We recently bought a 2016 Yukon. We had the best salesman, Santiago. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered every question we had and set us at ease right away. The used car manager, Carlos was great too. He made sure everything was taken care of and we were satisfied.

Buying a car can be a stressful and quite frankly an annoying process. It's hard to trust dealers that you are actually getting the best deal possible. When I bought my car from Bill Beattie that was not the case. It actually was the best car buying experience I have had to date. I did not feel pressured and I felt that Bill went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal out there. Since then I have had to have my first oil change and Bill noticed me waiting for my car and asked me if everything was okay and if I needed anything or had any questions. No question about it I would recommend Bill and the Autonation Greenacres to anyone I know in the market for a new car.

L I purchased my car 2 years ago from Chevy auto nation, and the guy who really made it happen and got me in the car I wanted and even got all the little extras that I just had to have, Fred Moran! But now still 2 years later I am still treated like family when I go in for my yearly service check for my vehicle! Today I Had brought in my vehicle for repairs and bc of a situation that had happen to me at a another vehicle repair place! Great buying experience overall. Was in the market for new 2500HD High Country and drove from Tampa to this dealer for several reasons. First, Susan K's communication was impeccable and attentive to all of my request and questions. We spoke via e-mail for several weeks and Susan let me know when applicable rebates were available on the truck I wanted. The deal was clear and transparent and my trade value was fair. Melanie assisted in delivery and was great and Justin from Finance was helpful and not pushy. There were no aggressive salesy gimmicks or reindeer games to speak of and based on this experience I would absolutely buy again from this dealership.

I went in to the service dept with my brand new vehicle for a warranty issue and Luis the service writer told me it would be about 3 hours to be done. So me and my family decided to wait for it what a mistake I've had problems at this dealership before. They parked my vehicle and it sat in the same spot for 3 hours and didn't even get touched. While waiting for my Camaro to be serviced I was looking at the new models when I was approached by a new car sales rep who introduced himself as Bill Beattie. I explained I was just killing time waiting for my car. We started talking about the new Camaro and Corvettes which led to a conversation of great muscle cars of the past. We talked and exchanged stories for a good 45 minutes or more. There was no pressure at any time to buy or test drive a new car. My visit to Greenacres was made extra enjoyable because I got to talk to another car guy and when I go to trade in my car I will definitely be buying my car from Bill. Thanks Autonation for putting regular car guys on your staff.

I had my Van stolen, July 2016, contacted Paul O'leary with autonation and asked to please be on the lookout for another Van for me. He was wonderful sent me pic's at least once a week of what I might be interested in. Kept me informed of deals that where available, no pressure just info. My Van was recovered about 5 weeks later the only reason I did not buy. When I am ready he will be my sales person . I lived in West Palm most of my life and trust the Dealers here more than I do in Georgia.

Having bought several autos at Autonation here in Greenacres prior to buying my grandson a 2013 Chevy Camero, I was familiar with the dealership and had had a great experience in the past both in sales and in service.My sales person, Ernie Smith, was both knowledgeable and courteous in my dealings with him. He helped us to get the best price and also the best trade in value for our 2002 Dodge Ram.After taking possession of the vehicle we had a check engine light to come on after the gas tank was filled. It went out and a couple of days later we filled it up again and the check engine light came on again. So I called Ernie and he talked with the Service Manager Paul Cohen and he advised me to bring it in. We did and he found that the air filter box was cracked and they replaced it. However, after picking the car up and filling the tank the check engine light came back on. So we went on a blog of Camero users and found that it could possibly be a problem with the purge valve on the emission canister that could be faulty. So I will be bringing it in The buying experience here with the sales and service department was a satisfactory experience for me and my grandson. Hopefully he will remember this experience and bring his business to Autonation in the future.

I was negotiating with a salesman for 4 days on a car I had found on their website. When I was about to place a deposit on the car to hold for purchase I discovered that they had sold the car out from under me. I think it would have been reasonable and considerate if they would have contacted me to let me know someone else was interested in the car.... but they didn't. Since I was already negotiating on the car I feel I should have been given the opportunity to either buy it or forfeit my first choice to it. The salesman was slow to respond and didn't care whether I bought the car or not.

