Banks dealership understands the needs for their customer. GMC trucks sell themselves, however it is very important the sales and management take pride in their work; Banks proved to me that was the case. I was very impressed with my salesman Seth McCusker, he told me he was very happy to be working for the #1 dealership in the area. He took pride in his job and it showed, the rest of the staff was just as professional - (Management and Customer service). the sales people were good but the service department is horrible. i have been lied to, charged for a repair that was due to a defect or contamination. Once I fixed I had a scratch on the side of the truck the service manager ignored me and would not answer any of my calls or emails when he heard that some one used touch up paint to cover the damage. So i get treated poorly lied to and charged for a repair that should never been there, my vehicle gets damaged they tried to hide it, make me jump through hoops just to get it repaired. take an extra day to do the repair tried to give me a loaner i can't even drive then give me one that had never been cleaned and had an over powering mold and mildew smell. then you add in all the time i had to take off or schedules i had to rearrange. then get the impression that they don't care. I called all the way up to GM and got the same impression. Next time i will buy a Toyota.

When I brought my Silverado in for just a simple oil change, it was running fine. A few miles up the road AFTER the oil change, I noticed the truck acted like the brakes were dragging and all my system lights were flashing off and on, on the dash. Brought it back to Banks, they said their tech had broken the emergency brake cable and the brake light switch had failed. They made ME pay for the switch saying it was NOT related, COINCIDENTAL it broke just as it left the shop !! NOT HAPPY !! Expressed my feelings in an email to the dealership owner that I should not have paid for any of it, as I know it was related , but she chose NOT to respond to my email.

Besides getting my very first oil change, the man at the desk also got me information an pricing on getting interior floor mats for my Traverse, as well as a hood guard and rain guards for the doors. I was also pleasantly surprised that when I went outside to get my vehicle, it was washed and also vacuumed! I cannot say enough about Banks Chevrolet and their service. My Mom went to Betley Chevrolet for her oil change, and she did not receive any service like this! Banks Chevrolet and their employees are very customer service oriented, and being a female, it is very much appreciated! Thank you!

At the outset I told my sales rep that I have grown to truly dislike the car buying process from start to finish. I began contact with Banks via Internet, as I had with a few other dealers, and was very pleasantly surprised to find out quickly that the folks at Banks, I.e. Staci, Anna and Brad, not only talk customer service, they practice it. I actually got real answers to every question I had. Not the case from the others. They were very aggressive with their pricing and let me know of other incentives, of which I ended up saving another $500, all through e-mails. I have a very busy schedule and the convenience of e-mail is important to me. As a result of my positive experience up to that point we decided to make the 3 hour drive from NY and the trip did not disappoint. The sales manager quickly connected us with a sales representative, Beau, who took us by car to the remote lot where the truck I was interested in was located (they are a very large dealership!), slapped on a plate and said "see you back at the dealer". Who does that anymore? Another pleasant surprise........Trust. After a reasonable drive, whereby my wife and I could actually discuss our thoughts, we returned to the dealer. They again proved what I expected to be the case by this point and gave me a fair trade for my vehicle. The finance department's Otto, was very personable and accommodating, really knew his business and there was no pressure on final sales options whatsoever. We were asked if we wanted to take it home after a brief preparation and with a very nice gift bag of New Hampshire hospitality we began our 3 hour trip home, very satisfied customers! My first attempt was not so special at Banks Chevrolet. After a follow up phone call, I decided to go back, as I was a former employee of this family oriented organization. I had the pleasure with meeting up with Buzz and he set me up directly with Alex B. This is the dealership I have come to know. Alex exemplifies customer service as all my questions were answered, he actively listened, found the right match for me, and made this buying experience perfect. I was hesitant of continuing my search at Banks and even Chevrolet for that matter, but all issues were put at ease with the attention given from both Alex and Buzz. Yes, I am completely satisfied.

