I visited AutoNation in Clearwater Florida to look at a vehicle that I found on the Internet at closing time. I was met in the parking lot by Henry Oliver Sales Consultant. He was extremely kind and helpful with information. We agreed to meet the following morning to test drive the car. The following morning after enjoying a freshly brewed coffee, Henry's manager, Robert Geiger introduced himself and offered assistance. I test drove and purchased the Lincoln MKS. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. There was zero pressure to purchase. Thanks Henry and Robert!

We found the Ford Explorer we were looking for on line but it was clear across the state. Our salesperson, Henry, was very helpful and held the vehicle for us until we were able to drive over to see it, even though he had many local calls on the vehicle. The entire process was smooth and painless. Everyone at the dealership was so kind, from the receptionist to the general manager who came out to say hello. We are very happy with our new vehicle and would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I expected the usual from the dealership, that is not what I received at all. I did some homework and knew pretty much the ballpark price that I believed would be fair. I did get some push back, but I must say I love the car and I love the deal I received. What I got was courtesy and a fair price at the end of the day and I am happy. What I didn't get was the high pressure, this was a very pleasant buying experience. But it always is, when you get what you came for.Thanks team...

Actual car buying experience was not bad at all. The people I worked with were very nice and it was a good experience. But Once they have sold the vehicle they are done with you. At least that has been my experience. I have had questions and it has taken an act of Congress to get a phone call, text message, and email to be answered. They wont return any calls, the only way I finally got in contact with them was because I lucked up and got them while they were there. Oh and they owe me money from when they estimated (which I understand why they had to) my taxes. Bottom Line they have not been helpful at all since buying from them.

In fact, many of the individuals we deal with have been there since the beginning - indicates to me a good place to work. It is a bit of a drive for me to go there to service my auto but I wouldn't take it anywhere else.

Just purchased an MKZ from an absolutely out-standing dealership and staff. I've probably purchased 25 cars in the past and found these people honest, fair, and as helpful as possible. Don, the sales person, spent a lot of time, demonstrating the perks of the car before we left. Since then, we have been contacted by him and by others at the dealership, asking whether we were happy with the car and the general experience there. These people proved that trading can be a pleasant experience!

My husband and I bought a CPO 2010 Lincoln Navigator in 2014. We had seen our Navigator via the internet and called to set up a time to meet a salesman. When we had gotten there, there were 3 other couples looking at the same vehicle at the same time. Low pressure buying enviornment? I disagree. As another couple was looking at our prospect vehicle we were shown a very dirty, Navigator that had a lot of miles on it. It had been smoked in and stunk terribly. We were then directed to another vehicle (not the one we had set the appointment to see) which was way nicer! Just a different color. After seeing it we still wanted to see the vehicle we had initially went there for. We were taken to the one we wanted to see finally. It was dirty, had no floor mats, and did not have the equipment that should come with the "certified pre-owned" guarantee. We decided to go with the vehicle that was the "different color." when we told our salesman this we were told, "sorry guys but the other couple is writing the contract on it now." WOAH, okay I thought. So what do we do now? The salesman assured us we could get the car cleaned and he would have it serviced and stole the floor mats from a different vehicle to make the sale. I asked about the equipment (headphones for the DVD player) and was told sorry but the floor mats was all he could get. We ended up staying over night at a hotel in order to make the final decision to purchase the vehicle the next morning. We did purchase the vehicle but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I felt they were not truthful and do not care about their customers. They do care about their paychecks more. If you ever need to contact them later regarding your vehicle, they are rude, disrespectful, dishonest, and frankly not interested in helping you out at all!!!! Very sad that Lincoln is represnted by people like that!

While this story could be long I will attempt to shorten it to the basics of the purchase. From the moment I entered the dealership I was impressed by the saleswomen who greeted me. Ms. Dumas not only knew the products, but had information related to my specific requirements for the purchase. I was treated with respect by everyone I met at the dealership. The manager, Bob and the sales manager Mike did everything necessary to make the purchase easy. Follow up calls from the saleswoman, Laurie, the manager, Bob and the sales manager Mike all called me interested in my complete satisification with the automobile wondering if everything was fine. I would suggest anyone interested in any model Lincoln shop this dealership. I'm confident the experience will be like mine...GREAT!

