What a relief to find a car dealership like Automotive Network. They had the quality of car selection that I was looking for and at the price I was looking to spend. I had been shopping around at several dealerships only to find disappointment in either the price or the quality of the cars, and the salespeople were anything but looking out for my best interest. Not so with Jim (the owner), he's straightforward, friendly, and there are no sales pressure tactics. He is confident in the quality of his cars and has a genuine concern for customer satisfaction. Ended up with a good deal and purchased the car yesterday. I can say that I am very glad to have found Automotive Network and to have worked with Jim. I highly recommend this car dealership.

Nice guy, knows cars, selective about inventory

Jim is a nice guy who is very honest about the process and the cars he sells. You get a powertrain warranty built in. He'll get the car inspired for you. Easy to deal with and an overall good experience. The cars are all clean and have relatively low mileage.

Very Satisfied Customer

Found Automotive Auto on Cars.com along with a few others but I really paid attention to the other customer reviews and also was intrigued by the cars they had on their website. Finally had a friend drive me out to Automotive Auto . Once I arrived there I seen a few cars that caught my eye but it was this one particular car that really got my attention very clean Buick that I checked inside and out . Then I met Jim who came out from his office to greet us and started the car up for me and the engine sounded real good he told me that he would have the car inspected with new tires on the front and he checked out this small minor problem with the oil under the hood also . I asked Jim did they offer financing on their vehicles once he said yes it was definitely a go with me! He went ahead and did the paperwork on the car for me and I gave him a deposit to hold the car til the following weekend which he did and kept his word with everything he said he was going to get done with the car for me. All I can say is I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend my friends or anyone to Jim and Automotive Auto for a good new used vehicle

Good Cars and Prices

Had found out about this place from Cars.com seen a few cars I had my eyes on plus I read most of the previous customer reviews and figured I would check them out. Once I finally were able to get there I met Jim who owned the car place and asked him about couple cars I seemed interested in buying. Once I made up my mind on the car I really wanted to get . I asked Jim did they finance also , he told me yes and once I gave him a deposit to hold the car for me til the following weekend everything was a go and went smooth . Glad I purchased a good used car from these guys. They have alot of good clean running cars. Thanks Jim

Purchased two vehicles and are very happy!!!

Jim and Jim are two great guys who really worked with us to purchase our vehicles. We purchased a 2007 Jeep Commander that was super clean with low miles. The process was very easy and we never felt pressured to make the purchase. A few weeks later we were looking to add a second vehicle and went to several other dealerships and the service and quality of vehicles were not even close to what we received at Automotive Network. Suffice to say, we were back on their lot and found a Ford Escape that was once again clean, with good mileage and far above the standard for comparable vehicles. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality affordable used cars.

VERY IMPRESSED! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

If your looking for quality, low mileage, low priced vehicles. These are the guys! I was looking for a 2005 Honda Accord. I had spent over two months trying to find it. It seemed as though all the dealerships in my area wanted way too much money, and with high miles. So, I started looking online for it. After several searches, I found it. I made the call and Jim answered. He was very polite and told me that his cars sell themselves. I told him that I live 3 hours away, and if I make the trip. I want to buy the car. He assured me that if I see the car, I will buy it. Because I live so far away, I wanted to see the fluids. Jim took pictures of them, and emailed them to me. They were clean, and the right colors. My wife and I made the trip to Croydon, and the whole way I was thinking there has got to be something up. Well, we arrived and saw the car. It was just like he said. Very clean, and sharp! Everything he said was right on. I notice right away that Jim was very easy going, no pressure sales tactics. After test driving the car, we decide to get it. The paperwork was quick, and he drove us up the road to get the tags, which also did not take long. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Great experience!

I've served in the military for over 25 years and have traveled all over, purchasing various used cars for my family as the grew. Jim (& Jim) did a great job! They did not pressure me, I was upfront w/ them and they w/ me. I offered a price, he countered and we shook hands. They really do have good, solid cars for an affordable price. I don't need the 'pretty' office or all the dings buffed out....I desire a good engine, transmission and no rust. If you are looking for good solid affordable cars w/ no nonsense, please go down. Good cars, prices, and experience

I bought a 2005 Impala, with only 57,000 miles on it. I checked it out very thoroughly, took it for a ride, and was very pleased with how the car sounded, handled, and drove. The price of the car was very fair. Jim knows his cars, he takes pride in finding quality cars at a good price! I recommend his dealership very highly! I plan to return to Automotive Network for my future cars.

Good used car buying experience

I bought a Corolla about a month ago from Automotive Network, and I'm very pleased with it so far. Jim was very helpful in the overall car buying experience, and went to great lengths to assist me with the process. What I liked about Automotive Network was that I was able to look at all the cars on the lot and take my timein contrast to many dealerships where you're pressured to decide on one car, and fast. That being said, no one tried to sell me a car that was out of my price range (as many businesses do). It's a bonus that Automotive Network provides warranties with their used cars, for added peace of mind.

Great cars, great prices!

