I liked Khaled from the first meeting, but I did research for about month to upgrade my old minivan and came back to Khaled with fixed price in mind. Khaled delivered White Pearl Odyssey SE for the price I wanted, even that was almost half way below initial estimates and prices that other dealers could provide. He also provided great, friendly service during all the time and I drove home on my dream car and highly impressed! Don't go anywhere else, if you planning to buy Honda!

The staff at this dealership are nothing short of fantastic. Our car buying experience (while lengthy, which is to be expected) was remarkable. Professional, friendly, FUNNY, and thorough, we never felt pressured or haggled with. The facility is the cleanest I've ever seen, there's Starbucks, popcorn, a play-room for kiddos waiting on parents, and the perks for car-buyers literally cannot be beat (free oil changes for life, massages/manicures while you wait on service, comfortable seating and tvs and refreshments.

I initially met Brian Fabricatore in the showroom and explained I was just there to look and get the feel of the CR-V. He was accommodating and explained the features of the auto and answered my questions. I explained to him I was not ready to test drive as I wanted to check out a couple of other models (Toyota, Ford and Nissan). He was fine with that and did not pressure me in any way. After putting hands on the other options and driving them, I decided the Honda was what I wanted. Going back to Brian, we completed the deal with little "haggling" and I believe I got a adequate deal. He walked me through the intricacies of the various systems and helped me feel comfortable with the new car. He got the car ready and I was able to drive it off the lot the same day. I couldn't ask for a better sales person than Brian

This was our first purchase with Autopark Honda, having previously leased a CR-V through them. Received an e-mail from Allen Alston about coming in to discuss an early lease termination. Allen did a great job and then turned us over to Brian Fabricatore. Brian was wondewrful! Bedides being knowledgable about the various vehicles, he was extremely friendly and pleasent to deal with. There was never any pressure to over-buy, or to choose options we did not want or need. He was very honest about the pros and cons a-of the options offered, and realistic about what would best meet our needs. Brian made the process of buying a car easy. He is one of the reasons we will keep going back to Autopark. We have always found the sales associates, and everyone else, to be very pleasent and easy to deal with, but even in this great field Brian stands out. He was a real pleasure to work with.

Inexperience mechanic , don't know what the issue, A/C was not getting cool, like some time it used on and off,Good mechanic will know what the issue, they replaced the relay and charged $160 , took the car and was same issue, informed same, they said replacing new replay and later said compressor needs a change and will cost 1200 Never go to autopark honda

Wow! Mr. Khaled Elridi at AutoPark was one of the best (if not THE best) sales consultant I have ever worked with! I have bought many cars over the years and, based on past experience, was expecting the experience to be a long, drawn out process. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Negotiations were pleasant, straightforward and quick! Mr. Elridi was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling and, clearly, believes in the quality of his product and the integrity of the dealership. (I can also say the same for, John Escano, the finance guy. Top-notch employees!) One other thing about Khaled that impressed me was that he went out of his way, on his own personal time and, AFTER the deal was done, to give me a ride back from Car Max (who offered me more for my trade-in). (Proof, to me, that building the customer relationship was more important to him than the individual sale.) Kudos!

Shawn Whitfield listened to my needs and found the right lease vehicle at the right price for me and my family. Listening is a skill, and Shawn (despite his youth), has mastered the skill of listening to customers and responding in an efficient, professional manner. Never did I get the impression that the interests of the dealership were a priority over my satisfaction. I needed to downgrade my Honda due to retirement by trading-in for a lease vehicle. Shawn listened, gave me options, and ultimately exceeded my expectations. You cannot train for this type of compassion and empathy - it is intuitive.

Khaled was simply fantastic. He walked me through the features of the cars we rode, and helped me understand the purchase end-to-end. He was friendly, courteous, and cared about me as a human being, which made me comfortable with the purchase. I ended up spending more on my new Honda than I originally was intending to because of how well Khaled took such care of me.

