Buyer Beware, Bought a 2013 ford focus se, originally salesperson told me that car was in minor accident and that the dealer fixed. 2 months into driving the radiator goes. Dealer replaced with no problems. But I later found out that the airbags were deployed. they did not tell me this. I took the car in for an oil change, and service left oil dipstick open which spewed oil all over engine and luckily if I hadnt checked washer fluid would have blown engine. Now Im stuck with this car. If I ever want to trade in I wont get as much trade in value due to the airbags being deployed. Knowing what I know about the car. I do not feel safe driving it. Please if you go to this dealer ask questions about car. get a car fax. The sales seem like they only care about making a sale whether its a new or used, and will take advantage you if they can. it feels as though this vehicle was siiting in back lot all smashed up and because i was in a personal situation (divorce/death of father)they rushed and put a band aid sort of speak on the car after they told me that it passed all their inspections that the dealer does and it clearly didnt.

I bought a white 2016 Fiesta hatchback here. She's adorable, super peppy, and I have no buyer's remorse.Outstanding customer service. Earl, Mike, Jesse, and I'm sure a few others went above and beyond to not only get me the car I wanted at the price I needed, but to make sure I was truly happy with the experience and outcome. Earl responded almost immediately to my initial email and kept consistent communication with me in the beginning phase of selecting the car.Several staff stayed past closing, which you yourself might have had to do in the past at your own job... and you likely know that it is not something anyone wants to do. Yet, even with a fussy baby in my arms, the staff remained pleasant and kind. I felt no pressure to buy, and I never felt I was being scammed or taken for a fool. No car-dealer tricks! The exchange was honest and ethical. Our sales person, Mike, even drove the car out to my house the next day (then drove back in the car we were trading in) as we were running out of time, the baby was hungry, and a diaper was leaking. Maybe Mike could sense the multifaceted stress my husband and I were battling that weekend; I don't believe driving the car to the customer is a typical practice. Or maybe the folks at AutoNation Ford East are simply really swell people. I highly recommend this dealer. We had previously visited about 8 other dealers that week. What a difference when we finally got to AutoNation Ford East! We very much appreciated working with mature, confident, professional, calm, and experienced folks.

I worked with JD and his Sales Manager Danny. Both were easy to work with. The 2015 F-150 I was looking for wasn't on their lot so JD started the search for me. He was able to locate the exact truck I was looking for. The truck was in PA but the guys were able to have it delivered the very next day. Hell, they even threw in a real nice Truxedo Tonneau Cover in as long as I financed with them. Great experience, I'll be visiting again January 2019 to get another brand new F-150.

We had been looking for a specific vehicle and had been to another dealership which we had done business with for years. The experience unfortunately was not the best and we were disappointed how we were treated. We came home and got on line and Auto Nation came up with the vehicle we were interested in so we decided to go in the next day. The car we wanted was on the show room floor.The car was beautiful much more than what we looked at previously and had much more than the other vehicle. Ray Sines was our Sales Associate.You need anything look him up.The sales manager was awesome and he truly cares about the customers. I just purchased a used Buick. So clean and wicked low miles :). Got a decent price too. I am amazed at what a great experience I had there. I wish this had been the first place I had looked. After dealing with some "other" dealerships I am grateful I kept looking. No pressure, lots to choose from, and definitely a fair price. Steve was my sales Representative and Al was my finance person. 5 stars for both (when does that happen?!?). I highly recommend the online browsing and reserve option. I usually feel like I'm on the defense when I've had to purchase a vehicle, what a wonderful surprise buying from Steve and Al at Autonation East.

I purchased a used vehicle from them and they must have not done ANY service check / inspection when they took the vehicle in on trade. The vehicle has drivability and electrical issues that would have been found on their inspection. These were not evident on the very quick test drive (maybe they did that on purpose?), but manifested themselves on the way home that same day. When I made them aware, they would not fix under "warranty" and have left me high and dry. They will not accept the vehicle back. I bought a hunk of junk and they will not stand behind it. Awful, awful, awful. ** I regret my purchase decision, and these folks just don't care **

Purchased two cars within a week of each other from autonation east. We were that pleased with the process. Our sales person was JD and he was very pushing and never tried to talk us into anything we didn't want. He spent time listening and laughing with us. He was upfront and honest which is rare to find. The managers all worked extremely hard to get us to the payment we wanted to be in. It might have taken a little longer than I liked but we were happy once again with the results.

