This is truly the best store for a new or used vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Dan Krofta in sales and CJ Crowl in Finance were the best.

Why go anywhere else?

If you aren't doing BOTH your used and NEW car shopping at AutoAves it's because you haven't been there before. They can get almost any vehicle you want! Credit unions love them because they give you fantastic service at a fair price. They are to automobile dealers what Bellco is to credit unions. If you know Bellco. Nuff said. Pat and Mary were great help in finding just the right car to fill my needs. The service department took great care of my other car I brought in for service. Again, excellent work at a fair price. And remember, if they don't have it, they will do that best to find it!

Fourth car purchase... Still the same Amazing service!

My wife and I purchased a new 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Our fourth vehicle purchased from Auto Aves since 2004. The first three cars were purchased while we were living in Colorado. We moved to Iowa two years ago. Not having much luck with the dealerships in Iowa, we contacted Dan Krofta last year and finally bought a car this year.Dan went above and beyond to help me get the exact car we wanted. He was patient, friendly and never pressured me into anything. I flew in on Tuesday evening, took the light rail from DIA to the hotel. Dan picked me up in the morning and even brought me a breakfast burrito! That is top-notch service! I appreciate all that Dan and Auto Aves have done for my family since 2004. We will be buying all of our cars from them no matter where we are in the US. It's been a pleasure.

Great Experience

This is the second car I purchased at Automotive Avenues. During this experience, I went later in the evening, knowing what I wanted to look at. I met my parents at the dealership and they were already being helped. I took the car I purchased on one test drive and bought the same night. The Service Department at Automotive Avenues is awesome!

We've never had a problem with any aspect of the Service Department. Their service is prompt and courteous. Jerry is helpful in every way possible, and we greatly appreciate what he has done for us. Always happy to deal with you guys!!!

Problem fixed and I am happy with the results.

Took my Nitro in for my air conditioning to be fixed. My extended warranty covered most of it but there were a few parts not covered. Since I am on a fixed income Joel worked with me to get my cost down as much as possible. I really appreciated that. Took my vehicle home and the air conditioner was not working. Called the service department and was told to bring it right back in. After being inspected again a leak was found and was fixed. Joel apologized for the inconvenience of me having to come back. I wasn't upset because things do happen. Just glad the problem was fixed and it is working great now.

A little frustrated with a couple of staff

I was a little frustrated with a couple of staff because they were telling me "too much information" regarding our purchase, "I have to get up really early tomorrow to go get the car you want to see."; "It costs us $50 every time we bring a car in from another dealer."; "You know we don't make very much on a car that was not on our lot, but it is in our contract so we do it."; "I normally sell 6-8 cars on a Saturday, but this is taking a while."; "I have two customers waiting for me on the lot after I am finished with you.". We felt those remarks were totally unprofessional! I DON'T CARE... I am your customer and you do what you need to do to take care of my purchase. Jacob was awesome and so were the ladies at the reception desk. The staff that cleaned the car, took care of our trade in, etc were also great. By the way, we ended up buying the vehicle Jennifer "got up really early" to go get.Something else that concerned me is our salesman told us if Aurora Federal couldn't give us the best rate, the loan guys might be able to find a better rate. It is my understanding that is totally against policy.When we came back from lunch to actually purchase the vehicle, Dan was with another customer and we were told Jennifer would help us until he was finished. We waited a while and then were told someone else would help us; eventually Dan came through and told us he would be right with us, he was finishing with a different customer. This is our 3rd purchase from Auto Aves, but it may be our last. The only reason we will go back is because we absolutely hate dealing with dealerships.I doubt we will use the service dept because we are 70 miles from you. I really wish the store in Aurora was still there.

Most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had.