If you don't like being overcharged, under appreciated, and lied to steer clear of this dealership. They do not stand behind their brand either. A bad cam and lifters on an engine that has 75,000 miles, and not neglected, (regular oil changes) is not something that should happen. And if you do some research you will find many, many more with the same bad parts. But the best they would do is split the repair with me. After the repair was done, I tried to trade it, and they offered me $6000. less than what I paid for it 4 months ago. The Sales Manager said if I told them I was going to trade the truck, he could have gotten the repair done cheaper. CHEAPER than the half they were charging me. Then the charged the diagnostic separate so they didn't have to spilt that with me. And when I called them on it, they would only give me $106. when half would have been $166. They had to beat me out of $60. If I would have not said a word and just paid the original price they quoted me for the repair, can you see the kind of profit they would have made on me. A customer that just came in 4 months ago, and paid cash for a pick up truck. And if you have a problem and ask to speak to the manager, be prepared for them to sit you in an office with an employee that doesn't have the authority to make a decision on ANYTHING. BUYER BEWARE!

MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED IN WITH A FLAT TIRE BY CHEVY ROADSIDE ASSIST. THE SERVICE WRITER CALLLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID I NEEDED 2 TIRES. WHICH I EXOPECTED YOU ALWAYS REPLACE AT LEAST 2, HOWEVER HE INSTRUCTED ME THAT MY RIM WOULDNT HOLD AIR I ALSO NEEDED 2 TIRE SENSORS "THEY ARE BROKEN" "YOU NEED AN ALIGHNMENT AND MOUNTING BALANCING , LABOR AND TAX THE TOTAL IS $1379.76!!!!!!!!!!! I NEW HE WAS NT TELLING THE TRUTH BECAUSE OF HOW NERVOUSLY HE DELIVERED THE NEWS . SO I HAD THE CAR TOWED COST ME ANOTHER $85.00 BUT BROUGHT IT TO GOODYEAR DOWN THE STREET AND THEY REPLACED ALL 4 TIRES WITH BETTERTIRES AND IT WAS JUST OVER $400. THEY SAID THAT THE CAR WASNT OUT OF ALIGHNMENT AND CERTAINLY DIDNT NEED A NEW WHEEL. IT DIDNT HAVE A SCRATCH ON IT SO THE BILL WAS $1000.00 LESS AND I GOT 4 TIRES NOT 2. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM AUTONATION AND ALWAYS SERVICED THERE BUT NEVER AGAIN THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The latch on the tray on my dashboard console (Traverse) broke so I stopped by to order a new one. The part was located in Charlotte and ordered for me. I had routine maintenance done the day I dropped it off. Brad took care of us, awesome job as always. I have not heard if the part is in yet but I got 2 recall notices since so I will schedule that with the install of the new parts. Evidently the dash has to be removed to put in the tray. Thank you for being there and such great service. We have been going there since 2009.

I arrived at the dealer at 7:25 for a 7:30 appointment. I was promptly greeted and my concerns were discussed. I had a recall and oil change to be addressed. I saw Tony "my service advisor". He informed me that the technicians that handle the recall would not be in until 8 AM. But they would change the oil to minimize the wait time. About 30 minutes later he informed me, I was in the waiting room" that the oil change and a tire rotation was completed and my car would be ready in about 45 minutes. I saw him again when he came to escort me to the cashier, she informed me there was no charge for the services performed. I left the dealership just before 9AM with a oil change, tire rotation, the recall addresses, and a smile on my face. RA

My salesman, Adam, was extremely instrumental in me purchasing my new Silverado. My wife and I had visited his location one time prior to my purchase to see what the possibilities were in maybe buying a used vehicle, as my finances were limited. We were so impressed with Adam's low pressure approach that we felt extremely comfortable asking him all sorts of questions. The next day or so, I tried to learn as much as I could about the used truck market by doing my own online reading. When I finally had had enough of going in circles reading countless ads and online reviews, I went back to Adam and picked his brain one more time. It was through his help that I found the perfect deal on a new truck that was well within my budget, and was FAR more than what I expected I'd be able to drive away with. To say that I'm happy with my new Silverado, and the way I was treated by Adam and the entire sales staff at AutoNation of Greenacres would be a HUGE understatement!

