I initially found the car I wanted on the internet. I started the buying process on-line with an inquiry to the dealership. I was quickly contacted by Mr. Ronald Counts. We spoke for a few minutes by phone. He then worked out 90% of the purchase by internet and behind the scenes. Once all the grunt work was done, I went to the dealership. The remainder of the process was very pleasant. He was very helpful to explain the features of the car and the dealership. Mr. Gregory Henderson proceeded through the finance process with ease as much of this was done behind the scenes as well. Everyone involved was very friendly, cordial, and respectful. No pressure; No haggling. A great way to establish loyal customers.

I had a really pleasant experience with AutoNation Honda. The salesman Spencer Richie was really nice and friendly. He was not pushy like I have encountered with some salesmen. He did not try and sell me something that I did not want. He allowed me plenty of time to think over the decision without pressure. He worked really hard to get me the deal I wanted. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. I had not purchased a vehicle in over a decade, and the folks at AutoNation made the experience a nice one.

Me again. I forgot about the part where I was the first one there at 7:35 am and waited three hours to have my car fixed while other customers can in and left before me. The customer service guy thought I had left and move other people in front of me. I know this because when he called my cell phone, he was surprised to learn I was in the waiting area.

My husband and I kind of knew what we wanted but when we arrived at the dealership it was very overwhelming. The salesperson was so kind and helpful. I ended up test driving a couple of different models before I could make up my mind. She did not leave us the whole time. She also wanted me to be very happy with what I chose to buy. We really enjoyed her, she made sure we had everything we needed before we left the dealership. She even followed up by calling me yesterday to see how I was enjoying my new HR-V. We are very happy, thank you. Can't wait to come in for oil change! :D

My wife and I purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey. The saleswoman was patient. She answered all the questions we asked. The buying process was simple and quick. They were upfront with their pricing and we ended up with a very fair deal. The showroom floor and lobby was clean and comfortable. Since we've purchased the Odyssey, we have been very satisfied. It's a nice ride and our children really like it.

I was in town just looking and the general manager asked me if someone had assisted me and I said I just came in. He was so nice and friendly. We chatted for a little while he got me a salesperson. He made me feel so special. He said his name was Russell the general manager. I couldn't believe the GM would take his time to stop and chat with me. That was a first. Needless to say I drove back to Alabama with a new car. So much for just looking. I will make another visit to Memphis next time I need a car. It is worth the trip

I went to AutoNation Honda 385 to test drive the 2015 Honda Accord Coupe (LX-S and EX-L V6 variants). The salesman who showed me the cars, Scotty, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgable and courteous, and an all-around nice guy. He didn't pressure me at all, and he was very patient with me as I took three separate test drives over a two day period. All-told, he probably spent 8 hours with me (including the sale and paperwork). I wound up buying the LX-S, as I didn't really need the power or the extra features on the V6 model (though I was tempted: the V6 was really nice). I had done a lot of research beforehand in order to be prepared during negotiations, and had a target price in mind, which I thought was fair to both me and the dealership. I was surprised when Scotty's initial offer to me was only $500 over my target price; it took one counter offer to get the price down to where I thought it was fair, and we had a deal. My overall impressions of the dealership were great: the showroom was bright, open, clean, and comfortable; all of the people I interacted with were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

When I went in to look at a Honda Fit, I was expecting to be dealing with a sleazy salesman who would try and pressure me to take whatever they had available. However, Michael Scott was the exact opposite. Even though they did not have the model, transmission, or color I wanted on the lot that day he still let me test drive and bombard him with questions. I was so taken with his patience that I went ahead and ordered a car with him that day, he kept me updated throughout the 1.5 month long ordeal waiting for my purple, manual, 2015 to come in. I e-mailed and called both him and Billy Kessler incessantly to find out about my financing options and if they were going to give me a competitive interest rate. A paralegal by trade, I asked for some type of insurance in writing which they were all to happy to give. Then the big day came, Mr. Scott was unfortunately not available that day but he was kind enough to call in a favor with another salesman named Terrence to handle the pick up of the vehicle. I brought my printed out e-mails with me and as silly as it may have seemed, I had only heard horror stories. But Terrence went through all of the paperwork with me and the negotiations that I had done previously with Mr. Scott via e-mail. Coming into the situation like he did, he handled it like a champ. Terrence then proceeded to give me the tour of my new car, and show me how to use all the new gadgets (my former vehicle was a 95 Ford Ranger-you can imagine how different this car was). Billy Kessler, then went through all of the service package details with me telling me what each item was and what it covered and for how long and was also okay with being bombarded by all my questions. I found all three gentlemen to be straight shooters, which is not something typically associated with car salesmen (no offense guys). This was a shock to me considering I had never purchased a car before. All in all I would recommend the services of all these gentleman in purchasing a new vehicle, especially since they all appreciated that I had done my homework.