I was very nervous when I arrived at Auto Aves, as my last car purchase was awful. From the moment I approached the doors, I was greeted with a smile. Christian helped me initially, and he was very friendly and professional. Then Dan took over, as my Credit Union falls in his area. He was very friendly and personable! My boyfriend arrived as I was about to leave on a test drive, and warned me to be careful as "All car salesman are in it for a deal and that's it." I liked the car I test drove, but Dan thought I would like something a little different, and my boyfriend wanted me to keep shopping anyway. It was the same price, very similar mileage, but had more" bells and whistles." We test drove the car he suggested, and LOVED it!! It was perfect for me! Within 4 hours of arriving, I was signing the papers. Not once was I pushed or pressured into anything. I feel like Dan pointing out a different vehicle, is because he wanted me to have something great, not just something good. As I was getting ready to leave, with my new car, I noticed a chip in the windshield. I pointed it out to Dan, and even though he could have said it was my problem now, as I bought the car AS IS, he didn't even have a moment of hesitation when he gave me the information of who to call to get it fixed, on their dime!! I still can't believe it!!! Oh and my boyfriend, who said all salesman are only in it for a deal, was VERY impressed with Dan, and the way Auto Aves treats their customers, and the quality of the vehicles they have. He even wanted to buy a car from them! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from anywhere but Auto Aves!! They are cut from a different cloth, and the customer benefits greatly from that! Thank you so much, Dan, for looking out for me, and providing the greatest experience!

Everyone at the dealership was really friendly and knowledgeable. There was also a large selection that I was able to take my time to find what I wanted.

Professional and courteous. Repairs were fixed when I was told and prices were lower than expected. This is now my go to service center in town.

Canceling Clear Bra

When I left a message for Cheryl on April 4,2016 at 11:04am, stating I no longer wanted the clear bra be put on the Buick, called back and left another message with Colleen later at 5:49pm, never heard back, letting know, she had taken care canceling the clear bra.

Used Vehicle Purchase

Purchased a vehicle on March 4, 2016. Pay close attention to what is being sold to you for example the service contract which is not necessary and expensive. I cancelled it and have not received a credit as of this date however when I received my card for registration it is included in the tax value of the car for which I will have to pay tax on something I wont use.My credit union gives you three months to pay the first note and my paperwork was typed up for the first payment to occur the next month. When I queried the staff person he replied you would still have to pay interest. But wasn't that my choice to make

This was the first vehicle we had purchased in 14-years. Automotive Avenues made the purchasing of a new vehicle so easy. Renewed Experience

I have bought four cars at Automobile Avenue over the past several years and have always enjoyed working with real professionals. My latest search put me in touch with Chris who offered to negotiate with another dealer to obtain a Highlander that I thought I might be interested in looking at and driving. The day my wife and I went to Auto Aves Chris had a doctor's appointment. While we were waiting to speak to someone I went for a walk around the lot and by chance, I found a Touareg that better suited our needs. When I returned to the lobby, The manager (I assume) had arranged for us to speak with Duane who was busy at the time trying to manage two other clients. This is were Mary stepped in and arranged for me to drive both the Highlander that was now on the lot and the Touareg which I had found. Long story short - we bought the Touareg. Excellent No-Pressure Car Buying Experience

This was an awesome 'car-buying' experience for me. Automotive Avenues tops ALL of my car shopping experiences since my first car purchase in 1966. In fact, this is the first car-purchasing experience that has been stress-free. I liked and appreciated the fact that the Sales Rep, Duane Talada, replied to my questions and requests respectfully, honestly, and without any pre-rehearsed sales pitch pressure. Oil change & service

After having purchased my 2015 Sorento at Automotive Avenues, I was given a discount to the first oil change. I was greeted warmly and listened to by Jerry about a few issues with the car. I felt like they took me seriously and they did check out all my concerns and gave me a report reflecting all of it.I took my car in at 9 and picked it up at 12:30-ish which I thought was quite reasonable. I would definitely take my car into them again.

Heart Broken

I purchased this 2011 RX 350 with the hope that this would be a car I could own for years, I was sadly mistaken. On the first day I owned the car the rear bumper came undone and was partially off the car, I took the Lexus back to AutoAves and was told the car had not gone through a "reconditioning" and they would take care of it, which they did. On the 15th day of ownership the passenger rear wheel liner feel off including another section of the rear bumper that was never fixed, once again I drove back to Auto Aves and they apologized and fixed it. 3 days later the front grill came undone, once again drove back to Auto Aves to have it fixed. 45 days into ownership 4 brackets in the front bumper feel out including the assembly of the front fog light, this was my breaking point drove back to Auto Aves and expressed to them this car was "unsafe" and asked for assistance to get out of the car and into a new one. Auto Aves assured me they would take the car back for the purchase price and allow me to trade it in, I was very happy with this answer. It has been 2 months with no reply to my emails no phone calls no follow up, Auto Aves has pushed me under a rug with the hope that I would just go away so they wont get stuck with this car. Auto Aves made a promise they did not follow through on. In closing I will never do business with Auto Aves again, period.