My car was fixed for some recalls. My turn signal was fixed too, much to my pleasant surprise. My only complaint is that the side panels in the middle section down where your feet go, came off shortly after I picked up my car and I haven't been able to get them back on so that they stay. Everyone I ever talk to there is always very pleasant and the intake person is the best. I wish I had better recall. I think his name is Doug. He seems to always be the one who gets me. He's so nice and personable and answers questions patiently and with kindness ( just incase I'm asking something stupid :)

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on-line, pictures were provided, and description from the sales person was in pristine condition. A deal was made and since it was such a low mileage GTO and the condition was pristine I decided to pay the extra and have this vehicle delivered to me in a covered trailer. The vehicle arrived and as I was looking the vehicle over in the trailer I started to notice issues. After I got it home I started to clean/detail it to my level as I have with all other on-line purchases, I could not believe it took me 2 days to detail the vehicle. The vehicle had black tar on the (fender wells, rocker molding, rear bumper panels and all side panels). It also had white paint splatters on it that I'm still finding. Now let me point out issues that were never mentioned, pointed out or provided in the description of the vehicle: The bottom inside edge of the trunk lid was cracked and a large broken piece on the edge broken. Upon closing the trunk the whole edge finished breaking. A new piece was order and is now being repainted Top of the Rear seat are splitting. The seats will need to be removed, the leather on top and sides will require replacement. Headliner had 2 sagging areas (one as large as a basketball), new headliner will be required All 4 rims has noticeable scars and will need to be replaced to match the overall condition of the vehicle. Rear bumper and right rear fender well were not attached. Missing screws, replaced and now repaired. Front fender well not attached, missing screw. Replaced and now repaired Both suede door panels are pulling away, someone attempt to repair the drivers side panel but used the incorrect adhesive and excess glue was left on the suede and door panel. Corrected to a point. Passenger side sun visor mirror broken Only one key was provided and the glove box key is also messing. Missing correct lug nuts and covers (one on each wheel for a total of 4) This car is not even close to being in pristine condition as it was stated and based on these repairs I would have never made the offer that I did. I expected after some cleaning/detailing that we would be able to drive and enjoy this car but that has not occurred due to the repairs. I did not appreciate receiving a "pristine" vehicle needing these repairs. Pristine means, unspoiled, original condition. My 2005 Chevy Colorado Extreme with 60,000 miles on it is closer to pristine than this vehicle. In the future your dealership should provide exact details and defects on all vehicles being sold through internet sales. These defects would have been noted by me or anyone else inspecting the vehicle in person. I also would like to point out that the dealership wanted me to sign and return documents but they would not sign a number of the documents, including the title, odometer statement, etc., until I transferred the money. This should have been my first clue on the trustworthiness of this dealership. It should be noted this is not my first on-line purchase of a used vehicle, I have never encountered the headaches faced during this purchase and I will not purchase or recommend Auto Nation to anyone.

Mike was my Service Tech and I called ahead to let him know about the issue with my gearshift/ignition. He made sure the part was in stock and I was able to come in that same day to get that repair done. I was very grateful that he reserved that last part for me. When I came in for service, he also noticed me tires were not wearing equally in the front on both sides. So we went over all the paperwork I had and saw that I paid more then I should have somewhere else for my oil changes. I will come to Autonation from now on because it's $30 less! And I also added an alignment to my work order IF it could all be done within 2 hours as I had a birthday party to go to for a child. Everything went without a hitch, and I made the party on time. Thanks Mike!

