I bought a car from these fools in August of 2016. I traded in a Nissan Rogue at that time.There was still a balance remaining on my Nissan.It the xxxxxxx at autonation 9weeks to get that Nissan paid off.This delay in simple business procedure resulted in a 62 point hit to my credit.My credit went DOWN and the jerks at autonation littleton did nothing. I was calling them throughout the whole process trying to avoid negative credit reporting, but that's just not their problem, not their credit score. The head monkey of the finance dept, Jeromy Archuleta is utterly unless and it seems like he intentionally dragged out the process to insure a negative outcome. I have spoken with multiple "managers " who appear to know nothing about customer service or how to get things done.This car dealer is an absolute CLOWN SHOW!Save yourself the hassle, buy from ANYONE but these idiots!!!

I have bought over 20 new cars and trucks in my day and most dealers are great because they know you are spending your hard earned money on a vehicle. This place just happened to have the new truck I wanted, got a good price, signed most of the paperwork, then they tell me it had hail damage, what the h***. Then there is no owners manual, ask me a bunch of strange questions about what I'm going to do with the truck, what's it to ya!?!? Go to Weld County Garage, they are great!!!!!!

I went in to check on a recall on my Town & Country for bad cylinder heads I sat there for 15 minutes so somebody acknowledge me and the whole time you talk to me he never looked up at me I told him why I was there and he told me I had to pay $165 for a Diagnostics why should I have to pay for something that was a factory defect so then I went to Larry H Miller in Aurora not only did he greet me respectively but he scheduled my car to get fixed under the vehicle warranty I will never go to AutoNation and I will tell everybody else to stay away

I usually don't like negotiating, but Aydin was a pleasure to work with. The dealership let us take the Jeep out for a couple hours on our own before we decided to buy. The whole process did take a little longer than we hoped, but they did their best to accommodate. Overall it was a good experience.

Great car buying experience. We agreed on a vehicle and price via a few emails, so I did not have to make an unnecessary long drive from North Denver to Littleton. Took one trip to the dealership, which was very clean and well run, to handle all of the paperwork. Paperwork was as quick and easy as possible for buying a car. Sales representative, Rameen Moosavi, was great to work with and would definitely buy another car from him.

Two weeks ago we went here looking for a used V8 jeep GC limited or overland they had in stock. We first met Noah, used car manager and he got us partnered with Mike since Noah was busy with a customer. No big deal that was fine with us. We had explained to both what exactly we wanted to look at and after Mike showing us multiple V6 models instead, we became very frustrated and left. I called Noah a few days later, on a Wednesday to explain why we left since I though he should know what happened. Conversation went well I thought and he said he would work with us personally and make it up to us and would call me back the next day once he had a chance to look at his inventory since we were last there. I agreed and thought that was reasonable and we had even discussed potentially a V6 model if it made sense but I stressed I was interested in a V8 model. Two weeks later now and no call from Noah. Unbelievable. I called the General Manager yesterday and no call from him either!! I've not raised my voice or been a difficult customer at all. I'm really surprised by my experience here and just want to buy a Jeep!!

Bought a used Subaru from here. Good service even though Subarus aren't their business. The sales guy was pretty knowledgeable on the car and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I identified a few issues with the car and they fixed them with no complaints. Pretty good price compared to other cars in the area with similar mileage and condition.

The deal was done and we had to wait almost three hours to see a finance person and we were paying cash. On top of it people kept walking in and immediately seeing the finance people ahead of us. This is not right.Sales personnel were great and knowledgable , manager is failing horribly by not staffing the finance end.

This is my 6th or 7th vehicle I bought from this dealership. Always excellent service, no high pressure selling, no hidden games and always a fair deal. If you have a problem with anything you can always reach the General Manager who is first class along with their finance department. Fred Abrey is a very patient first class sales professional with excellent knowledge of the vehicles & follow up after the sale. You may find other dealerships that will beat a deal by a few hundred, but ask youself if it's worth it when you need something from the service department or when you go to trade another one in. When you deal with a class operation and with outstanding service you get what you pay for, I don't even look at other dealers anymore and most of my cars or trucks are bought their within 30 minutes of being there and I am out of there with the deal done in ~1 Hour. It's 100% hassle free. Ill be back again soon for my wifes bi-annual new car purchase.