I'd never owned a a Subaru until I bought one at Automotive Avenues a few years ago. It was a great buying experience. I had all the service done at Automotive Avenues and I wouldn't take a car for service to anyone else. Awesome experience!

I had an amazing experience at AA this weekend! I've spent the last two weeks visiting car dealerships and I left each one feeling drained and (I know this sounds dramatic) like I was never going to find the right car for me. BUT then my friend recommend that I try AA and I set up an appointment and once I arrived and started working with Duane and Mary I felt so relaxed. AA transformed my car buying experience, it started out as something that left me drained and pessimistic and ended as an experience that I can't stop talking about. Hassle free.

We called automotive said we are looking to traid are vw car in . they asked what kind of car we wanted how much we would drive it. My husband works in Idaho springs. He needs a dependable car. They found 3 nisson sentras to look at and test drive. Then because of are work schedule , 2 days later ii drove are 2015 nisson sentras to my husband. He comes home every day and tells are son how much he loves that car.and how was it was to get it we did not have to spend all day at the dealership. We have bought two vehicles from automotive ave. Give them a try you won't be sorry you did. And do your maintenance their you get points that takes money off work tat you have done . I love it??

4th Car at Auto Aves

This is the only dealer I purchase at. No pressure, salesmen go out of their way to get you in the right car. They will advise you even if the best car for you cost significantly less that what you started looking at. I have suggested this dealer to many people, no one has been disappointed. I love when I call the service department, they call me by name within the first couple sentences of our conversation. They really care.

Great cars for fair prices

I received great service from Duane. We found the perfect car and it was nicely detailed when we came to pick it up. The price was fair and we didn't feel that were pressured in any way.

After my car died, Automotive Avenues was recommended to me by the preferred buying programs of both of my financial institutions. Jerry McKay, Mary and Paul were very easy to work with, had the cars ready to go one after the other, and made this a very quick and easy process. Would definitely work with them again.

Kudos to Dan Kroft

Dan is in my opinion, an exceptional sales person. He is very personable, he actively listens to what I say. He goes out of his way to help buying a car fast, efficient and he is just plain, enjoyable during the entire buying car process. He originally sold a Nissan to me and I returned when my Nissan was totaled in a car accident. My original transaction with Dan was exceptional then and now while purchasing the Hyundai recently. He's very knowledgeable about the brand, it's rating and mileage information. He checked to see if the vehicle had been in any accidents. I originally purchased a Nissan. I'd took the NIssan back and Dan had helped me with an issue with it. I returned today because the manual that came with the car didn't cover my current Hyundai. As usual, he went back to the car with me and showed me how to change the time in the clock. He checked the manual that came with the Hyundai and it didn't address that car's specific year. He volunteered to get the correct manual for my Hyundai,I've never written a positive review for any salesman. Dan is one in a million. Perhaps a cliche but very true.

Great service again for the umpteenth time.

I have been with Automotive Avenues since my second car in 1990 something. The sales staff is great--they are still looking for my next car (a 2007 Ford Focus XS European model) to fit my wheelchair. The service folks are wonderful--they get the parts, they put the parts in, they call me when it is done. They explain things thoroughly and carefully.