Didn't have the confidence or greatest attitude coming in here but Earl Tate and Ray Sines sincerely changed my mind! My wife and I were able to shop for our 1 yr old Ford Escape SE on-line and narrowed it down to 2 choices to look at and test drive. Our Sales Rep, Don Korenewych, was very friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very patient with us as we had a lot of questions. I also give Don kudos for being outside with us on one of the coldest days of the year...it was bitter cold, but he was there to help us. He also went above and beyond when I returned the day after with questions about the Escape's features that I missed the night before. I give Autonation Ford East 4 stars overall and because let's face it, buying a car IS a long process...I don't think 5 is possible, but they came close. But it was the most pleasant one we'd had over the past 10 yrs (and we bought 4 cars- lots of driving). Customer service was excellent. The facilities are also top-notch. Thanks you, Don Korenewych and thanks to AutoNation Ford East. We love our Escape. Great SUV!

AutoNation Ford in Wickliffe Ohio has changed me feelings toward car dealers. If all dealers operated like AutoNation Ford the car buying experience would be so much more enjoyable. There was no hassle of going back and fourth. I did some research online and had a price I wanted to pay. I did end up paying more but at least they took the time to show me WHY!! and the difference. Ray and his team were attentive, informative, transparent (I was buying an as is before auction car) and courteous. I was responded to quickly via e-mail and phone. My thorough questioning was met with straight forward answers. I was permitted to have my own mechanic give it the once over, and my bottom line was great! The list of possible repairs that I may encounter was so exhaustive that my mechanic advised that some would be unnecessary right now. When was the last time you heard of a mechanic turn down a $300+ exhaust job? I've gotten quotes for potential repairs, but other two rear tires/alignment, hub caps, and oil change we've been hitting the highway every week-end. Not bad for an '05 Focus!

great people to work with, was very nervous about buying another vehicle. after a divorce, and hard times, i really felt like i was wasting my time, i had been turned down by other dealers. the saleman josephine made the buying process very easy. cannot say anything bad. the finance manager jesse cook made all the paperwork very easy to understand and was very patient. would definitely reccommend mullinax in wickliffe to anyone thats looking to buy a car. they also gave me 800.00 more on my trade than the other 2 dealers.

I went in to get an oil change on my 2010 Escape, and was sitting reading a book, when I was approached by Earl Tate. He asked if I was interested in possibly trading in my 2010 Escape for a 2014, if we could keep the payments close to what we were paying! My husband usually does the car shopping and absolutely hates to do it. I figured I would get all the info and maybe, just maybe save him all the hassle. Well, to make a long story short, after I had all the info and had gone for a test drive, I texted my husband from Earl's office to see if he could talk. I didn't want to get him in the middle of a meeting. I got the ok and called and said "Remember how I had to get an oil change this morning, well I am still here and the gentleman I am talking to said he can get us a 2014 Escape for right around what ee were paying for the old one." This was followed by loud laughing and I quote"I thought the car dealership was the only place that I could send you where you couldn't spend any money!!!" Needless to say, after talking with Earl and seeing "my" car, all necessary paperwork was completed the next day.

Jesse Cook changed my car shopping experience from a chore to a pleasure. He was very attentive to what I told him I wanted and what I could afford. I left the dealership with a beauty that has many of the features of a luxury car without the price tag. I also worked with Paul, a finance specialist who took the time to shop my interest rate even after I had left the dealership. He ended up calling me a day after I signed papers to ask me to come back to resign docs because he found a rate a couple of points cheaper. Who does that!? I would recommend AutoNation East to anyone in the market for a great American car product but only if you want EXCEPTIONAL service!

Overall I love my new Ford. I've had the car about 5 months and everything is still great. Everything in the car seems of very high quality. Three minor things that I would like Ford to look to improve. 1) The Sync overall works very well. It is Windows based so occasionally it looses connection with my iPhone and the Bluetooth connection. 2) The tires are kind of cheap. I would spend the extra money and upgrade to better tires. 3) 22 MPG city, 30 MPG highway, I have the Ecoboost and put a lot of highway miles on the car and barely getting 22 MPG. I'm happy with the mileage I'm getting, that's not why I bought the car but wish car companies in general would publish more realistic mileage expectations. I know all my examples were negative but like I said, those were 3 vey minor things I can live with. My wife and I keep new cars a minimum of 12 years. Traded in a 1991 car for my 2013 Escape and I still have my 2001 truck. Between my wife and I, we've had 7 new cars and none of them were perfect. I've been the most satisfied with Ford. Excellent quality and when there are any issues, they've had excellent service to make things right and that's all you can really ask for.

