This has been the best experience in purchasing a car. The salesman was attentive and went out of his way to get the exact options that was requested. The final price was lower then any in this area.At Balise Lexus compromise is not in their vocabulary.

Bought a Certified pre owned RX in 2014. I just recently relocated to FL and brought the vehicle in for a trade on a new RX. The FL dealership informed us that our trade had been in a accident before we purchased it and this would significantly lower the trade value. We were never informed by Balise of this accident. We called our sales rep who sounded shocked by this info and said he would get right back to us. Of course we never heard from him again. Certainly not the first issue with Balise for us. This soured us on Lexus in general so we now have a new Acura.

I worked with Kate Bedard, who was great!I found the car online as our selection in Kansas City is limited. It was a 2014 GS 350 Certified with 26k miles.Kate and I worked out a deal by phone and email, she was easy to work with and met my expectations. I was worried buying a car that I haven't seen and flying out with a one way ticket! But Kate made me feel safe and she held up her end of the deal! I would definitely do it again!I drove the car home 1400 miles and it was perfect, didn't skip a beat! Very happy customer here!

I spotted a vehicle that I loved at Balise Lexus in West Springfield. One of the sales guy's took me on a test drive and I decided it was the vehicle for me. When we went back to the office to talk numbers the gentleman was very rude and showed no interest in working a deal, he even told me "the nice thing about America is you can go elsewhere and buy what you want". Weeks later I noticed that the price of the vehicle had dropped to the price range that I was initially looking for. Even though I was turned off by the sales guy and the dealership, I went back and decided that I would try to work a deal with someone else. I ended up working with the sales manager. I told him about my previous experience and he seemed somewhat apologetic. We ended up striking a deal!Everything was in place and I was ready to get my car and enjoy....Wrong! Fifteen minutes before I leave to pick up the vehicle (3 days after making the deal), I get a call from the sales manager telling me the vehicle has been in an accident!! It turns out that one of his sales associates backed the vehicle into the gas pump! I was furious beyond belief....who does that on the day of a pick up??!! The car also has rear view camera's. I went to inspect the damage the rear bumper was completely smashed and damaged. As you could imagine I did not buy the car. The sales manager simply said "sorry I will refund your money". It was the most insincere apology ever and he didnt even offer up any alternatives. Do not buy from this dealership....poor customer service! The car was a 2012 infiniti m37x.

Having owned 6 Lexus vehicles over the past 20+ years, my recent experience with Balise Lexus confirmed why I choose Lexus. I recently bought a 2010 RX 350 with 96,000 miles from them and I felt it was a good bet considering my 2000 RX 300 had over 260,000 miles. After about 1,500 miles, however, the air conditioning went out and I needed a new A/C clutch and compressor - not an insignificant repair and highly unusual. I contacted my Lexus Sales Consultant, Kate Bedard, who sold me the car. Kate immediately understood and lead the effort in resolving the situation. Early the next morning, I received a call from Paul Sowa, Service Manger, who said that they would take care of it with almost no cost to me. In addition he told me that they would pick up my car, provide a loaner, then deliver the car back to me - which is no small task since I live about 150 miles from the dealership. Paul's words to me were, "You bought the car expecting that the air conditioner works and that is what you should have." I want to thank Kate, Paul, and the Balise Team for their outstanding customer service, exceeding my expectations and confirming once again why I choose Lexus.

My experience at Balise Lexus was wonderful, from the time I walked into the dealership, until I gave Kate a hug before I drove off in my new car! Everyone at the dealership I encountered made me feel at home, I was buying a used car and I was not buying a Lexus at this time, but I was their priority every time I stepped into the dealership. Kate made the experience seamless, I never had to worry about anything, she took care of every detail from start to finish! Best car buying experience I have ever had! She really cared about what I needed and what I was looking for :)

Went to Balise Lexus and found the RX350 that I wanted to buy and met with Barbara Spear, who hapens to be a long time employee of 7 years which is unusual in the auto business. Very pleasant to work with but She needed to go to the Sales Manager for the price because I didn't want the Certification . Then after 10 minutes she arrived with the price printed out only to find a $400 documentation fee and another fee that was just listed as FEE-$170. We know these fees are not recommended by Consumers Report as they are just extra profits. I walked out and then received an email from Barbara whom I then tried to reach because I really did like the Lexus I found, although it did need new tires. I guess they overlooked the tires in their 161 point inspection. I still wanted to make a deal but no reply after 5 days of emailing to her. I do notice the same Lexus is still available on the web sight. WHY?

