Brought truck in twice before for same issue. Was told they could not duplicate problem. Brought in a third time and they located the issue, however truck no longer under warranty. Cost $400 for repairs. Funny how they found it after the warranty was out!!!

Greatest salesman ever.Jonathan found my wife her perfect truck and the manager was on his job and making sure everyone was taking care of and happy. Every single employee that works there amazed me. It was so amazing. I went back the next day and bought a new jeep patriot for my daughter. This will be my only dealership from now on.

The service department seems disorganized and the service writers are not particularly friendly. I had an oil change appointment at 8:45 am and didn't get my truck back until after 1100:am. I chatted with a sales rep, while new was friendly and allowed me take a test drive in a new 2017 Fiat Spider, which I would highly recommend if in the market for a roadster.

They fixed my car within 4 hours as an emergency repair. My appointment was not until the following week, but they took care of me when I had to get the car towed do to a bad alternator.

I shopped for 2 months to find the Ram Truck I wanted. I looked at all available trucks within a 250 mile radius. I actually found my truck sitting at Auto Nation in my own back yard so to speak. I followed the truck for a couple of weeks while getting my finances in order. I called and went by for a test drive. Everyone from the sales manger to the receptionist were very helpful. Any question I had was answered quickly. I made an offer and they accepted. I was concerned about the time it would take to get the paperwork done . Jake Long said come in at lunch and it will take just a minute. It was that easy I'm and out in under an hour. Doing business with Auto Nation was very easy no fussy negotiations and the price was excellent! I know because I checked apples to apples over a hundred trucks for well over a month. I have bought many vehicles in my life and I know the process. Auto Nation places every car buying experience I have ever had to shame. They will change your feelings about the process?

I think the person who helped me would have done a very good job if it wasn't for the Manager in that department. He ( the manager) is not very customer friendly the way he talked to the person who helped me. I wouldn't be surprised if that guy quit. I have to get my car re-call service, but I will be using the other dealer.

Made appointment a week ahead and had all the car info with me. No one looked at it. Came in a week later at appointment time. to have the driving lights activated because they show on the U-connect. An hour and ten minutes later the service tech told me it could not be activated. Why couldn't they.tell me that on my first visit? and why does it show on U-Connect if it's not available?

This was to be a simple 35,000 service with an appointment for 9:45am. Mentioned a rattle in the back of the vehicle. Was told that I could wait on the vehicle if desired. Good thing I had my wife there to give me ride. I finally got the vehicle back at about 5 pm. Called earlier and was told in was on the road with the mechanic to check for the rattle. I decided to go to the dealer anyway as something didn't sound right. When I got there at about 4:30 pm, the vehicle was in the shop having the tires rotated and balanced. The service person explained the long delay in completing the requested work was caused by the mechanic making many test drives during the day to try to locate the rattle and tighten all bolts after each drive. He then asked me if I wanted to go on the next test drive with the mechanic to try to hear the rattle. The mechanic was not the one who drove the vehicle on earlier test drives. He had just completed the tire work and was all that he did with my vehicle. I didn't ask or try to talk to the person who actually made many test drives during the day. That seemed to me to be a waste of time as I questioned in my own mind whether the vehicle had actually been on "many test throughout the day". I told the service person that I wanted my vehicle back as soon as they could complete the requested service. The service person had me wait in the lounge until he told me it was finished and that I could go on the test drive with the mechanic to listen for the rattle. I heard the rattle but the mechanic could not hear it. I told the service person that I would take the car anyway. I final departed the facility at about 5:30 pm as a very unhappy customer!

Jon Pierre the service writer was friendly and treated the recall with same level of care as a "paying repair". Offered suggestion on another situation (gas cap ) and went over a couple things maintaining wise that might need addressing if not already done. Doing his job, nicely "selling" repairs/maint. without pushing.

I came in just to get an oil change. I was there over 3 hours. Yes I found out there was a recall on my van however this was something that could be fixed with the computer. After being there 2 hours I was told it wouldn't be much longer. I was told the person working on my vehicle left to go to lunch while I'm sitting in the waiting room. It was still over an hour longer. At this time I go to see how much ch longer it would be. When I go to find out how much longer the guy that checks me in is not even there. I don't know but assuming he went to lunch. I am in a power chair so I had no choice but to wait. I will say thank you to Jean Pierre Harper as he was the one that helped me when I went to find out how much longer. He was not the one that checked me in. He goes to see what the hold up is and within a couple of minutes he was driving my van around for me. So apparently it was just sitting back there ready. Jean apologized to me and was very nice for a situation he had no part of. I am considering going to opelika for my next service call. My van has a ramp for me to get in. I cannot ride in any other vehicles so I have no choice but wait for services to be done. I was not there having major work done. No excuse for me sitting there over 3 hours while the tech goes to lunch and I'm sitting there hungers too. I have used you for years with my jeep before I got the van. Not a happy customer

Found the website online and submitted a general request. I received the generic email, then a phone call and an email from Denny ( great salesman). Spoke with him and discussed best options and pricing via telephone and email then drove down to make purchase. Our local car dealer was not considerate of our needs nor did they respond to emails or return phone calls, but AutoNation was GREAT!!! Denny was awesome, provided great service, we received a great JEEP Wrangler with all the extras that we wanted for a great price. I would recommend anyone in the Georgia area to visit AUTONATION North Columbus. The entire staff was polite and very friendly. FYI - if you are looking for a Dodge Challenger they have a HELLCAT that is a must, lol!! #autonationfan

I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! I was an out of state purchaser and Wayne our salesperson made this experience effortless and painless. I asked him to be my eyes and inspect the vehicle since I was not able to see it and he cheerfully carried out my request and took great care of me. The dealership was very accommodating and Brandon the finance guy also was very pleasant to work with. The management staff were all working together like a family to make sure my needs were met. This impressed me since there were so many impersonal dealerships that I have dealt with previously when I was looking for a vehicle. They truly made this experience a great one and I am very happy with the purchase of my vehicle.

LOVE LOVE LOVED THEM! Lauren was very sweet to me, and helped me pick out a car that was not only best for me at the time, but a car that will last me throughout college! I was looking for a car that would match my life style and was suggested a Jeep Renegaded. After finding the one online, I went to the store to get a closer look. Go to a car dealer is always stressful, specially when you are not sure if that's the car for you, but the Sales person (John Boberj, follow by AJ) made me feel very comfortable, no pushing, just the right dose of attention that I needed. I came back later to share with my husband the car that I've found and the same treatment was presented. It made all easier to back on the next day to get my new car! The closing day was the same courtesy. Nice and easy they got the job done!