After searching for a car for my teenage son for a few weeks, my husband came across a Toyota Solara posted by Automotive Network. The price was more than $2000 below Kelly Blue Book value. The cars I had checked out at other dealerships after seeing them online had yet to look like their picture and not in a good way! The first question I asked Jim on the phone was if there was anything I should know about the car that wasnt in the picture. He assured me that the car was in good condition inside and out. We were concerned that the inspection stickers were only good until the end of the following month, and so Jim had his mechanic check over the car, inspect it and put on a newer tire at his cost. After driving the car home, the check engine light came on. His mechanic looked over the car and found no problem. Jim told us that if a problem were to arise with the next few weeks, he would cover it. A three month warranty also comes with every car! I had my own mechanic check it over and give it an oil change and he said the vehicle was in great shape. It was a no haggling, no pressure sale and was a great experience. Its an awesome car! His lot had many nice, clean cars all at great prices. I would definitely recommend Automotive Network to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Great experience

I'll admit I was nervous about the whole "used car salesman" stigma. The price of the car was more than $1,000 less than most competitors, which made me even more suspicious. However, my experience buying a 2005 Civic was great. Found the car I was looking for and even saw other cars that grabbed my attention. The sales man was not pushy or manipulative but helpful and accommodating. The purchasing process went smooth and swift. The dealership owner himself escorted me to titling company. Their warranty with every car gives you some confidence in your purchase. I even met a person there who was buying his 3rd car from the dealer, which shows you some customer satisfaction and loyalty. Just bought the car last month, but at this point would easily consider buying another car from them in the future. Their office isn't impressive, but then again I was there to buy a car, not sit in a shiny, cozy reception area.

Great Reliable Cars

After searching for hours online for a dependable used vehicle at a great price I found 1 at Automotive Network. The service was excellent and the selection wide. With a tight schedule and needing to have the car in a timely fashion Jim went to Philly to pick up the check from the credit union. This was definitely above and beyond.

Extremely Helpful For First Time Buyers

My first car, purchased with Automotive Network, is a 2002 Ford Focus. The car is 10 years old and practically looks brand new! It runs great and these guys help you out the whole way.

Outstanding

I wanted a used Nissan Maxima. Did a search in a 100 mile radius and they had the best deal available. I showed up and the car was exactly as described online. Jim and his son gave us straightforward information about the price and features. No games or haggling, no hidden fees. Its a small dealership, family owned, small inventory but all high quality, hand picked cars. Great prices helped by low overhead compared to the big dealerships. The car was great, drove amazing, wonderful condition. I had some difficulty with my credit union, and they patiently helped us for two hours to sort it out. Due to errors on the credit union side, I couldn't get the loan transferred that day, so had to come back later in the week. Jim picked me up from the train station, drove me to get the car registered, and sent me off with a full tank of gas. The car is amazing. The process was incredibly enjoyable, especially for "used car buying". I will absolutely start there for my next car.

Great Place!

I purchased a Ford through Automotive Network because the car had what I was looking for, including a great price. As I was comparison shopping, I brought along a copy of the Automotive Network ad to another dealership, and the second place actually told me that they couldn't match Automotive Network's price! The sales process was painless, and the credit application went through without a hitch, including a great financing rate. Within a week, the car developed an unforeseen (major) problem that technically wasn't in the "powertrain warranty," but Automotive Network fixed it at no cost to me regardless of the warranty, and at virtually no inconvenience. I will definitely be back the next time I need a car!

Drove over an hour and was not disappointed. It is evident this dealer is running an honest business and does not sell cars that may be having issues. He was completely upfront and trustworthy. I would gladly drive an hour again to deal with a car dealer like this - you don't come across too many like this. He was low pressure and honest, and you can't put a price on this. Never lose hope!

I had been shopping for a new (used) truck for a few weeks and was having no luck. I tried every dealer big and small around where I live, but didnt find what I was looking for. Finally, I found one that caught my eye online that was located in Croydon, which is about 20 mins from my home. The second I walked onto the lot and saw the truck, I knew I had to have it. I was greeted by a gentleman named Jim, who was very helpful, but not pressuring at all. Before I knew it, we were inside talking numbers. Unfortunately I had issues with my credit union that kept stalling the sale process for me. Jim suggested I try the union that they work with and in 2 days I had a check in my hand. The whole sale process took over a week because of the complications, but Jim was so patient, pleasant and understanding. I have dealt with pleanty of dealers before, but Jim was THE BEST by far. He really cares about the people that walk onto his lot, and always does his best to make sure they are satisfied. I still to this day am so thankful I came across his dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. His prices are reasonable and all come with great warranty. Even before I drove away with the truck, I was telling everyone I knew about his place and all the affordable cars. Everyone is so jealous of my new truck, and I love it!! I just want to say thank you to Jim for everything he has done for me. I appriciate it more than he will ever know!!

Worth the drive

After going on-line to look for used cars, my niece selected a dealership one hour away. Since they had the car she was looking for we took the drive to check out the car. She liked the car and a few days later, we returned to purchase and pick up the car. Our salesman, Jim Moule, was to the point and helpful, but not pressuring. The car was driven home and a few days later a minor problem developed with the car. On calling Jim to report the slight problem, he kindly offered to cover the expenses, including the labor. He didn't hesitate to provide this service. We were so pleased with the service, that my husband now has Jim looking for a used car for himself and we won't mind driving that one hour ride back to Automotive Network.

Great Cars at Great Prices

I purchased a 2001 Mazda Tribute and love it. I was surprised at how many great cars at great prices were available at Automotive Network. I never bought a car from a used car lot and was surprised at how many great cars there were to pick from. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy. I would suggest Automotive Network to friends and family that are looking for a used car.

Auto purchase

The vehicle we purchased was one of the best looking cars posted on Internet. Jim was easy to talk and deal with. Price was certainly fair.We had a small problem which was discovered the day after the deal was completed and was not covered by the warranty. We called Jim made him aware of the issue, he agreed to take care of it at his expense. His vehicles were low mileage and very clean.I would certainly deal with him again.. Thanks Jim
