I haven't received customer service that poor ANYWHERE, EVER! I even called and left a message for the Service Manager to return my call and to this day, have never received a return call. 3 Rental cars and 3 weeks later...I finally have my car back. Because I am in the market to purchase a new car....I had considered looking at a new Explorer, however, after this experience...I will never purchase a car from this dealership and will warn everyone I know that may be considering buying a car from there about how horrible the service dept is. After spending $909 to have my car fixed it broke down again in from of the dealership after they called to tell me it was ready, kept it another week (would still have my car if I hadn't been blowing the phone up) and then charged me another $186

I've taken my 2013 Ford Taurus SEL to this dealership for service three times and two of those times after getting the car back, about 3 to 4 days later after a tire rotation, the "Low Tire Pressure" warning came on. Why do they not check the air pressure in all four tires as a matter of routine? Do they not know how hard it is to find a service station with a tire inflator? After this last oil and filter change the "Change Oil Required" warning comes on every time I start the car. Should they have reset this? This is aggravating as xxxx. I have searched the internet for an email address for this dealer and can't find one.

Sat I parking lot for a week without being looked at. They moved from body shop to service center and charged me 65 dollars towing fee for some reason. It then sat again for a week. Escalated for repairs,. Took a week. Drove back home, over 7 hours, on a bent rim with squealing and lost air at 10 pounds per day. Mobile Autonation said it was completed and perfect. Grass from the accident was still sticking out between the rim and tire. The truck had a tire pressure warning alarm when I picked it up. They took it back into the shop and returned it saying it just needed to be reset. From the experience, I suspect the put air in the tire and sent me on a highway drive at highway speeds with a bent rim losing air and who knows what else. It's back in a Ford repair shop in FL that has confirmed the repairs we incorrect. Do not go here. They will charge you and send you on your way with broken equipment and take forever doing it. The bow on the package is how little they care how they are impacting your life and timeline. There is no sense of urgency here. Bad body and service department. Avoid if at all possible!

This is my very first review ever, but due to my experience with AutoNation Ford I feel its needed. We recently bought a used car from AutoNation Ford. The sale of the vehicle went pretty smooth with Steven Adams on December 09, 2015. Prior to leaving the dealership I was promised a spare key and FOB for the vehicle. They assured me that the keys is somewhere in the dealership and once they locate the key and FOB they'll send it to me. Which is not the case at all. I also got in touch with Terry Buford, he assured me prior to the New Years that they'll make a copy of the keys and FOB after they contact the AutoNation Honda in Mobile. After trying to get in touch with Terry Buford for over 2 weeks, leaving numerous voice messages without a call back I finally talked to a gentleman named Jimmy. Come to find out, AutoNation Ford is not responsible for the spare keys and FOB since the previous owner only have one copy of each when they traded the vehicle in. I was told that if theirs no written agreement about the spare key I'm SOL. Thank you AutoNation Ford for my worst experience with any dealership. You can assure you're dealership will not be recommend with my friends and family and especially the military. Thank you for your disservice!