He was totally direct with exactly the features I had asked for, (Great Listener). I showed him other vehicles similar and pricing. Last month I went in to look around for a new car for myself. I was approached by a very kind, soft spoken associate by the name of Dave Britton. I explained to him I was looking for a vehicle that was a little more me, not a mom car since I am an empty nester. I have always loved the Rubicon but felt that was a bit much for me, he showed me the Willie and I instantly fell in love with it! Dave was not pushy in the least, my best interest was the only thing he cared about. Once I decided to move forward the process was smooth and not stressful at all. I was searching in my local area (Grand Junction, CO... About 4 hours away from this dealership) and found Jeeps that were great, but the dealer out here wanted way too much money and wouldn't work with me on the prices. I contacted Chad Voorhis from Autonation midday on a Saturday. Immediately he got the ball rolling and gave me a great price on the Jeep I had been looking for. We came to a deal and he drove the Jeep 4 hours to me, because I was unable to come to Denver for a week or so. Chad showed great salesmanship and was very easy going about answering all my questions and getting my ID's and information over the internet. The dealership has followed up with me to make sure everything was great. I would recommend the dealership and definitely recommend dealing with Chad Voorhis... Great experience.

Recently I made my 3rd visit to Autonation in the last 8 years, all 3 were different dealerships. The result of each visit was me making a hugely better deal at non-Autonation dealerships. In 2 of the instances, Autonation severely under valued my trades. They referred to Black Book and NADA pricing and told me to ignore the Kelly Blue Book value, which was $10000 higher. I have a problem with this since both Black Book and NADA are directly tied to dealerships. KBB is a separate and independent third party. In addition, the Autonation dealership I was at recently, only lists KBB as a resource to shoppers on it's own website, hypocritical and dishonest. The 3rd disappointing instance with this company did not involve a trade, I was trying to purchase a used vehicle. They refused to come down in price, sighting, you guessed it, the KBB value. In all instances non-Autonation dealerships gave me more for my trades and worked more with me on purchase price. The bottom line is, if you purchase from Autonation, you will get screwed, stay away..

We had a great experience at AutoNation! We purchased a 2008 Toyota Corolla. Dave Britton was our sales guy and he did everything we expected. He let us drive the car on the highway and as much as we wanted. He let us put out infant car seat in the car to be sure it fit with enough space for the person in the front. To their credit they were remodeling, so the facilities werent amazing, but we could have been in a mud hut as long as I feel I got the best deal possible. Which I did. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My sales rep was very honest and friendly. The finance dept which we had a guy named Jeremy was very laid back and didnt feel rushed or anything even though it was almost 10PM.

Though they were going through some reminding and building a new building the temporary place was great. The dealers are awesome and friendly.mthey do not rush you or push you towards there sales quota for that day. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and this was the only dealer within a 100 miles with it in stock. Derek took me around showed me every vehicle I wanted to see and had knowledge on all of them. Sales team was great and got me a lower interest rate than I was pre approved for. I spoke with the dealership on the phone first, but in person they were just as friendly. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted, and the dealer actually jumped through hoops to try and meet all my needs. My main goal was to replace my car. I can't say I'm the most ideal buyer as far as credit score, money down, and needs. Fortunately for me the dealer worked with me, and also made sure I kept realistic expectations. The facilities are under construction, but considering that fact the bathrooms and officers were nice and warm. This is the last vehicle I plan to buy, but if that changes for some reason they won a new customer in me. I read some of the "poor" and "average" reviews. I think people go in to dealerships with unrealistic expectations. There are usually tons of people there either looking at or buying cars, and sometimes you just have to wait.

I had not bought a car in almost 5 years, but I am never very excited about going to a car lot. However, Dave Britton and the team at Auto Nation absolutely knocked my experience out of the park! From the moment I was there, I was catered to, never felt pressuredd and to top it off, they were able to get me into a car that was 3 years newer and rid me of the loan on my old car. I benefited almost $13,000 fro the buy and am driving a newer car! How is that possible? I don't know, but they pulled it off and today I am happy as could be. Not to mention the follow up and fresh baked cookies I received in the mail were just icing on the cake! Don't fret about going, just try it out and you won't be disappointed...and ask for Dave Britton. First Class salesman!