I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years. This is one of the few experiences at a car dealership where I felt like I was being handled with integrity; up-front, hassle-free negotiation. No secret back room "I'll have to ask my manager" nonsense. And guess what, it was a good deal! They were right on with my trade-in value. Even the finance people were nice and that is a rarity. They had my car, with all the bells and whistles I wanted by the next day! Our sales person Issac was a gentleman. Would absolutely buy a car from him again. And the Lexus, well, the car speaks for itself.

I am a young professional and a second time car buyer, though the first time, I wasn't as involved in the process. I owned my last vehicle for over 9 years, so car shopping was EXTREMELY nerve wracking. I don't like change. Period. So the thought of buying a new car, gave me a lot of anxiety. Before choosing Balise Lexus, I had been doing a lot of research on body styles, prices, and overall vehicle quality online. Once I narrowed it down, I knew I was heading to Balise because I am a big fan of their customer service. I was stuck between two vehicles, and one of them was the Lexus RX 350. A close family friend of mine had been working for Balise Lexus for a while, and I decided to check out that car first with him. I was totally overwhelmed by the luxurious customer service as soon as I entered the building. The car I was looking at was already in front and ready to be shown when I arrived, and Isaac was so thorough, and answered every little question I had. After looking at other Lexus mid-sized SUV models, I finally decided on the 2016 RX 350. The prices were unbeatable! I was so excited to know that I could afford this beautiful luxury car! But the excitement didn't stop there. I was blown away by the atmosphere, how laid back everyone is and how informative and "not-pushy" all of the people I encountered were. The Lexus owners lounge was the coolest thing ever. They really cater to their customers by offering several coffee and tea options, pastries, sandwiches, cold beverages, and even a small dining area. The computer cafe was awesome, too! I just can't talk more highly of this dealership. By far exceeded any expectations that I ever had in a dealership.

I spent all day calling every Lexus dealer in the country looking for one specific car with very specific components under a very unique situation. I connected with Katharine, who had already prefaced her call with a descriptive email. Let me tell you, you can really learn A LOT about a particular dealership and it's level of quality by how you are treated on the phone. I can't even start counting how many were totally unprofessional but I can count the ones who stood out and Balise almost made me feel like I was there AND comfortable. Katharine, as were all of the other employees I could hear in the background, was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. No matter the outcome of my search for my one true love, I will always remember Balise.

Had a check engine light go on on my wife's 08 Lexus rx350 . Had an independent mech read code , p0015 exhaust vvti . Not a big deal but I called Lexus just to let them know it came on ( and went off ) usually not a big deal but once in a while could be major repair . They said I had to bring to Lexus dealer and have a cert tech read it . ( ok I get it ) brought in to dealer advisor ( Brenda ) said ok 1hr labor have a seat . I did . After exactly 1 hr ( imagine that ) she gave me my print out from their cert Lexus tech . It said I have a dead battery ! really I still have the print out to prove it . Must replace battery and go from there . I'm not making this up my report from my cert Lexus tech says replace my dead battery ( oh also they recommend a whole host of other repairs totaling over $2300 !) including a new rear strut for $765 , they said was leaking , I brought car to my mech put it on a lift and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the strut ! I said to Brenda how can my battery be dead I just DROVE THE CAR HERE ! Asked to speak to service manager , he was off for the day . Made appt with him next day . Drove my truck and met him next day , he says where is car and I told him u guys are totally incompetent and will never touch our Lexus again . He did offer to give me back half my money . I told him why you guys weren't have wrong on the diagnostic . He said that was the best he could do . I told him to keep it ! Next day I called Lexus they gave me a $300 voucher at any Lexus dealer , needless to say we won't be going back to Balise . Do yourself and your Lexus a favor and stay clear of these guys ! Dave