Just wanted to say that I had another great experience with the Mendenhall Honda location. I bought my first Honda Odyssey from them 12 years ago and was now in the market for a newer model. I did a few inquiries through there website and a member of their Sales team, Alicia White reached out to me that same day. I came in the next day to look at some different models. Alicia was great and took the time to show us all of the features of each model. She was never pushy trying to sell me extra features or upgrades that I wasn't interested in at the time. Alicia helped us find a new 2014 Honda Odyssey that we loved. They gave us a great price and just overall great service. I've bought two vehicles from them and they will definitely have my business on my next car purchase. I would highly recommend you check them out for your next Honda purchase.

I once heard that the second thing people fear most is Death. The first is walking into a dealership to buy a new car. So, it was with a certain degree of reluctance that I entered AutoNation Honda on Mendenhall in Memphis a couple of weeks ago. In about an hour, I purchased a Honda Civic for my daughter. I had been looking for about two months for a great buy on a used car for my daughter. Then I saw a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid with only 57,000 miles in perfect shape (I couldn't have made up a deal like this if I had tried), and that's not the best part, the staff was very friendly, made me feel no pressure, and on top of that since I agreed to pay cash, I got even a better deal than I hoped for on the price. The car drives like a dream, I don't know if I love it more or my daughter. AutoNation is the place to be if you want a good valued vehicle.

We were trying to decide between a Civic and a Ford Focus. We went to this dealership first and were really impressed with how we were treated. We had done our homework and were pleasantly surprised that the quote on the car we picked out was very close to what we expected without any haggling. They also offered us a very generous quote on our trade-in. Left there and went down the road to the Ford dealership and were subjected to the old school "you aren't leaving here without buying a car" approach, with bullying and intimidation tactics. Needless to say we hurried back to the Honda dealership and bought our new 2014 Honda Civic. Alicia White was our sales rep and she couldn't have been more professional or helpful..will definitely be buying all our future cars from her and Auto Nation Honda!

Our first dealing with this dealership was 10 years ago when we bought our first Honda. Now, we are definitely a Honda family. We bought a new Pilot and Crosstour the same day. Our salesperson Michelle was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she found the person that had the answer. The GM Kenny is great. He gave a fair price on our two 10 and 11 year old, higher milage trade-ins. The exact Pilot we wanted was at a dealership 200 miles away and he had it on his lot the next afternoon and had his service department adding the accessories we wanted before we even called to check on the status. We will absolutely be recommending this dealership to friends and family!

From the mechanical side to the sales side AutoNation Honda on Mendenhall was great to us. When we were considering purchasing a car from an individual, we had the car brought in to be checked over by the service dept. When it did not pan out because of several problems they found, Patrick checked their used car inventory to see if anything met our criteria. We had been searching in different places and not finding anything with low mileage at the price we could afford. Patrick and others helped us in making a purchase of a car that met our criteria and they treated us with respect and courtesy. (And they were patient throughout the process while my husband was focused on the Auburn/Alabama game!) If you need a car - check them out.

This is my third Honda lease. The first lease was from Honda Wolfchase. Though, a good vehicle, I have found that nothing compares to the knowledge, and customer service provided at AutoNation Honda Mendenhall. My second Honda lease started at Wolfchase Honda, but I was disgusted by the arrogance and lack of customer care that I was provided at Wolfchase. I knew without a doubt that if I took the deal being offered, I was to be extremely ripped off. The salesperson was disrespectful and I said that I would like to first look at Dobbs. I never returned and now this is my second lease with Dobbs Honda, now AutoNation Honda Mendenhall. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by the front receptionist, a very warm woman who tried to determine who to call for so as to best take care of my needs. Shannon Bartlett happened to walk to the front and though in the middle of something, he immediately tended to my needs, determining what it was I was looking for. He then introduced me to Jeremy Hibbler and Billy who, in addition to Shannon, and in different ways made this experience wonderful. Jeremy Hibbler, apparently relatively new, was both warm upon introduction as well as extremely knowledgeable. He patiently took me around the car lot and made a huge effort to find the the car that was the best fit for me. What I especially appreciated was his sincerity and concern to do the job right. He answered my questions as they came up, and if unaware of the answer, he knew where to obtain the answer. He has since called to check up on me, and if I need anything whatsoever. Right to the end of the sale, I was taken aback by each of these individuals' efforts to make my experience smooth and even exciting. I recommend AutoNation Honda over Wolfchase any day, and even further I recommend visiting with either Shannon Bartlett, Jeremy Hibbler or Billy as the customer service I received was outstanding, the car I purchased incredibly safe and reliable.