I can honestly say that this was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. Brent was very knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly at no point did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. Glenn Gill was amazing as well! Straight forward, took his time to explain everything, and again I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't want. When I got to the dealership I met Don Hillenbrand. I told him I was looking for an Accord with leather and navigation. He asked what kind of phone I had and told him an I phone. He explained how I can use the smart phone on my new Accord and talk to Siri. I can use the navigation thru my phone,texting etc., but it is on my Honda screen. I found out I did not need the navigation and saved $2000. Thanks Don. Everything went well during the purchase and Don went over the features. Could not be happier.

He showed patience and care even though the HRV is a high demand vehicle for which he could find another customer easily. My wife and I would highly recommend working with Khaled. No high pressure sales tactics and very informative on the Honda Pilot and CR-V's we were looking at. He also said if we have any questions at all to give him a call. The end of the sale is just the beginning of the relationship. We mentioned we were on the fence with a Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander. He encouraged us to go to the Toyota dealer and test drive a Highlander to make our own conclusion. We did try a Highlander and made a trip back to Honda. Ended up going with a Certified Pre-Owned Honda CR-V EX-L. The Pilot was just too much vehicle for us. We cannot thank Khaled enough for the help and the trusting relationship we have started.

We came to this particular Honda because the service department is far better than the one closer to our house. We were looking for a used Pilot with a specific budget and mileage requirements. They has several in stock and very helpful to find us what we were looking for. Justin was our salesmen and we were out test driving a car within 15 minutes of arriving at the dealer. He was super patient with both us wanting to drive the car and us having our infant with us (including on the test drive). He wasn't pushy but very helpful getting all the information we asked about. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process. The finance department was also great. We were out within 4 hours and leaving with our car. I will be recommending this dealer to anyone who asks, it was a wonderful experience.

I took my Honda Ridgeline in for service and the quality of service was excellent from beginning to end. I was quoted a price for the service before I took the vehicle in, and the final price was a couple of dollars difference with no surprises. The only issue I had was with the reservation. I changed the reservation from Friday to Monday but the person with whom I spoke did not effectively make the change because when I arrived at the dealership, the reservation was still on for Friday. Overall, the service was excellent.

Prior to moving to the area I had a Honda dealership that I knew and loved, so there were some big shoes that Autopark had to fill. Landon has been the service advisor that I have been dealing with when I have needed oil changes or repairs. Landon and all the other employees that help me have always been very polite, friendly and professional. Landon always keeps his promise on calling you with updates. The repairs are completed when they say they will be, the entire dealership is clean and the waiting room is comfortable.

Carly Ricker was wonderful as was her sales manager Chris and the finance manager as well. I didn't go in to the dealership expecting to purchase a vehicle that day but Carly was so patient and addressed any concerns I had. Her relaxed yet attentive personality really put me at ease. I have to admit, I was a little nervous and under the gun to purchase a vehicle as I was in the midst of a sudden job change (losing a company car) and dealing with an upcoming surgery (which was yesterday) that would put me out of commission and not able to "shop around as much" so to speak. But, again, Carly was so "laid back" and "low pressure" yet confident in the product and her dealership. And I must say that while I will not be able to drive the car (I did drive it for 4 days after I picked it up) for a while due to my surgery, I have not had one bit of buyer's remorse and don't expect to. Thanks to Autopark for Carly and her professionalism and personal touch. I would definitely recommend the dealership (and Carly) to anyone interested in a Honda (or any other vehicle they supply). I hope to buy my next vehicle there although I have a feeling the Honda will be a keeper for a while!

