This was my first time buying a car and I have been to many dealers and come up with slimy pushy sales people trying to scam me out of my hard earned money. I went to Autoplex after work just to try my luck and was delightfully surprised by how easy and honest the service was. I was able to take the car on an extensive test drive; highway speed, speed humps, swerving, braking, and acceleration were all tested, with encouragement! I had a great experience, got a great car and I feel good about the price. I highly recommend this dealer!

6 Months After My Review....

Sad to say just 6 months after we purchased a car (we thought we'd have for years) we are instead having to trade it for a much smaller car 10 years older. Turns out our transmission is completely shot. Don't have $2300 to fix it and we feel so mad we paid so much and even had to borrow a little from our folks.Bummed to know now we paid well over the price it was worth.

Very Good Buying Experience

Overall it was a nice car buying experience. No pressure tactics at all. Clay was our salesman. He knew the inventory well and answered all of our questions. His goal was to put us in the car we wanted, not to just make a sale. Autoplex Motors happened to be the first car lot we visited and after spending a whole afternoon visiting other dealers, we ended up coming back. I got a good deal on a safe reliable starter car for my daughter.

Bought an older vehicle here. Relied on vehicle reputation, pictures, carfax, and dealer reviews as I bought online. A risky decision but it turned out to be worthwhile. The vehicle is in overall excellent condition with only relatively minor repairs needed to two power windows. The saleman was courteous and helpful and I am satisfied with their service and follow up. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a nice car at a decent price.

Great car buying experience:

We looked online for weeks to find a car that would fit our needs and found what looked to be too good a deal to be true at Autoplex Motors. I'm not crazy about the whole salesman/pressure/car buying experiences I've had in the past, so was pleasantly surprised to find a more low key atmosphere at this dealership. The salesman we had was Vinny, and for a young man seemed to have a lot of knowledge about cars. The car turned out to be everything we had hoped for except for a couple of dents on the body. We were able to come to an agreement on the price that we felt was very fair and they fixed the dents so the car looks great. When we were waiting for the repairs to get done Vinny discovered the gas gauge didn't change after he put gas in the tank so had it checked out and the dealership ended up replacing the fuel gauge sensor at no charge to us. I feel like they really went above and beyond our expectations for a car dealership. After a week of driving the car the "time for service" light came on and as a precaution I took it to my mechanic to have it checked out. He went over it top to bottom and congratulated us on finding such a great used car. He said it was in great condition and had been very well maintained. I couldn't be happier with the purchase of this car from Vinny at Autoplex and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone shopping for a car!!

Thanks to all the staff at Autoplex who sold me my 2010 Toyota Sienna. There were tons of Sienna out there in the market "BUT' I choose to buy it here because of the customer service and my credit situations. From the start, they treated me like a person not a person with a so-so credit. I never thought I could get into a newer model vehicle let alone a Sienna.