UPDATE:About a week after taking my car to Autonation for the recall, I get up one morning and my car will not crank. All of the lights, radio, A/C and everything works fine, but the car will not make a sound when I try to crank it. After Googling the issue, I find that other Ford Focus owners have experienced the same issue. The cause for them is the Transmission Control Module, which is under recall also. I call Mullinax Ford to see if my car falls under this recall. They run my vin and find not only the TCM recall, but the Transmission Shudder Clutch and a Power Train recall. Due to the mileage on my vehicle I only qualified for the TCM replacement under the recall.My question is: Why didn't Ford Autonation also find the TCM recall and fix it while they had my car instead of charging me to do absolutely nothing?I called Ford Autonation's service department and got their service department voice mail. It requested that I leave my contact information and someone would get back to me. No one ever called. I called again and spoke with Paul in the service department. He told me I had to schedule the service for the recalled part, which I did. I went in on the designated service date at 7:30am as requested and waited for their shuttle service to take me home. Once I arrived home, I got a call from Paul stating that he wished he had told me before I left, but my car exceeded the mileage requirements for the recall. The recall would only cover a vehicle up to 100,000 miles. I told him OK and asked when I could pick up my car. He said he could work up an estimate for me on how much it would cost me to do it out of warranty and call me. I told him OK.He never called me. I went back to the dealership to pick up my car. I was told to wait in the waiting room and they would let Paul know I was there. He never comes to the waiting room. I go to the service desk to ask about my car and she gets a bill that is waiting for me. I told her there shouldn't be a charge because they couldn't work on my car. She tells me to see Paul about it.I ask Paul why he was charging me $50 when they didn't do anything. He tells me that he has to pay the technician. I asked him what for. He couldn't work on my vehicle so what am I paying for. He said he had to get me the estimate. I asked him why I had to pay for an estimate. Once again he says he has to pay the technician. I asked him why. He already knew what the problem was according to the recall so what was the technician being paid for. I could call anywhere and tell them the issue with my car and get a FREE estimate. He tells me to go talk to his service manager. I asked him why, so that he could upset me more by trying to back up why ya'll were charging me for nothing.I feel that Ford should have fixed the recalled part no matter how many miles I had on the car. Was I supposed to tell my son that I could not take him to his weekly chemotherapy appointments in Atlanta from Mobile, AL for fear that Ford may have a major recall on my car that they won't honor if I exceed 100,000 miles on my car. REALLY!!! Cars were meant to be driven.

This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had purchasing a car. A task we hate because of all the games salesmen want to play. And we needed it asap. Because we were short on time, we went on line to see what was a available and asked for best price. With this info in hand we visited dealers near us. Autonations price, I had received by email beat them all. When we went to the dealership, we met the nicest most helpful person, Lanny Langley, who showed us everything and never was impatient. When we settled on one, Jimmy, the online representative,honored the amazing price. They worked with us with an old model trade in. Will definitely go back to see Lanny and Jimmy at AutoNation again.

Up date on my nephews new Ford Fusion: Brand new vehicle with 2000 miles on it had the engine quit (Blew up) in Springfield Tennessee. Vehicle was towed to Tracy Langston Ford. He and his teenage daughter were trying to return home to Mobile Alabama. They were left on there own to get the vehicle and themselves off the freeway. Tow truck driver gave them a ride to a motel. Took a taxi to the airport the next morning so they could rent a car. They had to be home (450 miles away) the next day for work. No help or response from Tracy Langston Ford. They have had it now for 33 days. That is twice as long as they have had it. Keep saying parts are in. Should be soon....Said damage was minor and superficial. Two pistons, crankshaft, and head have to be replaced. Minor?? Really. He thought Auto Nation Ford, the dealer he purchased the car from, could possibly care enough to help. He was wrong. They could care less. They supplied him with Phone numbers to call for help. Turned out the phone numbers were no good. He now gets no response at all from them. I went on both there facebook pages and tried to get some help. Auto Nation said they would get back with me. They did not. Tracy Langston would not even comment. However both removed my comments from their facebook pages. Ford Motor Company in Dearborn did contact him and asked for information so they could look into it. They must still be looking. Have not helped at all. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated, If nothing else please like this page, or better yet share it to see if anyone can help. My nephew's Grandmother and Stepmother both retired from Ford Motor Company. What happened to loyalty? Mike Fay

Got a great deal on a 2010 Silverado. Showed me the CarFax and their own inspection report. I knew before I bought it the rear speakers did not work because it was noted on their report. Everything else on the report was repaired. Whit was willing to listen to my offer and in the end, they did even better than my initial offer. The truck is in excellent condition and very clean. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford to others.