I had gone to a couple car dealers and the experiences at them were everything you would expect - cheesy sales tactics, lack of product knowledge, and overall pushiness.When I arrived at Lincoln I didn't know what to expect. We started off working with Cecily, who had a great personality and was extremely knowledgeable of the car. She was extremely good at paying attention to social cues, knowing when my fiance and I needed time alone, and being there when we needed our questions answered.She completely sold me on the car which was in top-notch condition for a used Lincoln MKX. When I went through the negotiating process, I made an offer and talked to her manager Brian about other cars in the area. He was a genuine person, respectful with the research I had done, and he won me over with his approach and attention to detail. I told Brian I wanted to think on it and came back the next day to work with Robert. Robert had a lot of energy and was also very knowledgeable of their products. I paired Robert up against my father-in-law who had been in the car industry for 65 years and Robert faired pretty well.Overall this was a top-notch experience. Everyone I worked with was great, I felt like I got a fair deal and an even more amazing car. For someone that is going into real estate, I know the importance of not forgetting this is a people industry. If you can't connect with someone on an emotional level then you are missing out on your next sale.Thanks to everyone there that made this the best experience I've ever had at a car dealer. We purchased our 2012 ACURA TSX Sport Wagon last month from AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater, FL. Andrea, the sales rep, and the management were outstanding. Andrea was informative, but allowed the car to sell itself. Management went above and beyond to make the deal possible. The wagon provides the room, a smooth and comfortable ride , and the gas mileage (26.5 mpg city) that we were looking for. This is our third ACURA.

I was initially apprehensive in that I expected high pressure tactics ending with something along the lines such as, "Well how much do you want to pay?" or "What do I have to do to get you to buy today?". What I experienced was far from it. The staff and managers were very courteous and Henry, our Sales Consultant was knowledgeable and courteous and offered no pressure. As far as pricing is concerned, I had done my homework and had an approximate price in mind that I believed was fair. Right off the bat and without me having to negotiate, the price given was at my predetermined amount. This the way that all dealerships should act.

The best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of cars over the years. It was quick, easy, they were not at all pushy, and never made me feel like I had to buy now, or today. I do not like when a salesperson tells me I need to buy today or I will miss out on the sale or the car, etc. I will buy when I am ready ! If I miss the sale....they will have another one in a few weeks....they always have sales. So when the sales people were helpful and offered advise and assistance, I could make a wise buying decision.

My 21 year old son wrecked his Grandmother's 2003 Lincoln LS, which had less than 60,000 miles on it and was named "Baby". Glad as we were that he was fine, we didn't think we could ever find another Lincoln LS to compare with the car we had. USAA Insurance directed us to AutoNation Lincoln in Clearwater, helped us find a 2004 Lincoln LS with the same features and engine, the same color, a single owner and with only 32,000 miles. We had an appointment with Robert, who is professional and FUN, what a great combination. Test drove the car, confirmed she was everything we were looking for, wrote a check and drove home with our new car. She has aptly been named "Beauty". As an added bonus, they gave us a 32" TV, what a pleasant surprise. We would gladly refer friends and family to Robert Grissom and the staff at AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS!! Had been looking for a low mileage VW Touareg for the past few months to take up north for winter weather. AutoNation had taken one in trade with low mileage and a clean CarFax reoort. It is with no regret that I write this review AUTONATION LINCOLN CLEARWATER is a rip-off I purchased a used pick-up from them and while I informed them that my income was fixed and that I had bad credit . they failed to inform me that the loan would cost me more than pick-up at 27% then sold me a repair contract that they have not honored. So friends if you are in the market for a used car DONT GO THERE TOTAL RIP-OFFS !!

I recently purchased a 2010 Lincoln MKS from Auto Nation Clearwater. From all aspects, my buying experience was excellent. This, in large part, was due to the exceptional assistance I received from Howard Kahn, Sales Associate. Throughout the entire buying experience, I felt that Howard was more my personal associate and assistant, rather than a sales associate working for the dealer. Brian O'Connor, pre-owned vehicle manager, was also very helpful. Brian was generous in valuing my trade-in vehicle. And, Jeff Jones, the dealership's on-site master technician, was also extremely helpful. This dealership offers a FREE 1.5 hour "get-to-know-your-new-vehicle", one-on-one tech session with Jeff as instructor. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and has great patience. Again, 5 star buying experience!