I have bought several vehicles over the years from Banks Chevrolet and always had a positive experience. My most recent was when I arrived at the dealership to look at a GMC Sierra. Well, my wife found a used F150 Ford Lariat that she fell in love with. While checking the vehicle out, a sales person (Thomas Whitney) walked up and asked if he could be of service. He was very friendly, polite, helpful and informative (even though we were looking at a ford)! I left that day without making a purchase and after a few weeks of thought, returned for another look at the truck. That day, a long time friend (Roland Lamy) was at the dealership and together with Tom and the "Pit Boss" (Buzz), put together an acceptable deal that we agreed on which included a trade-in. As always, my overall experience was VERY GOOD right down to when I picked the vehicle up and it was IMPECCABLY CLEAN AND DETAILED! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

After a significant amount of research and a few test drives, I decided to purchase a new trunk from Banks in Concord. Not only did they have the lowest price around, but the customer service and atmosphere was second to none. My sales associate, Ryan Gelinas, was excellent. Banks continues to be a first rate experience. We work with Cindy DiPrimo and she is fabulous to us. I was in the dealership for service a few weeks ago, told her my Impala was getting close to the lease milage and if there were any good programs for Trucks coming up to let me know. She gave me a call about a week ago, said there was going to be a big special on GCM trucks that weekend and to let her know if I was interested. I told her exactly what I was looking for and how time constrained I was. She called me back, said she would have a truck ready for me Saturday morning that met me requirements and budget. She delivered. She has gotten to know us so well over the past decade that I have been working with her and the Banks family that she just always seems to know exactly what we need. I now have beautiful 2016 GMC Sierra and couldn't be happier with my experience.

Won't Fix My Infotaiment System under Warranty

Banks refuses to fix my truck. The infotainment system only works with my iPod intermittently. When I had an iPod Classic, they promised to fix it for sixty days, then said "we don't cover that any more". Now, with the iPod Touch, they said it was fixed, the problem re-occurred less than a week later, then they said "it can't be fixed". Can't get a straight answer from them.

My experience with Banks Chevrolet was one of the most stress free experiences when buying a vehicle that I have experienced in 30 years. My salesperson, Cindy DiPrimo was absolutely wonderful. Brennan Haywood was exemplary. The management was not that cooperative when we had an issue finalizing the transaction due to a title signature issue on my part. Brennan drove 4 hours and delivered the truck to our home the following week late on a Saturday night after we received the new title! We would not have completed the deal if it were not for his commitment.

Totally professional- It was the first time I took my new car in for an oil change. Although my sales professional had explained the process, I wasn't quite sure I remembered, but there was someone waiting to give me directions when I pulled up. There was no line at the service desk when I dropped off my car. I waited about an hour in the cafe area, eating the lunch I brought, and just soaked in the peacefulness and good atmosphere while I watched the employees get lunch and chat with the ladies at the food counter. When my electronic light thing went off, to signal my car was done, I just had to sign for the work, and pay for the inspection sticker. The woman at the cashier counter was friendly and courteous. I also dropped by my sales person's desk to say Hello and he was friendly and pleasant. My car was washed and waiting for me when I went out-- and off I went!

I brought in my 2014 Cadillac for it's first oil change since I purchased the vehicle 2 months ago from this specific dealership. As part of the oil change process they rotated my tires. The technician put my tires on wrong and had I not noticed shortly after driving away it would have done irreversible damage to my car. I assumed that taking my car back to the dealership where I had just purchased it I would have a qualified, trained technician performing services. I was wrong. The tires on the rear of my car are noticeably larger than the front tires because it is a sports coupe. My larger, rear tires were placed in the front and my smaller, front tires were placed on the back. I was told when I returned 10 minutes later that the technician who performed my services has been there for years and there was no excuse for what happened. I cannot tell you how great my purchase experience was at Banks. Buying a new vehicle, sight unseen, sounds like a gamble..well....not with Banks. Bob Baumeister was not only extremely knowledgeable about the 2016 Silverado I was interested in (and subsequently purchased), but his level of professionalism was unmatched. On delivery day, I drove up from Harrisburg Pennsylvania, and met with Bob for the first time, face to face. Never before I have I met an auto sales associate like Bob. Bob helped me pick out several accessories for my new Silverado, he spent a great deal of time assisting me. He even went as far as to go back and forth to the parts department bringing different accessories so I could see how they matched my new purchase. Bob even gave me a quick tour of the dealership. I could not believe how clean, organized and friendly the staff were. And really!!!! A diner inside the service dept???? AWESOME! I will drive 8 hours again to buy my next vehicle from Banks. Just picked up a Colarado Diesel from Banks. Love it!!! Second truck I have bought from them. The first one was fours years ago and the customer service from the sales department was horrible. Well this time it was 180 degree turn around. Kara was the sales person and she is a car chick. She knows and loves cars and trucks. She has a service background so she can show you how to change fuel filters or oil if you want to know. She was awesome and made it a pleasure to take delivery and during the sales process. I highly recommend you ask for her if you visit Banks.