I have worked with Marc Thompson over the past 25 years. He has helped me with the purchase of four automobiles, a 1989 Honda, a 1996 Lexus ES 300, a 2011 IS 250, and most recently a 2016 NX 200t. I appreciate the standard that he has set at Balise Lexus in terms of welcoming treatment of customers and the professionalism he has displayed. His follow through has been great. Everyone likes to feel special. The folks at Balise Lexus have apparently decided to make satisfied customers a goal. The cost of my vehicles has always been higher then other competitive cars, but I have decided that I'm worth possessing that which is amongst the best on the road. I believe I, too, have set a standard.

Car buying can be a daunting experience; but not at Balise. I just leased my 5th RX 350 from Balise and the sales, leasing and deliver experience were all outstanding. Jim Maloio was my salesperson who worked very closely with me thru the initial sale, with regular updates on the availability of the car I selected, and the final delivery. Leasing was also a painless experience and the person who reviewed all the features of the vehicle with me did an excellent job. All in all an outstanding car buying experience.

We recently went to Balise Lexus in West Springfield two weeks ago with the intent to lease a new RX 350, we were pleasantly greeted by the salesman Jim Pirro. He did an excellent job explaining and reviewing all the different leasing options to us which made it very easy for us in deciding the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Jim Pirro as the salesman for the purchase of lease of any vehicle at Balise in West Springfield, "thanks Jim for making our selection so easy and convenient." When we went back the following week on October 17th,2015 to pick up the vehicle, Jim had it all registered and ready to go. The business manager Bill Gryskiewicz was excellent going over all the paperwork and the extra protection plan options that were available. He was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. I had my first ES 300 for 14 years before I traded it in for the one I have now, and neither one did we purchase from Balise Lexus. Not that we didn't try, but that is another story.In looking to possibly trade in my 2005 Lexus ES 330 with low mileage, we went to Balise to test drive the new Lexus NX which I had convinced myself was my next car. Barbara Spear was my product specialist and she couldn't have been more professional, pleasant and fun to work with. After visiting several dealerships in the area trying to find my next car, (and after realizing the NX was just a bit too "muscular" for me), I have recently asked myself the question, "Why is it that there are not more women in Sales"? Balise Lexus, you may not be aware of this, but your dealership was only one of two where I encountered and worked with women sales reps. Kudos to you! As a professional woman, I do appreciate and enjoy working with women product specialists as well as men. The Balise Lexus dealership is top notch, in my opinion. Competent and professional in every way. I spoke with people in the service department looking to get information regarding service of the NX and they politely and patiently answered my questions. The receptionist did her job by greeting us and directing us to Barbara. We test drove 3 vehicles that day, the NX, CT and CT Sport, and Barbara was very helpful and patient. While they did not offer me enough for my car ( but neither did anyone else other than an independent dealer), and after driving all kinds of different cars on my journey ,this experience has enabled me to once again, "see the light", realize and appreciate that Lexus is most likely the only car for me. I've decided instead of trading it in and purchasing something new, to hang onto my car, because I believe, as does my mechanic, that it has many more good years left in it and it's been a very good friend to me for many years. However, when the time does come, my next Lexus will be purchased from Balise as long as they can negotiate a fair price.

