I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge about 8 months ago. The experience was ok, it wasn't great but they were, for the most part, attentive. I didn't haggle on price because my wife (who was pregnant at the time) liked the car and wasn't in a condition to endure the "wear down" period where a dealer artificially extends the negotiation time to a point where you're more 'amiable' to saying "yes" to options or other incurred costs. That's not to say that we didn't have to sit in a waiting room for a considerable amount of time, but Mr. Bell would periodically check in on us and give us updates.HV

Recently bought a used car from this dealership. The salesperson was a delight to work with but the Used Car Manager not so much. One of the fog lights was not working on the vehicle after a supposedly 125 point inspection. Not sure how that could have been missed. When I asked to have it fixed the used car manager told me it was not a safety issue and did not have to work. I told him I expected everything to work with them being a major car dealership and not one of the local independent dealership. Voices were raised in the middle of the dealership over such a simple issue. Ended up buying the car and picked it up the next day after the light bulb was replaced.

I reached out through Ford's Internet search for a new Ford F-250 Super Duty diesel Crew Cab XLT and the Internet team at Fort Worth South AutoNation Ford contacted me and continued to follow up with options in their inventory until I located one and made an appointment to test drive it. Bought the truck the same afternoon. I really felt like the whole team at FWS was working hard to give me the lowest price on the truck, a reasonable amount for my trade, and put me in my new truck that evening. I was shopping for a new car - we got there early and immediately made my decision to purchase a 2015 Edge. It was found at the Frisco store and the salesman went and had it back in about and hour. I was impressed by the professionalism of the salesman and his knowledge of the vehicle I wanted. The young man who handled my paperwork was fast and efficient. Overall, it was a good experience.

Broken emblem was found just before I left with the new car. Salesman said he would order one and it should be in in a couple of days. A week later I had to call and it was obvious that it hadn't even been ordered. Another 4 days went by and I checked on it again. He called back the next day and said he had it and he was mailing it to me. ... Now I'm stuck with removing the remnants of the old one and installing the new one myself. It shouldn't be difficult, but it's the aggravation factor. ... Not very good customer service after you've signed for the car, but I'd give them an overall 4 out of 5.

i purchased a 2013 f150 ford pickup and mr ball was great. my problem was with service. i took my truck in,for first oil change.they say they check everything,including,air in tires. after leaving,the low tire light came on. of course,i stopped and checked,all tires. all were 10 to 15 lbs low. i called the service manger and ttold him my thoughts. after getting home,i thought,since they didn't check my tires,did they change my oil. i went to an oil changing place and asked them to check it. i watched the check and found,the filter had not been changed and the oil was dirty. needless to say,i'll never buy from autonation again. btw,i purchased a 2014 ford,from another dealer

First off, I got to say, way better experience than I had anticipated. I was searching several Ford dealerships looking for a focus st. I recently relocated from Alaska to our family farm near Whitney, TX. Prior to leaving Alaska I sold my pickup, so I was immediately in the market for a new pickup. I wanted a truck with utility and comfort, therefore I had a good idea of what I was looking for. I totally dislike purchasing a new or used vehicle. My dad actually bought the car for my daughter (his grand daughter). We did not intend to buy her a car that day, but when they showed us the 2015 Fiesta with the Sport Package and gave us the price, it was hard to walk away from. We did leave the dealership and went elsewhere, but couldn't find the selection and price to match. We returned to AutoNation Ford South, they threw in the window tint and honored the military discount, the car had 7 miles on it, just perfect for a 16 year old looking to go to college in a couple of years. We had a very pleasant experience buying this car, and it didn't take all day to get the process complete. As I said before we weren't looking to buy a car that day we just wanted to look and see what was available. My daughter is very satisfied with her car and all the blue tooth capabilities. My dad would have wrote this but he doesn't own a computer nor does he want one, he doesn't even own a cell phone, or an ATM card. He is very much old school and knows a good deal when one is offered to him. Thanks, Brett...

I found my vehicle online in Oklahoma. I hadn't been able to find the car or price I wanted in Oklahoma. I expanded my search and found EXACTLY what I was looking for and at the price I wanted to pay. I kept thinking this is to good to be true. After speaking with Arlene at Auto Nation Ford, I was surprised to know it was all true. Arlene was very helpful and patient with me explaining and sending me pictures to ensure all was correct. They even were able to beat the interest rate that I could get in Oklahoma! We drove the few hours to Texas and was in and out with my new vehicle within an hour. They had everything ready to go!! Will definitely be recommending them and going there first for my next vehicle.

About the only critical thing I could think of is the service lounge could stand better interior lighting & newspapers, magazines, & bottled water for the waiting customers. Otherwise service excellent & PROFESSIONALLY DONE. I work near the dealership, so it's handy.