I was very impressed from the beginning to end. This is a team of people that are friendly and work well together. If one employee isn't available the other one will get you the answer. They offered a great deal without the normal game playing back and forth over pricing which I hate. If I saw any sign of that I would have dropped them and looked elsewhere. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The size of the dealership and amount of inventory is very impressive and huge. As the largest New England GM dealer, Banks was on my search list and coincidently had a truck in stock fitting my wish list. Multiple phone calls with Anna and Angela first then my salesman Nick brought me the 200 miles one way to lease my 2016 GMC Sierra. They were all professional, didn't mind my multiple phone calls and offered me such a great deal in the first place ($6k under MSRP, while my local dealer could only do $4k under MSRP) that I didn't have to mention that I'm eligible for the GM Supplier Discount, as their discount and the available rebates brought me lower than I could've gotten otherwise. The size of their dealership meaning their showroom and customer lounge was eye opening, along with their impressive stock. Closing the deal was done in about a half hour time with only my salesman, not like some dealers where you go to see the grinder, the F&I person signing off on all the papers and being pressured for add on's. Will definitely consider Banks again in the future and tell anyone considering a GM vehicle to consider Banks.

I walked into the dealership with high hopes in walking out with either a 2015 Silverado or 2016 Colorado. In speaking to the salesman, he was very helpfully in helping me choose the right truck. Allowing us to take our time in test driving and looking over the trucks were were interested in. He was helpful and very willing to let us test drive both trucks so my wife and I can come to a decision. The staff was very helpful from the choosing of a truck to the financing. It was truly the best a no hassle, stress free, easiest car buying experiencing we've ever had. There was no pressure in in the choosing of the right truck from the salesman nor any pressure or haggling when it came to the financing. The financing personal was very fast, courteous, and helpful in choosing the right financing. I arrived at the dealer at 9am in the morning expecting to be there most if not all day there. But because of the exceptional personal and relaxed environment. We were in an out in 3 hours time and accomplished everything we set out to do at the dealership. By time we've left, we've agreed on a price and financing with no problems. Also the offered me a great trade in value for my 2012 Camaro.

I had an issue with the starter on an 11 year old Equinox but the price of a new starter was too much. The service manager worked on a less expensive alternative and made me extremely happy. The service manager didn't have to do that this but he did. It was his suggestion and I was surprised that a dealership would be so acommodating to a client. I was selling the car to a friend latter that week and needed it running. Yes, my friend knows about the starter. Thanks Banks for putting the client's needs before profit. I have used bank's service for years and have never had an issue. I brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze in for the 5k service check. I was greeted at the door and the gentleman explained where I should go. This was helpful-I had not been in for service work prior. My car was washed and vacuumed-I so appreciated this "extra work". All encounters with your employees were respectful and courteous. I called to make an appointment and was told one was not needed-I cam in on a Saturday prepared to spend hours and was pleasantly surprised at the quick service. BTW-a lady was in the waiting room and an employee came in to ask "Does someone own a "he described the car." She acknowledged it was hers. He asked had she checked-in-she said No, this is only my second time here. Perhaps the greeter was not there or busy with another customer when she arrived-this validates the importance of the "greeter position." I did not purchase my car from the previous Chevy dealership because I felt as a customer with a 10 yo Malibu, the person I dealt with could have cared less about my satisfaction since I had an older car. I did call him when I was in an automobile accident and my 10 yo Malibu was totaled. I told him he had lost me as a customer because of how he treated me. We stopped at Banks Chevrolet after looking online at the various models available, in the Chevrolet lines. My wife and I had more or less decided that the Trax would meet our needs so we were anxious to see one. Banks had a wide variety of Trax models to choose from. We met a Sales Consultant, Tyler Pescinski who took us painlessly through the buying process making a sometimes confusing effort "effortless". As a previous Chevrolet product owner (1997 Chevrolet Venture Mini-van) I had been to Banks Chevrolet, during its reconstruction to obtain information and minor parts, for my Venture. The confusion of the construction was well worth the end result. I used Bank's internet pricing option via email to get a model /price I was happy with..no pressure at all. Both Allison Woods and Alex Thibodeau did an excellent job and even Steve didnt pressure me at all in regards to finance options, he actually got me a better rate than my credit union. Ive even had an experience with the service department due to a low Freon charge the AC wasnt throwing cold air, I bought the car on Friday, I came in early on Saturday and was in and out of the service department in an hour on a very busy Saturday morning. I always service my cars at the dealer so I will be revisiting Banks as the need arises even though Betley Chevrolet is down the street from my house in Derry. I was very impressed with every facet of my purchase and service with your dealership so far. I highly recommend the Banks Dealership if you're considering purchasing any GM product.