Buying a new vehicle ranks on my list of things I enjoy doing right around "getting root canal" - so I generally approach it without a great deal of expectation. Buying a vehicle at Auto Park Honda was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long, long time. Brian Fabricatore greeted my wife, daughter and me at the door and helped us through the whole processes with a great deal of patience and professionalism. Despite lousy weather (we just had a pretty unpleasant snow/sleet/ice event), Brian went the extra mile in getting us set up to test drive a new CR-V and worked with us to get a deal in place that we were all comfortable with. I have purchased 2 Honda Civic Si from Salesperson Jae Kim for past few years, and time and time again, I continue to recieve some of the best customer service in my car buying experience. Jae has always managed to get the model and color I wanted. This past week, I purchased my first Honda Accord, because I wanted more room and slightly better fuel effeciency. It took a little longer than I expected, but that was because like the two Si's before, I needed the Accord in a Manual Transmission which I know in the industry is slightly hard to find. BUT, once again Jae made it happpen. Another reason i would recommend Jae Kim for assistance in purchasing your Honda, is because once he finds the vehicle that best fits you or the one you want, he prepares everything in a timely manner, and every time I have dealth with buying a car, he makes it so fast and easy.

I had to make the decision to purchase a new car because my current car was out of commission and I was spending too much money each year in its up keep. Before going to Honda I had made my mind up that I was going to be stern and not very nice to the sales people because they typically prey on young women. However, upon meeting Ronny Davis I knew that I would not have to be mean because he was going to give me a great price and take care of me. The 8 collective hours I spent there were highly comical and not taxing at all. I recommend Cary autopark to everyone who is looking for a new car (or a comedy break) because the staff is excellent. Even the manager, Glenn Finkle, made me feel well taken care of. Could not have had a better experience!

My experience did not start well, but Brent Mikell saved it turning a 1 rating to a 4.5. The first salesperson I dealt with did not search the inventory correctly and the car I wanted the first day went to see the dealer, and was told is not on the lot, was sold later in the day after I left. I found this out the next day when searched the inventory online and found the car I wanted. Unfortunately, it was sold at the end of the previous day and the inventory was not updated Saturday night. But I went back and worked with Brent Mikell he got me in a car that I liked just as much as the one I originally wanted. He got me features that I did not think I would pay more for, but the added cost for the next trim up was well worth those options and I have found those options invaluable now that I own the car. Thanks Brent. Vinnie Ferrone processed the paperwork and he was very easy to work with even though I did not want add ons offered (no pressure to buy).Thanks Vinnie. I just wish I had more time to consider the increased interest rate as a result of the extended term adding on the Gap Insurance and keeping the payment the same. Just a tip for anyone else, please consider. Not a slight of Brent or Vinnie though. Great guys to work with!!!

There was no hassle or price haggling and not once was I ever pressured or rushed into buying a car. Barbara made the whole process stress-free and worry-free. She got me a good deal on a used 2014 Honda Civic. Given my current situation (was in a car accident that totaled my car), I needed a new car fairly quickly, but not once did I ever feel rushed into buying something here. I came to Auto Park at 8:30 am and was in my car ready to go by lunch time. Some other perks of this dealership: -I was able to get a better interest rate by financing through Auto Park Honda rather than with my credit union. -Barbara and other staff will help you return your rental car. In my case, I was rear-ended by another driver who's insurance was paying for my rental. Barbara let me drop the rental car off at Enterprise and she even picked me up and took me back to my new car at the Honda dealership. -Barbara offered advice on my car purchase and treated me like a family member rather than just another sale. -Free Starbucks Coffee and popcorn is always nice too! :) Thank you Auto Park Honda and Barbara and Vinnie for making my car-buying process the best possible.

After Having my Accord serviced and the tires rotated we heard a strange noise from the front wheel. We took the car back to AutoPark Honda to have this checked out.Our service technician Jason, had the car checked out and found a wear problem on the front tires. They then re-rotated the tires and fixed the noise problem. When I went to check out I found that there was no charge. I was shocked that a dealership would fix a problem they did not create, and do it for free. Thank you Jason and the AutoPark service team.