So I left a deposit on it so I would have first dibs on it when it arrived. Once it was on the lot they called me, and I went to test drive it. It was in good shape, but they had not had time to detail it yet. As we were negotiating the deal, I was informed that the person who posted the truck online had made a mistake on the price. They told me they would honor the price that was posted, and they did. Because of that I felt like they beat me up a little on my trade in, but I still chose to buy the truck. When the deal was written up, they forgot to add in my $200. deposit. When I brought it to there attention they said that it would be refunded to me, and it was about a month later. With such a rush to do the deal, I didn't notice a couple things that were wrong with the truck. I contacted the salesman and he set me up an appointment to have them repaired, and the truck detailed, because it was pretty dirty inside. I was prepared to give them the truck for the day, and they said "you can just wait, it wont take long". After repairs were made they had the salesman take me to the detailer to "show him my concerns". Never in my life have had to tell a detailer how to do his job. Not only did he not take care of what I showed him, he did a very poor job on what I did show him. I feel like because they made a mistake on the price, and I wrote a check for the entire balance (minus trade in), that they just wanted me out of there a quick and as cheap as possible. The salesman was great, and even though he did a good job of hiding it, I could tell he wasn't happy with the way things went either. When he had to tell me to tell the detailer my concerns I know he was uncomfortable, and rightly so. I told the detailer, its dirty just clean it. It was not clean when I got it back.

I saw a truck on the website. Went to look at it, but it was not there. But because it had low miles and a pretty good price, I left a $200. (refundable) deposit, to have the right of first refusal. I was told that add online gave the wrong price, that they should have listed it for $3000. more, but they would honor the listed price. When the truck got there, I drove it, liked it and bought it. Because the deal happened so fast, the truck had not had been detailed, and one of the door handles would not open from the inside. When I brought it back to have the door handle fixed, and detailed, I was told not to leave, they would do it why I wait. It went to the shop to fix the handle first. Then the salesman (who was just doing what he was told) came in to get me and took me to the detailer and said "tell him your concerns". I have never had to tell a detailer how to do his job. I pointed out the grab handle on the passenger side was black with dirt, the console has spilled coffee, food crumbs and was just dirty inside. When I got the truck back, they had shook out the floor mats, and cleaned that grab handle. Did not clean or vacuum out the console. Just did a rush job. They also did not apply my $200. deposit to the deal. They said they would send me a check. I bought the truck on 8/31 so I am hoping the check will show up soon. The check engine light came on a couple days after I bought it, and that (bad sensor) was taken care of in a timely manor. It was still under warranty, so that went well. I would not even be writing this if not for the fact that I went on the website to try to find an email for someone to contact about my issue, but all I got was the online chat person. I left my name, email, and phone #, on 2 different occasions, but no one ever contacted me. Not feeling like an appreciated customer.

I loved this place. I really cant say enough good things about it. I just got a certified pre owned Chevy Colorado from the AutoNation in green acres. The whole process was so easy and I felt like I was very well taken care of. No pressure over anything, and everything was explained to me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. A place that I would never hesitate to go back to. Roberto was the one that helped me buy my new truck, and he was awesome. Also Nina in the finance department was wonderful. I ended up getting a basically brand new truck (very low miles) with lots of extras that are not offered at other dealerships, like their appearance protection package- trust me, you will want this- and the theft protection, all at a good price - again, trust me, I did my research. If you want to go somewhere and feel comfortable and feel really taken care of you have to go here. I don't know about other AutoNation locations, I presume they are all fantastic. I drove an hour away from where I live because they had the truck I had been searching for. But the distance was worth it and I will be going back again when its time for another trade in :) I will never go anywhere else, I have been telling everyone to go here next time they want a new car.

I have never in my life met a salesperson who not only made a great deal for me and my husband but turned my husband into a sweetheart. He came into the dealership with an attitude and told Randy he just wanted to see an equinox and that he wasnt buying and was quite to the point. She just smiled, said ok, and did her job, always with a smile and even a laugh. He even tole her he wasnt driving the car so when he walking around she pulled one up with a tag and got him to giver her his drivers license and then got him to drive the car. He was sold, not only on the equinox, but Randy. She is amazingly sweet, charming and awesome at her job. NOONE else could have sold my husband a new car, that day.