The experience at Banks auto dealership is top notch compared to any other dealership we have dealt with. they met my wife at the door the day she came in for and oil change and warranty work. they knew her name, welcomed her in and offered a vehicle for her to use while our GMC was in for service. The Very Next day, my other vehicle that we unfortunately purchased at Quirk Auto dealership also needed repair. I went there knowing how happy my wife was the day before with your service dept. thinking i would get the same treatment from Quirk. i walked in, was not greeted, but just looked at for about 3 mins. finally got rude help and found out they couldn't see where my appointment had been scheduled, however i did make an appointment the week before. We came to Banks with our fair share of skepticism, not because of their reputation (which we were not too aware of), but because of the weekends filled with disappointments at other dealers in the past month. We felt so many other dealerships in the area either brushed us off, were too aggressive, or tried to play it too aloof, too cool or too snobby. After spotting the Buick Encore online, and doing a fair amount of research, we reached out to Banks to setup a test drive. From Allison we had our time setup, and upon arriving with we worked with Mark. Mark had a clear sense of pride in his work, and the facilities, and neither rushed us or took too much time in showing off the vehicle and the benefits of working with Banks. If I hadn't known better, I'd say that many of the employees originated in the hospitality industry, as they were very alert, responsive, and friendly. We received a wonderful deal, from our trade-in to the finances, and were happy to make our purchase with Mark. We were happy to find not only the right vehicle, but also the right people and place to buy it. Banks seems to understand that their journey with a customer may start with a purchase, but continues on through service and maintenance, and possibly new vehicles in the future. We would happily recommend using them to anyone searching for a new car.

It was in great shape, had low mileage and there was none of the high-pressure sales tactics that you encounter at other dealerships nor was there the typical passing between various people in order to get an answer on pricing. They are transparent in their negotiations in showing the best that they offer. We dealt with Aric Lantiegne and he is incredibly personable and customer focused. Despite being incredibly busy the day we were there, Aric was attentive and dedicated to getting us a vehicle to suit our needs at the best price. We also have our vehicles serviced at Banks. The entire Banks teams is top notch!

I was searching for the right used car for a long time and when I finally found the car I've been looking for, Banks was the worst mistake and waste of time - I have ever experienced in my life. They are very unorganized, unresponsive, and unwilling. All the staff front, maybe the greet you nice but its not sincere. I tried to apply for this car with my old job and when I wasnt approved, they were persistent on getting me in something different I specifically said I didnt like. Month an a half go by, go back with a new much better paying job: They called me and told me not to come to my scheduled appt Claimed I had a trade in when I never did (This would be my first car, what do I have to trade in????) The sales manager claimed I talked with him on the phone when I know I didnt. (I hate talking on the phone, esp with dealers, I would have never allowed it) And told me my life was upside down. The car I was inquiring about had been there for 4 months. Didn't care about making quota. Didnt care about being polite and most certainly didnt care about not insulting me. Telling me my life was upside down? This is the worst dealership you could ever go to. I don't care if it's the car you've been looking for, find it somewhere else. You will receive the worst customer service ever. They will waste your time and not complete their job. I do not recommend Banks to anyone! It's pandora's box waiting to be opened again.