Decent price but incredibly customer poor service from start to finish. Steve Adams did not return phone calls or answer questions when he said he would; couldn't open the trunk of the vehicle manually or with the key fob. Still told me how "comprehensive" their inspection process is!; issued an Alabama 20-day temporary tag with an expiration date only 10 days later; typed the wrong name on the title transfer document which caused delay in registering the vehicle; waited 10 days to mail the title and other documents to the DMV; initial offer for my trade-in vehicle was $2000 BELOW KBB value.

AutoNation was the best car lot my husband and I went to in our search for a new car. As soon as we pulled up we was greeted by Steven Adams and I could tell right then we would be leaving with a new car. He was so helpfully and nice to us and did everything he could to get us what we wanted. This was the only car lot we went to in mobile that did not give us a cold shoulder because of our young age. By far the best car buying experience ever. Great selection. My salesman was very patient and caring. Actually, everyone I met was too as I met the sales manager, general manager, service writer, and parts department. I couldn't decided between a 6 or 8 cylinder. He had me drive both, not once but twice to help me make my decision. I was highly upside down in my trade and they did everything possible to get me out of it...successfully!! I walked in a total stranger and left feeling like I made a whole new set of friends. I actually hated leaving. I would highly recommend this dealership.

If you are looking for a great deal and you hate the back and forth of 4 hours in a dealership, go online and make your deal with Stanley Arnold. I traded my Edge in on a F-150, I did everything online, they gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. I drove 2+ hours to get the truck, why? Because it was mucho cheaper than local dealers! Stanley Arnold promised me that the price we had settled on was the price I would pay, in less than 30 minutes I was done and I paid exactly what we agreed on.

Update to my last review - which has since gotten even worse. After 4 supplemental insurance claims to fix the front suspension on my car, I finally took my Focus ST to Sandy Sansing in Daphne, AL. to have a second opinion (since Treadwell/Autonation) had no clue) to get the car driving correctly again. What I found shocked and appalled me. My car wasn't driving right because this dealer can't even perform an alignment correctly. They also missed that the repairs needed new wheel hubs on the rear wheels which was causing a terrible groaning sound. They claimed they didn't even hear it - someone needs a hearing aid. On top of ALL THIS - I'm told that the work they did that took MONTHS wasn't even done correctly. Major items like tie rods installed and shocks that weren't properly fastened, etc. This could have resulted in a loss of life as I was told by the follow up consultation to another dealer. I had to get a rental that no one will pay for despite shoddy workmanship, and my car sitting on their lot for 10 days with no work being done. Long story short. Don't buy a Ford product, or if you do - don't even think about having even the smallest of accidents and taking it to this dealership. They are utterly rude and completely incompetent. I found out more information online about my car than they even know about. This dealer is only good if you are buying a truck or fleet car, as that is all they seem to care about. I can't wait to trade my lemon of a Ford in and go back to the BMW brand. At least there I'm respected and never talked down to.

Went in to get rear end penion bearing replaced. I was quoted "in the ballpark" at one price then went to pick the vehicle up and was given a price $600 greater. Don't know what their idea of "in the ballpark" is but mine is definitely not give or take $600. They also did not keep me updated on the status of the job. I had to call back numerous times leaving voicemails that weren't tended to until many hours later. Absolute horrible experience. What happened to customer service being a top priority..

Purchased my first new car in years. Did my research based on friend's cars, internet searches, etc. Decided to get rid of my MINI for a 2013 Focus 5 door Titanium model. First let me say Ford should pull all the vehicles with Microsoft Ford Touch. It doesn't work and is a liability in regards to safety. It reboots all the time, makes you stare away from the road, and "forgets" my iPod and a host of other settings just randomly. I've had to reboot and re-program my entire car several times, as if I just bought it - just to get what I paid for to work. To add insult to injury, the transmission (which has KNOWN issues) is terrible. It's like driving with a student driver learning how to use a manual transmission and it's SUPPOSED to be an automatic. Don't let these guys tell you anything about the technology - they don't understand what is in their own product. Then to my surprise the check engine light comes on and the car barely starts, and shudders like the welds are coming off. Not to mention alignment issues since day one. I should have never left the BMW brand, let alone purchase from this dealership. Sure the price was right and it was a speedy transaction, but that's where they leave you. Currently my Focus is back in the shop with no date to be released while I drive a crappy loaner car. At least they are working on it, and assure me that I'll be satisfied. The only thing that will satisfy me is a new car - and NOT the model I have - something better, or all of my money back so I can go purchase a non-American made car.