I like most folks cringe at the thought of the new car buying process. The idea that I will have to spend an entire day at a dealership is enough to make me stay in an old vehicle way too long. Well, no fear of that here. My salesman, Randall Cook, streamlined this process with me where most of everything was done via email during my work day. I showed up, had my trade in evaluated, came back the next day and was out of there in about an hour with my new vehicle. went in cause the car I had was on its last leg when I went in I was greeted by Stevie and she got right on to helping me out we test drove 2 cars and I loved the escape so we went in and she got me approved in less then a hour it was fast and easy with a great price on the car as well as with my trade in!!!! I had been shopping for a 2014 F250 for a couple of weeks and just could not get a dealer to give me the price I wanted to pay for the new truck AND give me a fair value on my trade. I had pretty much decided I was going to just keep my F150 and try again next year, but i found a truck like I wanted at AutoNation south Fort Worth and decided to give it one more shot. I'm glad I did because Arlene Kress took very good care of me and the dealership was able to put together a deal that worked. I buy a lot of vehicles, at least one new car or truck per year, so I have run the gamut from great dealers to those I will never do business with again. I recently purchased a 2009 Pontiac Vibe from this dealer. It was a positive experience. All the staff I encountered were pleasant. The lady I purchased from, Mary Monroe was helpful, informative and straightforward. She provided a packet that contained the Carfax and a chronological list of service to the car since it had been in the dealer's possession. Because I drove alone to the dealership, she drove the car to my home for me, so I wouldn't have to get a friend to drive me back. Since the car had some factory recall issues, she made an appointment with a GMC dealership to handle them for me. I did not feel pressured to buy as I had at other dealerships.

Hello, Back in October, my husband and I received a call that a vehicle was ready for pick up. While retrieving the message we knew this call was made in an error, due to both of us having two vehicles. So due to the call, we decided to go take a look at the inventory. While driving up there, we decided to give AutoNation a call back to make sure the call was placed in error. Due to the call, we spoke with a lady, by the name of Mrs. Mary Monroe. After weeks of doing on line research on what car to purchase. I made contact through e mail to several dealerships looking at various cars in my price range. Doug Ball was our salesman and was excellent. He was patient and listened to us and gave us a great deal on a new 2013 F150 XLT truck. There was no haggling because with discount and rebates we got 13,500 off the sticker price. Tanya in finance was great too. Overall, the buying experience was great. About a week ago we purchased a 2013 F-150 STX for my wife. She is a Texas truck girl. We had a wonderful buying experience. Randall Cook was our salesman and now a friend. Well, my old 2003 F-150 was starting to need some money put in it, so yesterday we went back to see if Randall could help us. I now am a proud owner of a new F-150 STX also. We did our homework before going to Auto Nation and found out that nobody can really compete with them. Larry, Randall, Tonya are the greatest. They are very patience, understanding of your situation, and willing to help in anyway possible. They have called us numerous times just to see if we are still satisfied. I am 64 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my time, but Auto Nation will always be my go to guys. You are not just a number or costumer, they really care. They still believe in honestly, respect, and courtesy. If you are even considering a new vehicle, you need to check out Auto Nation and ask for Randall Cook. All the people there are great, but Randall and I hit it off because I am retired military and Randall was an Army Ranger. Do yourself a favor and go to Auto Nation before you buy anything. They really do go above & beyond.

Located the truck I was interested in on the Internet and called to talk with someone about it. I was connected to Randy Dewees. We spoke briefly on the phone and arranged a time for me to meet him. I live more the 40 miles from the dealership so he first checked the status of the truck to ensure it was still available. It was parked right up front when I arrived. He allowed my wife and I to look at it and test drive it without being pushy or aggressive. He let us move at our own pace. When we went inside to start paperwork we informed him we already had financing. He worked very diligently to expedite our way through the process. Even going above and beyond. Our bank had closed and we were unable to contact them to let them know the dealership didn't receive the last fax they needed to complete the deal. Randy made sure that since we had proof of the financing that we still left that day in our new truck. This was on a Saturday. On Monday afternoon about an hour before I told him we would be back I called the bank and explained what happened and they faxed the needed paper work. A few moments later Randy called me inform me that the fax arrived and the final papers we need to sign will be ready when we get there. From the moment we walked in on Monday until we left completely done was 25 minutes. I have bought many vehicles in my time but this was definitely the quickest most pleasant experience yet. Thank you Randy and we will be back for our next vehicle too.

I have need been to a dealer ship in which you ARE NOT pushed into buying a vehicle you don't want. I went in and told them specifically what I was looking and they did not hesitate to find it. Most other dealers would say they have something "similar" which is usually more expensive than what you are looking for. Allison was very patient and I didn't feel pressured at any time. After some negotiating, she gave me the best price out of 6-8 Ford dealers. She committed to the price in writing and there were no surprises. Dealing with her was a very pleasant experience! It was a welcomed change compared to some of the other Ford dealerships I dealt with. Even after multiple emails and phone calls over several weeks, she was as polite as the first time I spoke with her. She took the time to see if there were other rebates I qualified for that others had missed (there were). I had my car choices narrowed down to two - a Mustang and another car. The only reason I didn't buy from her is that I picked the other car (a brand Bankston doesn't sell). I have nothing but good things to say about Allison. When I decide to replace my Ford truck, she's the one I'm calling first. I felt like she wanted me to be happy, even though I didn't buy from her.