My husband was looking for a Sebring convertible for me. He found 2 onlilne. With the information that Balise provided with the picture, we called Ballise Lexus to see if the car was still available. When he called, he got Kate as the sales person. He told her that we would be out to look at the car. Kate thought we would be out the next day, but we showed up within the hour. Kate let me take it for a test drive and suggested that we take ir on the highway. It was awesome. When we got back, we sat down to work out a deal. Within an hour, we had made the sale. Kate was very friendly and worked out a deal that was acceptable to all. We went back 3 days later to pick up the car. We also worked with Bill Grysziewicz, the Business Manager. We didn't feel pressured to purchase this car like sometimes happens, but not here. I would deffinately recommend Balise Lexus, and Kate. Thanks, Kate. My initial dealing with Balise Lexus was in 1993. My first Salesman was Marc Thompson and since then I have leased either 9 or 10 Lexus LS 460's. I have lost track. It start with the 400 then the 430 and have been in the 460 ever since it came out. Mark is STILL and has been my only salesman in all those years. That is unheard of in the car business. Balise Lexus has done ALL my service over those years. They pick up my car at work, leave me a free Lexus loaner, deliver my car back to my office washed and vacuumed and we swap keys and away they go. After 21 years, 9 cars, all the service.....I have only been to their dealership ONCE. That is correct. Once was the first time in 1993. I have never had to go back there physically ever again. Marc Thompson left my office this morning with my newest car lease. All we did was swap plates, swap keys, sign the Lease at my office and inform me of any new toys or features this car has over the previous one. One last thing. A new Lexus dealership came to my town which is literally a 1/2 mile from my office about 10 years ago. I have never walked in their doors ever. Balise Lexus is 75 miles from my office. What difference does it matter if I never have to go there. They come to me. That is personalized service from a person in addition to a dealership. Why fix anything if it ain't broke. I'm still young enough to hopefully see another 21 years in Lexus' with Balise Lexus. I would hate to see you leave Marc.By the way, Every new car lease takes literally 10 minutes on the phone to negotiate. What Color and how much? That's it. Don't need to test drive the same vehicle I have been driving for 21 years. Time is valuable and time is money. Marc and Balise save me a lot of time and it is worth doing business with someone who understands that and trusts you and you trust them after all these years. Can you image trusting a car salesman???I should have written these review many years ago because nothing has changed in 21 years. I called Balise Lexus and obtained a quote for routine service on my 2008 RX350. I worked with Joe Renzulli (the assistant service manager) upon arrival at the dealership. The service was performed on my vehicle in a complete and timely fashion and I was contacted that the car was ready for pickup. During checkout with Joe, it became apparent that when I had originally called in to another service consultant, I was quoted a lower cost for one of the services than what Joe advised the cost should have been. Understanding I had been wrongly quoted, Joe made a cost adjustment and apologized for the error. I was extremely pleased at the way Joe and Balise Lexus resolved the matter in such a professional manner. I most certainly will continue to utilize Balise Lexus for all my service needs on the two Lexus vehicles I own!

Nice dealership with friendly staff. Competitive pricing on used and Certified Lexus vehicles. However, many mistakes with numbers and details when it comes time to make the deal. Things change in minutes, cars are certified then they are not. I test drove a 450h which was certified and had a listed online price, when it came time to deal, the car became uncertified. They messed up on the sales price. Also, odemeter readings are on the legal paperwork as one number then when the vehicle is delivered it has many more miles. Items that are promised to be taken care of before delivery are not done. Guess they need to spend less on their nice dealership setting and more money on their sales and operations people. Not the best experience for me, one has to wonder if they are trustworthy.

When I purchased my Lexus it was the best experience I have ever have buying a vehicle. Being a woman and purchasing from a woman was my first experience. I bought a brand new IS, they gave me a good deal on it with my trade and then I started taking it in for service. They hook you in with the first couple of oil changes being free and then they start charging you $250 each time thereafter. There are numerous things here I could list off with their customer service that I take issue with but bottom line-Their service department is overpriced and they may give you a good deal on a car but they will rob you when it comes time for maintenance. They told me I needed brakes on my car which only had 30,000 miles on it at the time, along with new tires, and they wanted to charge me around $3,000. I went to a mechanic who specializes in domestic and import autos and he wanted to charge me $600 for the tires and he said my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced. I want to get the word out there that their service department is a rip so that people can be made aware and do not get taken advantage of.