I called, and Buzz (service manager) said to come by and he would take a look. Just completed the purchase of a 2013 Honda Pilot from Dobbs Honda on Mendenhall. Duane Auld was the first person we met, and turned out to be a phenomenal sales rep, from our first "Lookie Lou" visit, all the way through to the post-sale follow-up. He treated us with total professionalism and--MOST IMPORTANTLY--didn't waste our time. We worked through the USAA Car Buying Service, and took the price they quoted to Duane. No muss, no fuss. We went for a test drive of a similar Pilot, and then left to discuss our plans. Within an hour, Kenny (the sales manager I think?) had found us the exact color we were seeking, and we coordinated to sign papers the next day, while our vehicle was being transported. Furthermore, when we did put pen to paper, all the "extras" offered were kept to a minimum, which I greatly appreciated. Again, they didn't waste my time. The following day, we took delivery and drove away completely satisfied. Top marks from start to finish, and I suspect any future customers will be treated similarly. Oh, and we love the 4WD Pilot!

Service during the sale was great. The staff was very attentive and accomodating. Service after the sale was something else entirely. Arkansas is apparently difficult for leasing, and the process for me to be able to get my tags took two whole months. My first attempt at the Revenue office failed, so I called the dealership to ask for help. They said they would fix the issue. I wait for a phone call to say I can try again, but I never receive it. Almost a month later, I call them. They inform me the issue is resolved. So I once again go to the Revenue office and wait for another 45 minutes. Surprise, the issue is still not resolved. This time, I called again. I had to ask for a second dealer tag to be Fed-Exed overnight because I live an hour and a half away and cannot drive there to pick it up. Apparently the GM heard my situation and had the nerve to tell the person helping me that the dealership does not handle tags. First of all, customer service should be the first priority. If you do not know the situation, making a comment secondhand to a customer that is beyond frustrated is ridiculous. I was calling because I was unable to get my tags locally. I specifically left a message asking them to call me when the situation was resolved. The only call I got was from my local revenue office saying basically it was my fault the situation had dragged on for this long, and I would have to pay a $21.00 late penalty. All because a tax-exemption form was needed. So I am the one to blame and has to pay for it. And I never got the phone call I requested. I am hardly one to ever complain, and I do not want this review to be completely negative either. There were good aspects to the sale. It is hard to end on a positive note considering that my lasting impression leaves something to be desired.

I was looking for a 2nd used vehicle and searched cars.com and found a used 2008 Toyota Prius at Dobbs Honda on Mendenhall. It was priced $3k below book value. I test drove it and it was great. I bought it immediately and have loved it ever since. Their used vehicles comes with a 60 day warranty. I wil buy from Dobbs again.

Our experience with Mr. Lee was fabulous!!! He was very personable and easy to work with. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours! Mr. Lee assured us that our van would be delivered within a week, and it was! He personally delivered to our home, which is 2 hours from the dealership! I would & will recommend Dobbs Honda & specifically Mr. Young Lee to family & friends in the market for a new vehicle.

There are several reasons that I have given Dobbs Honda such a great rating. The first reason is the prompt response that I received to my Internet request. I received a phone call about an hour after the request was made. I requested an awesome sales associate and that is exactly what I got. The second reason for my rating of Dobbs Honda is the positive attitude and perseverance of Young Lee. He assured me that he would work with me and he was very diligent in the matter. My third reason is the friendliness of everyone. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. Ron also greeted me and made sure that I was comfortable as I waited for Young. I must say it simply was an awesome experience!

After being initially ignored, when I first drove up, I went inside to ask for help. The receptionist called for a sales person and Mr young Lee came from within the store. Mr Lee was very professional, yet, personal. He was attentive to my questions and did not try to over power me with sales talk. He did not assume my position to buy or not to buy! Mr. Lee was very informative about the car like no salesman I saw. That's what I needed. He really knew about the cars he was selling....he was courteous, and not pushy.... but acted like he wanted to sell a car. I had spent alot of time in the past few weeks prior to that dealing with different salesmen, and no one came close to impressing me as Mr. Lee. His knowledge base and professional attitude were a refreshing change and I just knew I wasn't buying a car from anyone else but him from the time I met him.
