very patient in my unsure decision making and aided me by giving me multiple scenarios to see what best suited me. His listening skills were superb and they definitely attested to everything I needed and wanted in my new car and lease program. He changed my outlook on buying new cars for the better and I couldn't be any more grateful. Theresa in finance was a lot of help and very friendly. Definitely recommend them!

I just leased my 4th Honda from Baron Honda this week. The customer service at this location is exceptional and always has been over the years. I have worked with Joe at this location many times and I have never felt pressured to make any decisions I am not comfortable with and am treated kindly and respectfully at every stage of my car purchasing. There has not been another dealership I have been to that can compare and that is why I always return to Baron!

When I went to Baron Honda I was very guarded and skeptical . My trust in dealers had been completely gone after several experiences I had , one recent experience in April 2016 at another dealer and dealership after purchasing a 2012 car for my son. I met Brian McCade and he was very nice and eager to help but I was very hesitant to trust him. To make a long story short Brian was not only able to win my trust but was available at any time to ease my concerns and questions throughout the process . Brian not only won my trust but he exceeded my expectations and found me a vehicle that was way beyond my not settling standards at an extremely fair price. Worked with Will and Bobby. I couldn't be happier with everything they helped me out with. I have wanted a cr-v for the longest time. My lease was ending soon for my civic so I wanted to see my options. I first saw Will, he was well aware of my needs and was not all about the sale like other salesmen. He was able to work with me to help me find the best deal. He found a 2012 cr-v with low mileage and a great price. After taking the night to think about it, I came back and signed the paperwork the next day. Both Will and Bobby helped me out the next day. Bobby sold me the civic a few years ago so I knew I could trust him. Will and Bobby were both extremely professional and very helpful. Bobby had the car detailed for me and it looked beautiful! And he even said when I bring it back for my first oil change he will have the inside detailed for me. There is no other place or people I would want help from other then the guys at Baron. They do not push you, they go out of their way and they are great people!

I walked into the dealership not sure I even wanted a Honda. I had the pleasure of working with Dave Burns. He was knowledgable, quick and accommodating. I needed to fax some paperwork to him from work and didn't have his name. Called the dealership and spoke with Kira who was EXTREMELY rude and reluctant to help. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she may be having a bad day, returned her nastiness with kindness and went about my way. Over a month after buying my car I called today to inquire about my registration I still have not received. Spoke with Kira again and she was even more rude than the first time. I have two family members currently interested car shopping that asked for my recommendation and if it weren't for her, I would have surely recommended Baron Honda. Because of her, I sent them elsewhere. Please, someone stop this nasty girl from answering your phones and interacting with customers!!!

Needless to say, it is not something I enjoy doing however this has since changed because of my experience at Baron. I needed a car super fast and entered the dealership with a no nonsense attitude and my hand on the trigger to shoot down any annoying dealer. Our sales representative fed off my energy and didn't offer anything other than what I was specifically looking for. Holy cow that was a first EVER! Bobby B. was sincerely into helping us find the right car for our needs and budget. He was solely focused on that and not trying to sell and convince us to buy the newest and latest model. Because of this and because Honda's are awesome cars AND Bobby B. at Baron was not the proverbial car salesman, we bought two cars from Baron that night! I HIGHLY recommend them, especially if you are a high strung weirdo like me that has zero tolerance for bull. They made it so easy! Within in 5 days we had both cars. We would have had them sooner but our schedules are so hectic they worked around us! Even Teresa in finance was awesome. She did it all, we signed and drove away! Love Baron and the car buying experience. I never thought I would ever say that.

Believe me when I say that car buying, for me, is right up there with phone upgrades and appliance purchasing! Not a fan of any of them! Our salesman, Bobby, made the entire experience easy, pressure-free, and dare I say, even pleasant! He and Dominic made sure that we got exactly what we wanted, and worked hard to overcome any unexpected "surprises!" We expected remote start as standard in my 2016 CRV Touring, and when we realized the vehicle came in without it, they set up an appointment to have it installed, even furnishing me with a loaner car. The Service Department was great and very helpful! We are both thrilled with our 2016 Accord and CRV! Financing was a breeze, as well, with Theresa's help! Would definitely go back to Baron! Oh yes...and shout out to Dustin for helping us to solve phone linking puzzles!