I came to browse on a Friday where I was approached by a Sales Professional by the name of Phil Sieli. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me right to my dream truck. He didn't spend time asking about my credit score or income he just let me enjoy the test drive of my dream car. I told him I would be back in the morning with my wife to see if we could make a deal. He didn't try to talk me into a purchase right then, he din't race to get my credit score. He only said "ok, I will see you tomorrow." I showed up the next day and he was on time and very pateint with me as I went back and forth in my head about what I actually wanted. He showed me every truck I was interested in and was very kind to my wife and 2 year old baby. We went back and forth on prices but in the end I was approved for exactly what I wanted to pay with little money down. This was the best car buying experience ever. Ask for Phil when you come in and I guarantee you will leave happy.

A week ago, I was browsing Autonation.com in my ongoing effort to assist my father in finding a used late-model Scion xB when we saw one on sale at AutoNation Greenacres. After checking the information on the website and the vehicle's Carfax, we went down on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with Isaac Granados. He took us on a test drive, and in a professional and courteous manner answered all our questions and provided the information we needed to make an informed decision on buying the car. He also worked with us to get us the price we were looking for for the car. After my dad got his arrangements done to buy the car, we came back the following Monday and were able to purchase the car. Was shopping for a used vehicle. Came into the dealership expecting to get into the used car I wanted. Instead I was out with a new vehicle! The used vehicle was a great deal as well but I had my eye on a newer model. Mike the Service Representative is the BEST. I commute from N. Florida and back for work, I will ONLY take my Chevy Spark to Mike. I own 2 Chevy Sparks and my wife uses the dealership in Orlando, my residence. But I will continue to service my car at Mikes dealership without question.I will admit there have been a few questionable girls at the cashiers counter. What I mean with questionable as in they seemed to have an attitude.

I would like to make special mention two people who were invaluable in assisting my son to purchase a Chevrolet Tahoe. First of all Melanie made good on her word and the dealers policy of reserving this vehicle for 48 hours in order for me to drive from North Florida to make a purchase. Upon arriving Richard "Goldfinger" assisted my son in a complicated process of coordinating and securing all necessary loan information. In addition, the process of registering and licensing a vehicle out of state involved a tedious process to bring to fruition. Never the less Richard provided his expertise and guidance thru the entire process. The end result being an extremely pleasant experience in the purchase. Richard's expertise and profound experience as a salesman was a evident throughout the ordeal. He listens and works hard to help in every way. A true gentleman in every sense of the word. We came to Autonation after we had been to several other dealerships. But the experience that we had at those dealerships were horrible. The salesmen never greeted us and when we tried to ask questions there was one person that asked how much down payment you have before they asked my name. When we came to Autonation we met a nice salemen named Derrick and the first thing he said was,"Welcome to Autonation I am so glad you are here!" That was definitley a surprise. He asked if he could help us and began to tell us about the history of Autonation and how they do business. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who tried to make me feel good about choosing to do business witht them. To make a long story short Derrick was such a great guy and as soon as I iron ot some of my credit issues I will definitley be back to buy a car from Derrick and Autonation.

My husband and I came to buy a car for our daughter who is turn sixteen in a couple of weeks. We met Derrick and he explained to us the way Autonation does business. He told us about the fact that autonation doesnt sell damaged used cars they have a carfax in every car and how they perform numerous inspections on the car. This is something that gave me peace of mind about buying a car at Autonation. Derrick gave us several options for a small four cylinder car that would be safe and economical for a teenager. We were impressed with him and his knowledge about the Cruze and Sonic. At the time my daughter wanted to see some other cars, but when we are ready I believe we will be back to see Derrick and buy from Autonation.

I had come to Autonation Chevy after doing alot of research online. When I got there I met Derrick and I saw the truck I saw online. It was great and all I thought it would be until I looked at the back and there was a dent in the back bumper. I was listening to Derrick explain to me about how buying this truck at Autonation would be the best thing I would ever do, and in my mind I could only think about the dent in the fender. Derrick addressed the the issue and expalined that Autonation would always do the right thing for their customers. We sat don and we agreed on the price and scheduled to have the bumper repaired. Derrick called me when the bumper was in and I brought it to be repaired, they fixed and I didnt have to miss a whole day of work. I appreciate everything Derrick and Autonation Chevy Greenacres did for me. I will definitely buy all my trucks from you guys.