Take Advantage of Auto Aves Service to Credit Union Members

When our credit union pre-approved an auto loan for us, they recommended we go through Auto Aves to save time searching for cars. Best idea ever! We have never had such an easy time buying a vehicle- from start to finish, prices were transparent, a wide variety of options were available to us, and our salesperson was incredibly patient as we changed our minds time and time again. We left there feeling like we had made new friends; we look forward to the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. Auto Aves is a hidden treasure in the world of car buying.

sales is great but service is lacking

Cj, Jane and Dennis were wonderful to work with! They were doing what they should but in doing so we left with a vehicle that had bad breaks. They were told that it only needed detailed, so off we went in our new car. We purchased on Saturday and I went back on Monday to take the title for the old vehicle in and that's when they noticed it had not even been through any inspection. When they told me this they stated that service had signed off on the inspection expecting to finish at another time. At that point I was told they would have the car until 3pm, they would do a full inspection and the detailing that I was owed. At about 130 in the afternoon I received a call that they were going to need longer and to stay in the rental car until they called. At this point I have now spent 2 full days at the dealership! They did the breaks and said I would have to come back again for the other small fixes and the detailing. I asked what time they open and was told 8am on Saturday, I had a list of what was left to do and went to get my car parked in the rear alley, with all of my belongings in it,the windows down, car unlocked and some guy who didn't even work there covered in filth going thru my new car! I make sure I am there very early on Saturday as they supposedly open at 8, the gates open at 745 and the service hours listed on the door say 730, they lied to me again. I'm told that all will be fixed and they detailing would be done, that they only need the car for 3 hours. Everything I saw my car it was sitting on the main shop aisle with nobody around. Finally at 1015 they tell me it is ready. I go out and get told that they did not replace the step side tread but that they had glued and taped it- if that was going to work it would have been fine when the last person did it as you could see the previous repair! The car still has not been detailed and there was no mention of it being done in the future! My family and I will not be returning simply because of how the service side of things is run.

I wanted to drive every car I considered buying. My salesperson was extremely patient and allowed me as much time as necessary to accomplish this.. So it was easy to decide what to buy.

The website showed the inventory that was on hand. I knew what to expect from just a few simple clicks. When I was finally able to make it Automotive Avenues I was greeted promptly and courteously. Great and simple experience

Went in to the dealership looking for a car not expecting much. Was blown away by the service. I told them my price range and immediately they had a list of cars to look at. I was able to take a car out for a test drive within about 10 minutes of walking through the doors. Overall the entire endeavor took about 2 hours from walking in the door to getting the car.

Easy way to buy a car.

I went into the dealership just to test drive a car, waiting to buy til my insurance check came through. The easiest car purchase ever

I average a new car purchase (or two) once every 16 years. Yes, I know that's crazy but keeping the old buggies running was far less hassle than memories of car purchases - even with those where I was just along for the ride. Enter the Internet and it's ever widening variety of buying options. Does it make the process any easier? What's the catch?Well, after a (much recommended) learning period, there ultimately was no catch and it was as easy as it initially appeared. My wife and I decided to buy a new car and headed to Automotive Aves to see what they were all about. Arrived about 10am test drove 5 cars and decided to buy the first one we drove, go figure. But more importantly to our fantastic experience was the incredible people of Automotive Aves! Greeted right away by a very nice lady that just let us know how their process works, then we met Duane Talada, what a great guy. As I said we test drove 5 cars and he never once asked why so many, he just said sure, give me the list and I'll get them ready for you. Pretty slick car buy

I phoned to ask for a specific make/model and color. It was delivered to Auto Aves within 2 hours. I went for a test drive. Then I spent maybe 20 minutes with the sales consultant filling out paper work. Returned 2 days later to sign paper work and I was on my way.No bickering, no haggle, no back and forth - "this is the below invoice price, this is what we'll give you for your trade-in" just add in tax.

I have purchased cars from Automotive Avenues since 1995 and I have always been very satisfied. I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Nissan Versa from them in 2011 and I loved this car. It was totaled when someone ran a red light and crushed the front end. I was very fortunate to escape serious injury. I worked with Cheryl and she was great! She is very capable and has good intuition for matching the right car for the customer. Her first recommendation for my wife and me was right on the money. We purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Accent with 26,000 miles and we are very pleased with this car. It gets the very good estimated EPA mileage and it is fun to drive. This car takes away some of the pain of missing my Versa. There is no pressure and I enjoy this family friendly business. I highly recommend Automotive Avenues.

oil change

this dealership really takes good care of my car. I trust them completely and would recommend them to anybody. I came in for an oil change and it took less than 30 minutes. Makes for a happy customer

Horrible Service!