While waiting for my Enclave to be serviced I went to the service desk to ask a question as I was waiting I overheard a mechanic talking to the service writer he was talking about a car he was working on. He said to the writer he did some extra things but did not want to charge the customer for it, he also said that he was going to repair something else and said lets just fix this and do it right to make the customer happy and don't charge him for it. That was really a nice jester and something that will keep customers, to fix it right the first time. GREAT JOB to the mechanic.

A friend posted on Facebook that Banks was offering great deals on 2014 Cadillacs. We were interested so we called and spoke to Brad Solomon in the customer care department. Brad gave us all of the information we needed, told us what was still available and gave us an idea of how great the deals were. We went in and met with Jeff LaValley, who helped us pick out the best one and showed us how everything worked. A couple hours later we were driving it home for the exact payment we were expecting. This was, hands down, the best and easiest car buying experience we ever had. Jeff knew everything about the cars and Brad didn't fill us full of false promises to get us in. If you are in the market check these guys out - you won't be disappointed.

After looking for several years for just the right used car, one turned up at Banks so I went to check it out. I was promptly helped out and I took out the car for a test drive. The sales rep, Doug M., offered to let me take it out myself but I asked him to come along to help answer some questions. He happily agreed. After driving the car I was more than happy with it but I was dreading the negotiation, as I had checked out several other places. Each of the other places failed to treat me well, low-balling my trade, refusing to negotiate, etc. Doug and the sales manager Buzz made this a great experience, giving me a fair price for my trade and giving me a good deal on the car that I looked some time to find. I highly recommend checking out Banks if you are in the market for a used car and want to be treated with the respect that a serious customer deserves. Do ask for Doug, too.

A week later to find out the truck had been hit in there parking lot then repaired with bondo and repainted and sold to us as brand new was never told till we found it ourself then brought it back was never said sorry we had to fight to get a brand new door on because they were only going to fix it, then when I picked up my truck I got an adittude from the general sales manager. My husband and I were sort of in a bind with our two used cars. Both were in need of substantial repair work as they were getting older. Unsure about what steps to take, we called Banks and explained the situation. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. They suggested trading in both and leasing a new car, since it was understood that we could do with just one vehicle and they understood the peace of mind driving a new car would bring us. We had never considered leasing before but the process and benefits of leasing were explained very well and it really made the most sense to us financially. Our whole transaction start to finish was handled professionally and quickly. Working with Banks was the best decision we made. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I traded in a truck that had originally been my dads and felt it was time to trade it in. After looking online at various trucks we ended up at Banks. We appreciated the fact that there were no sales people hovering around us. When we had a question, my wife and I approached them. The staff was friendly, relaxed and very knowledgeable. No pressure at all. We got a fair trade and a reasonable price. The process was quick and efficient. Having brought my truck in for service 3 times now I cannot talk highly enough about the people and service. There were no hidden costs or anyone telling me I needed something more than what I went in for. My most recent visit was to have my truck bed spray lined. As expected from Banks, the service and quality is outstanding. Having a good product to sell plus having outstanding staff, service and a comfortable waiting area is what sets Banks apart from the others!

I brought my 2002 Pontiac Trans-Am with the W-6 high performance package and only 14,500 miles to Banks Chevrolet for service. My wife calls it the "Garage Decoration"! I purchased four ultra performance tires through Banks and I wanted to make sure they were installed on the original rims that did not have a single scratch. (I was "tuned up" for the visit as someone that I work with took his 2010 Mercedes SUV to another Concord location for new tires the day before and they scratched all four Mercedes rims-OUCH).They went over the car with me in tremendous detail. They assigned a veteran mechanic and he did a perfect job! They kept me updated and asked me if I wanted the stick on weights or metal. They asked me if I wanted to keep the Goodyear Eagle tires. They washed, vacuumed and cleaned the inside windshield. They even found a $50 tire rebate form for the tires and filled it out for me and mailed it! Unbelievable service and attention to detail. I am very "picky" with my five vehicles and they continue to be the best I have ever dealt with in my 42 years of owning cars. Called local Chevrolet dealers for '14 Silverado lease pricing spoke with a girl on the phone who shot me some lease numbers that weren't really accurate. Based on that I visited the dealership to meet with Buz the sales manager. When I showed up I was greeted by a young but confident salesman, Alex Thibedeau. He greeted me and took me to meet Buzz first. Then he got right to work finding me the perfect truck meeting both my comfort needs and monthly lease payment needs once we all agreed the phone quote wasn't accurate when trade and terms were added to the equation. We found a truck as they were getting ready to close and took delivery 2 days after. We reached agreement the first night with a handshake, no asking for a deposit scare tactics, just "when can you come back sign paperwork and take delivery?" When I returned two days later to sign and drive we realized my truck didn't have a tow hitch as we all thought it did. They had a hitch in the parts dept had it installed while we finished up paperwork, easy resolution no hassle or guilt trip of added cost. When the truck was ready after I asked for some help switching my cap Alex took it upon himself to bring my old truck with a contractor cap and new truck to the service area and had the great guys of quick lube swap the cap altogether, they had to refab some brackets to make the clamps work but it came out awesome and was way above anything I expected from a dealer. When Alex brought the truck back out front he hopped in the passenger seat and gave me a rundown of all truck electronics. I left with a big smile.