I knew exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for and the price I was going to pay. I found the vehicle listed online at the Mullinax dealership. Since the lot was 2 hrs away we called to speak with someone before driving there to see it. Kevin was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get us into our dream vehicle! They were willing to negotiate on a price that was fair to all of us. When we drove up there the next day after calling Kevin came in on his day off to assist us. All I did was fill out the credit app. online and after a few conversations and text messages with our sales rep. Big Ray we setup an appoint to test drive the Escape after I got out of work... It was everything that was discribed on the Internet the great part of our experience was that from the time we walked into the show room and went thru the financing it only took an hour and a half... My supercab F150 was getting too small for my kids. I have been considering purchasing a crew cab F150 and an XLT was in my budget. I had my laundry list of features that I required and went in with that. I would have been happy with a modestly appointed truck with cloth, a mid range engine, and a tow package. Rob Ronske was my salesman and he was very helpful with showing me a XLT. However, there was a red FX4 leftover in the showroom with the Ecoboost V6, leather, loaded! This truck is the one that I really wanted but always dismissed because of the price. Rob and the sales team was able to work out a deal for me that let me get this truck for not much more than the XLT would have cost. I got a fair price for my trade in. The whole experience was good. Rob and the team was able to help me after the sale and coordinate some add-ons that I required. This is my second F150 from Mullinax and I will be back.

Ray Sines greeted me and asked how he could help? He showed me the Ford Escape and the options, we talked about a trade and I met with the Finance Manager Dan Massucci. Everyone there was so nice and I felt very comfortable working with Ray. I never felt anyone was trying to pressure me and even told the manager how much I appreciated that. I am thrilled with my New Escape and so happy I visited Mullinax Ford as I had not considered the Escape because I thought it was out of my budget. I had not been anticipating buying a new vehicle but decided to look into the Ford Fiesta as my previous vehicle was getting up in the miles and starting to need more work that it was worth. I showed up before my appointment and worked with a younger saleswoman who test drove the cars with us. She did a great job of looking up options outside the dealership for me and what stickers prices I was looking at if I decided not to buy something on the lot.I was a pain in the butt because I really wanted a low monthly payment and not much car so I wanted to carefully figure out what I could afford and what I really needed. After driving the Ford Fiesta and the Focus Hatchback Kevin let me take the Fiesta for a test drive home to throw my bike in the back and make sure it would really fit all my needs. He was extremely patient while I hemmed and hawed about my choices. At the end of the day I got a great deal on the car, a very generous trade in on my current car, and truly felt I could come back with any questions I may have. I have had my focus serviced at Mullinax several times and really appreciate the quality work both their sales and service department have shown me.

I was most impressed with the fact that Phil & Jessie didn't pressure me at all during the purchasing process. They were very informative and helpful. I arrived within a 1/2 hour of the dealership closing on my first visit and Phil wasn't trying to rush me at all and was very informative with information about the truck. I spoke with Phil a number of times over the phone before purchasing the vehicle because I was searching for a vehicle with specific options. Phil was extremely patient and helpful during this process. The day I purchased the vehicle Phil was not in and therefore I worked with Jessie. Jessie was just as helpful as Phil in working through the purchase process. Jessie helped me configure my phone for the Sync system and took time to go over the specifics of the vehicle.One reason I purchased the vehicle from Mullnax was because it was close to my place of employment. I bought my first car from this dealership because it was close and they had the car that I really liked. I scheduled to meet and I went in for a test drive with car salesman ray and he was very easy to talk to. He explained all the features of the new car i was interested in. Since i had the x-plan discount which is the friends and family discount from a coworker of mine i was able to get a really great deal. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a new ford.. especially if it is your first ford. I did not feel pressured or felt like i missed out on anything throughout the whole deal process. Within a couple hours of walking in the dealership i was done and off the lot with my newly cleaned 2011 ford fusion in a couple of hours. I have been buying and trading vehicles for over 40 years. I always enter the negotiation with sufficient data to enable me to make an intelligent buying decision. Nothing annoys me more, than encountering a "sales" team who treat me like an idiot because I refuse to succomb to their silly manipulation tactics; especially when it's some 20-something punk telling me I "just don't understand how the car business works".