I can't say enough good things about Calvin Ng and the Auto Park Honda teem! I've been a loyal customer for more than twenty years and that alone should speak for itself. There are three main reasons that I've given my loyalty to Auto Park Honda. 1.) The sales team and the training they receive to better serve their customers as far as I am concerned is second to none. My experience Calvin NG, the sales rep that I purchased my car from was as good as it can get. He was very competent & attentive during the process. He made eye contact with me, used my name, leaned forward & listened to what I had to say and then responded appropriately, was knowledgeable about the product he was selling, gave complete and accurate answers to any questions I had, if he didnt know the answer he would tell me that he didnt know and would research it and get back to me with a correct answer. From the moment we walked in and our consultant greeted us the experience was very enjoyable. No pressure and no "typical" Car sales gimmicks and games. No one enjoys going car shopping because of years of bad auto dealer reputations. In my opinion this dealership and staff has taken away that worry and fear and they treated me and my family very well. Caleb took me, my wife, and kids around in a golf cart to view inventory that was far away. The kids really enjoyed the ride. Negotiating and working out the deal we wanted was easy and low pressure. Glenn was very respectful and understood what we needed and made every effort to accommodate us. She understood what we wanted and didn't and explained all our options thoroughly and quickly. Once we made a decision she didn't get upset or pushy like most other dealership finance managers do. She was a pleasure to work with. In addition to the staff the showroom and facilities were very updated, clean, and even decorated for the holiday. The kids waiting area was great bonus, our kids enjoyed playing there, eating popcorn, making a mess (sorry), and making new friend who where also purchasing a Honda Odyssey like us. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and I can't speak for any of the other salespeople, but Caleb Elks was great.

My son was having problems with his 2008 Civic overheating for the past several months. We added anti-freeze several times, but could find no leaks in hoses or the radiator. We were about to take it to our regular mechanic when our son did some research online and found from consumer reports that there was an issue with the engine block cracking on certain Civics model years 2006-2009 causing the coolant to leak out. The report said Honda would replace the engine block for affected models at no costs. I was doubtful this would be the case, since no recall had been issued. But we took the Civic to AutoPark Honda and Mark was great!! He looked up the VIN, saw that our car qualified and said all they had to do was check to make sure it was indeed the engine block. We left the car and by the end of the day Mark notified us that the engine block was indeed cracked and that they would replace it at no cost to us!! Within a week we had our car back without paying a cent!! We were even offered a loaner car during the time we were without our vehicle!! I call that exceptional service!!

Khaled was WONDERFUL!!! He is friendly and professional, an excellent salesman without being pushy. We had a limited budget and he worked with us until we could find the car that fit our family's needs and our budget. It took several weeks for the right car to come along, but Khaled recognized it was the car for us and called us right away. After a test drive, the process was so easy and Khaled moved things along quickly into Vinnie's hands. Vinnie was great! He walked us through the paperwork and was so friendly and personable the whole time. He took the time to make sure we understood everything we were signing.

His knowledge of the Honda product, and his easy-going demeanor, made buying from him, an easy decision. When we got to the financing, which is usually the most painful part of the car-buying process, KAIN SCHENK was also amazing. The entire process with Kain only took about an hour and a half. After we bought the car, Jae spent time showing us how to use everything in the vehicle, paired her phone to the Bluetooth, set up her call list and even added her music! AutoPark Honda is a first-class dealership, from top to bottom.

After thinking several months about trading in my 2004 Honda Accord for a late model used car I went to see the Sales Manager Glen Finkel who had sold 3 other Honda cars to me in the past. In speaking with Glen he explained how it would be beneficial to consider a new 2015 model instead of buying a a 2013 used car but I still had some reservations. He introduced me to one of his sales associates Craig Nachsin who showed a couple of Accords to me and explained the latest and greatest features that I would be missing out on by not purchasing new. He was very thorough, very sincere and friendly, and not pushy. He went over the financing options with me, reviewed the trade in amount and we came to an agreement that I felt was a great price. Buying a car is not usually a pleasant experience but I would say that it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend doing business with Craig and Glen as they are honest, sincere and more importantly trustworthy.

I bought an Accord Coupe from Jae Kim at this dealership. All in all I was satisfied with the experience. Mr. Kim answered all of my questions, did a walkthrough over both the financial documents and the car-specific basics. Did not try to pressure me into a purchase. Was able to contrast the differences between the Accord and the Civic SI that I bought from the same dealer earlier in the year. Did not try to upsell. I got the car for $500 less than my offering price which was a nice surprise.