I communicated with 7 Ford dealerships in South Florida between West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale, and not one of them was interested in assisting me with the purchase of a new Mustang meeting my criteria. I desired a specific configuration - Black on Black, 6 speed manual transmission, Track Pkg. and Recaro seats. I was told by one salesperson that Recaro seats were not available in the 2013 GT (even though my 2013 test drive vehicle included the Recaro option). Another dealer informed me that Ford / Flat Rock no longer allows the submission of customer generated special orders. These dealerships were only interested in clearing existing inventory and nothing more. In desperation I began searching inventory in Alabama - and then I found Treadwell Ford! They possessed, in stock, the exact Mustang configuration I was looking for. I emailed the dealership about the vehicle and was almost immediately contacted by Mr. Steven Adams. After a few emails and telephone conversations I was the owner of my "dream car".Steven Adams worked unfailingly on my behalf. He arranged for me to acquire the vehicle as an out of State purchaser, taking care of the paperwork in an extremely competent and expeditious manner. Steven also arranged for the transportation of my vehicle from Mobile AL. directly to my front door at a wonderful and fair price. The bonus of this transaction was the vehicle transportation, optional packages, taxes. etc. came in well under MSRP! Steven, and the staff of Treadwell Ford made sure the my State taxes were paid in the transfer from Alabama to Florida, preventing double taxation and the necessity of a rebate. This made my trip to the DMV for license tags and title registration very easy. Indeed, the entire process of purchasing my new Mustang was enjoyable!Due to the fact that Steven took such meticulous care of my requests, I can unreservedly recommend Steven Adams and Treadwell Ford to anyone seeking to purchase a new Ford product!

I stopped into the dealership only to look at the Ford Fiesta, since my brother had been bragging about this car for the past year. My experience didn't start out poorly. Ozell, our salesman took us for a test drive and explained some of the features that particular model had to offer. The problem was when we got back to the dealership. I had just come from their sister store and they had my credit run and gave me a copy of the report incase I needed it at other dealerships. Treadwell Ford told me they had to run my credit again in order to let me know what price they could offer. Reluctantly, I allowed them to do so. 30 minutes later they start asking me to sign paperwork to verify that I am accepting their price! Never once did I say I was ready to buy from them, let alone for what price they were offering. I had only stopped in to look on my way to lunch. After I communicated that to Ozell the bottom fell out. Everyone at Treadwell Ford, especially the sales manager, began talking to me as if I wasted their time and couldn't have been more rude about it. What bothers me so much is I was upfront about my intentions. Its not as if I was trying to play a game with them. I left knowing that I will never step foot on that lot again and am more than happy to share my experience with anyone that will listen. Worst experience I have EVER had!!! Do yourselves a favor, if it's a Ford you're looking for, buy from someone else.

I bought a 2006 Ford F-250 King Ranch....250 miles later coolant was dry and check engine light came on. Called Manager Jason at Treadwell Ford. Jason recommeded that I drive the truck 120 miles back to the dealership. I requested a tow truck and they refused. I had the truck checked out locally and it had blown head gaskets, bad EGR cooler and bad oil cooler. I called Treadwell Ford back about 10-12 times with no results. They gave me the run-around for a month while my truck sat in the driveway (useless). Finally, they offered to fix my truck at a "discounted" rate but never would tell me how much it would be and still refused to tow my truck back to their shop. Had the truck fixed locally for $3,500. Needless to say, I will never go back. I recommend never dealing with Treadwell Ford!