I set the week aside to hunt down and purchase a truck. I had a definite idea of the type of truck, and the amount I was putting down, and max payments per month. I visited 12 major dealerships traveling to Concord, Manchester, Nashua, Stratham, & Portsmouth. I started my search on a Sunday. I visited Banks on a Monday and was impressed with the inventory and the actual number of trucks that matched my exact needs. I returned to purchase a truck on the following Saturday because of all the dealerships I visited, Alex Thibodeau at Banks really listen to what I had to say, was truly willing to work with me. The Banks facility was the most impressive of all the dealerships I visited the entire week. I contacted the dealer right away since the specific color and options I was looking for were uncommon. Brad contacted me right away and the whole sales and finance team eased me through the process of purchasing my first brand new vehicle. I came into Banks to look into a GMC terrain. Court was very fast to sit me down and discuss the different options I had. He let me test drive a 2014 model which I liked very much. When we started talking about price he told me that he had the same car in a 2013 and he was willing to let me take it for a day to test drive if I wanted. I scheduled to do that 2 days later. When I went to pick up the 2013 there was no doubt in my mind that when I returned it I would be purchasing the car. Court was prepared for us when we did return. He made sure to get us the best deal possible. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and made the process easy. I walked into Banks in Concord pre-approved to purchase a new 2013 GMC Denali pickup truck and to receive an appraisal on my current GMC Denali. After explaining exactly what I was looking for, the salesman happily took my truck around back to have it appraised. Shortly after and due to limited time on my part, I handed the salesman my business card with all of my contact information on it. The salesman as well as the sales manager assured me that I would receive a prompt email with an appraisal. After 8 days and no email with an appraisal or phone call, I became quite annoyed to say the least. It quickly became apparent that my business was not important. Being in the customer service industry myself and knowing that my job and company depends on giving great customer service, I find this experience to be pretty poor. What this salesman, and dealership lost was not only my business but that of two coworkers that lived close by looking to purchase the same truck within a month or two but waiting to hear of my experience. Needless to say, they won't be visiting Banks.

I would definitely recommend Banks to anyone who is looking for quality, professional service. From start to finish, the process was very easy, comfortable, and organized. I drove up to the door, was greeted by a friendly gentleman who directed me through to the service line, told me where to park, and referred me to a very pleasant service advisor who kept me updated through the entire process. The time I was quoted was accurate, the price was reasonable, and I felt right at home while I was waiting in the cafe/waiting area. I've dealt with a lot of car dealerships in my day, and Banks is by far the best experience I've had.

Great services, great sales staff that goes out of their way to say hello to you. Always feel like you are getting the best work for your dollar. I was afraid going to purchase my first brand new Silverado, but my salesman, Jeff Lavalley, was fantastic and I couldnt be happier with how things went. I recieved a great trade in for my old truck, and they were able to get my payments within 2 dollars of what I wanted. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked in the door (with my 2 and 3 year old in tow), I felt comfortable. Once I decided to buy the car, we negotiated on a price...NOT a payment. I wanted a bottom line and we got to it before we even talked about payments. Then, they even got me GREAT financing really quickly. They even gave me a fair price for my trade (which I was surprised because all dealerships try to low ball you). I usually hate buying cars, but I was surprised how wonderful this experience was. So I guess you can say I was pleasantly surprised!