Dave B treated us well. Originally we were interested in a used vehicle at one of their other stores. Dave brought the car to his store before we arrived. He took the time to ask some questions to understand what we were looking for. He pointed out several different models and discussed their features. We never felt rushed to make a decision and I appreciate that because I know that he was possibly missing out on assisting other customers by spending the majority of the afternoon focused on helping us. Eventually we went with a new Chrysler 200S and we love it!! You can't go wrong with Dave B as your salesperson.

Do not Trust this dealership when they sell you warranty products or GAP contracts. I bought my vehicle 01/2014 and then I had accident and vehicle was Total Loss 07/2014 . I have been battling with GAP company to pay claim but they wont as dealership has not cancelled the warranty contract. I have requested 3 times to cancel with dealer and 3 times was told it would be checked out and nothing has been done. I called the Warranty company today at Chrysler Group Service Contract and REP stated they have never received any cancel request from dealer. In the meantime my loan has never been paid off and has effected my credit and dealership still does not show any concern with this issue. Don't be fooled by the sales pitch !!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone !

I had been researching new Cherokees for a few months and one that had all of the options I was looking for showed up at this dealership at a great price. I drove the 50+ miles to the dealership passing many other Jeep dealers on the way. This was in part due to all the positive reviews. Although the lot is quite a mess with all the construction, I was able to look at the vehicles on the lot with out being hassled by 10 salesmen as soon as I stepped out of my car. I actually had to go back to the main office to talk to somebody. I told the salesman, Mike C, what I was looking for and he checked the inventory and found it on the back lot. I wanted to drive both the diesel and gas models of the Grand Cherokee for comparison and Mike made that happen. Best experience for buying a car ever! The salesman was great, finance department was great, asked about the extended warranty and once I declined, it was not mentioned again. Highly recommend buying from this dealership!

We were in the market for a Jeep. It's something we always wanted. We researched and searched different models and price ranges. Cars.com certainly allowed for us to do that. Being able to save what you like and compare side by side was a great feature. When we did find what we liked and meet our price range we went out to look at our potential New Jeep. Mike H. was extremely knowledgeable about the Jeep wrangler we looked at. When test driving he actually took us up some winding and twisting roads and back down. He was showing us how to use the (+) & (-) features of the auto stick when climbing up steep hills and down. He had us take off the top so we would know what we were doing. He was great. Donald H. in finance was very friendly and explained all of our options and prices. We have bought from AutoNation before but different dealership. Automation car purchase I have been buying cars for over 34 years, averaging a new or used car every 4 years, and my car buying experience at Autonation in Littleton was the best experience I have ever had, hands down, no comparison. I have purchased cars in Iowa, Utah, Germany, and 4 cities in Colorado, and I was blown away by the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism of every member of the Autonation staff. I walked in on a busy Saturday morning and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I test drove several vehicles within a short time period with a dedicated salesperson (Mike), who was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted the sales process was quick and efficient. I was given a fair price on my trade-in, and an unbelievable price on the vehicle I purchased (way below the Affiliate price my company gets). I was offered the standard extended warranty and extra protection, but as soon as I declined the sales pitch stopped. No pressure - and very respectful. When my vehicle was ready to go, the manager (Steve Kern) gave me a thorough walk-through of my vehicle and all of its advanced capabilities. I got a vehicle I love and the most pleasant car buying experience, which continued after buying the car with outstanding service support and a tin of fresh baked cookies! The biggest surprise was the extra personal touch by one of the staff that noticed my Salida Beer Fest t-shirt and struck up a conversation about my favorite beer. Before I had made the commitment to buy a vehicle I was informed that the six pack of Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro that I saw in the water fridge had been bought for me while I was out test driving several vehicles!!! I purchased a Ram 3500 dually on Aug. 18th and took delivery on the 21st of August. My sales associate, Fred Abrey was very attentive of my needs for a vehicle. We have a horse farm and require heavy duty equipment. Fred was great about scheduling off site additions that had to be added on before delivery.I am not a high tech person and Fred was very patient, explaining all the electronic features on my new Ram. Don, the finance manager was also very helpful. At no point did I feel pressured to make a deal.I received a good price on my trade and Don found me a great interest rate on the. balance. Lots of good follow up after the sale by phone and e-mail. All things considered, a positive experience all around. I have recommended them to my friends and would buy there again.