THE SALES EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIFIC. THEY MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS ALMOST SEAMLESS AND VERY EASY TO DO BUSINESS. IN CONTRAST TO THE LOCAL LEXUS DEALER WHO HAD BOTH INEXPERIENCED SALES PEOPLE INITIALLY AND WERE NOT FLEXIBLE EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED A RX 350 TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE. THE ONLY VERY NOMINAL QUESTION WAS GETTING AN INSPECTION STICKER SINCE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED OUT OF STATE.BOTH SALES PEOPLE ARE A CLASS ACT AND A REAL TESTIMONY TO THE LEXUS BRAND.

Belise Lexus is amazing!! The dealership is a classy operation from top to bottom!I made an exloratory phone call regarding a lease about to expire and was immediately offered a creative solution to the questions and challenges I had raised, including the fact that my existing lease mileage allowance had been exceeded considerably. This is the fourth vehicle we have leased or purchased from Belise. I cannot say enough about the professional, respectful way the Belise staff worked with me. As a successful, professional woman, this is hugely important to me. The staff clearly works to meet the needs of the customer in every way -- not the other way around. The entire process to complete the new lease was supported by someone at Belise the whole way. An added perk is the gorgeous state-of-the-art facility they are in (and they have great food!). This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle on my own and I was surprisingly impressed. I was not sure what to expect but I found the vehicle I wanted online at a price that I could not ignore (especially when compared to auction/nearby dealership prices). Not only was Mrs. Barbara Spear very easy to get ahold of through her direct line at my convenience, but she was also very flexible. At the dealership I was greeted promptly and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. She even dealt well with the family members I had accompanying me. The financing process was quick and simple and my vehicle was ready the exact next day. My vehicle was waiting cleaned, registered and insured. You have to be crazy to buy a CPO Lexus from this dealership. They delivered the car to me without working electric key fobs, the oil had not been changed, the next scheduled service had not been performed, the navigation system had not been updated, the fuel tank was not full as it was supposed to be, and I had to purchase my own screws to put the license tag on the car since the ones they gave me didn't fit. To make it worse, I accidentally left my EasyPass in the car I traded. I was told they would mail it back to me with the new batteries for the key fobs (that I had to install myself). More than a week later, I get an email asking me for my address, which is on all of the paperwork for the car, so they can mail my items. Are they kidding? Really?I purchased a CPO Lexus LS430 that was delivered on January 3rd.Buy elsewhere.

This was, by FAR, the best car buying experience I have ever had. All of the personnel, I dealt with, especially Darline Jensen were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had. This is the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle and was never pressured during the process. Buying my new Lexus was the easiest big purchase I have ever made. The reason I was so satisfied with my experience of purchasing a new vehicle at Balise Lexus with Darline Jensen was that she heard what I was looking for, knew that I did not need the fluff of it all. We talked about what I was looking for and what I was trading in and then the negotiations began. I was able to purchase the IS250 Lexus and drive it home that evening. The service was truly outstandng, we went back and forth with what both sides were able to give and take and the deal was sealed. I had driven a BMW, Audi, Volvo and this was the one negotiation part that I felt that I was taken care of and heard. Would definitely recomment Balise to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I just purchased my new 2009 IS sedan from Balise Lexus yesterday. What an amazing experience! My sales person Liz was fantastic, and rolled out the red carpet for me. The management staff was very accomodating and willing to work with me. I'm a single Mom and car buying can be a trying experience. After purchasing 5 car from Balise Lexus, the last of which I bought in March of 2008 from the then New General Manager who was great, and I was excited to see the place running smooth. Now I can not even get a test drive. The cars are all dirty. The car that I wanted to drive did not start. The salesman told me they do not do any work to the cars after they take them in on trade. They park them out front and sell them. If they break, they fix them when they come back. I hope one of these cars does not need a brake job. So help me if one of my family members gets hit head on from a Balise Lexus customer!!