Many people dislike the car-buying experience because it often seems like you are being pressured to spend more than you intended or the real price of the car is being kept a secret behind monthly payment quotes. Well, if that has been your experience in the past, you need to visit Baron Honda and meet Bobby Brodeur. From the moment I walked in, he followed my lead, which was originally a leftover 2015 Odyssey. I was immediately quoted a very reasonable price, but I was hesitant because I just didn't like the color. Bobby then offered to show we a pre-owned Odyssey in excellent condition, and not black! It was a fantastic car, he was right, but in the end I decided to go new. I ultimately bought a 2016, in the color I really wanted! Throughout the process, Bobby was so patient, always upfront about the best prices he (and Dominic) could give me. I was given the freedom to test drive the car on my own, without the pressure of a salesperson in the car telling me how great everything is. This allowed me to test each of my options and make a well-thought-out decision. When I changed my mind from a purchase to a lease, again, no pressure, no hidden numbers. Just kindness and honesty! And, if all of that wasn't enough to get you to try Baron and Bobby, this last bit should. At delivery I forgot an important item relating to my trade and, rather than postpone the deal or send us on a long drive home and back on a stormy night, he offered to meet me near my house to pick it up AFTER work. Almost forgot to mention how Bobby looked out further for my sanity. He could see my children we getting antsy as we were waiting for the finance person so I could finish all the paperwork. So, he grabbed the paperwork so I could sign it with him and be on our way even sooner! What a great guy! I've found a new dealership!

It is relatively easy to do vehicle research online, getting multiple thoughts from multiple unbiased professional organizations, reaching conclusions from converging lines of evidence. It is much more difficult to determine the Character of an individual dealership; in its simplest form, do they want to sell you a car, or do they want to help you buy a car. Without question, Baron Honda--and in my case, Steven Jasuta and Dominick Roncone--wanted to help me buy a car. I always felt as if they were on my side. In this highly competitive, almost cutthroat market, they were not all about price and deals and deal sweeteners (though their prices are competitive with everyone), they were about giving me options and information so that I would be comfortable with what was ultimately my choice. One trip to their showroom, and you will feel the difference from the moment you walk in; it is, of course, professional, but it is also genuine and friendly. (And, much to my surprise, what had always been the tedious interaction at every dealership I had even been to before, even the Lexus guy--with the Finance Department--was made pleasant and efficient by Theresa when I picked up the car.)Thanks to all of you.

We went to the dealership after they had provided the lowest Truecar.com quote. Before we even arrived, they had placed a courtesy call asking us to set up an appointment if we were interested and some videos about the 2016 Honda Pilot we were looking to purchase.When we arrived at the dealership, Dustin Resto took us to see the car and walk though all the features. Once we had all of our questions answered, we took the car for a test drive and ended up placing the order for the car that day. Throughout the process of ordering and finally picking up the car, Dustin was extremely helpful and never once pressured us into buying a higher end model or to add any additional features. It is no surprise that they are rated the #1 Honda dealership in the U.S. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership and return for my next purchase.

As the Pastor of a church, I understand how important a persons first time experience is, so does the sales staff at Baron Honda. They were warm and inviting, and very helpful through the process. Bobby Brodeur is the "best", he values the person over the purchase, and it shows. His low pressure sales approach is complimented by his peasant personality. After purchasing two cars at Baron Honda from Bobby, I have to say he is the kind of guy you'd want on your team. He not only steps up to the plate, and swings the bat, he hits it out of the park! Thank you Bobby! No deal would be complete with out a trip to the finance department, and both times, Joe Giella, has provided an Excellent Experience! When I picked up the car Dustin spent close to 2 hrs showing me all the new features that came with the car. After a few days with the car I called him and he was available to answer my questions.

He was, by far, the most informative, low-pressure and pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with in car sales. We received good value on our trade-in and good terms for our financing. Joe was thoroughly informed and clear with us about all the financing and registration steps. I was particularly touched at Dustin's provision of the red bow I had requested accompany my Christmas car! He had overheard me ask that of my husband and when we came to pick up the car, there it was on the dashboard. A wonderful touch to end a wonderful experience!

Hi all. I don't usually write reviews but I had a good experience with my recent purchase Of a 2016 Honda Odyssey at Baron Honda, Patchogue, NY. First I did my own research online and did a few test drives at other dealerships prior to deciding on which vehicle to buy. I was almost sure of what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and had seen online they had the exact Odyssey ex-l I wanted in the correct color combination. I feel I got lucky that it was salesman Bobby Brodeur that asked if I needed help. Bobby was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and let me test drive the van I asked about. Bobby was quite knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered my questions about the items included in the various trim levels. I especially appreciate that Bobby didn't try to steer me towards a higher trim level vehicle with options I didn't need. As the van was just off the truck they needed time to prep it. Bobby talked with me about dealer options and we decided on the all weather floor mats, window guards and I had them install the automatic transmission fluid cooler in case I decide to tow a trailer in the future. Bobby and I agreed on a price and set an appointment for a few days later to pick up the van (appointment was based on my schedule as they could have had the van ready the next day). Bobby gave me the financing form to fill out before I left. I filled it out at home and sent it back before our appt. I also added the van to my insurance before my appt. I arrived for my appt to pick up the car and it went very quick and painless with finance manager Theresa Neikam. She had all paperwork filled out and ready to sign, based on my agreement with Bobby and my sent in financing form. Price was as agreed to with no surprise add on charges to get out the door. Sales manager Tony was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall a very good experience. BTW Baron Honda is the Local COSTCO affiliated Honda dealership. Be sure to mention you are a COSTCO member for the COSTCO price. If you are not a member you should consider joining, the discount is well worth it.