Buying the car wasn't the problem. The multiple problems I've had with the service center is a problem. Multiple visits to take care of issues. About 2 months after I bought the vehicle, the front brakes had to be replaced, so much for their inspection. I had an oil change done there, they did not put the skid plate on right and it came off while I was on the highway 60 miles from home. I took it up in the mountains after that oil change and got all kinds of warning signs in my car...turns out there was too much oil in the car and the place I took it to looked at it said the oil filter wasn't installed correctly and "just came off in their hand". Then I went in to have them look at another issue a month or so later and they had to remove the skid plate. The new mechanic I found told me that when he went to remove the skid plate to work on my car (not 24 hours later) it only had 2 bolts in and when he took the skid plate down more of them just FELL to the ground. I took it in for a brake change and they didn't put all the lug nuts back, I was driving around in a vehicle no other company would touch because it didn't have all the lug nuts and then Gideon made me drive to another dealership to buy lug nuts (they offered to pay for them, but I was so disgusted at that point I just bought them) and bring them back to them to fix the problem. I wont be taking it back to Auto Aves. The only good thing my experience with them has produced is I finally have an excellent mechanic that goes above and beyond and doesn't over-charge me! So thank you for that!

Purchase of new truck

I went to dealership after referral from credit union. Received call from dealer while still at credit union. Met with sales person right away. Advised on how to look and drive a vehicle. Didn't feel pressured in any way. Originally went to "just look" and ended up with the purchase of 2 vehicles. Didn't receive what we felt for our vehicles but got good deals on the vehicles we purchased. Happy with deals and vehicles.The only disappointment was hearing and reading that they complete a 200+ point inspection on all vehicles. I believed that the vehicle was serviced and serviceable. I took new vehicle (2014) to dealer for warranty/recall work. They advised me that they found the bulb for the rear "dummy" brake light (on rear/top of cab) was burnt out and the air filter needed to be replaced. I decided to replace them myself. When I took out the air filter, it appeared that it hadn't been changed.....ever. Very disappointed to find that the "200+'"point inspection didn't find that. Wonder what else they missed. I ended having an oil change done and bought a set of new tires since they all seemed to be worn differently, they all had different tread depths ranging from 5/32nd to 11/32nd. I understand that the vehicle was used but will not believe in that "200+" point inspection again. I would do my "own" inspection if I purchased another vehicle from this dealership. "Kat" was very nice to work with and my wife and I are very happy with our vehicles!

Outstanding Customer Service at Auto Aves

This is a belated and current thank you to Dan Krofta with Auto Aves. I purchased a used Toyota RAV 4 from Auto Aves in 2013, and Dan Krofta was the sales person. Dan and the team at Auto Aves provided a relaxed, no-pressure, and dare I say it, FUN, car buying experience! I found out about Auto Aves from the Credit Union of Colorado when I was looking for a used SUV. I searched the Auto Aves inventory online, but did not find the exact vehicle I was looking for. I kept searching online and found my RAV 4 at a Toyota dealership. The price was amazing and the mileage was low. I called Dan right away and told him I had found the perfect vehicle, but I was worried it would be sold before I had a chance to purchase it. Dan contacted the dealership and had it delivered to Auto Aves the very same day. I took the vehicle for a spin, fell in love with it, and had the sale wrapped up within hours. By purchasing through Auto Aves I did not have to negotiate the price, pay dealer handling, or go through a high pressure sales pitch. The price was what it was, specifically, I paid the price that was advertised online. Unfortunately my RAV 4 was recently stolen. I knew I would be purchasing a replacement vehicle if my RAV 4 was not found, so within days of the theft I was on the Auto Aves website looking for a replacement vehicle. This time I wanted to purchase a used Jeep or a new Jeep if I could afford one. I sent an online inquiry to Auto Aves about a used Jeep I had located on their website. The very next day Dan called me. I told him what had happened with my RAV 4 and that I may be in the market for a used Jeep. I also told him that I may ultimately decide to purchase a new Jeep but it was my understanding that Auto Aves could not help me purchase a new vehicle. I was wrong. Dan told me he could help me purchase a new vehicle if that's what I wanted to do. The next day I went to Auto Aves and Dan met me at the door. I told him about a new Jeep I had located at a nearby dealership. I was excited about the price and worried that the price would change before I had an opportunity to buy it. I also didn't know if my RAV 4 would be located or if my insurance company would cover the loss if it was not located. A lot was up in the air, and Dan understood that. In spite of the uncertainty, Dan drove me over to the Jeep dealership and we met with a salesperson there who set me up with a test drive of the vehicle I had my eye on. Well, a few weeks later my insurance company declared the RAV 4 a loss (it was never found). At that point I was free and clear to buy the jeep. I just returned from purchasing my new Jeep Patriot and couldn't be more thrilled! I purchased the Jeep at the same price as when I first test drove it. This sale went every bit as smoothly as the first sale. Dan genuinely cares about his customers. The best way to describe Dan is "an advocate for his customers." I also want to thank Robert Bennett. Robert works in the finance department and he helped me with the paperwork and finalized the sale. Robert took the time to explain all of the paperwork and made sure that I understood all of the details of the sale. Again, another positive, no pressure experience. This is a very long-winded review, but I wanted to tell the entire story so that hopefully other people will contact Auto Aves and have the same positive car buying experience that I had. Corrected Wrongs without hassle