We had been looking for a few months for a replacement vehicle for the wife. Looked at 4 brands, and eventually settled on the Dodge Durango V6 Citadel. As we had a bad experience at one Dodge dealer (where we had bought my Ram 1500), and an even more ridiculous and horrific experience at another dealer, we were loathe to do business with another Dodge dealership. What a pleasure it turned out to be dealing with John Cumings at this dealership. He went out of his way, before, during and after the sale (unheard of!) to make sure we were 100% happy with our purchase. John kept us informed with the progress of the Durango (as we had ordered it specially), explained everything about the vehicle to the wife, and even after the sale helped us with scheduling service, detailing and other items. After shopping several dealers over several months, we LUCKILY stopped in at the AutoNation on Tufts. We were met in the lot by Arman Sadati and told him what we were looking for. He had a vehicle in mind right away and sure enough, it was exactly the Wrangler we had been searching for. Right mileage, right features, right price. Our next pleasant surprise was that we were offered a very fair price for our trade - that was not the case at some of the other dealerships we visited. The icing on the cake was the finance department. We were approved that day (Saturday) for financing, but Jeremy followed up with a couple of banks on Monday and got us a lower rate than we were originally approved at. Went in to look for a new van....sort of knew ahead of time what we were looking for. Salesman we had was really friendly and not pushy at all. Entire process went extremely smooth. The only "down" was the facilities - which we were told is due for a facelift. Furniture was extremely outdated and uncomfortable. Restrooms definitely needed attention. But the people and process is the important thing and I'd rate that extremely high.

I got my new 2014 Jeep Cherokee from AutoNation SW this past weekend. My original sales rep that showed me the car and helped with the test drive and placed the order left the company after I had placed the order. At first it was a little concerning when I called to check on delivery status and found he was no longer there. But the rest of the staff stepped up and kept me informed on the status. The factory order took 2 months but I was expecting 3 months for this new popular model. My ordered car came in damaged on the train, a very unusual situation. Rather than re-ordering the car, they got me another car slated for another dealer so I didn't have to wait again. This was very surprising, good service. Based on the early popularity with the new 2014 Cherokee, I was happy to get my car sooner than later. Love the new Cherokee.

Great experience purchasing used truck at this Dealership. Aydin Mikilani was extremely responsive and helpful locating the right vehicle for my needs. If you want to purchase a vehicle without the "expected" pushy car sales experience, try this dealership out. You won't be dissapointed. Learned that there were a couple of issues with the truck after driving for a few days. John the Sales Mgr and Aydin were over the top with their positive and proactive response. I was expecting a long and painful ordeal, but my experience was just the opposite. They both made sure that the truck was repaired correctly and in a timely fashion. The service folks (Henry and Chris) were very professional and courteous and worked overtime to get the truck back on the road. Whether they like it or not, they have a customer for life now.

Autonation Southwest worked very well with me, they initially did not have the car I wanted in stock, so Armani & Melinda ordered the Dodge Dart GT I wanted and the transaction was very smooth.


Advertises non-existing cars

Called Stevinson about a used car advertised on all the major sites. Ended up that the car was not available because necessary repairs were too costly and it was going to be sent to auction. Visited Peak Kia to look at a similar car, also advertised on all the major sites, and was told that it too was going to auction. Called AutoNation about another similar car and was told it was in the process of being sold. Four days later the same car was still advertised for sale and when contacted the dealership said that it was out on a test drive. The dealership had my contact info from the first inquiry on the car and I was never contacted that the car was still available. Since other reviewers have expressed the same experience, it is obvious that these dealerships are practicing the same deceptive sales tactic of advertising non-existing cars to get you in the door. And, of the two dealerships I visited, the only vehicles I was shown that matched my requirements were at least $2k above my price cap even though my requirements and price cap are very reasonable.