Be careful! Extremely unhappy after my experience with baron Honda. I emailed back and forth with a woman named Danielle, then a woman named Jenna interested in the honda crv exl they quoted us one price and specifically said what was included. The night before going in I called and spoke to jenna. I told her if the price changes when I walk in, you wasted all of our time. She assured me it would not. When there, the sales person bobby had written and highlighted the email conversation, and act as though they would honor that price. After discussing down payments, monthly financing, and running my credit a manger (Dominec) comes in. He tells me an error was made and they cannot give me the car for the price discussed and that it's $1000 more. I was furious that I was lied to and wasted my time. After hearing other stories I have found this scam is not uncommon there. Be careful they're shady sales people!

From the moment I walked in, Brian McCabe assisted in making this the smoothest purchase of a car I have ever had. I went into dealership with my true car quote, which they honored to the tee. I was there for maybe an hour, they told me my car would be ready at 4, had a little more paperwork to do, walked out of dealership at 5:15. He didn't want to sell me the most expensive car, he wanted to sell me what would fit my needs and budget. He followed up after every step of the process and even personally took my car to get inspected by my own mechanic before purchasing it. Theresa was also very nice but when I went back to ask a few questions that were unclear the week after purchase, she didn't remember me. Understandable but also a little unsettling. My name is Danielle Valerioti and I am retracting any kind words I said about Jack Curran in my original review. It has come to my attention that Jack deliberately mislead my last month (September 2015), when I brought in my car because it was ruined because it was a defect. At that time Jack told me that my ONLY option was to start up a brand new lease. Trusting that he is an honest person, I sadly believed that signing a new contract was the only thing to do, so we did. Yesterday (Oct. 21), when I went into the dealership, Jack admitted that he totally scammed me by making me sign the new lease, and what he SHOULD have done was to send me to service because the car was still under warranty. What's worse it that Tony agreed that I should never have been told to sign a new lease. He was actually puzzled about why Jack would have even done that. When we questioned Jack and ran away and refused to answer. I asked Tony just to give me my $3,000 back and take the car back, but he said he would have to figure it out with Dominic Roncone tomorrow, (today October 22), and that they would call me in the morning. Well, needless to say, when I didn't hear from them, I called and was told that Tony took today off. When I asked to speak with Dominic, I was transferred to his voice mail. I left him a message asking him to please call me back. It is now 8:02pm and nobody has contacted me.It seems they would rather NOT do the right thing. They have decided to keep my money and deal with what is about to erupt from this xxxx STORM they just created. Unfortunately for them, and probably the entire staff, they now have to face the investigation that is being brought on the dealership, thanks to Jack for giving me a bogus number for corporate. What he did do was give me an 800 number which lead me to the Customer complain division. The wonderful woman on the phone filed my case and gave me my reference number. I still do not understand why they simply did not just return my money and take the car back. I hope Jack can answer these questions for the investigative reporter and camera people when they show up next week.

I came into your showroom probably 5, or 6 times to check on delivery of my new Pilot, which I picked up on September 22, 2015. Went in for service and was told that there is a 1 hour wait for a oil change after 2 1/2 hours I got my car back. In the mean while was outside the shop and all I hear was remarks about things that should not be said out load coming from the shop. Very unprofessional Service technicians. I will not return to this dealer. I am writing a letter to the owner about this matter. Really not a way to run a business.

My husband and I had visited a few Honda dealers in Suffolk. Though I was always happy with one of them in the past, they just could not fulfill our need at this time. We walked into Baron Honda on a Sunday sat down with our salesman Dustin Resto. This was our first time going to this dealership and we were thoroughly satisfied. The salesperson I dealt with was Brian McCabe and he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I was able to tell him what I wanted and he delivered. A few time in the last 3 months I stopped in to test drive a few cars because I was unsure of which car I want to lease and Brian gave me all of the information I needed and I never felt rushed to make a decision in that moment.. most dealerships I've dealt with in the past it wasn't a great experience and made for a long day, at Baron Honda they get you in and out quickly leaving plenty of time to continue your day as planned after your visit. I just picked up my new lease (gave back my current leased(2013 Honda CRV LX vehicle with no hassle) it took about 30 mins tops and he walked me through all of the features to my new 2015 Honda CRV EX Copper sunset pearl which was a great choice.