I went to Automotive Avenues to purchase my first car. It came highly recommended by my father and grandfather, who have both purchased vehicles there. I was very happy working with Christian to find a car I liked and for the right price. I ended up purchasing an '05 Nissan Xterra that they had on consignment. I loved the can and the buying process was pretty easy. After purchase are when the problems started. I took the vehicle to my mechanic for a tune up a week after purchase and they discovered $2,500 worth of repairs the vehicle needed immediately. The left front axle was a main problem. Automotive Avenues didn't catch these issues when they took the car in, and I was livid that I may be stuck with the cost of this on a car I just bought. At my mechanics behest I called AutoAves and talked to then about it. Without hassle or tears, they agreed to repair everything at NO cost to me, whatsoever. I was floored that a business would protect their customer like that. The car was repaired quickly and I love driving it every day.

This dealership allows you to look around without being hassled which is a plus. We went looking for a Nissan Versa and after speaking with the salesman, Jerry who was easy to deal with, was allowed to test drive it alone. The negatives to the experience was that the salesman was distracted a lot with other customers and staff and the finance guy, Robert Bennett was more interested in selling us add-ons then explaining about the finance. Because we were new to the area, we asked how and when to register the car, and he brushed us off in order to get us to sign the paperwork and out the door. Would we go back? Possibly.

Wonderful Buying Experience

This was my first time financing a car and I was referred to Automotive Avenues by my credit union after having a disappointing experience with Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Villiage. The sales team at Auto Aves was knowledgeable and offered up their assistance with my car search and buying process. Did I mention that Auto Aves DOESN'T charge any dealer fees? Overall, it was a great car buying experience and I never once felt pressured by their staff, which was very important for me. I would much rather do business with Automotive Avenues than any other car dealership.

No pressure car shopping!

My husband and I came in looking to test drive a Jeep Wrangler and found exactly what we were looking for. Our salesman was so friendly and easy going. Such a laid back atmosphere. We had the quickest car buying experience ever. We've pirchased many vehicles and always has to deal with negotiating and waiting for prices and such. At automotive avenues we knew the price immediately and knew exactly what we were getting for our money. Very honest hard working people at this dealership. Highly recommend.

I thought my buying experience should have been better

I was pre approved through my credit union they said they were going to do another credit check for a better rate and I don't think they did when I purchased the vehicleI. bought a $40,000 truck got it home and in the cup holders was a quarter inch of spilled coffee had to clean it myself not impressed with Automotive avenues and this experience people were friendly but seemed busy and overwhelmed with their other duties

Third positive: Testimonials from customers who overwhelmingly praised the service. The website is easy to use and I found a vehicle I was interested in. Within 2 minutes of arrival I was greeted in a polite and professional manner. I took a test drive of the vehicle within 10 minutes. The atmosphere is relaxed - NO PRESSURE!!! My experience was good. I was in the city without my spouse and loan had been approved in both our names. It was a bit of a problem working out kinks with my financial institution and auto avenues, but it was done. Time was a problem for me. They have a huge inventory. Katerina was very patient in showing me vehicles I was interested in and allowing me to test drive them. Sue, the lot manager took care of having a key made for me which I really appreciate. I got my key today. I am so happy it worked.