I leased this car and others from AutoNation Lincoln of Clearwater a dealership led by General Manager Bob Geiger. The sales staff know their product; answer your questions honestly and thoroughly without any pressure from the time you walk through the door. They don't pounce on you like an animal but greet you with a friendly "Hello" and "How may I help you?" with Don Naja, a top notch producer, setting the example. A deal is made without a lot of haggling and the closing with Wendy is efficient and painless. Service is an important element when purchasing a car and no matter who you are; what you drive or where you bought it AutoNation Lincoln of Clearwater is the place to come for service. The service team headed by Service Manager George Brown sets a standard by which other service departments should be judged. I know from personal experience with a department that has emphasized service since 1957 when this dealership first opened. How do I know? Because I've done business with them from the beginning and would not be there today as a customer if it were not true.

I just purchased a 2014 MKX "Sunset Metallic" I turned in a 2011 MKX . I'll get right to the point. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. Joe Figley, my sales person was by far the most informative about the car I was interested in. No pressure, very knowledgeable, answering every question. When Joe was not available, Mike Carmody, Sales Manager was there for me and he was as up to date on what I wanted and where we were in the process of getting me behind the wheel of my new Lincoln. By the way, even though the 2014 looks very similar to the one I was turning in, Lincoln has updated some of the features and I've yet to find anything I don't like. I think that it is much quieter the first time I got behind the wheel, I couldn't tell that it was running. I almost forgot, Wendy in finance is as professional as they come. Who said buying a car can be a nightmare. Not at this dealership and not with these professionals on your side. I just can't say enough about my experience. Just, FANTASTIC!

We have worked with Don Naja at Autonation Lincoln in Clearwater for more than 10 years and look on him as a friend as well as our sales rep. Two years ago we had to move on from our first love - the Town Car. Don had us try all the models but was partial to the MKZ. When I first sat in the MKZ i knew I was at home. Don was fabulous in teaching me all about the bells and whistles. That car can do almost anything. We originally leased the car for two years since we were changing models but we just bought it outright since I still love the car. We have used the service department at Automation Lincoln in Clearwater for many years and I feel very secure knowing I have such a solid team watching out for me.

Overall we were pleased with the purchase of a 2011 Lincoln MKX. Our salesman, Adryunne, was very pleasant to deal with a did a good job of getting of deal to completion. The car was delivered in very good condition with an extended warranty making the purchase more attractive. The only issue we had was the length of time it took to complete our deal which was a cash purchase. We were in the dealership for almost 3 hours. Not sure why. If we were in the area and ready to buy again we would definitely consider Autonation.

I purchased my 2001 Lincoln from the then known as the Tampa AutoWay location in 2006...sadly my LS "died". I should have replaced it a few years ago but kept it so long for sentimental reasons. Since I purchased it I have dealt with Celso at the AutoNation Lincoln Clear water's Service Dept who has always provided me with EXCELLENT service! Now that I had to replace my "baby" I researched several vehicles and my top 2 out of 8 where a Honda & Mazda. I wont' say anything bad about the vehicles I test drove but I will say shopping for a vehicle and dealing with Car Salespeople is NO FUN--talk about pushy, aggressive, uninformed, in-genuine with the exception of 2--Honda & Lincoln which actually I hadn't even considered... Of course Celso was kind enough to direct me to Don Naja an absolutely delightful Sales Associate who made a few suggestions with no pressure. After showing me what Lincoln had to offer I had to reconsider my top 2 choices, now I had 3. Problem, I couldn't decide and I didn't want to settle for the sake of making up my mind. Oh yeah did I mention Lincoln put me up in a free rental (thanks again Celso!). I now knew I was completely interested in a Lincoln it was a matter of finding the right fit and the Sales Team was very patient and interested in filling my needs as well as my wants VS making a quick sale and closing the deal. My searched continued in the very capable hands of Mr. Naja's team-member Henry Oliver who answered a multitude of questions and took me on several test-drives as I continued my search. I knew Lincoln was what I now wanted, it was my #1 choice but we hadn't yet found the "perfect fit". Thank God Mr. Oliver was so patient and willing to take the time necessary to help me get just what I wanted. I knew I was definitely interested in the MKX but I'm pretty short and have chronic back pain so having to hop up to get it would be devastating and prevent my purchase. As the look continued the Sales Mgr Brian O'Connor suggested I try an older model, before it was redesigned and the height was impacted. Believe it or not going from the 2011 down to the 2010 made all the difference--2 inches to be exact these gentlemen found me the "PERFECT FIT" and an "AWESOME" vehicle, a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle still with warranty and at a great price, what more could I ask for? They gave me a great deal on my trade (buy buy baby, thanks for all the great years but its time to move on and up!). Now that's done with I get to deal with the delightful Ms. Wendy Almberg in Finance, she made financing a breeze. What can I say I really do feel like family at the AutoNation Lincoln of Clearwater I have always had great service with a smile from everyone I've dealt with. My experience was awesome. I test drove the 2013 MKZ a week ago and wanted a follow up drive. Robert suggested the "Date Night" program from Lincoln allowing me to drive the car for a weekend. He signed me up, Lincoln confirmed on the following Monday and this past weekend, I drove the car. On Saturday I purchased an AWD MKZ fully loaded. Love it. It looks great, drives great, and gets all kinds of 'looks' going down the road.