I started out at Apple Honda, since i had decided that a Honda Civic was a car i definitely wanted to get. After dealing with numerous issues there and being screwed over price wise and all this other nonsense, I finally gave Baron Honda a call to see if by any miracle i could get a better deal. Immediately i could tell the employees there were far nicer and more understanding and right away helped me with my questions. No nonsense bottom line gave me a great deal and without going in circles too. I dealt with Bobby Brodeur, who is a wonderful salesman. Very understanding and friendly and did everything he could to help me out and get me a car as fast as possible. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Typical Shady Car Salesman Behavior

I went into the dealership one day and test drove several cars. The salesman let me take the car out on my own so I could do more than a typical 5 minute test drive. I had come in for a used car but decided on a new Accord. He gave me a price but I wasn't ready to buy it then. I went home and did some research. I found a deal on Edmunds.com for Barons so I sent in a request for a "price promise price". I exchanged several texts with Jenna, the internet manager. She gave me a better price than the salesman had. I specifically asked more than once if it was a guaranteed price and if there were any other fees (other than DMV fees). She told me if I did not add anything to the car "the price will not change." I then called her to confirm and be sure that there was no issue with my having done a test drive the day before. She spoke to the manager and suddenly the car was nearly a $1000 more because of a destination fee. The car was on the lot. I told her I was not paying an additional fee and that I had all the texts we had exchanged. The salesman got on the phone and argued with me, telling me I didn't understand. When I told him I had all the texts from Jenna he asked me to come in to discuss it. Instead, I called another dealer and asked if they would meet the guaranteed price I had gotten from Jenna. They beat that price. I bought my car from the other dealership and it was an easy and pleasant experience.

What can I say? I needed a car for my granddaughter. Went to Baron Honda last Tuesday and told the salesman, Jack Curran, that my granddaughter was undecided between the Honda Accord and two other vehicles. My granddaughter test drove the Accord, liked it but wanted to test drive the other two vehicles. Jack gave us a price, a very nice price, and said he would hold the Honda for 24 hours "verbally" -- NO money down. He asked that we call him the next day if we did NOT want the vehicle. We called him the next day and told him we didn't want it because my granddaughter was still undecided and wanted to do a bit of research on all the vehicles.Went back to Baron Honda Saturday, talked to Jack, looked at the car, signed a loan application and agreement to purchase, scheduled to pick the vehicle up today (Monday). Total time 1/2 hour. PS: Still no money down.Picked up the car this morning (11AM) brought a bank check for the deposit. While Jack sat in the new car explaining things to my granddaughter I was drinking coffee. That took about 1/2 hour. NOW comes the horrendous part when you must sit down with the finance people - Theresa. Theresa was better than Jack, and also a lot better looking. No BS, she had all the paperwork ready to go and we had it completed within 10 minutes. She offered an extended warrantee at a reasonable price which I declined but I'm seriously thinking about it. I have thirty days. There was absolutely NO pressure to purchase anything and if I were not an impatient individual, I could have stayed and chatted with Theresa for longer than the 15 minutes it took to complete the process. This was the best experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle in my 66 years, and Ive bought a lot of cars. Thank you Jack, Theresa and Baron Honda.PS: Reference Friendliness (below): When I first walked into the showroom, I was greeted with a smile from a salesman, Jack Curran, unlike some other showrooms where you're either ignored for 5 minutes or stand in front of a receptionist waiting to be assigned a sales person.

I had found a 2015 town and country through Baron Hondas website. I organized a test drive the same day. When i arrived the car was waiting and exactly as advertised. Bobby helped with the trade in and purchase of the town and country. I was given fair value for the trade in and Bobby was extremely helpful during the whole process. He was very understanding as my wife and i wrangled two small children (hence the minivan) while purchasing a car. Following the purchase, Bobby was proactive and extremely responsive when there was a paperwork glitch. I couldn't have been happier with the buying experience and the salesperson (Bobby). Highly recommend.

The process was so easy that my husband was able to make the sale a suprise for me, and I was there! Two days later we picked up the vehicle as we had to wait for it to arrive. That's when I found out my husband already bought the vehicle. We signed a paper after going over the financing agreement and were set to go. It was quick and easy. Payment was in the budget we asked for. We bought a pre owned 2112 Honda Pilot, with all the bells and whistles. It's beautiful! So far we are very happy with our purchase. I originally saw Will, who was kind enough to see me when the dealership was closing...when I came back Will was not there and I saw Brian. I heard very good things from my fiancee about this dealership before we went down and was not disappointed. I did do some other shopping around and I found other places to be too pushy or who told me there was nothing for me at the dealer and then called me repeatedly for my business after I walked out. Baron Honda was pleasant to deal with and financing was a breeze...no sudden charges or fees popped up at any stage in the purchase. I bought a used Honda CRV and am very pleased so far with my decision---can't wait to get my cargo mat for the dogs!