We recently bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from this dealer. The representative we worked with, Arman, was very knowledable about the vehicles. He was friendly and courteous and an overall great sales person. I didn't get the feeling he was trying to sell us a vehicle based on the comission he would get which is sometimes the case when buying a car. He listened to us...WHAT!! He pointed out features of the vehicle which were specific to things we mentioned we were looking for and things that would be beneficial for our lifestyle. By the end of the buying process, Arman felt like more of a friend than a sales person. I really appreciate the level of service we received and look forward to our next new vehicle purchase with this dealer :)

Purchased a Dodge Challenger. There was not much pressure from the sales personal. The time it took to complete the sale was more than reasonable. We really enjoyed working with Michael Bryk of AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Southwest. I purchased a new car in 4/13, The dealership needs to send in paper work to my county so I can register it. I have been to the county twice - still not done. Called the dealer 3 times - no return calls. Went to the dealership - told will be done next week and that I should go to the county then, went back still not done. Called again was told would be done next week. Now I will need to go back to the county to get an extension on temporary tag. Once they do get it done, I will need to go to the county again.

For us buying a car is very stressful. We will in fact avoid going to buy a car because of what we refer to as vultures. This was the best buying experience ever. For several months we have talked to Phil St. Romain. He is the most patient and knowledgeable person you will ever meet. In fact we had talked to him so much that we had reached the point of being embarrassed to go see him again. He never gave us any pressure and just said when we were ready to let him know. He answered all of our questions each time we talked to him. When we were ready to buy, we told him what we wanted and what our budget was. He worked with us giving us several options. We learned the pros and cons of each. When we initially went into buy, we were planning on buying a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Never in our dreams did we think we would get a 2014. By the time the day was over, we had been given a fair price for our old Jeep by Matt the General Manger and Phil found the Jeep matching what we wanted and that was within our budget. We have been driving our new Jeep for a week and we cannot describe how excited we are. The gas mileage alone has been astonishing to us. A huge Thank you to Phil we wish we could clone you. All of your support and help is greatly appreciated. We will be back and we are looking forward to having our Jeep serviced there. We cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I wash my car alot to get the mag chloride off of it, but it still looks horrible. Further, Jeep will do nothing about this. Buyer beware seems to be the order of the day for Go Jeep

I was looking for a new Jeep. And I had been looking around with no luck, I went through Costco Auto program and it told me to go to this dealership. I'm really glad I did. The experience was great and Jeremey McDonnell was great. He was prepared with a few Jeeps to look at once I got there. He listened to what I wanted and actually cared. He didn't try to just get me to buy the car, he wanted to make sure that I liked the car first. He was very informative and helpful. Overall I thought it was a great expereince. I got a Jeep Liberty and I absolutely love it! I would definitely go here and work with Jeremey. All the other employees at Go Chrysler Jeep Doge RAM Southwest were really nice and helpful. The "buying a car experience" is one I cringe at! However, being my old Jeep was on the fritz I had to suck it up and go on the car hunt. My past experience with car salesmen has been awful, hence not looking forward to diving into this world again.I can not speak highly enough about Jeremy McDonnell at Go Chrylser Jeep Dodge. Besides being completely knowledgeable about the Jeep brand, he honed in on exactly what I was requesting and found me the perfect vehicle, in my price range and within days. I ended up here as my old car had issues that required more money to fix than it was worth. When I went in to speak to them about it, I decided to go ahead and look around for something else. I was recommended to speak to Jeremy McDonnell and it worked out great. While I was there, we found a Grand Cherokee that was perfect for me and the wife. Jeremy was great the entire day. He allowed us plenty of time to look at everything and for both of us to test drive it. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable on everything that the cars have to offer, from one end to the other. He was able to answer all of our questions with ease and never once pressured us. He was instrumental in assisting all the way through the financing as well. We have had the car for 2 weeks now and he has been available each and every time I have even the smallest follow-up question. Jeremy and the manager (Trevor) also were helpful when it came to a small chip in the windshield that was located once the sun was shining as most of the looking at the vehicle came during darkness.