I contacted AutoNation Lincoln for info on a pre owned mustang they had for sale. I was totally blown away by the response I received from Adryunne Wilson in their internet dept. He emailed me and also called. He answered all my questions and offered to have the car pulled up for me when I arrived. Although I had a family emergency and have since needed to put my car buying on hold, I just wanted to tell everyone how attentive and nice he was in comparison to the other dealers I also spoke to. I found the Toyota Avalon I was looking for at Autoway Lincoln. After communicating with my salesmand Ed, and Michael the internet sales manager, we came to a price. I was a little skeptical about flying from Atlanta, to Tampa to make my purchase. Their constant communication with me by phone, and e-mail, assured me that everything would be as stated in the agreement. Found car I was looking for on line. Asked for and received a free carfax report. Car checked out nicely. Informed them what I wanted for my trade-in and how much I was willing to spend on top of that. They got back to me in less than 20 minutes and said we had a deal. Told them I couldn't get to the dealership until Saturday morning. Was told by Ed, the salesman, that wouldn't be a problem and promised the car would be ready for me. Got there there on Saturday as scheduled, took car for a test drive and closed the deal about an hour later with NO difficulties. Smoothest car buying transaction I've ever experienced. I simply find the car(s) I'm interested in on the Internet, contact my favorite salesman Mike Carmody, and he has the car ready for me to test drive. I purchased a 2004 Mercury Monterey Premier from a family member with 39000 miles and in pristine condition.We discovered a minor problem with the transmission and based on erroneous information that AutoWay used AAmco for its transmission work I decided to schedule an appointment with AAmco myself and have the problem addressed.After having the transmission rebuilt the van developed a severe, for the lack of a better description a Squeal, as well a dangerous stalling problem for no apparent reason in traffic. AAmco replaced the A/C compressor, Power steering pump, Water pump, belt tensioner, and declared it fixed. That was until I took it home and we were back at square one again. I finally, reluctantly, scheduled an appointment with AutoWay Lincoln, where it was originally purchased, having decided to repair and get rid of this vehicle ASAP.Service Advisor, Celso Millan treated me like a long lost relative and proceeded to address the problems. It took a week or more by Mike Franz with assistance from Ford Factory to finally discover the source of the real problems and while they could have taken advantage of the fact, I went to AAmco first they proceeded to repair my vehicle as good as new. The repair cost was beyond reasonable and I could not be more pleased after spending thousands to no avail with AAmco.I have no doubt that in hind sight if I had went to AutoWay Clearwater for the initial problem it may have been repaired properly the first time. With that being said please rest assured that as a member of a highly respected International Fraternity every one of which will be informed at every opportunity of the outstanding service I received from this team of Service professionals at AutoWay Lincoln of Clearwater.After being in business personally for over 40 years to me, Celso Milan and Mike Franz demonstrated what real customer service is all about. During the past 2.5 years, I have arranged to have my vehicle serviced at Autoway Lincoln in Clearwater apaproximately every 2500-3200 miles. Scheduling these services have not been a problem because they are around the times I am coming down to the Tampa Bay Area. The service department is fantastic! It's not often you'll find bright smiling faces during the 8:00 am hour ... but at Autoway Lincoln, they must come in with a cherry smile.The service department has done an excellent job keeping me abreast of future needs/repairs. My vehicle has never been kept for an extended period of time ... it's in and soon out with work completed.I would like to applaud the service department at Autoway - YOU are excellent and I would recommend you to anyone. Mike Carmody assisted me with finding my car...I was looking for a used car and he not only helped me find a great deal but he guided me through the financial process as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest and helped me make the best decision regarding my financial situation.