No Hassle Car Buying Experience

We wanted to test drive a car that we had seen online. It was not on their lot, but Paul arranged to have it picked up and delivered to their location the next morning. It was their as scheduled, although Paul had the day off. We were taken care of by Jerry who was very friendly and helpful. His assistant, Christa, was also great. When we returned with the car and told Jerry that we had decided to buy it, he made it a quick and easy experience. We were pre-approved by our credit union at a great interest rate and drove home with the car the same day.

Relaxed Way to Buy a Car!

Tami was great! I walked around the lot looking at the vehicles at my leisure, and when I found the ones I was interested in test driving, I just went to Tami who gave me the keys and I test drove solo. As many as I wanted. I even left and came back the next day (with her advising me to do so), test drove one a second time before making the purchase. Very relaxed way of car buying! And Tami was very knowlegable about which cars were good bets and which to avoid. Most helpful. She has since helped me when I found the radio antenna missing and other small things. It's great to be a credit union member.

Great service without the hounding from a sales person.

Tami great caring service as she was constantly touching base with us on our wait. Robert was very informative in taking care of the Finance part of the process. Suggestion would be to have a better system in place to cover for vacations and sick calls as our buying was prolonged by about an hour to a hour and a half at least due to the wait. I love your format of business as I hate to be hounded when buying a car especially if I don't fully know what I am looking for. Great to have a place to find good used cars. Laid back sales department, but beware of finance

We really enjoyed the laid back demeanor of Paul, who followed up with us on the vehicle we were interested in and was very friendly and pleasant when we came in to take a test drive (and purchase) the vehicle. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the process was straightforward until we got to Robert in finance. Because we werent immediately sold on the extended warranty that he was including in the monthly payment, he became a bit agitated and said, I dont mean to rush you, but its a really busy Saturday and other people are waiting. We found the sudden change of tone very unprofessional and it reminded us of the other haggle-style dealers we had previously visited (what we were trying to avoid by purchasing through Automotive Avenues). Robert said we would be crazy to not purchase the extended warranty, which we politely declined and stated that we would prefer to do some additional research. He told us we had until Monday to decide on the warranty. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Automotive Avenues but were left with a slightly unpleasant feeling after leaving the finance department. I would still return to Automotive Avenues in the future, but will be a bit more prepared and on guard when I get to this part of the sales process.

Excellent Service!

I had a wonderful experience with Tom and Kat as well as with Mark. I started with Tom, buying a 2007 Compass, however, after 48 hours I returned it and decided to lease a Subaru Legacy. Tom was very professional and gracious about the exchange; he took care of it in an expeditious manner. Since the Legacy was in Colorado Springs and would arrive in the afternoon, Kat helped us upon our arrival in the afternoon. She was very professional and courteous with us. When it was time to take care of the paperwork, Mark was very clear and professional. It was a very nice experience to deal with such a professional team that seems to enjoy their work the way they do. I have already recommended Automotive Avenues to my friends.

This company was over-all...AMAZING! I loved how easy they made it to get You're car, no haggling, they weren't hassling you to buy, as-well as helping you to the best of their abilities! Tami Myers especially, she was the best sales woman I've ever bumped into, as she was incredibly helpful! Being as straight forward as possible, making great conversations, and it really shows that she cares about her work!! I really left the lot feeling happy! Compared to my other experiences (being almost creepy, i always hated the haggling part) this was like Willy Wonkas chocolate factory, choosing which candy i wanted, rather then other company's, feeling like im in an orphanage, choosing which dieing kid i wanted... Anyway, to sum it up, i loved this company so much, and i could feel its low pressure atmosphere as soon as i walked in, and Tami really proved to me that, Automotive Avenue is my new car shopping place (and all my friends will be hearing about it!)
